Heyy :) Can you please write headcanons of dating quackity, but in his earlier eras? (like 2019-21 maybe) ❤
ooooo yes of course!!! ; fun fact I've been watching him since 2018 or so (I don't mean this in a "Oh I'm cooler than you way) ; thank you for the request!! this was fun as hell ; I tried to kinda do it in a chronological order but yeah, I did like stuff and then more details of relationship if that makes sense yk???
QUACKITY ; 2019-2021 era
warnings ; language, talk of drugs, jokes about sex
genre ; fluff
word count ; 858
masterlist
Tumblr media
Raiding Club Penguin with him and Axel was a core memory for you. It was the first true time, however cringe it sounds, that you saw Alex as your best friend.
he'd always try to make you laugh, especially on stream
such a little tease
back in the olden days, we had those Discord server 'wtf is that food' videos
you guys rank some of them and how likely you'd eat them
also ranking Discord memes
so many of them were dumb shit or weird shipart from like 2015 deviantart LMFAO
"guys I know me and y/n are dating but that doesn't mean compare us to Shrek couples!"
"I thought Thanos was your true love?"
"He-He is! Oh my God, stop being so desperate, y/n. ugh"
once he got invited to the Dream SMP, you were all ears and proudly taught him how to play Minecraft
you made his alt skin with the tuxedo, which he didn't wear often, but used in lore some time later
youd often help him with lore ideas
he also got you invited into the SMP where he introduced you to some of his new friends
you knew schlatt and some others, but most of these people were new and it was nice meeting all of them
the fiances are established and then you and quackity are already a think and you also like karl, which creates a weird love rectangle with an open end because you and sapnap are sharing the other two 💀
lore goes fuckin crazy with that
while Karl's off making Kinoko Kingdom and Quackity's running Las Nevadas, you're building El Tropicana, off in the far away jungle biome
Alex would usually stream and translate Mexican soap operas, which you joined in for sometimes
you'd give the characters different voices and twist their words up a bit to make it more entertaining for chat
the amount of drug talk that went into that was wild
also the amount of queer kids bullied in those schools?? yikes on bikes
also the one with that girl who got in trouble for kissing a boy on the playground or whatever that was?? Jesus christ man
youd both act put the scenes on occasion and use Tiger as whatever kid was being yelled at if she was in the room with you
taking a break halfway through stream for him to play guitar and for you to karaoke to fuckin Bo Burnham
also making fake joints out of paper he had laying around and "lighting them up" aka setting paper on fire next to a PC and your faces
Jackbox streams with the Feral Boys until 3am>>>
Paranormal Activity in the middle of the night went so fucking crazy
teaching Bad how to play GTA is your favorite memory with those two
playing horror games and watching him play horror games with Karl while he visited him
how dare he leave you all alone (you couldn't go because you had a busy schedule)
your chats shipping the hell out of you and your dsmp characters
hella fanart and fanfictions man
try not to laugh streams where you always ended up laughing before the ten minute mark because of him
he purposefully does shit to make you laugh
reading fanfiction on stream was a regular activity especially for y/s/n
youd rank the book on a scale from one to ten and how accurate to real life they were
"nahhhh that one doesn't have enough Thanos, two out of ten"
"yknow what... were gonna have our own tier lists... okay?"
"damnit... does this mean I'm not getting laid later?"
"what"
promoting the quackityhq merch religiously
also stealing whichever beanie he wasn't wearing, either the LAFD one or the plain black and blue one
him tying you to a chair and forcing you to laugh was a common stream plot
tweets that were either very inconspicuous about drugs, very sexual, or very old married couple vibes
youd both be frequently trending on twitter
hot wings or dare streams with Bad >>>>
playing girls go games and hoping you wouldn't give his PC a virus
sitting in the inflatable pool fully clothed, playing with children's bath toys
he'd for sure be the type to fall for his best friend
whether it be all the way back then or just now, he could go forever without feeling any feelings but one day they'll show up and the nervousness begins
he'd lend you a hoodie if you were cold in his room and he just straight up begs you to keep it
lots of just staring at you while chat ships you, like genuinley just zones out on your pretty face
would probably doubt his feelings at first and talk to his mom about it and she's like "boy you have a crush. Go ask them the hell out, you're a handsome young man, I'm pretty sure they like you too"
"mOooOooOoOoM"
genuinley spoils you with no good reason and after a while you just accept it
he starts sending good morning and good night texts
he'll repost (or reblog) (he has a secret tumblr) fanart of you two, especially if it's shipart
will constantly send you clips of movie characters making out or kissing and say "this should be us"

Karl as a borrower who has tunnels between Las Nevadas and Kinoko Kingdom
He likes the aesthetic of Kinoko, and the people there are nice. He was spotted once, but not grabbed at or spoken to, and from that point on food and supplies that he actually found use for were left out near his tunnel exits.
Las Nevadas was busy, the people speaking about money and business deals and such. A couple of the people were nice, one of which was the owner of the country himself. Though he had a hard and somewhat scary front, he hadn’t once spoken down to or hurt Karl. He has had to save him from mouse traps laid out throughout the country, despite his insistence that they were not necessary to have or keep there.
Karl finds himself falling into infatuation with the duck hybrid, for his gentleness and his flirty jokes, along with his insistence of trying to keep him safe despite the odds.
Inevitably, Karl meets Sapnap, and quickly falls in love with him, despite the fact that it felt like a stab to his heart when he interacted with Quackity while thinking of the fireborn. Sapnap warns him to stay away from Las Nevadas, aware of the traps in place, and Karl hesitantly agrees.
Quackity goes almost ballistic when he cannot find Karl for a few days, panicked and scared that he’d gotten caught in a trap that was fatal. He frantically tore every building apart looking for him, and when that didn’t work he began searching the forest surrounding Las Nevadas.
Which is how he met Sapnap, though he was hesitant to tell the other why he was in the forest so late at night. The two hit it off quickly, and they wind up meeting up more and more, under the guise of ‘business deals’. Sometimes Karl gets to attend these meetings, though completely hidden from view.
At the point when Sapnap begins to trust Quackity with the idea of introducing Karl to him, Quackity had accepted at that point that it was likely his little borrower friend had perished at the hands of his workers who kept putting unnecessary and unwanted traps up. So imagine his shock when Sapnap suddenly reveals the borrower he’d thought he lost.
The trio inevitably get together, all three of them realize quickly they all have chemistry they can’t ignore and Quackity had been alone for so long that he greatly enjoyed the company of his boyfriends. They still strike business deals for their countries, and they also helped Karl make new tunnels to completely bypass all the traps to Las Nevadas.
But also…
Sapnap scared of other people finding Karl, and they’ve had several close calls where Sapnap panics and hides the borrower through any means, including storing him. The first time he’d done it Karl panicked, because he didn’t know he was safe, but once Sapnap explained his biology to him, he was content to be stored because it was warm and soft and dark, and it put him closer to the person he loved than he ever could have been otherwise.
Quackity has a crop, and the same problem, if not more scared than Sapnap thanks to his workers continuously putting traps out. He’s also stored Karl before, with the same reactions and responses. Most people can tell when he’s stored Karl thanks to him being unable to put on his usual disinterested persona thanks to the happy emotions swirling in his mind at the other blatantly trusting him.
When the trio gets together, both of the hybrids make it their goal to fluster their borrower, mostly with storing him and making flirty comments about it. It works every time, but Karl’s also learned how to fluster them back from within them, learned every spot to rub at that turns his captor into putty. He spends most nights tucked away in one of his fiancés, especially since he had nightmares occasionally of different places and times, where he’d have to try and fix what was going on before he woke up. Most of the time he failed to do so, half of those leading to his own death in terrible ways, which makes him panic when he awakens in a cold sweat. That’s why his fiancés began to store him, to try and keep the night terrors at bay.
That’s all the rambling I got lol

Does c!Punz look for c!Dream in the monarchy restoration AU since c!Dream could not make it to the meeting?
Also how likely is the chance that certain people (c!Quackity and c!Sam) stumble across a certain ex prisoner in Kinoko and what would happen?
I don't think I have given this enough thought, so what I'll say is definitely subject to change in one way or another as I work on the au
Does c!Punz look for c!Dream in the monarchy restoration AU since c!Dream could not make it to the meeting?
Short answer: Yes.
Long answer: He's very concerned for Dream, he was there during the initial prison break and saw Dream running away into the portal and he seemed well enough to make it to their meeting point, so when Dream doesn't show up he panics a litte. He spends the rest of the day waiting and then tries to follow Dream's steps into the Arctic commune and figure out if Dream stayed there with the Syndicate and if not, what happened. There was a snowfall so most of Dream's tracks are unfortunately lost.
Punz has to keep up a facade of searching for Dream, much like the rest of the server, though his reasons to finding him are different to the others. He actually ends up teaming with Sapnap on more than one occasion to search for Dream (which as you can imagine is incredibly awkward for both, as Punz plays the part of a mercenary who just wants the money for Dream's capture and Sapnap who is trying his hardest to throw everyone off so they don't figure out that he is housing the most wanted criminal.)
How likely is the chance that certain people (c!Quackity and c!Sam) stumble across a certain ex prisoner in Kinoko and what would happen?
Given that the events of Quackity's last lore stream where he essentially broke up with Karl are canon in this AU, he isn't likely to go into Kinoko. There are other tensions in Kinoko regarding Quackity, though, and there will be a confrontation later on after Dream Team figure themselves out.
As of Sam, just as I mentioned earlier when talking about Punz, Sapnap is trying his best to throw everyone off their trail. He volunteers for search parties and frequently talks to Sam about the search. Sam knows about the promise Sapnap made and doesn't have a reason not to believe that Sapnap will keep it. Kinoko was also founded after Dream's capture, so unless Dream stumbles upon it by complete accident, he has no reason to be there. Sam believes Sapnap when he tells him that the kingdom is protected and there is no way that Dream is hiding there.
I wanna keep the AU very low conflict at first. The whole point is to examine the Dream Team dynamics if they were to reunite and team up again, even though the whole dynamic is incredibly toxic and unbalanced. Once they do figure themselves out, though, and actually talk, I wanna introduce more characters into the mix :)

