merry CHRISTMAS everyone!!!! absolutely delighted with The Church on Ruby Road and need to scribble out some thoughts:

oh Fifteen my beloved!!!! he's so charming and madcap, and i love how optimistic he seems to be about the future...although he hasn't lost sight of his past (and clearly isn't fully healed from all of his trauma - how could he be?), i am l i v i n g for his confidence and emotional sincerity 😭💖 not to mention, he can sing?!?! pretty sure Fifteen's gonna be one of my favourite Doctors 🤭

Ruby is such a darling and so easy to root for!!! she and Fifteen have such buoyant chemistry, you can't help but want the two of them to adventure forever 🥺💖

ohhhh everything with Carla and Cherry Sunday made me want to cry;;;; thank you Doctor Who for validating family structures which aren't between blood relatives!!! i absolutely loved the Doctor telling Ruby that she has the biggest family ever;;;

mavity is canon we're running with it and i think that's hysterical. good luck to the folks editing the fandom wiki 🙈💖

i loved e v e r y t h i n g the Doctor talked about concerning luck, coincidence, and languages!!! i think the Doctor talking about the language of rope is part of RTD's shift towards more fantastical stories with Fifteen...fantasy and sci-fi can be so wonderful when blended together, and i just thought this was a brilliant way of smashing together science and magic. like, the ropes being the goblins' 'electricity'? the 'ventilation shafts'? pretty much all the technobabble turned fantasybabble was awesome 🔥

said it already but the music. both from Janis Goblin and especially from the Doctor and Ruby. it was just so fun and silly!!! with an apparent music-themed villain on the horizon (unless Jinkx Monsoon is simply serving cunt in that outfit) i hope we get more in the future 🥰

i know it was retconned but the amount of time we all had where we thought Davina McCall was actually dead in the Doctor Who universe was so funny. i think we should have kept it that way 😂

The noise of wood rattling startled the Kitsune awake as they opened their eyes cautiously only to be met with pitch blackness. The kitsune's fox ears twitched lightly at the noise, lightly more sensitive over the long long years of hearing nothing but the soft noise of the ocean after they were chained down there.

Speaking of

The kitsune pulled their hand forward hissing at the pain that came after they touched their wrist. "I'll definitely need to heal that immediately...But on the other hand.."

They tilted their head lightly only to feel a hardwood.

"Did they think I died?.. No, they aren't that dumb..."

"Actually I wouldn't put it past them, they tried burning me alive one time, stupid mortals.."

"Crap. People are coming. Gotta get a uniform while..."

"....."

"Hm?"

There was a light twitch to their ears as the unfamiliar voice came closer. "Grr!! The lid is too heavy!" The kitsune kept a careful silence "Time for...my secret move! GuWAAAHUAAH!~ There!" The inside of the coffin was brightened by the light of the blue flames hitting the coffin lid for a split second before returning into the darkness. "Ok, ok. Gotta get-"

As the lid was being pulled off the surroundings hit the Kitsune like a fucking isekai truck. Floating coffins, green lanterns, a talking raccoon-

"WHAAAA-"

"WHY ARE YOU UP?!"

The Kitsune looked at the creature and gave a hum "A tanuki? No looks more like a raccoon..." The creature gasped offense "HEY! WHO ARE YOU CALLING A RACCOON? I am the great Grim!" The kitsune raised an eyebrow at that statement, "Well, whatever. Hey human! Hurry and give me those clothes! Otherwise, I'll roast yah!"

The igniting of the blue flames was the least of the kitsune's worries as they pulled their hand up, "Well these definitely aren't the clothes I was wearing." Their fox ears folded lightly from the already pulled-up hood of the clothing, maybe that was why the raccoon- Grim thought they were human.

"Hm..Do you not know who I am?" The kitsune eyed the flames that would, in any other case be burning the person. "Wh-What the!" The Kitsune gave a smile before steadily pulling themselves out of the coffin. "Not every day you see floating coffins or blue fire or a talking raccoon- or are you a tanuki?"

"I AM NOT A RACCOON!"

The kitsune not listening turned their head towards a hallway not so far. "Oh well, I must get going!" The Kitsune gave a snap of their fingers their fox ears vanishing instantly. "Wh- HEY HEY! GET BACK HERE!-"_____________________

The Kitsune whistled as they looked up at the tall buildings, "Quite the view it must be from up there, still wonder why I'm here.." With a light flick of their wrist, a small kitsune spirit quickly materialized.

[ Kitsune Spirit: Body is more like a whisp and the head is seemingly the only solid part of the body. The Kitsune Spirits act with a hivemind mentality ]

It gave a high pitch noise akin to a shrill with its mouth opened like a grin, "Hm? Of course, this is fun for you, you are not the one who has to deal with the actual problems of waking up in a place you don't recognize at all." The spirit gave a noise akin to a squeal as a response making the Kitsune give scoff, they pulled their hands up to the open grin of the kitsune spirit.

"Shut."

And shut the open mouth with an irked expression, "Hm?" After the emotion of annoyance faded away, the Kitsune looked down to see the blue fire once again.

