With smiles as big as their love for each other, Halbrand and Galadriel’s lips collided in a culmination of their love, their lives together so far. It was passionate, filled with affection and desire, and Halbrand’s mind swarmed with images of making love to her, consummating the union, fucking her into oblivion, but also just holding her. Just being close to her. It was what he had to look forward to now until the end of his days.

Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves was a better prequel/sidequel to the Lord of the Rings movies than Rings of Power, despite not even taking place in the same universe.

I loved that unexpected reveal that Holga's ex-boyfriend Marlamin in "Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves" was their version of a hobbit!!! :D It brought me back to when the LOTR movies came out and how I was shipping Merry and Éowyn, and was nice finding out years later that there were other shippers of them too and fics. So that was really nice to see and I love all the LOTR references/jokes in this too, especially since I've gotten back into the fandom thanks to "Rings of Power", so I totally recommend this movie as I'm not even a "D&D" player but it's a great and fun fantasy/comedy film and I hope it gets sequels.

I have seen several people complain about the effects used to shrink Marlamin (Holga’s halfling ex-husband) and how it was disproportionate and not how halflings are depicted in DnD source material.

imo that’s probably got something to do with the fact that halflings are just hobbits. So much so that originally they were called hobbits but when the game was sold to a publisher, they changed the name to halfling to avoid getting sued. So if a modern day DnD movie portrayed a charactered that looked like a “halfling” while there’s a whole LoTR series going on it might be a bad look. Ultimately I do think they just wanted to not bring up the “halfling vs hobbit” discussion because there is kinda grounds for a lawsuit but no one actually wants that to happen, so as a result we get mildly shitty character design for a few minutes compared to AMAZING character design for the rest of the movie

Since Tails' Arabian Nights counterpart is Ali Baba, that must mean Ali has access to a buttload of treasure according to what I learned about the story, albeit with extremely obvious creative liberties taken on what lead him down that path

Indeed he does, the little guy owns the treasure of the 40 Thieves. Also, that kid is dangerous and knows methods of violence not even Nine could match. The only creative liberty I'm taking is that Ali is a kid and not a man so some specific characters from the original story are entirely removed(in the main story, both Ali Baba and Qasim were adults and had a wife respectively)

Additionally, I must say, Sonic is so darn lucky he dodged the role of Qasim and instead got Aladdin.
