things to remind myself:
- losing lbs without a goal is endless torture, always have a special event/day (concert, party, anniversary, etc) to make as a goal
- fantasize outfits that will fit on ur ugw to wear on ur special day
- make sure ur special day is far away enough to give u time to get to ur gw, rushing is not good for ur body, and u want to be pretty and flawless on ur special day!!
- losing a little every week over a longer time period helps with loose skin
- small progress is still progress
- fasting 2-3 a week, no more than 24 hrs each
- have a hobby that u tend to zone out into so u can do that when u get hungry (right now for me its watching kdramas :))

✨Happy new year ✨
Found out my depression pill I been on for almost year makes me gain 10 pounds every time I take it so I'm probably going to cut that stick to my diet get a diet pill again & start walking it more !!
This year will be my year of losing this disgusting weight I'm so frustrated at this pill had I known it makes me gain 10 pounds I would of never taken it fuck I been working so hard it explains why I haven't seen much process damn fucking pill 😤