"Did you really think you'd get away from my nose? Dumb human! If you don't wanna get roasted, better hand over- AH!- BUWAH??! Ow! What's with this rope-"

"This is no mere rope. It is a lash of love!"

"What the-"

"Ah, found you at last! Are you one of the new students?"

The kitsune's eyes lightly squinted looking at the crow-like a man with a look of curiosity "A crow man?.." They questioned quietly to themself "You shouldn't do things like that. Leaving the Gate on your own! Not only that, you have yet to tame your familiar which has broken several school rules!"

"....."

"School? I remember that was something the humans would talk about."

"LET ME GO! I'M NOT A FREAKIN FAMILIAR!"

The Kitsune gave a tilt of its head, "Familiar? Well, I'm not familiar with this Tanuki" The crow-looking man continued with this lecture not listening to what they said "Sure, sure. The rebellious ones always say things like that. Just quiet down for a moment.

"My goodness. It's unprecedented for new students to leave the Gate on their own. Uuugghh... How impatient can you be?" The Kitsune continued to stare with a curious look at the man, which they now dubbed as the 'Tengu ripoff' "The entrance ceremony is already well underway. Let's head to the Hall of Mirrors." The Kitsune gave a hum, "...New student?.. Gate?"

"It's the room you woke up in with all of the doors. Normally, students wake up only after the door is opened with a special key but..."

The Kitsune gave a light chuckle "Oh? So much for that, the rascal tanuki practically burnt the lid off." Although it had been just a couple of minutes, the Kitsune had never been more amused with the show the tanuki-like creature put up. In addition to this, it seemed as though they were chosen to join a school which they found hilarious the fact that nobody knew who they are.

"So in the end the culprit appears to be this familiar. If you're going to bring it with you, you have to take responsibility and properly take care of it."

The kitsune stared blinking slowly as they processed the information, although still curious and confused, pretending to be a human sounded fun. "...OH My! Now isn't the time to be long-winded. The entrance ceremony will soon come to a close." The tengu rip-off gave a wave of their hand "Let's get a move on."

More information was good so the Kitsune spoke up in the best, 'innocent confused question' they could give "Just a second, where exactly am I?"

"Oya? Are you still dazed? It appears the teleportation magic has left you disoriented. Well, it is fine. It happens often enough."

"Those magicians blessed with a unique aptitude for magic gather from all over the world, here at the most prestigious magical academy in Twisted Wonderland."

"And I am the headmaster, appointed to take care of this academy by the board chairman, Dire Crowley."

The kitsune gave a hum "Magician?"

"Only those magicians seen as worthy by the Dark Mirror can attend this school."

"Well, the Dark Mirror is late by many thousands of years,"

"Chosen ones use the Gate and are summoned here from around the world. An Ebony Carriage carrying a gate should have gone to meet you as well."

The kitsune tilted its head with a light confusion, "There's no way a carriage could've ended up all the way down there...Especially with all those memories."

"The Ebony Carriage goes to welcome new students chosen by the Dark Mirror. They are special carriages that carry the doors to the academy. The market decided long ago that carriages are used to welcome people on special days."

The kitsune's eyes shifted towards the unfamiliar buildings that surrounded them, so a carriage somehow managed to bypass everything, how interesting.

Whatever reason the kitsune was brought into the school for didn't matter to them, as long as they were not in that place anymore they would gladly play the part of a human.

"Muuggaamm! MUggh!!"

The Kitsune gave a like tsk as the Tanuki-Grim abruptly brought them out of their thoughts. "Come. Let's go to the entrance ceremony."

Your top 5 horror games?🤔

oh boy oh boy oh boy!!! now you'll notice neither until dawn nor the quarry are on this list - i ASSUME you guys know i'm in way too deep with supermassive already ;P these are specifically NOT supermassive horror games sdklfjskldjf

silent hill 2. literally no game will ever eclipse sh2 in my mind. ever. it's one of those things that i wish i could go back in time and experience for the first time all over again. the first time i got to the end of this game i was just like. beside myself. and every subsequent playthru i just love it more and more. the ambiance of this one??? perfection. the characters??? the best. it's more SAD than it is SCARY, at least imo, but it's just scary ENOUGH to drive the overall message home and just. ughhhhhhhh i love silent hill 2.

silent hill 4. sh4 is like the polar opposite of sh2 for me: the ambiance is terrible (for me), the characters are abrasive (for me), everything is so deeply unsettling and so deeply WRONG with the world you're playing in that you're just constantly on edge. you're given a safe room for most of the game where you can heal and relax and just. breathe. then, without warning, that safe room is gone. the whole game is like that, and god help me i love it. none of the sh games make me HALF as nervous as sh4, and no matter how many times i play it, i never get LESS anxious alskdfjlksdjf

outlast (1 & whistleblower). HOOOOOO OUTLAST IS GOOD!!! i mean it's bad. it's awful. we've got, like, unbelievably unethical shit going on at every turn, but it's just so good. look, you guys know i'm a sucker for body horror, and this game's got that. you probably ALSO know i'm a sucker for supernatural entities with hiveminds - surprise, we got that too. there's a LOT of questionable shit in these games if you're not familiar with them so be warned, but god i just...love the lore. i love the lore so much. i read the outlast comics and everything XD (also i'm a basic bitch and eddie gluskin's whole deal had me hook line and sinker, sooooooooo)

perception. i haven't seen a lot of people who've played this one, but it's one of my faves!!! in perception, you play as a young woman who's more or less entirely blind. you have to navigate an old house using nothing but sound, only here's the problem: you miiiiiight not be alone. this is such, such, SUCH a good game, and so different from the other horror stuff out there.