You Didn't Need Us Then, We Don't Need You Now
Requested by this anon: "Okay I thought of this idea during Fundy's stream. Quackity and reader were engaged to Karl and Sapnap, but they left because of Karl losing his memory and Sapnap paying more attention to him. Quackity and reader then created Las Navadas to try and cope with everything that's happened to them. They created a little wedding area where they planned to get married with Sap and Karl. Flash forward to a year or two later, Karl and Sap stumble across Las Navadas and their two former fiancees. And they see everything they've done, including the little wedding area. which is perfectly designed as to how they wanted their wedding together. That's is as far as I got to the imagine in my head. If you could make a fic out of it that would be cool. If not at least you have this cute imagine in your head! 😊"
{Okay, so- so man feels, so many ideas. I haven't seen all of the Los Nevadas streams yet because I've got a lot of school stuff going on, but, I think I have a pretty good idea of what's going on. [also Slime from The Ground my beloved]}
Quackity x reader; Past: Sapnap x Karl x Quackity x reader
trigger warnings: maybe some swearing, slight descriptions of a panic attack, slight drinking
premise: After L'manburg was destroyed, two of your fiancées seemed to disappear. With just Sapnap left, you had been scared, but he assured you that the right thing to do was split up to try and find Quackity and Karl. And, well, you found Quackity, but when He found Karl.... something else had taken over, and suddenly Kinoko Kingdom was more important than finding you and quackity again. But thats fine. You and Quackity had been together in the begining, so what did you need from the other two? Las Nevadas could fill the void they left,,, and it did, until they happened to come knocking, right as you were finally moving on.
{Also, parental unit for everyone in Las Nevadas, I love it, brain is going brr so hard}
{also also, purpled is the forgotten eldest child of the server and no the ufo does not get blown up}
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"It's gone, (y/n) it's all gone," You said with disbelief, staring over the barren, ashy place that had once been L'manburg and El Rapids, "We couldn't stop him."
Sapnap took in a shaky breath, wrapping an arm around your shoulders, "We were never could have. Even if the supplies weren't destroyed."
The remaining people had already cleared out, but you had only now come to see the damage, having been forced away from the battle by your fiancées.
"I could have helped." You fell to your knees, still staring at the wreckage.
Sapnap could only sigh at the broken look on your face. You had lost the only home you'd ever known, but what had he lost? Well, for one thing, Karl.
Karl was still no where to be found, and now it seemed that Quackity had disappeared.
He fiddled with the purple band that circled one of his fingers, "Look- we- we need to find Quackity and Karl. Q looked pretty bad the last time I saw him, and Karl-"
Resolutely you nodded, dragging yourself to stand, "Karl is Karl. He'll be happy that his statue missed being blown up. I think its Q we should be worried about. This place- El Rapids- that was everything to him."
"Well- how about you go find Quackity, and I go find Karl. We're bound to find them eventually if we split up." He offered.
You studied the look on his face, "You're covering for him. What's going on?"
Sapnap only shook his head.
Crossing your arms you turned toward the hill, and what was left of the prime path, "Quackity has the deed to some land. North of Spawn. Meet us there once you kind K, alright?"
"Okay." He said softly, leaning over to press a soft kiss on your cheek.
"Be safe." You advised, already starting away.
~~
It didn't take you very long to track down your Fiancé, in all the time you'd known him (much longer than you'd known the others), he hadn't changed too much.
So, when you made your way through the twisted paths near Pogtopia, he was up on the ridge, sitting on the rock that had for so long, doubled as a bench.
"It's good to see you're safe." You hugged your arms to your body, trying to keep your voice from shaking.
As soon as you were sitting next to him, he was leaning on you, "He destroyed everything- all that work- El Rapids-"
"I know." You wrapped your arms around him, finally letting your own tears fall, "I know."
"What are we gonna do? I just wanted a place for us- I just- I wanted to make a place for us- all we asked for was recognition- and now the only place that saw was recognizing us is gone."
It had taken a while for Quackity to stop talking about everything that had been destroyed. Even then he kept asking, "But- Just wanted to make a place for you guys, how are we gonna do that now?"
"We can still make a place," You assured him, even as you yourself were unsure, "We'll make our own little country. So far out where no one will be able to blow it up."
He seemed to take to the idea quickly, and that night, as the two of you sat together in the camp that had been made within the caverns of Pogtopia, he talked feverently of the country you two would make.
He talked of buildings, of businesses, and of wedding venues. The plans he made up that night, they were almost enough to make you forget about what had happened to your home.
"What about that land north of spawn?" You suggested, letting your head rest back on his shoulder.
Quackity thought about it for a moment, "I mean- its just some desert, but I think we could make it work."
"Good, I told Sap to meet us there once he found Karl."
He nodded, "We'll head up there, and start getting everything ready, and then when they're ready they can come up."
~~ This was how three months came to pass, with the busyness of planning the new city, the beginning of construction, the meetings with Sam to plan for the new economic system that the new country would spread through the lands.
Yet you still felt off. It had been that long and Karl and Sapnap had never returned, something must have gone horribly, horribly wrong. It nagged at you, constantly, Drove you sick with anxiety somedays.
"(y/n)."
You looked up from the designs for the next casino you had been going over, "Sam! I didn't know you were visiting today! What can I do for you?"
"Uhhh, I wasn't planning on it, you better come out here- it's Quackity, we had been discussing- some things. I don't know what happened but when he passed back through-" The creeper hybrid trailed off.
You quickly stood, rushing passed him and through the hall to the courtyard where Sam had left him, gasping for breath and tugging at his hair.
In an instant you were kneeling beside him, "Breath baby, breath."
"They- he- George- Kinoko- Sap- left- on purpose-" He blubbered.
"Hey, Q," You took his hands as gently as you could, "look at me. Breath, breath with me. Come on, breath."
Slowly, he began to calm down, and by the time Sam was long gone he slowly began to explain what happened.
"I was heading back from talking with Sam, I saw George outside the prison. He kept talking about something- about- Kinoko Kingdom..." He sighed.
"Kinoko- what?" You asked, confused.
He let his head drop into his hands, "Karl and Sapnap.... started another country- called Kinoko Kingdom... they didn't even wait for us."
You felt your heart drop, if you hadn't been holding his hands yours would've been shaking, "What-"
Quackity could only nod shakily as he pulled you into his arms.
"I told him to come back here- I told- why didn't they-" You muttered absently.
The only noise in the courtyard was from the fountains, and the small sniffles from the two of you.
You were still in a state of semi-shock and sadness when you felt his arms tighten around you.
"We don't need them anyway. Las Nevada's can prosper without them."
~~ "Purpled? You want to get him in on this?" Quackity frowned.
You shrugged, "He's a mercenary, he could be of some help around here."
Your fiancé studied your face for a moment, "No, that's not it. Why do you really want him here?"
"Look, he's-" You sighed, "The kids been through a lot. He doesn't really have anything anymore, he needs somewhere, someone at least. We owe that too him at least."
After a moment, he nodded, "I haven't spoken to him since I paid him for his help with that egg mess. He- didn't seem to like me being around."
"I'll try to find him, he'd talk to me, I'm sure of it." You stood up from your seat at the table.
"You're going now?" He asked, following you across to the coat room.
You nodded, tugging on your boots, "If I want to make it through to the Greater SMP before it gets dark. I'll see if Eret will let me stay the night, then I'll head out again."
"Be careful." Quackity advised once you were ready.
You pecked at his lips, "I always am."
The journey to the Greater SMP went quickly, and after a nights stay in Eret's castle, you had made your way to the UFO, disappointed to find it seemingly abandoned.
"How the hell am I supposed to find him if the one place he ever seems to be is empty." You muttered, glancing around the base of the UFO.
You shrugged off your knapsack, dropping it to the side, followed by the sword that had been at your hip, and then you began to climb.
Even the inside of the UFO was completely empty, devoid of any chests, crafting tables, or furnaces.
"What the hell are you doing here?"
You jumped, turning to find Purpled, in full netherite, sword gripped tight in his hand.
"I- We've been looking for you." You fumbled for an explanation, holding up your hands in a sort of surrender.
He scoffed, "I already did a job for you people, I'm busy now."
"Not for a job Purpled!" You couldn't help but exclaim, "Some people actually try to find you for more than just that."
"Then what do you want?" He snapped.
"Did Q tell you about Nevadas?"
Purpled frowned, "Yeah, he mentioned it."
"Well, I think you should join. Come in on the project."
"Why the hell would I do that?"
You sighed, "Look, Purpled, you- everyone here, in this smp, they don't care, they don't bother to know you. You- you don't really have a place here-"
"You think I don't know that?" Purpled's grip on his sword tightened.
"So, If you come with us, join Las Nevadas, you can have a place- have people who care. You need people, Purpled."
"I don't Need anyone." He insisted.
You sighed, "Someday your going to have to see that that's not true. Please consider joining Las Nevadas, no one here cares, but we do."
"That's not true," He said bitterly, "You just need me to do another god damned job."
With a shake of your head you turned, preparing for the climb back down, "Purpled, this smp isn't kind to children, but I think it's been the most unfair to you. Out here your being forgotten, but you might not be if you join us."
~~
At the base of the UFO you were surprised to find a strange, slimly looking boy digging through your bag.
"Hey!" You yelled, "Don't touch that! It's not yours!"
He looked up and froze, realizing he'd been caught.
You snatched your things away from him, quickly unsheathing your sword, "Who are you?"
"Uhhhh, I'm a meat person- same as you!" He offered.
"You- you're- uh-" You sputtered for a moment confused, "Why were you touching my things?"
"Uhhhhh, Dap me up!" He said avoiding the question.
You stared at him for a moment, "I don't have time for this."
As you started back toward the prime path you heard him call, "Nice to meet you (y/n) from Las Nevadas!"
"How do you know my name?" You demanded, whirling around.
"Oh, I know a lot of things." He laughed, "I see lots 'a stuff."
You frowned, "Uh huh. I'm gonna- walk away now."
~~ A week had passed, and there was still no signs of Purpled, nor Fundy or Foolish, (both of whom Quackity had gone to speak to whilst you were away), coming to Las Nevadas.
You were sure that Purpled would come around eventually, but had no faith that anyone else would join Las Nevadas, until you had heard a strange noise in the night.
It had been a cross between a clang and a yell, and then almost like something being dragged.
You had been going over some of the contracts you had been preparing for if anyone ever did show up when you'd heard it, and your fiancé seem to be gone from his own office, and your bedroom even, so quickly you armed yourself with your sword before hurrying out after the noise.
The streets of Las Nevadas were still partially lit by street lamps as you hurried along, it didn't take you long to find your fiancé, just outside of city limits, pacing In front of a strange looking hole.
"What the hell are you doing?" You hissed.
"Hey! It's (y/n) from Las Nevadas!"
You jumped at the voice, turning to see that no, the hole wasn't green, that the same slime boy from before was sitting in it.
"You! What are you doing here?!" You exclaimed.
"Quackity from Las Nevadas put me in this hole!" He said cheerfully.
Quackity grabbed your shoulder, turning you away from Slime and the hole, "You know him?"
"He was trying to look through my stuff after I talked to Purpled," You explained, glancing back over at the hole, "Said he sees just about everything, uhh, as far as I can tell, he's like the hybrids- but- weirder."
"Nope! I'm just a totally goopless guy! I'm bones and stuff!" He called from the hole.
"Oh god we have crazy people here." Quackity muttered scrubbing a hand over his face.
You moved to crouch next to the hole, "What- uh- What are you doing here buddy?"
"Oh I'm just oozing around. Dap me up!"
Confused, you complied, nervously laughing as he grinned at the handshake.
"I found him spying in the restaurant." Quackity sighed.
"What's spying?" The boy in the hole asked, "I just listen."
"Yeah well tell me exactly what you heard or I'll ill you right now!" Quackity threatened, pulling out his sword.
He hummed, "Well, I saw you, and I saw (y/n) from Las Nevadas. And there was a green guy, and a purple guy. I know of a Red guy, dead guy but he's not dead anymore-"
Your breath hitched, "Dead guy?"
"Yeah, looked real ashy- maybe even ...sooty?..." He confirmed.
Quackity glanced back at you, "And he's not dead anymore?"
"No. He's weird now. Got gray hair instead of grey skin. Used to run a country- got blown up though."
"How much have you seen man?" You asked, incredulous.
He shrugged, "I mean, I move slow but I've seen a lot. Lately a lot of conversations about taking advantage of the ever so fragile human psyche through gambling."
"Holy shit." you muttered.
Quackity glared up into the night sky, almost looking for an answer.
Shifting closer too look at the boy you frowned, "What's all that green stuff?"
"Oh- those are just- my totally normal- human parts! I'm a person!" He grinned.
You sighed, "Uhh, look, what's your name? Like how I'm (y/n) from Las Nevadas, who are you?"
"Oh, I'm goop from the ground!" He smiled for a moment before realizing his mistake, "I mean- I'm a meat person!"
Quackity still seemed to be praying to the sky, not paying any attention.
"Goop from the ground," You muttered, slowly connecting the dots, "Well, uhh, goop, how bout I give you a regular person name?"
"A person name? Oh boy!" He laughed.
You thought for a moment longer, "How about- Charlie?"
Charlie grinned, somehow even wider than before, "Woah! I have a real human name! Like any other regular human meat person!"
"Yep, you do." You chuckled.
"And, to be clear, I definitely am one of those, and not a piece of goop, that's slowly come to the surface, hiding as a person!"
As you continued to talk with Charlie, Quackity seemed to come to a realization, "He's like an accidental spy!"
And, when you helped him out of the hole Quackity was quick to say, "Well, this- this- was- was uh a formal greeting! Yeah that's what we call them!"
"Wow!" Charlie mused.
The walk back to Las Nevadas was quiet, until Charlie turned to you, "(y/n) from Las Nevadas, if I'm Charlie- where- where?"
You smiled, "Do you want to be Charlie from Las Nevadas?"
~~
By the end of the same week, after having gotten Charlie fully on board, and slight agreement from Foolish, word finally came from Purpled.
You'd been working on the next phase of the whole Nevadas Project when Charlie rushed in, "(y/n) from Las Nevadas! There's someone here!"
You frowned, "Who?"
"Purpled from UFO!" He practically yelled.
Standing, you tucked your papers away, "That's perfect Charlie, thank you. Do you want to come with to help show him around?"
He nodded, following you out of your office.
Outside, you found Purpled, along with his dog, looking up at the casino in awe.
"Purpled! You came!" You called cheerfully.
The boy turned, a strange expression you couldn't read on his face, "What? No 'I told you so'? No 'I knew you'd come around eventually'?"
You shrugged, "I'm just glad you finally came."
He sighed, "It's not like they needed me anywhere else."
You put a hand on his shoulder, "That's alright, We need you here."
"They- I went to tell Ponk I was leaving," Purpled sounded too broken, too tired, "He said he was too busy to talk to me."
Before you could say anything, he continued, "I had a house, near L'Manhole. I- I uh blew it up, to see what would happen," His shoulders began to shake, ever so slightly, as he finished in a whisper, "No one even noticed."
In one quick move you wrapped an arm around his shoulder and pulled him into a hug, "It's okay Kid, it'll be okay now."
That was how your fiancé found you, standing outside the main casino, a teen all but sobbing into your shirt, Charlie looking on confused.
~~
And so, the time passed, Las Nevadas grew, and you and your new little family did along with it.
Quackity found it funny, really, your ability to bring people onto your side be connecting with them emotionally, and as he put it, all but adopting them.
Charlie still took up a room in the apartments you and Quackity staid in above the offices. Purpled would come over when things around the country weren't so busy, and you'd talk for hours, Foolish joining in some of the time.
Fundy, on his first night in the city, had broken down to you, the same as Purpled, but you'd helped him put himself together. Though Tommy, Tubbo and Ranboo didn't have official places in Las Nevadas, it seemed a chunk of their time was spent there.
Yep, that was your new strange family. You, Your fiancé and the kids but not really young enough to still be kids you accidently adopted.
Now, you reflected on this quietly, from the top of the needle.
"You okay?" Quackity asked softly, looking over at you.
You chuckled softly, "Can you believe that it's been two years?"
"No, can you?"
You shook your head, "You know, I've been thinking. A long time ago, you told me we were better off with out Karl and Sapnap."
He watched silently, as you pulled the other two rings that you had kept, holding them up by the chain they were strung on.
"Maybe- you were right- and maybe it's finally time to get married. Just us. We didn't need them to get here, we won't need them for anything else."
A small smile slipped onto Quackity's lips, "Would you marry me?"
"You already know the answer to that." You chuckled.
"So it's a yes?"
"Obviously." You scoffed.
"When should we have the ceremony then?" He asked.
"Right now," You mused, "We opened that wedding hall for a reason, right? We could get married proper, right now. It's already decorated the way Tubbo originally planed."
He laughed, "Let's do it tomorrow that way we have time to get like, notices out and shit."
You smiled, "Of course."
The sun had begun to set during this discussion, and you looked out over the peaceful landscape with a soft sigh, yes, this, this was home.
And even as you heard Charlie tripping and crashing his way up the stairs, the thought still filled your head.
"Quackity and (y/n) from Las Nevadas!" He exclaimed, "Purpled from Las Nevadas found some people by the border!"
In an instant, both you and Quackity were standing, "What were they doing?"
"Looking around, real weird like. Fundy From Las Nevadas said they might be here to attack us! I hope they aren't."
You followed Quackity past him and back down from the tower, drawing your sword as Charlie called out where he had left Purpled and the mystery people.
What you found was not what you expected.
Purpled stood, sword drawn and pointed at the men you least expected to see now.
Karl looked scared, tucked back behind Sapnap who was moving to draw his own sword.
Not another move!" You barked, moving to stand in line with Purpled.
Karl's face light up upon seeing you, "(y/n)! Quackity! I missed you!"
"Did you?" Quackity spit.
"Sapnap drop your sword." You commanded, not paying attention to the strange look on their faces, no one, and I mean no, pulled a sword on your family.
He frowned, "Wh- (y/n) don't be like that. I get it- but- why..."
"What are your intentions? Why have you come here?" You asked.
"We wanted to find you!" Karl said, "We missed you (y/n)."
"Uhh, that's (y/n) from Las Nevadas to you." Charlie said.
Quackity sighed, grabbing Charlie by the collar and pulling him back, "Sorry- he's been learning sass and sarcasm lately."
"Still, what are you doing here?" You pushed.
"We wanted to find you! You've been gone so long, we thought we'd go looking." Sapnap explained.
"We've been gone?" You scoffed, "You were the ones who disappeared."
Karl moved forward, grabbing your left hand, and Quackity's right, "We just wanted to come back, to finally get married."
You pulled away, slowly sheathing your sword, "You can't be serious?"
"What do you mean?" Karl asked, the smile just beginning to drip off his face.
"You fucking left us- We were just trying to make a place for the four of us to be safe and you left us! And now you want back? Out of the blue?" Your voice steadily grew louder, "You cannot show up here after abandoning us like that!"
Quackity gently took your hand, murmuring, "(y/n)..."
"No. They don't get to do this!" You turned to him, watching his face change upon seeing the mix of anger and sadness in your eyes.
"W- We'll talk about this tomorrow, away from the kids," He asserted, for once not earning any protest about age from Purpled or Fundy, "Charlie, you think you can take these guys on a tour of the place?"
He nodded eagerly, "This way this way!"
As Sapnap, Karl, Purpled and FUndy began to trudge after him, Quackity turned to you, "(y/n)?"
You just shook your head, pulling your hand out of his and starting away.
~~ Purpled had followed the tour party quietly, taking a page from Charlie's book and watching, observing everything.
He had seen the pain in your face at the suggestion of marriage, and the anger in Quackity's just upon seeing them.
So, he followed the men warily, watching the way Karl exclaimed about how he had built an Effile tower just like the one in the city in Manberg, and the way that Sapnap mentioned fondly how the décor at the wedding hall matched the ones you two had always spoken about.
Hearing it nearly drove him mad. Did they not realize that it had all been for them? That dreams of them arriving were the only thing that had ruled Your and Quackity's minds?
When Charlie had directed the group, which by now included some of the other tourists, past one of the bars, he stopped.
Inside, Quackity was slumped at the bar, a bottle of whiskey in hand.
"Drinking away your problems won't solve them." Purpled sighed, pulling the bottle away from him.
"We were doing so good without them. You know that Purp. But here they are, back and ready to fuck things up again. That's how it's always been." He muttered.
The boy shook his head, "They don't realize how destructive they are? Do they?"
"Never have." He sighed.
"Lets get you back home."
Quackity allowed himself to be manhandled into standing, and then led out of the bar, back toward the offices, and toward the apartment.
"(y/n) will figure it out. They always do." Purpled assured him, pulling open the apartment door and ushering him in.
"But they shouldn't have too," He sighed, running a hand through his hair, not bothered by the way his beanie fell to the floor, "They've dealt with so much without help. Yet they're always the ones to help us."
~~
Once he had wrangled Quackity into the bedroom, Purpled headed back out, finding Fundy at the base of the Needle, "They up there?"
"Yeah," The hybrid sighed, "Quackity?"
"Got drunk. He's- painfully coherent though." He winced.
Fundy ran a hand through his hair, "It's hard to believe one of the nicest people around is the one to fuck them up like this."
"Makes perfect sense to me," Purpled said as they began to make their way toward the stairs, "My first night here- I was having a hard time, because- the whole server acted like I didn't exist. (y/n) told me about how Sapnap and Karl had abandoned them."
"Did it seem this bad though?" Fundy asked.
"No- but that was before they turned up again talking about marriage."
By now they had reached the top of the tower, and Purpled could see where you sat by the ledge, feet dangling over. Quietly, they both sat down on either side of you.
"How's Q?" You asked quietly after a moment.
"Drunk, but back at your apartment, well supplied with water." Purpled reported.
You nodded, "And K and- Karl and Sapnap?"
"Waaay to blissfully ignorant." Fundy said.
Quiet held you three in silence for a moment, until at last Purpled sighed, asking, almost bitterly, "So- are you gonna marry them? You were going to once."
"Even if I did it wouldn't change anything here." You mumbled.
"Sapnap was talking about how cool it would be to come back and visit from Kinoko after the honeymoon." Fundy admitted.
Before you could say anything Purpled drew one of his knees to his chest, "I- don't- it feels like they'd be taking you away from us- I like it the way it is. Things are nice, and they're just fucking it up."
Fundy nodded, "As much as I hate to say it, he's right. If you people all get married nothing will be the same. I kind of liked having parental figures, I don't want them messing that up."
"They won't." You promised softly.
By god, if you hadn't already made up your mind, their words would've swayed you.
~~ After a while, you stood, "Let's go home."
They followed you tiredly, Charlie joining the mini procession at one intersection, telling you that Sapnap and Karl had gone to get a hotel room.
At the apartment, Quackity was sitting on the couch, already seeming more sober than Purpled had told you. When you sat next to him, his arms were quick to wrap around you, holding you like a lifeline.
Charlie took his place on the other side of the couch, Purpled curled up in the armchair, and Fundy dug around until he found one of the old projectors he'd left there, queuing up a movie.
"Hey, just like on Nightmare's days!" Charlie laughed, referring to the infamous 16th, where, just about every month it seemed you, Fundy, Quackity and sometime Purpled would have nightmares of the Manburg Pogtopia war, and everyone would congregate in the living room to watch one of Fundy's movies.
"Sure as hell feels like one." Quackity muttered.
And so you watched the movie, though your thoughts drifted, thinking of how you would deal with your reappearing ex-fiancés.
As you thought, you created a mini script in your head. Exactly what you would say came you.
"You didn't need us then, and we don't need you now."
Yes, you thought, leaning more into Quackity's side, thats what you'd say, after you talked about your new family.
(and the next day, you did just that)

Hallo, thank you for requesting!
Yes, totally, I thought losing his relationship w/ Karlnap was bad, but [Lore Spoilers] then not only did Karl forget him, Slimcicle also died ;-;
Hope you enjoy <3
Comforting C!Quackity
Tumblr media
Click here before requesting, please <3
It was pretty normal for Quackity to visit from time to time
You've been friends even before he met his two fiancés
And it was you who had to listen to him go over how "cute Karl was" and how "funny Sapnap was", just on and on
You knew you left him in good hands and he would also told you that, until everything went down hill
With what happened with Schlatt, Kinoko Kingdom, Techno slashing his eyes, ect.
He never visited you with good news, only bad ones, and that of course worried you
The visits turned into ways for the man to take his mind off of everything
Hanging out in the little cottage you had, drinking something warm and eating whatever you had cooked up for him
He'd let you play with his hair as he talked his heart out, drying his tears whenever they would threaten to fall
The Mexican was grateful to have you. He never wanted anything to happen to your relationship...so he distanced himself, thinking that he would cause something bad to happen to you
Days, Weeks, Months you waited for a sign of your best friend...but nothing came of it
You really thought you did something wrong, but when you searched for him for an explanation no one knew here he was
But just when you were about to give up a certain slime human visited you, telling you that "Quackity from Las Nevadas was waiting for you at Las Nevadas"
The name of the place was news to you, but you didn't care. You just wanted an explanation
Letting yourself in the building and in the room where Slimecicle had told you that Quackity was, you were finally met with your dear friend
"Y/N...what are yo-"
Red puffy eyes and damp cheeks covered his face, a look of surprise soon followed
"I brought them here! You said that you needed an old friend so I remembered them and brought them here!"
But before he could explain anything you pulled him into a hug
After thanking Slimecicle and telling him to leave you two alone, he approached you
"Don't even start. You look horrible...tell me what happened"
And that's what broke him. Sobs filled the room as he explained the recent meet up with Sapnap and accusations from Karl as he burrued his face into your neck, hugignf you close
He had never felt safer. Your arms were like a soft blanket that would keep him safe from whatever the f was happening to his life
It was right then and there that he promised himself to never leave your side, and protect you at all cost

- Ponk’s room in Niki’s city is decorated with posters of anime, his favorite people, pictures of Ponk and Sam next to each other, and his Enderman named Speed Wagon
- He wants to get a poster from both Foolish and HBomb
- Ponk waits at the Community House and Foolish boats in.
- Foolish notices Ponk’s stump, not knowing what it is at first. Ponk tells him that “Sam happened,” and Foolish replies that Ponk needs to get Sam out of his head. Ponk then tells him that he’s been taken into a communist cult, and that he’s missing an arm, and it oozes red stuff. Foolish freaks out.
- Ponk remarks that Foolish has a good sense of style, and he would like to commission something. He leads Foolish to the city. Foolish asks about his arm again, and Ponk says he’ll tell Foolish about it in time.
- Foolish says at least Ponk seems to be in good spirits. Ponk says that it’s because of the medication that Niki gave him. The salmon in his roof produces a drug that makes him happy.
- They mess around with the posters in Ponk’s room some. Ponk mentions that Sam took his arm, and Foolish is shocked. Ponk’s said too much. He wishes Foolish luck and says he’ll pay him well later before leaving Foolish to the room.
- Foolish says he knew Ponk and Sam were on rocky terms, but it’s a bit much of Sam to take Ponk’s arm...
- He puts a picture of himself in the shark outfit on Ponk’s wall and leaves to continue working.

LAS NEVADAS: EPISODE TWO

Two shadowy hooded figures ride on horseback across the wilderness.
There’s a third who rides a skeleton horse.
They approach Eret’s castle from the direction of Antfrost’s animal sanctuary. As they ride down the Prime Path, sirens can be heard in the background.
---
There is a montage of Quackity going to the prison each day, rain or shine. The waivers are shown, and Quackity’s name is signed.
On screen, the day numbers are shown as Dream runs around the cell, punching the air.
It starts from 2. At day 16, Dream is in the respawn pool as Quackity approaches. The numbers go up to 29.
-
72 Hours before The Visit
-
- Quackity rows to a remote island, where he meets Awesamdude. Sam is confused at how Quackity knew about this place.
- Sam has been busy farming in a small patch of land to get away from things. He started not long ago.
- There’s a gravestone with a disc and a jukebox dedicated to Tommy.
- Quackity tells Sam that Tommy’s death wasn’t his fault. Sam disagrees, saying it was his responsibility.
- Sam shows Quackity his beach full of turtles and his horse
- Quackity tells Sam that he’s a very caring person. Sam shows Quackity his house.
- Quackity then tells Sam that he’s not the only one who thinks Tommy’s death wasn’t his fault, but Dream’s. To accept that is the only way to move on.
Sam: “I could’ve done something, Quackity. I could’ve...I don’t know. I could’ve done something.”
Quackity: “No, you know what you could’ve done? You could’ve gone back into that jail cell and put a sword right through his neck. That’s what you could’ve done, Sam. That’s what you could’ve done to Dream. Because guess what, Sam? this isn’t the first time he does it, and this isn’t the last time either. Sam, look at me...the only way he’s gonna stop this is if you get rid of him, Sam. That is the only way.”
- Quackity says they should do it right now. They go back into the house and Sam activates a secret door with a potato, leading down into a basement full of weapons and armor. They head out in boats as Quackity encourages Sam to do it.
Quackity: “Feel that fury in your fucking heart, Sam, and know that’s all because of Dream. Let’s go. Let’s go, Sam. It’s all because of Dream.”
Sam: “You’re right! I couldn’t do anything! Dream would’ve killed him anyways if I had gone in there, there’s nothing I could’ve done!”
Sam: “I can just kill him! I can just murder him! He can’t get away, he’s stuck in there, he has nothing! He’s so weak! This is the perfect chance! I can just murder -- no one would even need to know that he died! I can just say he was still locked up there, I could -- yes -- you’re right, and if I kill him no one will die! I don’t want any visitors already!”
Quackity: “Exactly! No visitors! No visitors, Sam! No visitors, no one’s allowed to see Dream ever again, it’s a secret between you and me, Sam...we’re not gonna tell anyone. As far as we’re aware, Dream is in that prison, and no one’s allowed to visit him ever again because he committed that crime against Tommy. Guess what? no one’s even gonna wanna see him, Sam, nobody! Because he killed Tommy, and everyone’s scared of him. But guess what? You and me, we’re not gonna be scared, Sam, because we know Dream is going to be fucking gone.”
Sam: “‘Cause he’s stuck in that cell anyway! There’s nothing he can do! We could kill him, and when he’s a ghost, I could go in and kill him again! And kill him again! And kill him again! And kill him again! And I can kill him a thousand times for the one death he gave Tommy!”
“Do you wanna come with me? You wanna help me do it? You can hold him down, and I'll chop his head off! We can kill him just like that, and there’s nothing he can do! Yes! He can just cry, and scream, and he’ll die -- I wonder if he’ll laugh now!”
- They reach the prison entrance and enter the portal. Quackity tells Sam that this is all for Tommy, and it’ll make him feel better.
- Before they can go through the defenses, though, Sam hesitates and starts having doubts.
Sam: “Quackity, we can’t kill him! That’s the whole reason we put him in here to begin with! Tommy trusted me to keep Dream in here! And now Tommy’s -- Tommy’s dead, I can’t do this to Tommy! Tommy trusted me, and he might’ve died, but that doesn’t mean we can let this happen! No, no! Tommy would want us to keep him locked up! The whole reason we locked him up was -- if someone else dies, Dream’s the only one who can do anything about it!”
“I can’t ruin what I promised to Tommy more than once.”
- Quackity says this is his chance at redemption, but Sam insists they can’t kill him. Quackity stops and then says he’s sorry he got ahead of himself. Quackity goes to leave, but then hesitates and goes back to Sam one last time.
- One way or another, someone will have to do it. If not Sam, Quackity. He reminds Sam that Tommy’s death wasn’t his fault.
Quackity: “Sam, before I leave...you gotta get it together. Las Nevadas will have no place for emotions, or for any personal ideas that you may have, or feelings, Sam. If you’re gonna be my business partner, you gotta do more than this. Understand?”
“I’ll talk to you soon, Sam.”
- Quackity leaves.
-
48 hours before The Visit.
-
- Quackity is speaking with someone. He thanks someone for giving him the spot, telling them that they can’t tell anyone about it.
- Quackity is near Fundy’s house. He digs straight down into the ground, landing in an underground area made of nether brick. It’s an extensive series of hallways. Quackity has a bunch of TNT.
- He finds the Egg Room and starts putting TNT around the Egg.
- He notices Bad and Punz approach and backs into the area behind, brandishing a redstone torch. Bad warns him not to do it.
- Quackity tells Bad that he doesn’t need the Egg, he knows that there’s still a part of Bad that isn’t doing this, and that they can work together.
- Bad replies that if Quackity gets in the way of his mission, he won’t have anything.
- Rat starts barking. Quackity says he’s doing this for Bad.
Punz: “Bad, don’t let this guy manipulate you.”
- Quackity shouts that he’s going to light it up and places more.
Quackity: “We’re all gonna go. I’m doing this for your own, Bad! I’m doing this for your own good!”
Bad: “You’re doing this for yourself, Quackity! I need this! I need the Egg!”
- Quackity gets Bad to order Punz away and keeps negotiating with Bad. He tells Bad that before the Egg, Bad was one of his closest friends, and in order for them to do great things together, Bad has to let go of the Egg.
Quackity sets off the TNT. The explosions go off, and the Egg turns to obsidian.
---
On one heart, someone slowly makes their way through the burning remains of the nether brick area, holding a single redstone torch as the Egg whispers.
HOW DARE YOU TRY AND TAKE THIS ONE FROM ME.
YOU WILL SUFFER FOR THIS.
HOW DARE YOU TRY AND TAKE THIS ONE FROM ME.
They stumble down the hall and the screen goes black.
-
24 hours before The Visit.
-
Quackity rides Boner down the Pogtopia highway.
He pauses at Tommy’s summer home, looking at the prison, and rides down.
- He notices George standing at the entrance, looking towards the portal. The two have a happy reunion. Quackity asks him why he’s here -- George says he’s just chilling.
- Quackity hasn’t seen George in ages. George is surprised by the scar on Quackity’s eye.
- He shows George Boner, who he has renamed to Ossium.
- He asks what George has been up to. It’s been ages since he’s seen George, Karl or Sapnap.
- Quackity tells George that he’s taken a break from El Rapids and has been working on a new project called Las Nevadas, a country full of casinos. An entertainment haven. He wants to set up a meeting with George, Karl and Sapnap about getting them all casinos.
- George asks, what about Kinoko Kingdom? Quackity doesn’t know what that is. George tells him, and says that Karl said he told Quackity about it.
- Quackity wasn’t told anything about this. He asks how long ago. It’s been a while.
- Quackity thought they had El Rapids going. It’s been hard to get in contact with them. George says he can still join.
Quackity: “I was working on this project, and I wanted to p-- no, no no, you’re...that makes sense. That explains so many things.”
- George tells him the direction that Kinoko is in. Quackity asks if they aren’t a part of El Rapids anymore. George says he supposes they can’t be in two countries at once.
- Quackity asks George not to tell anything to anybody about Las Nevadas. It will open soon, but he wants all the details to remain between them. As far as George knows, it’s just a country with entertainment.
- He says goodbye and leaves, telling George to say hi to Karl and Sapnap for him.
---
There’s a shot of Eret’s tower.
The Socializing Club and Purpled’s Walmart.
The old remodeled Community House.
The cobblestone version of Tommy’s house with the spruce trees around his land.
Skeppy’s original blackstone house with the three-door entrance.
Ze Haus.
The Spawn trap.
The camera pans up to a view of L’manburg, with blackstone walls, and the rebuilt Camarvan made of dirt.
The Elton John House and Space Program within the walls.
King’s Court.
It’s the Election Debate, Quackity and George arguing with Wilbur and Tommy.
---
- Quackity is out on a walk with Wilbur. He wants to know more about Wilbur. He asks why Wilbur has done the things he does.
- Wilbur tells him he wants protection for his people. Quackity asks to talk to Wilbur off the books. He wants to talk to Wilbur not as politicians, but people.
Wilbur: “Um, I mean I appreciate it -- No. The election’s in twelve days.”
- Quackity insists, and Wilbur says he’ll try.
- Quackity says he appreciates the Wilbur is trying to protect his people, and he doesn’t aim to overthrow him.
Quackity: “None of this is about fighting to me. I think there’s just a big difference between you and me, and I like to see the good side on people. I like to think that there’s a side of everyone that is willing to work for wanting to see a better future for everyone, and I think that’s where you and I are very, very different.”
“See, when I got here, when I got to these lands, and I wanted to join L’manburg, I was told I couldn’t. I was told to walk away because I wasn’t allowed to join L’manburg. And to me, that was a lack of belonging. And if I have to become President and tear down some walls in order for no one to ever feel unwelcome again, then so be it. I do believe that everyone has a good side to them, and I do believe that everyone has something to contribute to the nation.”
Wilbur: “Your aspirations of optimism are not going to be subject to my nation’s security, I’m afraid. I -- I completely disagree with everything you said...”
“You say everyone has a good side, Quackity -- and you’re right. You’re right. Everyone has a good side. But that good side is only there to help themselves. If you’re really gonna help people, you’re gonna need power, Quackity. You can make a movement, you can make a resistance, right, you can go out and you can come back, and they’ll give you a ticket-tape parade. They’ll cheer for you in the streets, but you will change nothing. If you have a revolution, everyone will hate you. You will sacrifice everything, and you will lose everything you ever had, but you will come back and everything will be changed. And Quackity, if you wanna change things, you’re gonna need power. That’s what you really want, isn’t it. Look at me..”
“And power isn’t gained from diplomacy, and bureaucracy, and giant courthouses suspended in the sky, blah blah blah -- it’s gained from swords, Quackity. It’s gained from blades. It’s gained from steel. Iron. Even if everyone has this good side that you’re talking about, then anyone who wants to prove it has to show their dark side first. You’re going to have to kill. You’re going to have to torture. You’re going to have to maim. When I look at you, as a fellow outsider...you’re not ready for that.”
“I’m leaving.”
 - There’s a montage:
Quackity watching as Schlatt destroys the White House the day he left to join Pogtopia.
The Mexican L’manburg Revolution, Quackity facing Dream outside Church Prime.
Dream destroying Mexican L’manburg.
Quackity facing Technoblade in the Final Control Room.
Dream and Quackity outside of Church Prime again.
“I understand that you -- that you wish to cause problems on the SMP, and that’s your number one goal. You are, by far -- you are the biggest enemy on the SMP right now.”
---
Present Day.
---
He’s at Wilbur’s resurrection shrine. There is a chest marked “For Wilbur.”
- Quackity writes in a book.
“My dearest friend, Wilbur...
You were right all along...
And I won’t make the same mistakes twice.”
- He signs the book “PROJECT NEVADAS” and puts it in the chest.
- Quackity rides off on Ossium and dons the black hood as the sirens sound.

AM I GOING INSANE OR ARE THERE PARALLELS WITH C!TECHNO AND C!QUACKITY
hear me out ladies and gentlemen. c!quackity felt betrayed by the people he cared about, namely the whole fiasco with kinoko kingdom and it’s all. based on some sort of misunderstanding and lack of communication. c!quackity felt betrayed because c!karl c!sapnap and c!george went and built a country without him, and yet again, this is built from a misunderstanding. c!karl was supposed to invite him. c!karl forgot. and it wasn’t c!karl’s fault for forgetting. and now, we have c!quackity, creating his own nation, recruiting people for his nation, but he won’t let any of them get too close. keep your friends close, after all, but keep your enemies closer. it would hurt less when they left him eventually.
c!techno, on the other hand, also felt betrayed. first in pogtopia, again with c!tommy. now obviously they weren’t “betrayals” so much as lack of communication and everyone deciding to “cross the bridges when they get there,” which caused a lot of problems. but again, here we have a supposed betrayal built on miscommunication and misunderstanding. and it’s always been difficult to gain c!techno’s trust, but after c!tommy went back to l’manburg, it was perhaps even harder. when he agreed to give c!ranboo shelter after doomsday, he was wary and tried to remain emotionally neutral. after all, in his mind, he didn’t want a repeat of the last time he took someone in. but then, he recruits the syndicate.
c!quackity still cares about his friends. he still made an effort to reconnect even if he thought it would go poorly. he still wanted to make c!sapnap happy.
c!techno still cares about c!tommy. why else, then, would he put him in his will, even if doesn’t completely understand him?
c!quackity meets c!slime, and c!quackity fails at what he promised himself not to do. he gets attached. and he knows this is a problem, but he mentors c!slime anyways. he teaches him how to be a leader anyways. he tries to tell c!slime “don’t get attached, everything you love gets destroyed anyways,” but he’s already failed again. So, when he thinks he’s going to die, he tries to prepare c!slime.
c!techno spends time with c!ranboo, and at first, is intrigued by his endermen-like abilities. he wants to see what c!ranboo can do. and somewhere along the way, he dubs himself c!ranboo’s mentor. and though he may not verbally say it, he cares about c!ranboo, perhaps in the same way he cared about c!tommy. he would have, in his words, “fought the world” for c!tommy. in very much the same way we see c!techno defend c!ranboo from the whole c!bad and the egg fiasco. and now, he’s grown attached, as c!ranboo’s mentor, his sensei, jokingly saying he’ll probably end up dying at some point because the mentor always dies.
and then, tragedy strikes. just as c!quackity thought it would. once again, someone he loves is taken away from him, and this time, he’s forced to watch as c!slime dies, as a result of a betrayal from his own las nevadas, and then becomes a shell of himself.
and similarly, c!ranboo, the kid c!techno has begrudgingly taken under his wing, is killed because the man c!techno was returning a favor for, let him die. even after c!techno set the terms of the jailbreak (leaving c!ranboo was not an option). so while this wasn’t a betrayal like c!purpled, c!techno and c!dream were briefly on the same side, and since c!dream didn’t care about c!ranboo, he let him die. and now we have ghostboo, a completely different person than who c!techno originally mentored.
c!quackity learned from c!slime how to trust again. he’s trying to be in c!tommy’s corner.
c!techno also learned how to trust people again because of the syndicate, because of c!ranboo. he went to check in on c!tubbo and michael.
anyways maybe these are unhinged ramblings but i think it’s really interesting how narratively, c!quackity and c!techno went through similar character arcs. the situations were different, but there was a lot of the same feelings. and even though they hate each other, they’re perhaps very similar in the way they value friendships and handle falling-outs.
but uh, maybe i’ve lost it who knows

Honestly, I'm just grinning at the idea that in the yandere au - literally everyone is a yandere except Quackity, our beloved. It's like a new au all to itself! Quackity's Yandere Harem Au! It's such a fun idea/concept that has potential for shennanigans to happen all the time! That being said - I hope you don't mind if I ask- what would happen if Yan!Wilbur, Techno, and the newly-escaped Dream meets Yan!Fiancees and George? I imagine that a mini Quackity club would be born and attempted murder.
Kinoko Kingdom, Pandora Vault prisoners, Wilbur Soot & Quackity
* Let me tell you that quackity doesn't want to be there for that meeting. He would rather be at home, thinking of how to get richer. He doesn't want to think about the possible deaths that will happen. * First of all, Wilbur would go over to Karl and Sapnap, and without any shame, tell them about the affair that quackity and him had in pogtopia. He would also explain the sexual tension between the two right now, and say that he was clearly more attracted to wilbur than Karl or Sapnap. * That would cause Karl to remember the time that Wilbur started to make out with Quackity while in the corner at Nihachu's birthday. Karl isn't the type to fight often, but you can believe me when I tell you that Karl would go to punch Wilbur with all his strength. * Sapnap wouldn't even hold Karl back, seeing as he himself would want to murder the man. How dares he touch his fiance. How dares the man seduce Quackity!? Of course, Quackity wouldn't be able to resist. He was always a man like that. Karl and Sapnap knew what they were getting into the moment they got together.. * While the trio are beating the shit out of one another, Dream and George would be having a moment, to say the least. Dream, not knowing about George's feelings for quackity, Dream would go off about how happy he is, and how he wants to see Quackity again. * Technoblade would be a lot less willing to tell George about his adventures with Quackity in prison, but he would blush and nod sometimes while Dream would tell the stories while openly without any shame or embarrassment. * You can imagine how surpised Dream was when George would out of nowhere say that sure, Dream was being beat up by Quackity, but had Quackity ever smiled or looked excited to see him? George would go off on a rant about how Quackity was so happy to see him, that he even forgot to visit Dream at the prison the day the two met. * To say the least, the only one without any wounds would come out Technoblade, but is that really a surprise?

A character study on George Lore and the importance of his character for future lore- strap yourselves in lads, cause this is gonna be a longgggg one while I'm still awake and not delirious
I know we write off George in the lore a lot because- well, one, he never streams it because he doesn't really enjoy it. But two, because the only character he was truly associated (interpret that how you will) with was Dream, and he's out of the count for a while. HOWEVER! something interesting about George's character in the Dream SMP lore, and it's that George takes a more passive role (an "I was over there on the bench" type of take, if you will). Obviously this is because,,as we know,,George either sleeps through events, builds mushroom houses, or simply doesn't care. But here's the thing: George both acts as a perfect motivation for Dream and his actions throughout the entire story, as well as offers a new overarching plotline- depending on the interpretation you have for his character.
________________________________________________________________________
Before we get into the actual analysis, let's recap the events:
-George helped Dream throughout the L'Manberg war for independence, particularly as his second in command.
-George ran alongside Quackity to rule L'Manberg, newly emancipated.
-George built a house and somehow managed to not see an entire war happen, only showing up to kill the withers
-On the same day, George became king of the SMP server shortly, as Eret was deposed- only to be deposed by Dream soon after George was assassinated (I honestly forget if the death is canon, it's probably not but fuck you and fuck the Wikipedia page, I declare it canon because it ties everything in so well- more on that later)
-Dream leaves George and Sapnap, largely ignoring Sapnap (rest in peace, sapnap)
-George founds Kinoko Kingdom with Karl and Sapnap (RIP quackity)
-George meets DreamXD, and it all becomes derealized from there
________________________________________________________________________
I'll come back to these events one by one, but I need to first begin by discussing Dream and George as a pair. DNF doesn't even play a part, their characters literally started out intertwined. They started, from my memory of the lore and in SADist's animatic at the moment where Dream said,
"look, George, everything the light touches is our kingdom. King's time as a ruler rises and falls like the sun. One day, George, the sun will set on my time here, and will rise with you as the new king."
This lays out their motivations and sets up their future interactions throughout the whole plotline. They're greedy and manipulative, they want power- it's pretty explicitly stated they believe that everything in the server is inherently THEIRS because they were there first. But there's something telling about the fact that Dream is the one who says this.
Dream is a homicidal pyromaniac who demands control over everyone, and everything. He went as far as mentally and physically torturing children, forcing them to submit so that he can have absolute control. But George, George was the one person he would share that world with. He said it himself, George was a weakness that he had to let go of in order to have everything. I'm not nearly justifying anything Dream did, but let's remember that quote. Dream fully wanted George to rule with him- he wanted George to be the ruler. If we consider the war from George's perspective for a second, it makes perfect sense. He followed his best friend into literal war to protect their world from invaders who sing Hamilton for god's sakes.
Even after they got Tommy's discs, George ran for Vice President alongside Quackity, so who's to say that Quackity wasn't just a puppet for those two? It didn't matter anyway, Schlatt did it himself, I mean come on he tore down the walls and openly enlisted Dream to help him. Dream and George now held control of Manberg and the whole SMP, because of Schlatt and Quackity. A war ensues, and their hold only becomes stronger, more sure.
And this is when George becomes king. This is the high point for their characters, literally the manifestation of everything they wanted since day one. Manberg gets blown up, Dream has just overthrown Eret, and now George is king. It's everything they wanted, everything Dream told George in that quiet moment. So why would George continue with destruction, when he could have a quiet life with Dream, residing over their world just like they planned? He builds a house for himself and Dream, and (look I know I'm reaching, sit back down) that should be the epilogue for them.
________________________________________________________________________
But then he gets assassinated.
Dream loses George, and George sees, in gory firsthand detail, the consequences their actions have left on the SMP. This is huge for their characters, because not only does it cause a rift in their friendship, it changes their motivations so that they just slightly clash. Just slightly at first. But now that Dream has seen George get hurt, he doesn't want him involved anymore. He cares about George deeply and would lead the way for the both of them to the ends of the earth, and he tells himself that letting go is better. If Dream can let go, then he'll punish the world who hurt them and ensure that no one will ever disobey them ever again.
So he lets go of George. Actually, more accurately, he forcibly shuts him out along with any other connection he might've had. And thus begins the spiral into madness for these two characters.
We'll start with George.
George wanted nothing more than to live in a perfect world with Dream (and Sapnap but they really kind of forgot about him), and that was just taken from him by the very person who George fully trusted and loved (platonically of course, hah,,,,). Unlike Dream, who wants control, George wants protection- and reasonably so, he was legit assassinated. This is where their motivations differ. While they're both willing to go to the ends of the earth for one another, Dream focused more on the world centering around them, and George wanted nothing but a world with Dream. So when Dream turns on him, he runs away. He's part of a new world now, and no one will ever find them in Kinoko Kingdom. He can't hurt anyone else with war and destruction there. George convinces himself that all he wants is the friendship and companionship in this small world that no one can touch, and he's happy. Sort of.
And then [DreamXD has joined the game]. It's Dream. Kind of. Just enough for George to corrode into a mess, his desires now artificial. He becomes friends with DreamXD in exchange for protection, in the form of netherite armor and the ability to literally build new worlds in an instant with his powers. Dream may have been the ambitious one, but don't underestimate George. He'll do anything to stay close to the god that can give him a fake world with Dream again.
And now, let's get to the big bad villain, Dream.
Without George grounding him, Dream becomes hyperfixated on absolute control, reasoning that Tommyinnit is the representation of everything he can't control, so he becomes hellbent on destroying that spark of rebellion that split him and George apart in the first place. Hell, once Dream has Tommy in exile, he gives Tommy his trident and is subsequently reminded of George thanks to a joke by Tommy. (Yeah I'm putting the DNF joke in the lore, it was fucking hilarious, you know the one). Everyone and everything is in line for Dream, but it's still not enough. Dream isn't satisfied (and he'll never be satisfied with the warped idea that letting go for control is the key to perfection). Tommy escapes, they try to unite against Dream, and he fucking snaps. In a last-ditch attempt for absolute control over something, anything in his life to make him happy again, he destroys everything once more, tries to kill Tommy and Tubbo for good, and most importantly, locks up the one thing that everyone cares about most.
Huh.
What was that thing he said again? He let go of all of his attachments to gain control? And yet. He ends up locking up everyone else's items of attachment in an attempt to keep them in line. It's almost like he subconsciously acknowledges that connection is the one thing he threw away, and it's the one thing he needs to feel totally in control of himself.
If this doesn't say it all, then I'll say it as well.
Dream needs George, and George (and yeah okay Sapnap too, but poor guy was discarded by Dream real quick without a second glance) was the key to his spiral. His entire arc, starting from ruling as the owner of their own little world (just the two of them) and ending up locked up, alone as ever but, this time, very very aware that being alone above everyone else was never what he wanted. He wanted companionship. It's why he wants Tommy back- Tommy was the embodiment of the friendship Dream and George, but it's twisted in the sense that it's controlling and manipulative; control is what Dream first set out to accomplish, at first with George, and then to take revenge on the people that hurt George.
"Who do you miss most?"
"I think you should go, Tommy"
________________________________________________________________________
Alright, we're all caught up on events. I've given you a long, rambling storyline focusing solely on these two and their interrelated actions. So, how does this all connect? What's the big, crazy aspect of George's character that can keep this plotline together? Their motivations can't possibly align anymore, they've burned their bridges. But there's one event that I didn't mention before.
George was at the prison gates, wanting to see Dream.
Something in George was reminded of that connection, and he reached out. Granted, it was just 2 seconds of Quackity's stream and Sam wasn't letting in prisoners anyway, but this is huge. Dream said to technoblade that "none of his friends visit him"- and then immediately admitted that sapnap and bad HAD visited him. Obviously, we know who he's talking about and they danced around that subject a whole LOT in Techno's prison podcast stream. They haven't just forgotten about each other, so something about the other person is important enough to at least be a nagging thought in the back of their minds. Remember, George is a perfect motivation for Dream- he was the connection Dream needed and lost in his obsession with control- he captured everything that meant something to people, and yet, in the prison, he acts like no one else means anything to him. And George has shown no motive for wanting to see Dream; he quickly changed the subject when Quackity asked him (ok ok YES I know it's probably because he wanted to get the lore over with but shush). Maybe it's revenge, maybe he wants Dream to know how hurt he was by the betrayal and abandonment. Maybe he's just bored. But let's remember, George told DreamXD, "you're not really him". He misses Dream.
Let's make it clear- this isn't love. At least, not anymore. Maybe there was genuine connection and friendship in the beginning, but that's gone, both men are corrupted by greed and manipulation, and Dream (in the lore) is NOT a good person by any means. But. George's character can change the course of the lore.
There's two paths that George can take here, given the opportunity to take part in the lore (and man, I really hope he does):
He can either free Dream and Techno, likely alongside Phil. He can take that leap and pray that Dream is still in that fucked up shell of a man, somewhere. He might even leave Dream alone entirely and disappear for good, hidden away in Kinoko Kingdom or even with DreamXD, in a lonely reality entirely separate from everyone else. He's hidden away for so long, and only Sapnap and Karl know where he is. Even Quackity, who now rivals mushroom boys with his own feelings of betrayal, doesn't actually know where Kinoko kingdom is. But when he comes back, he opens the opportunity for one last reach. One last attempt at a connection before both of them are lost to whatever the hell kind of antics the writers have planned.
But here's the second option:
George is more like Dream than anyone had anticipated, and DreamXD gives him the ambition he needed. Dream wasn't alone in those wars, and George was his right-hand man, so just maybe, he's just as capable of manipulation and terror as Dream is. So he returns to the world that others have destroyed, and he lashes out at all the people who he believes have hurt him. Who would suspect George of all people to be capable of things only Dream (and Techno in a bad mood) is insane enough to even consider?
It sounds like a reach, but bear with me. From that first quote, we can see that George wants to rule with Dream, their world in their hands. It was the others in that world who ruined it, first by fighting for independence and then by assassinating him, and then by taking Dream away- well deserved, but who are they to judge him? They waged their own wars and destroyed themselves. George is just helping along the process, creating the chaos that Dream would both hate and love. If they can't be happy with their friendship in their world, then maybe no one should be.
If they can't have it, no one can. Their unfinished symphony. They'll become worse than the people they didn't want to be. Or maybe it was just never meant to be. Ok I'm done with the self-indulgent puns. we're reaching the end, I promise.
So how would this all affect the lore?
It's safe to say that the lore has been,,,disjointed to say the least. Quackity, puffy, Tommy, tubbo, Ranboo, techno, they all have their own lore going on and it needs to all tie together. Bad, I'm not sure where he's even gone. But right now, they're all fighting their own villains, so how about one more comes along and forces them to cooperate again? Las Nevadas becomes the haben Quackity always wanted it to be when everyone runs to him, for help. Ranboo, Tommy, and tubbo face the decision of either siding with someone yet again and losing everything, or being destroyed in an attempt to flee. Maybe Quackity and puffy meet, amd quackity is forced to open up. Hell, all of Las Nevadas books a therapy session. Wilbur faces the dilemma of joining the chaos or helping his friends. it's a perfect final battle. And the new Dream SMP server starts.
I hope you enjoyed whatever crack I'm on right now, I actually passed out halfway through making this and continued the next night at 12:46 A.M.
George, my beloved, please, you could do numbers on this SMP please god💙💙

When Sapnap goes to visit Dream again, he notices something off about Sam. He's flightier, less talkative. He barely meets Sapnap's eye the entire walk through the prison. When they finally get to the main cell, Sam warns him that Dream might not talk again. Sapnap nods in understanding, remembering the last time he saw him.
He isn't expecting Dream, once someone who stood tall and proud, whose presence demanded all of the attention in the room, to be curled into a shaking ball in the corner next to his chest. The shaking gets worse the closer the platform comes to the cell, and Sapnap can see the way Dream's jumpsuit is torn, the way there's blood staining parts that should by no means be bloodstained. Dream doesn't look up when Sapnap steps foot onto the obsidian, doesn't look up when the Netherite barrier drops, continues to not look up until Sapnap's hesitant voice bounces off the walls.
"Dream?"
This finally gets his attention, his head snapping up and dull green eyes meeting sparking red. Now Sapnap can take in the details that were hidden in Dream's arms. How his cheeks are hollow, how new scars trail across his face, some wounds barely healed from the poor environment.
Sapnap takes a step toward Dream, and his heart stops in his chest at the way Dream violently tries to sink into the wall behind him. So, Sapnap sits on the floor where he stands, keeping his eyes on the crumpled, shivering form of the once most powerful man on the server -- of his friend.
He doesn't move, even as Dream stops trembling again and looks back up, waiting for force that will never come. Slowly, once it seems Dream realizes Sapnap doesn't want to hurt him, he starts to unfurl from himself. His arms and legs are lacking the muscle mass Sapnap knew he once possessed, and the skin that's exposed is covered in dirt and blood and poorly healed injuries. It makes Sapnap sick to think about the damage he can't see, what's covered by layers of fabric, or worse, what's covered by skin and muscle.
It takes the better part of an hour for Dream to speak up, and Sapnap's heart splinters.
"What d'you want?" He sounds like he hasn't had anything to drink in months, his voice creaky and dry. His words, however few, are slurred and misshapen. It takes a second for the reason to click in Sapnap's head, having heard one of his own fiances have to adjust to his new speech impediment and lack of teeth on his own time. It makes his stomach churn.
"I wanted to see you. Check in on you, y'know? See how you're holding up." His voice is softer than he intended for it to be, more somber.
Dream looks like he doesn't know how to respond, so he doesn't. He just lets his body slump against the wall, bringing his legs back up to his chest and wrapping his arms around his knees. It’s as he's staring off into middle space that Sapnap realizes one last thing about the way Dream looks, and it genuinely makes him want to throw up, or scream, or cry. Probably all three at once, if possible.
Several of Dream's fingers were reduced to stumps.
The entirety of his right pinky was gone, and he was missing about half of his right ring finger. The other three remained intact, but it was obvious he'll never be able to hold an axe again. His left hand was worse off. His ring finger was gone, and the pinky was cut down to the second knuckle, almost in a sick reverse of his right hand. He was also missing the tip of his middle and pointer fingers, his thumb spared yet again.
Sapnap chokes back a sob and has to turn away to keep his composure, forcing his tears and vomit back down. It takes him a few to steady his breathing and look back to Dream, only to find Dream looking at him first.
"What happened to you?" Sapnap sounded even more broken, a quiet plea slipping into his words. He wanted nothing more than to hold Dream like he did when they were younger, before all of the war and strife and bloodshed. Back when they were allowed to call each other brothers.
"Someone wanted information. I didn't give it up right away and he got violent." Dream tries to shrug, but the tremble in his shoulders makes it look more like a sick, shuddering laugh. Sapnap reluctantly notes that his earlier suspicions were correct, that Dream is now missing several of his teeth.
The temperature in the lava-covered room spikes as Sapnap's temper flares for a moment, before calming right back down into another unsettled roll of his gut.
"Who?" His response is choked, and he doesn't think he wants to know the answer.
Dream shakes his head frantically, tensing back up. The answer would destroy Sapnap, and Dream doesn't want that, so he keeps his mouth shut and his head down.
Sapnap wants names, though, and he's not leaving without one. He makes up his mind right then and there that there's something fucked up going on in Pandora's Vault, and he wants to get to the bottom of it. Even if Dream grew into a monster, he knew that no one deserved whatever physical abuse Dream's been going through.
"Is it Sam? Has he been doing this to you?" His voice shakes with fury, with sadness. Dream shakes his head again in response, before briefly shrugging.
"If it's not Sam, then he's at least letting this happen to you. Who the fuck would he let in here with- with whatever can do that much damage?"
"You don't wanna know, Sap." The 's' is whistled through the holes in his grimace, and he still refuses to meet Sapnap's eyes.
"I do. I need to know. I can't let them keep doing this to you." There's a few suspects running through his mind, but none of them beg for the anonymity Dream's allowing them.
Techno wouldn't torture someone, he's not that cold-hearted, and he'd have nothing to gain from repeatedly hurting Dream. Bad could easily do this damage, but even as he's controlled by the Egg, Sapnap knows he'd never lay a finger on Dream. Wilbur and Schlatt are dead, and Ghostbur wouldn't hurt a fly. Tommy'd pussy out before doing any serious damage, and even then, the kid was so heavily traumatized by Dream that all it would take for him to back down would be a threatening smile. He also can't see Ranboo hurting anyone intentionally, or Fundy coming back from wherever he'd run off to just to hurt Dream. Nearly everyone else was left untouched by Dream's influence. Foolish barely knew him, Connor was almost completely clueless, and Puffy thought that Dream didn't deserve to see her. Everyone else was too caught up in their own business to care, so that only really left a few possible people.
Sam, Ant, Punz, and Sapnap's least favorite answer, Quackity.
Dream already said it wasn't Sam, Ant was too busy with the Egg, and Punz was too apathetic to really care about what Dream had done to be motivated enough to mutilate one of his friends like this. That meant-
"Quackity. Is- is Quackity hurting you?" Sapnap's voice is far away, even to his own ears. He barely caught Dream's slow, shallow nod before he hides his face back in his knees.
It made sense, unfortunately. He hasn't seen Quackity in a while, spending most of his time building Kinoko Kingdom with Karl and George. It only really just hit him that they abandoned El Rapids to hastily move to the flower forest on the outer edge of the Dream SMP, leaving Quackity alone. No one had really heard from him in a long while, and Sapnap hadn't thought to keep tabs on him, trusting his fiance to keep out of trouble.
Apparently, that was too much to ask. Sapnap knew how ruthless Quackity could be when he wanted something bad enough, knew that he was an unstoppable force.
Dream's ragged breathing snaps Sapnap out of his thoughts, bringing his attention back to the present. Dream hadn't stopped shaking, but at least he was now looking at Sapnap again, gauging his reaction. Based on his breathing, he found something he didn't like.
"Fuck, I'm sorry. I'm so sorry, Pandas." His voice shook, tears threatening to spill out of dead eyes.
Sapnap doesn't respond, only standing. His shoulders slumped and his fists shaking at his sides. He takes a few strides across the cell before dropping down to his knees next to Dream, wrapping his arms around him.
They sit there like that for a while, crying and shaking. Dream was far too light for Sapnap's comfort, but that just made him hold on harder. Dream even snaked his arms around Sapnap's back in return, the dull nubs of his fingers trying to grip as much of his shirt as they could. Sapnap sobs.
He pulls back first, after both of them had spent all of their tears.
"I'm getting you out of here. Fuck what I said about taking your last life, you don't fucking deserve this." Sapnap knows his voice is rough, but the intense set of his eyes gives Dream enough reassurance to let go.
Sapnap stands, leaving Dream on the ground, and calls for Sam to let him out. He doesn't step away from Dream until he has to, and he makes a silent promise to make sure someone pays for this.
He ignores Sam the entire trip back through the prison, and his first thought after stepping back into sunlight is find Quackity.

Hear me out, Dream SMP Band AU
As an anon to different people I’ve sent like 5 million au ideas and for ✨reasons✨i think it’s for the best I don’t post the idea’s i’ve already sent in to others. luckily i am very sleep deprived and have a few other aus up my sleeve so here’s an idea for a Band AU. (SideNote: the characters are primarily based on their c! selfs not the content creators / ccs that play them on the Dream SMP)
it doesn’t start off with some x reader but i swear there’s x reader in this don’t kill me-
i have an extremely soft spot for the Syndicate and cannot bear to part them so guess they’re a band-
okay but seriously, they’re a band and their codenames are their stage names because i think that’s pretty cool. Philza / Zephyrus is the guitarist (purely off the vibes and since he doesn’t play an instrument in the canon), Technoblade / Protesilaus is the founder of the band and the bassist (once again because of vibes and the fact that he doesn’t play an instrument in the canon but also because the bassist is kind of like the glue that holds a band together (as it has been scientifically proven that the brain finds it easier to hear and find rhythm in a song when it is played at a lower tone) and everyone in the Syndicate is there because of Technoblade), Niki / Nemesis is the singer of the band (i’m pretty sure she’s dabbled in some singing so why not-), Ranboo / Lethe is the keyboard played of the band (also purely on vibes and because the image of a tall lanky person leaning over to play a keyboard is funny to me (although he obviously would have a keyboard that matches his height because leaning down a lot like that can cause back problems-)) and the fifth unknown member of the Syndicate Harpocrates is the song-writer / lyricist who is an official member of the band but has a role that doesn’t require them to perform.
Kinoko Kingdom is a band made up of Quackity, Sapnap, Karl and George, with Quackity as song-writer and singer (i mean this is self explanatory (i’ve also been very obsessed with listening to “Where are the askers?” for literally no reason other than the fact it makes me smile), Sapnap as the drummer (for the vibes) who used to be a member of Dream Team until the group split up for reasons unknown to the public, George as the keyboard player (he just gives me the vibes (i really need to stop using the vibes as my reasoning)) who joined Sapnap as a part of the Kinoko Kingdom band after the split of Dream Team, and Karl who plays the guitar (my reasoning? you guessed it, the vibes).
Dream Team was a popular band starring Dream as the singer until he decided to quit his career as a performer and became the owner of Dream Productions, one of the most influential record labels in the country and one of the wealthiest too. whilst it may just look like a successful record label to an outsider there is more to it than meets the eye, with questionable contracts and shares in young musicians’ profits (i think you can tell i know nothing about record labels but shhh lets just roll with it for the sake of plot).
whilst a Reader character could fit in many places i think i want to make Reader the owner of their own record label (i’m not creative so if i write a oneshot about this au or anything i’ll literally put -Insert Record Label Name Here- because creative juices are nonexistent, we only have creative room temperature water). just hear me out on this. Reader has a record label and with their team (consisting of Eret, Foolish, Puffy, and Sam (just added some of my favorite characters i didn’t include elsewhere cause yes i am author and can do that) they try to warn up and coming music artists to make sure they’re fully reading their contract with record labels so they don’t get a shitty deal or fall for traps in the industry with other record labels (totally not Dream Productions what are you talking about-).
Tommy and Tubbo are an up and coming duo band that almost signed with Dream Productions until Reader and their team stepped in and offered the duo a much better contract. Shenanigans ensue (it took forever to spell shenanigans and i dont think i even spelled it right-)

Jschlatt's Return
= Future developments in the Dream SMP plot (theories)
How does resurrection work?
• According to Philza and Eret to revive someone his ghost must be killed in the same way he lost his last canon life (that would also explain why Glatt and Ghostbur came back online recently).
• We also know they may need a totem and the knowledge of the resurrection book, which is now kept somewhere out there in the server, considering Dream said he didn't have it physically in prison with him. (He also said he destroyed it, but do we trust him? Absolutely not)
• We didn't see Tommy's revival from Dream's point of view, so it could be that Phantommy actually appeared and Dream easily killed him on the same spot of Tommy (maybe using the clock or his mask as a totem idk), but we still don't know what kind of information the book provides and how resurrection really works.
What is going to happen?
1. Quackity and Sam
• Quackity's last stream made pretty clear Big Q's intention of taking the book from Dream using all the means possible.
• However, despite the torture, Dream won't give any information. First of all he doesn't like Jschlatt, because he finds him annoying and boring (not like Wilbur) and second, of course, he knows the book's knowledge is the only thing that prevents other people from killing him. And then again, why should he give away the same power that made him a god? Quackity won't kill him without the book, and he is used to pain. Moreover he'll have some company at least.
• Quackity won't give up. He will keep visiting Dream everyday and will eventually start to like making him suffer.
• Sam instead will feel more and more guilty for what he made possible and for the person he became. He has changed since Tommy's death. He had promise to protect him and then he failed him. And then everything went wrong. He likes to believe that Dream deserves this for what he did to Tommy, but he is not sure that's the right way. Sometimes he even feels sorry for him, especially after Quackity's visits. After all Dream is just a broken person. Isn't he?
2. Tommy and the boys
• Meanwhile Tommy goes to Puffy's therapy sessions and opens up about his traumas and fears. It's hard, but it really helps having someone to talk to. Especially now.
• Since he returned to the server he has felt so lonely.
• Everyone treats him differently. Some people see him as miracle and keep asking inappropriate questions. Some others pretend nothing happened. For few of them the server just moved on; for others he is still dead.
• Even so he can't focus too much on himself right now. Stopping Dream is much more important. If Wilbur comes back... he doesn't even want to think about what he is capable of.
• They need to kill Dream, but Tommy is still too scared to come back to prison or to even touch a sword. Every time he suffers a damage he can't breathe: it's like it's happening all over again.
• He can't stay at his house anymore, on the ashes of L'Manburg, nor at his hotel, which is in Jack's hands, and he doesn't want to be alone (it reminds him of exile).
• He'll pass the time at Ranboo and Tubbo's, meeting Michael and working out a plan to kill Dream.
• In Tommy's stream Tubbo showed him his investigation report, pointing out that both Foolish and Ranboo were online when someone damaged the prison (before Tommy's dead).
• Tubbo obviously blames Foolish, nonetheless Tommy understands that something in Ranboo is corrupted.
• He tries to warn Tubbo, who underestimates his friend's words, thinking he might just be jealous of their relationship. They fight. It's a huge argument.
• "It's like you don't want me to be happy" Tubbo screams, shaking his head.
• "I don't want you to be happy without me" as soon as these words leave Tommy's mouth he immediately regrets it.
• Tubbo stays silent for a while. He seems disappointed: "You've changed".
• Tommy tighten a fist. "That's what death does to people, Tubbo, it changes them".
3. Kinoko Kingdom
• At the end Tommy will leave Snowchester and will move into Kinoko Kingdom (he liked the sign of the "free stuff", so why not?). Tommy there is welcome.
• He explains the Wilbur situation to the others, but then something bad happens.
• Hanging out with Sapnap, they talk about Ranboo and Dream's friendship and about how he acted when he received the ":)" message.
• It turns out Ranboo is guilty for the explosions in the prison that kept Sam busy during Tommy's visit to Dream.
• Tommy shows Tubbo the evidences.
4. Platonic Divorce
• After that, the platonic husbands will go through a "divorce arc".
• "How could you?" Tubbo can't help crying and screaming. "I trusted you".
• Ranboo wishes he could do something. But he is scared. He doesn't remember any of that. Did he really help Dream? Why? He doesn't...
• "I kicked out Tommy, my best friend, when he most needed me because of you! I think you should leave".
• Tubbo goes back to Tommy, apologizing. "You were right". And as much as he hates Ranboo, Tommy is broken-hearted seeing his best friend that hurt.
• However he can't help smiling when Tubbo says: "Guess it's just you and me against Dream like it has always been". It's selfish, but he really missed his best friend.
5. Connor's betrayal
• Sam talks with Connor about his doubts related to the all 'torture thing'.
• Connor tries to comfort him and decides to visit Dream with Quackity.
• Dream is relentless: "That villain arc you sewed for yourself is nice. But I won't tell you anything. And the book doesn't exist anymore, now. You can control every book in the server. It will not bring it back" saying these words Dream keeps his eyes on Connor. "The only way to find it should be... be able to travel in time"
• Connor freezes.
6. Karl's arrest
• Karl finds the resurrection book during one of his travels.
• He immediately plans to give it to Tommy, but when he comes back, someone is waiting for him in the library.
• "Well, look what the cat dragged in" Quackity stays still, his arms crossed, next to Connor and Sam. They all wear armours. "So it is true. That's a huge secret you have, Karl"
• The library behind them is destroyed. Books lie on floor ripped. They were looking for it.
• Karl puts the book of Necromancy back, his voice shaking as he realises Sapnap and George aren't there. "What are you doing here?" He asks, making eye contact with Connor, who quickly looks away, ashamed.
• "I'm sorry, Karl" he whispers "But Jschlatt is my friend"
• Quackity walks slowly towards him. "Give me the book, Karl". He has a creepy smile on his face. Is that even the same Quackity? This one looks different.
• "Quackity, you don't have to-"
• "Don't tell what I have to do. If you refuse, I might have to declare you under arrest"
• Karl holds the book tighter. If he gave him the book... no, he can't do that. For Tommy's sake, and for the rest of the server. If the book has the power to revive Wilbur... it must be destroyed. He grabs his sword, ready to fight.
• Quackity looks disappointed "You didn't give me another choice, man" he says, before killing him and taking the book from his inventory.
7. Dream and Karl
• Karl is later taken to the prison and put in Dream's cell.
• "Well, green boy, seems like you service is no longer required. However, I want to keep having fun with you. I'll revive Jschlatt, and then I'll execute you publicly. Enjoy your last hours: I got you company" Quackity leaves with a victory smile on his face.
• Dream looks horrible. He is covered in blood, his body painted by new scars. Karl has never seen him like this. His hearts are low and he hasn't eaten in days.
• Dream is the first one who speaks: "You found it".
• Karl freezes. What does that mean? "I though I had hidden it too well" he keeps saying, washing his blood away. "Maybe I should have really destroyed it"
• How cool would it be if Dream actually hid the book in the timeline? He couldn't burn it. Otherwise if he died no one would have revived him. So he just hid it where only Karl could find it.
• So yes, Dream knows Karl's power because he has a similar one. And yes, the prison was actually built for Karl (that's the only theory I care about).
• "We are not that different, Karl. Forgetting the people you love.. I know what it feels. I can help you controlling it. Have you reached the In between yet?"
• What if Dream is the one leaving Karl books and suggestions about his travels?
• They spend some time together and they surprisingly get along well. It's like someone finally understands.
8. Sapnap's lore
• Sapnap finds out Karl has been arrested, but he doesn't know why. He is angry.
• He faces Quackity who giggles. "Apparently there are a lot of things we don't know about Karl" but he doesn't tell him Karl's secret.
• Quackity and Sapnap break up (I won't ever be over Quackity's stream with El Rapid)
• Sapnap joins the children group. They are breaking into prison, right? He needs to save Karl.
9. Escape from Pandora's Vault
• Tommy, Tubbo, Ghostbur and Sapnap manage to break into Pandora's Vault when Sam and Quackity aren't online.
• When they arrive in Dream's cell, he is talking with Karl.
• Sapnap, horrified, takes Karl away from him. He doesn't trust Dream anymore, not after what he did to Tommy. He is sure it's his fault if Karl is here now.
• Dream can't help smiling when he sees the little party there. Especially when he sees his best friend Tommy. He tries to get closer.
• "I'm gonna kill you man. What the hell-" Sapnap punches Dream away. The anger and the resentment spread all over his body. They didn't deserve so much pain. Maybe the server will be a peaceful place without him. "You killed Tommy and then you gave Quackity the book- you"
• Karl stops him, defending Dream. "Sapnap, please. He didn't give them the book. I was the one who did".
• Everyone hold their breathe. What? Why? Wasn't it burned? How did you...
• "We need to get him out"
• Tommy grifts his teeth: "No way he is coming with us". He tries to grab his sword trembling and gagging, but it's too much. He can't... that place...
• Dream steps away. "Oh, you came to kill me" he whispers. "Do it. I'll be dead by tomorrow anyway"
• "You can't die yet!" Karl screams.
• "C'mon, Karl-"
• Dream smiles. "Don't forget who you are, Karl. And don't stray from the path. The SMP needs you more than you know" (= Dream is the one who leaves Karl notes about time travelling in the In Between :])
• "We don't have much time, guys"
• "Yeah, Tommy you don't have much time. Are you going to kill me? Or are you too afraid?" Dream starts teasing Tommy. "I bet you can't do it, right? You're too weak. And down deep you know you love me. We are best friends after all, aren't we?"
• Tommy doesn't react. He is as pale as a ghost, his eyes wide open.
• Tubbo steps in. He can't look at Tommy like this. He hates Dream so much. "Stay away from him". Looking back at his life, Dream has always been responsible for the bad things happened to him. The discs, L'Manburg, Tommy's exile, his death...
• Dream raises his eyebrows. "Tubbo, how's Ranboo?"
• It happens in a moment. Tubbo just loses control and kills Dream. Don't worry Dream's stans he'll come back one day. Bigger plans for that greenboy.
10. Resurrection
• They all run away.
• That same night Jschlatt is publicly revived. "¿Por dónde empezamos?"
• Quackity, Sam and Connor stay behind him.
• "Tonight our country has faced a loss. Four intruders entered the Pandora's Vault, killed Dream and helped the prisoner Karl Jacobs escape. Sapnap, Tubbo, Tommy and Ghostbur are now officially wanted. Dead or alive."
End of the season? Maybe?
How does the server react?
• Tommy, Tubbo, Sapnap, Ghostbur and Karl are criminals. They become nomads for a while. Samnook gives them an hand.
• Tommy keeps thinking about what Tubbo did. They really didn't talk about it after the break-out. Tubbo just pretends nothing happened.
• Karl and Sapnap aren't talking neither. And when they do they fight.
• The only happy one seems to be Ghostbur, who is excited to be on a vacation with the boys.
• Dream's ghost (Specdream? Nightmare?) appears to Ranboo, who is alone in a self-exile because he doesn't want to hurt anyone. Dream's ghost would be much more like Clay, so he won't be that dangerous like c/Dream (cfr. Ghostbur and Wilbur). But still it would be insane to see those two hanging out.
• Jschlatt and Quackity open their Casino, helped by Jack, who sells the hotel.
• After Dream's death and the destruction of Kinoko Kingdom, George takes Quackity's side. He is sure Sapnap killed Dream and he doesn't know how to feel about it...
• Philza, Techno, Eret and Niki, wanting Wilbur's return, will do the same (they need Ghostbur btw). Techno in particular will hunt the fugitives.
• Puffy and Fundy, contrary to them, will try to find Ranboo and the others in order to stop Jschlatt and Quackity.
• Wilbur and Dream meanwhile are having so much fun in the afterlife.

Recap and Theories of Quackity’s Second Lore Stream
         1. Sam (72 hours before the visit)
So after the first cutscene which basically shows us that Quackity has been visiting Dream daily, we get to find out what was going on with Sam in the time between Tommy's death and revival. So we find Sam on an island in the middle of nowhere, where he's been overcome by grief and guilt over Tommy's death. Quackity and Sam talk, and eventually it gets to Quackity telling Sam it wasn't his fault that Tommy died, it's entirely Dream's fault. He continually escalates the situation in order to convince Sam to kill Dream with him, and in this conversation you can interpret Quackity as being sometimes genuine and caring or continuously manipulative (Although personally, I think it’s both).
They leave the island in a rage, ready to kill Dream. Only for Sam to back out once they get to the prison. Sam says Tommy would want him to keep Dream locked up, and that if someone else dies, Dream is the only one who can do anything about it. At this point, Quackity lashes out at Sam for backing out, and claims that Sam can redeem himself by killing Dream. Sam, in my opinion, does want to kill Dream, and does hold a great amount of resentment and malice towards him, but is holding back mainly to respect Tommy’s wishes.
An important exchange to end this conversation is:
"It's okay if you don't want to do it Sam. But at one point or another, someone's gonna have to teach that guy a fucking thing or two. And if it's not you Sam, it's gonna be me.”
"Okay, but we can't kill him."
So this is obviously a prelude to Quackity and Sam in the first lore stream. Now that Tommy has been brought back and Quackity has seen him, he has confirmation that Dream can revive people, making him valuable. Quackity manipulates Sam into letting him torture Dream by playing into his guilt over Tommy's death, as well as exacerbating his anxiety over something similar happening again in the future. He has already convinced Sam that Dream's death will be the only way to his own mental peace, even if he simultaneously feels it's his responsibility to keep him alive in order to abide by Tommy’s wishes. This also explains why during the exchange, Quackity reassures Sam multiple times that he won’t kill Dream.
Along with Tommy’s wishes, they still have another hangup: Dream is the only one capable of revival. So it makes sense that Sam is so willing to help and allow Quackity to torture Dream daily. Once he learns how to revive, Dream no longer holds any value or power. Not saying Quackity is gonna kill him after, butttt....remember that Quackity didn't actually sign any of the papers Sam gave to him when he first visited the prison...kind of indicates that when something goes wrong, Sam won't be able to hold Quackity responsible because Quackity never actually agreed to his terms. And whatever happens to Dream will fall on Sam’s shoulder.
(Sidenote: This also brings up a few questions and theories about revival. Depending on the rules of revival and what it requires, is it possible to revive oneself? Because I do have some theories about Dream visiting Schlatt in the afterlife after killing and reviving himself...)
So mainly for this chapter we get to understand their motives a bit better, we get a greater insight into Sam's character and his guilt, and we learn more about Sam and Quackity's relationship. Personally, I think Sam trusts and cares for Quackity, as exemplified by him worrying over Quackity being in a cell with Dream, as well as not checking that he signed the books. And I think Quackity does care somewhat for Sam...but not enough to not guilt him over Tommy's death so he can torture Dream. (More confirmation that Quackity is an 'ends justify the means' type of character now!)
        2. Badboyhalo (42 hours before the visit)
Okay this chapter revealed the most about potential future plots imo! Quackity digs down to the egg and places a bunch of TNT everywhere, only to be interrupted by Bad and Punz. We learn that Quackity wants the egg gone because of how it's affecting Bad - I believe Quackity wants Bad on the side of Las Nevadas, but only once the egg is gone. From their conversation a bit ago on Bad's stream, we know that Quackity thinks of Bad highly, but is also fully prepared to 'get in his way' if need be. In the end, Quackity does set off the TNT, and then we get a cutscene of him hazily walking through the area with the egg speaking to him. It says "how dare you try to take this one from me, you will suffer for this".
Also, apparently during his conversation with George, he says 'what the egg', so some are theorizing that he's already been taken by the egg (throwback to Karl distracting Quackity away from the egg in the past, indicating in some future he was taken).
And another thing, Quackity has been shown the egg before (not sure if it was /rp though), but he went through the usual entrance. Which has led some to wonder how Quackity knew where to dig down to reach the egg, and if there's someone who leaked that info to him? I've also seen people say that the TNT near Punz seemed to go off first, so some are theorizing that Punz is maybe a traitor(?) though I don't know too much about Punz's character so take that with a grain of salt. I would also like to theorize that the traitor may actually be Fundy, considering one of his lore streams where he is chased down by a black figure, and once he sleeps there is Quackity's smile and casino sounds. Plus him being warned against Quackity in a book.
Additionally: we've seen Puffy accidentally blow up a creeper on the egg, and all it did was turn obsidian for a couple seconds. I have a feeling that all that TNT didn't really do anything but upset the egg. That said, we also know Tubbo recently lost a nuke. I wonder if Quackity is attempting to blow up the egg again...
This is all, of course, a prelude to Quackity and Bad's conversation in the first lore stream, so now we know why Bad seemed pretty hostile to Quackity, and why he essentially said Quackity was 'getting in his way'. (Although he did still visit Las Nevadas with him...) Potential allyship between Las Nevadas and the egg question mark?
        3. George (24 hours before the visit)
Quackity sees George standing outside the prison, and the two have a sweet and happy greeting, as it's been a while since the two talked. Quackity begins talking about Las Nevadas and the casinos (which we learn he built for each member of El Rapids) only to be interrupted by George asking 'what about Kinoko Kingdom?'. We learn that while George, Sapnap, and Karl have moved on from El Rapids already and created Kinoko Kingdom, Quackity has believed it to still be a country, going as far as to create Las Nevadas and casinos for them, and had no idea of even the existence of Kinoko Kingdom. George insists that Karl told him, but we quickly learn he didn't. The meeting ends with Quackity somberly agreeing to maybe visit one day.
Quackity and Sapnap/George/Karl's relationship is now soured a bit on Quackity's end. He doesn't seem angry or hateful to them, but instead unsurprised and saddened at their leaving him behind. (Also, on the wiki, Quackity's relationship sign towards Sapnap and Karl has changed while theirs hasn't towards him.) It seems likely that Karl may have forgotten to tell Quackity due to his memory issues which are a result of his time traveling. Whether that be him just forgetting to tell Quackity, maybe telling a past/future person similar to Quackity, or maybe he has completely forgotten who Quackity even is, is unknown at this point. On the side of him having completely forgotten Quackity though, we do have the fact that Karl has distracted/saved Quackity from the egg in the past, but didn't do so this time…It's also hinted at that Quackity created Las Nevadas as a place for the trio to get married (similar to Las Vegas!) so :( sad face.
Also, I have no theories on why George was waiting outside the prison, but I'm sure you NotFounders have a couple ideas ;) In terms of Quackity's character, this chapter is him at his most vulnerable and emotional, and therefore provides us with the most insight to his character so far. In the previous lore stream, we saw him somberly take down El Rapids, piece by piece, then jarringly interrupted by his plans to torture dream daily. That cutscene seemed, to me, to be him moving on from El Rapids completely (although he does still seem to care for the El Rapids members). An attempt to both confront and let go of his past.
And the tone change makes me feel that this was very much the last straw for Quackity, and the 'new man' he's become is far less...friendly than he's been in the past. So we saw his moment of acceptance, but now we get to see his heartbreak. And it really is sad, the way he reacts to what is a betrayal in his eyes. He's unsurprised that he was unwanted and forgotten, even by his own fiancés. And I believe that's very much related to Quackity choosing to see Schlatt in the previous lore stream. For a quick recap, basically Quackity and Schlatt had a toxic/abusive relationship during the whole Manberg era. Quackity has, understandably, been very resentful towards Schlatt since. So it makes sense that only in light of being left behind by the people he valued most, does he agree to go and see Schlatt in the first place. Especially since Schlatt is the only person who has reached out first and wanted to see Quackity.
        4. Wilbur (During the Elections)
We get a flashback to the election times, where Quackity and Wilbur have a conversation.
Quackity asks to genuinely talk with Wilbur, who initially says no, then says he'll try. Quackity says that he understands that Wilbur is trying to protect his people, trying to save his nation, and that he doesn’t hate him or want to overthrow him. He states that none of this is about fighting to him, and that he just believes there is a major difference between him and Wilbur. He states that he likes to see the good in people, and believes that there’s a side to everyone that wants to see a better future, and that’s what’s different between him and Wilbur. He retells his story of coming to L’Manberg, how he felt unwelcome, and that he’ll become president himself just to make sure no one else ever feels unwelcome.
Wilbur responds with an interesting line, “Your aspirations of optimism are not going to be subject to my nation's security. I'm afraid.” Wilbur claims that everyone has a good side, but that side is only there to help themselves, and if you want to really help people, you're going to need power. He continues to make a speech about how one could make a movement or resistance, and they would be celebrated, but it will change nothing. During this portion of the speech, we see flashbacks of Quackity interacting with Technoblade and Dream.
Wilbur continues to say, that “if you have a revolution, everyone will hate you. You will sacrifice everything, and you will lose everything you've ever had. But you will come back and everything will be changed.” This portion of his speech is aided by flashbacks to Wilbur blowing up Manberg, with Philza in sight. Wilbur continues by saying that power is only gained through swords, steel, violence. Not diplomacy or bureaucracy.
He continues to say that even if everyone has the good side Quackity claims they have, the only way to prove it is by showing their dark side first, presumably to gain power. He ends with another interesting line, “When I look at you, as a fellow outsider, you're not ready for that.”
There have already been a lot of fantastic takes on what this says about Wilbur’s character, so I’m not going to talk too much about that. I would, however, like to acknowledge that Wilbur was a lot more jaded than I’d noticed, even before the elections. He refers to Quackity as a ‘fellow outsider’, and it seems to me like he sees himself in Quackity, at least when he was younger and more naive. Wilbur, by this point, seems to have already had the revelation that the only way to have any influence on the server, even a positive one, is by first gaining power through violence. Quackity, as we see him now, jaded and hurt so many times, seems to finally agree with Wilbur. And so we end with him leaving a note to Wilbur, calling him a ‘dearest friend’ and saying that he won’t make the same mistake again.
I thoroughly believe that Quackity didn’t actually lose his bet with Schlatt. One reason being that if he did, there is literally nothing forcing him to make good on his word, especially to this extent. And I don’t think Quackity, as he is now, would try nearly as hard as he is to get information on revival just to save Schlatt, of all people. It seems to me that Quackity is actually trying so hard so that he can revive Wilbur. There are only a few people dead at the moment: Schlatt, Mexican Dream, and Wilbur. Quackity does not have a good relationship with Schlatt, he literally didn’t know who Mexican Dream was, and he referred to Wilbur as a ‘dearest friend’. As for why he left the note in that spot, I’m not sure. I mean, it is where Wilbur died, but I wonder if Wilbur, as a ghost, can actually receive the note?
Additionally: In the very first cutscene of the stream, we see three figures, entirely black, riding on horses. We know that one of those figures chased down Fundy, as well, and Fundy was also warned against Quackity. When Quackity leaves the note for Wilbur, we see him, as a completely black figure, leave on his horse. So we know who one of the figures is, but I wonder who the others are? And what exactly they’re doing that they need to be disguised for?
++ Random tidbits that I don't know what to do with!
The Red Banquet apparently only needs one more lore stream before it happens, do with this what you will.
Charlie Slimecicle apparently said he's gonna be 'doing some gambling' so. Hm.
Three months ago Techno and Philza arrived on Sam's island, where there was only the cross at the time, and said 'its foreshadowing!' sooo its safe to say they've been planning this for a while.

A Thousand Little Moments (That Help Me Heal)
Requested by @alphamoonlunala9391 "Can you do more parts of What Could Have Been Was Good, But What We Have Now Is Better please and maybe make the character a god hybrid reader"
and sort of @noctis-yeye
This is the Part three of You Didn't Need Us Then, We Don't Need You Now and What Could Have Been Was Good, But What We Have Now Is Better
Quackity x reader; Past mentioned Sapnap x karl x quackity x reader
trigger warnings: some swearing, existentialism? kind of? (Charlie being like, 'everything turns to dust so whats the point')
premise: it's like i said in the part two, its just gonna be a bunch of little scenes that happen in the two year gap, plus the wedding that would then happen at the end of part two for the last scene (no I don't really know how proper weddings go, all the ones i've been too were ~weird~ soooo...)
{to the asker who actually went in my inbox to request, I can't make reader a hybrid because its too late in the series to really change it}
{snowchester las nevadas conflict- we don't know her}
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"(y/n) from Las Nevadas?"
You glanced up from your work to find Charlie at your office door, "Yeah Charlie?"
"This place 'ill be around a while right? No- no explosions like L'manburg?" He slid into the room and dropped into one of the chairs in front of your desk.
You frowned, "How do you know about L'manburg?"
"I told you- I move slow, but I've seen a lot. L'manburg was nice- but then it was gone."
You sighed, "I know... I was there- all three times. L'manburg was my home before Las Nevadas."
"If you and Quackity from Las Nevadas want me to stay here- which it sounds like you do, I want to know: Las Nevadas will be around for a while, right? I don't want it to go to dust like everything else does."
"As much as we can help it Charlie," You glanced down at your desk, "I'm not gonna let another home get destroyed."
~~
You sighed, running a hand through your hair as you made it to the top of the needle.
Purpled was still sitting near the edge of the deck where he'd stayed after you'd finished the tour. It seemed the only difference now, was that behind him the sky was dark, and speckled with stars.
"You got room for company kid?" You asked quietly.
He nodded, and you quickly moved to sit next to him, "So what do you think of the place?"
"'s alright." He mumbled.
"Charlie wasn't enough to scare you off?" You chuckled.
He shook his head, "Nah... Where did you find that guy?"
"Sneakin around one of the restaurants." You laughed.
"He's insane."
"Yeah no, probably." You sighed.
Purpled got quiet again, turning to look back out over the city, "Why'd you offer me a spot here? You said it wasn't a job, so why actually offer it to me?"
You frowned, thinking for a moment, "I guess- ever since L'manburg- I don't want to see anyone else suffering on this server, especially not any more of you kids. You deserve to have a place, and people looking out for you Purpled."
"You keep saying that- but why here? How come you two are the only ones that say that?" He snapped.
Shifting to lean against the railing, you sighed again, "Did you hear about Kinoko Kingdom, when it was founded?"
"Yeah. Karl, Sapnap and George did that, didn't they?"
You nodded, "You know we were supposed to marry Sap and Karl once, Quackity and I."
"Really?" He scoffed.
"Really. Cause we'd been dating, and they'd been dating, and then Karl started hitting on Quackity, and in retaliation Sapnap was hitting on me- anyway, it felt perfect and shit right?"
"Mhhhm."
"Well then one day, right before doomsday, Karl up and disappears, and of course we're worried, but there's a war on. So once its all over, Q was devastated, cause everything he built in El Rapids was gone. He'd always wanted to just make a place for us. He disappeared too.
"Sapnap and I split up to look for them, and planned to meet up here. But- they never turned up. One day we come to find out, they went and started there own place-" You stopped, clearing your throat, and shaking your head, "They abandoned us. I don't want anyone else getting abandoned. This server tried to abandon you Purp, but I'm not gonna let them."
When you looked back over at him, there was a small smile on his face, "...Thank you..."
~~
"(y/n)! Guess who showed up today!"
You chuckled as you looked up to find Quackity leading Fundy toward where you sat at one of the tables under the needle with Charlie, "Fundy! It's so good to see you!"
"Hey (y/n)!" He smiled.
"Hello Fundy From L'manburg!" Charlie greeted excitedly.
Fundy's smile seemed to droop, "How did you know that...?"
"He knows a lot more than most people think," You said apologetically, "Anyway, how have you been?"
"Pretty alright, pretty alright." He nodded, sitting down at one of the open seats as Quackity plopped down next to you.
"That's good. It's good to see you're doing better!"
He nodded, "How have things been going over here?"
"Pretty good," Quackity grinned, "It'll be great to have another official partner on property. So far the only big one we've got living here is Purpled."
"You got Purpled to come here? Wow." Fundy chuckled.
You smiled, "Yeah, I think he's starting construction on a new UFO soon. You got any big plans for being here?"
"I'm not sure yet- but I'll figure it out," He smiled, "I've got a feeling that this place will be better than L'manburg ever could have been."
~~ "Babe, I made breakfast!"
You yawned, slowly sitting up at Quackity's call, "What kind of breakfast?"
"Pancakes!"
"And Purpled From Las Nevadas taught me to make the orange juice!" Charlie exclaimed from the kitchen.
You chuckled, getting up and tugging down the sleeves of one of Quackity's long since stolen hoodies.
Out in the kitchen, Charlie was setting a pitcher of orange juice on the table as Purpled set out plates, and Fundy dug around in a cabinet looking for syrup.
You moved over to where Quackity was flipping the last of the pancakes, wrapping your arms around his waist, "Good morning."
"Good morning babe." He chuckled.
You pressed a kiss to his shoulder, ignoring the overly exaggerated gaging noise Purpled made, "Keep it to yourself!"
"Keep what to myself Purpled from UFO?" Charlie asked.
"Not you idiot!" You could hear the eye roll in his voice.
Fundy laughed, sitting up and banging his head on the cabinet.
You smiled into Quackity's back, listening to the half chaos behind you happily.
~~ "Hey Ranboo!" You greeted cheerfully as he entered the office, "What brings you here?"
"Hi (y/n), I just wanted to ask you something."
"Mhhm." You nodded as he sat down.
"Well it's Tubbo and Tommy, I'm trying to help them with all the L'manburg Schlatt, Wilbur, stuff-" He broke off with a sigh, "I just don't know what I'm doing. They need help but- I don't even know how to deal with my own issues."
You frowned, "Is it nightmares? About the festival?- or Tommy's exile?"
"Yeah... how did you guess that?"
"I know a thing or two about nightmares," You sighed, "they don't really go away like that. You aren't doing anything wrong by not knowing what to do."
Ranboo stared down at his hands, "I just feel like I should be helping them more."
"You know what helped everyone around here? Creating a home- having a place or people, that helped Fundy and Purpled, and kind of Charlie? I still don't know his deal- Anyway! just be there for them, hell, bring them here, we'll all be here for you guys."
He looked up suddenly, "Why would you guys be- why would you offer us that? We're not in your allegiance."
"I know. But I don't think any of you kids deserve what this server gives you. Bring them here or not, you all have a place here if you want it." You assured him.
"Really?"
"Of course."
~~ "AYYYY Big Q!"
Tommy's yell cut through the semi loud sounds of the crowded apartment.
"Tommy! You came!" Quackity exclaimed, "Hey Tubbo! Hey Ranboo! And is that Michael?"
The piglin squealed, running past him into the apartment, toward Purpled's dog.
He laughed, "Well, come in guys, Fundy's getting the movie thing ready, and Purp and Charlie are getting snacks and things."
Ranboo followed Tommy and Tubbo into the room as Charlie came from the kitchen, carrying the bowel of chips Purpled had told him to bring out, "Hey! It's Tubbo Underscore Beloved From Snowchester! And Ranboo Beloved Underscore From {redacted}! And Tomathy Careful Danger Kraken Innit from L'manburg!"
Purpled, who'd stopped in the kitchen doorway, "Did he just make a bleeped out fucking noise with his mouth?"
"Yeah- yeah no he did." Fundy confirmed.
"Your middle name is Kraken?" You asked, shuffling out with a stack of blankets.
Tommy nodded, "Yup."
You laughed, "That's- kind of ridiculous, why would Philza saddle you with that?"
"Well 'es not my dad is 'e?" Tommy scoffed.
"Wait seriously?" Quackity asked.
Tubbo laughed, "You really thought...?"
You shook your head, "Whatever... Fundy what's the status on that movie?"
"I'm almost done." He reported.
"Right, everyone get comfortable then." You said, dropping the pile of blankets you had been carrying.
Quackity plopped down onto the couch, pulling you to sit with him as Tubbo and Ranboo began to make a nest of blankets between the arm chair where Purpled sat and the couch.
Charlie passed around snacks and Fundy finished setting up the projector as the move began.
~~ You sighed, turning and pressing your face into Quackity's shoulder, "Thank you."
It had been a week since Karl and Sapnap had left Las Nevadas, and your fiancé had insisted that you take time off of managing things.
"For what baby?" He asked softly.
"Everything. I love you."
"I love you too." He murmured.
You smiled softly, looking up at him, "How long until that wedding?"
~~ "You ready?" Charlie asked.
You turned to him, looking up from the paper on which you'd written your vows, "Yeah... I think so."
He grinned, "Let's go then!"
You nodded as he looped his arm through yours and you started toward the doorway.
"Ladies and Gentlemen of Las Nevadas!" He announced, "Here we go!"
You chuckled as you started down the isle with him, grinning at Quackity, who stood, looking already close to tears.
Purpled, Fundy, Sam, Tubbo, Tommy and Michael stood in various places around the alter, Foolish glancing down at the book he held open.
As you reached the alter, he started, "Dear people, we are gathered here today to witness the sort of? holy matrimony of (y/n) (y/l/n) and Alex Quackity. If anyone here has any objections to this union speak now, or hold your peace."
There was a silence, Michaels tiny snort being the only sound before Foolish continued, "This journey, which you have started together, will continue on now, as you walk, side by side, step by step, together, now joined in such a way that you can't really get rid of each other without a divorce."
Laughs and chuckles filled the wedding hall as Quackity shook his head, "Nope, you're stuck with me babe."
You laughed, "Good."
"Now, would you recite your vows?"
You pulled the paper from your pocket, "I'm going first. So, ever since we started seeing each other, we thought it would be you and me forever. Even after everything we went through, and even after Sapnap and Karl, its still you and me. I would say that its just you and me, but," You looked around at everyone,
"It's not just you and me, it's you and me and these guys. When we started this place, I knew that it would be difficult, especially with all the hurt that the SMP caused us. But, even as I was helping everyone here heal, you were helping me. Because you helped me find this family, and you- you gave me a thousand little moments that made me feel again.
A thousand moments that helped me heal."

Do you have any karlnapity angst?
idk if you meant for the AU or just in general so uh. here are some angst from the AU
this happens a little after they 1) get married and 2) assume the role of King for their respective realm. As I explained before, they cannot all live in one realm so they frequent each other quite a lot. I mentioned that the longest they go not seeing each other is at least a month (i say at least because ya know. royal duties can’t be avoided) however they didn’t have this general rule for a while.
The three barely had time to enjoy their marriage before they were thrown into their royal duties. While Sapnap and Quackity had a lot on their plate, Karl had even more. He had to maintain not only the Overworld, but Kinoko Kingdom, the In Between and the Other Side as well. Not to mention he barely had time to control and discover more of his powers.
Their letters became less frequent and shorter. Sapnap began to be more hot headed while Quackity seemed constantly agitated. Meanwhile Karl was bending under the stress of maintaining peace and order in the Overworld, the In Between, and the Other Side.
The annual meeting comes along. It’s been a long 6 months and the three face each other. They look like shells of their original selves. It was almost as if they were strangers.
The meeting goes on and tensions unfortunately rise. It takes all of Karl’s willpower to not break and go God Mode for he is afraid of what damage it may cause. The three get into a heated argument before one by one they leave the meeting room, returning to their guest bedrooms instead of their shared bed/karl’s chambers.
Quackity peeled off his cloak and winced at the state of his wings. Apparently the stress carried over and they were all frazzled and slightly matted. As if he already wasn’t having a bad day. “..Well, the feathers aren’t going to fix themselves,” he mumbled to himself, sitting down on the bed and getting to work.
Karl was walking through the halls naturally exhausted and stressed. He passed by Quackity’s room where he heard a small yelp and cursing.
“...Quackity?” Karl asked, knocking on the door softly. There was some shuffling before the other answered the door. He had a blanket draped over his shoulders hiding his wings. “What do you want?” he asked, his wings somewhat puffing underneath the blanket. Karl’s shoulders fell a little. “I-I just wanted to see if you were alright. I heard some noises and you cursing...”
Quackity’s shoulders fell a little as well and he let out a sigh. He opens the door a little more allowing Karl to step in. Once he closed it he sat on his bed and let the blanket fall showing the state of his wings. Karl gasped, rushing over and inspecting them.
“What happened??” Karl asked as he started to pick out a few loose feathers. Quackity sighed. “I didn’t know that the stress would carry over to my wings. They’re all crooked and matted-”
He let out a small trill of surprise when Karl managed to reach a part of his wings that was bothering him for such a long time. Essentially Karl and Quackity talk about their issues a little and they catch up then Karl admits it would take a while for just him preening Quackity’s feathers. Why not go and ask Sapnap for help?
Meanwhile Sapnap was in a lava pool near the castle grounds. He was floating trying to get his mind off of things. He didn’t want to think about how he almost lost his temper. He didn’t want to think about how much the other two had changed. He just wanted to go to the past so badly when he didn’t have to worry about so many trivial things. He closes his eyes, letting himself sink under the surface.
He doesn’t know when he resurfaces but when he does he felt a small pebble hit his head. Sapnap turned seeing Karl and Quackity near the edge of the pool, Karl with a handful of pebbles.
“Hey there Sap, long time no see.” Sapnap only snorts at Karl’s comment but doesn’t say anything. He was too tired to talk.
The two of them knew this and sat by the edge. “I was helping Big Q with his wings. Do you want to help?”
Sapnap blinked a little before swimming towards the edge of the pool. He heaves himself up (which definitely gets a few stares from the other two) and grabs his shirt he left by the side.
The three have a little bit of small talk, all of them avoiding the elephant in the room. Eventually Karl is the one who says he’s sorry about being so distant and for not replying to the others sooner. The other two start saying that no it wasn’t Karl’s fault it was their fault then the three realize they were all at fault in some way. Sapnap sighs, resting his face on one of Quackity’s wings. “When did it all change?” he asks quietly.
Quackity laughs ruefully. “Hard to say, to be honest.”
They all apologize to each other for the whole argument in the meeting room, and just in general. The three spend the rest of the night cuddling and talking under the stars, their bond slowing growing once more.
The three previous kings eventually give the others a brief break in time in order for them to spend time with each other. During that time Karl was able to master more powers, Quackity and Sapnap became less stressed, and the three felt like they were princes again.
Of course they knew they would have to return to their duties but they made sure to visit each other somewhat often