bugsnax. they're bugs. they're snacks. you put them in your pack. what's not to love?????? bugsnax is a body horror game for kids, and it's one of my most favorite things in the world. you can throw ketchup at people. there's a character named scoopy banoopy. there are gay muppets in love. i used a talking strawberry to murder a living s'more. i don't know how else to sell this game to you, please just know it's both adorable and scary, and you're going to immediately want to make a self insert oc for this world because it's just so FUN (mine's name is chumby crumblesnoot, and she eats E V E R Y T H I N G)

S P E E D . nothing too special, but she can move faster than a peak athlete if she really books it.

S T A M I N A . able to fight at her fiercest for hours on end, her musculature doesn't fatigue as fast as a normal human's ( though she can still get occasional cramps ! )

F L E X I B I L I T Y . same goes here with the muscles, means she's extra limber, double so that of your average joe; her muscles are also twice as strong.

D U R A B I L I T Y . not invulnerable, but the gal has been hit by the Hulk and lived to tell the tale yk. not only that, but she has fallen from a few stories too high before and just walked away scraped and bruised.

A G I L I T Y &&. R E F L E X E S. she's just built different.

H E A R I N G . not only can she hear from great distances and even through steel walls themselves at times, but she's also able to hear virtually any frequency as well.

W A L L - C R A W L I N G .

She's able to do this through electrostatic attraction, capable of adhering to most surfaces, as well as carry a considerable amount of weight all the while.

R E G E N E R A T I V E H E A L I N G F A C T O R .

Due to her time in the stasis tank, Jessica developed a healing factor. Weakened over time due to various times she's lost and regained her powers, it still works well enough to get her by, but she's also able to be left with marks after fights, bones are capable of being broken.

This has also granted her E X T E N D E D L O N G E V I T Y, greatly slowing her aging while increasing her lifespan.

"Now that they know we attempted to counterattack, we need to act quickly. We'll update Killigan, and then we need to get more forces for another assault." Angst Alphabet - Roronoa Zoro

a/n: hiya!!! thank y’all so much!!<3 hope you enjoy this 😌

A-Accident (would they blame themselves if you died in an accident?)

He may not blame himself entirely if you were to die in an accident. But Zoro would think himself weak. How could he possibly become the words greatest swordsman if he can’t even protect his s/o.

B-Break up (How would they break up with you?)

Before breaking up with you Zoro would start to distance himself a little to try and make it easier on the both of you for when he does break up with you. Other than that, he is likely to just come right out and say exactly what he wants to say. He’s brutally honest and straightforward so he won’t try to sugar coat anything or beat around the bush.

C-Crying (how would they make you cry?)

Zoro does this horrible thing where he likes to overwork himself to the point of exhaustion. No matter how many times you tell him to stop and express your concerns for his health, he just doesn’t listen. It hurts seeing the man you love more than anything exhausting himself.

D-Death (how would they react to your death?)

Speaking of overworking, after your death he works himself harder than he ever has before. Day in, day out he’s training. He trains every possible minute to distract himself from your death and make himself stronger to ensure he never loses a loved one ever again.

E-Emotion (what is one emotion they would try to hide the most and how would they do it?)

Being openly vulnerable is something Zoro doesn’t like to do. He really only shows his vulnerable side with his s/o and even then, it took him a really long time to do it.

F-Fight (do you two ever fight? How big are the fights? What do you fight about? Etc.)

Very rarely do your fights get serious. Your fights are often just light-hearted teases and jokes towards one another. Where its always followed by laughter or eye rolls.

If your fight was to get serious, it would result in a lot of yelling at one another and with Zoros blunt personality, a lot of hurtful words (which he ALWAYS apologizes for in the end).

G-Guilt (what is the biggest thing they feel guilty about?)

The events of Sabaody weigh heavily on Zoro’s mind. He was the first one to get sent away by Kuma, so feels as though he failed not only his captain, but the whole crew as well. He wasn’t there to protect them, to help them. Instead, he was a complete failure. And, because of his weakness his captain had to fight and suffer alone.

H-Heartbreak (what would cause them pain in the relationship? How would they deal during a break-up?)

During a break-up Zoro does what he would in any other situation: workout. He keeps himself occupied by working out, and actually he drinks a little bit more than usual too. It could even get to the point where the rest of the crew feels as though they need to step in.

I-Injured (how would they react if you are badly injured?).

He turns dark. Basically, a demon in human form. Moves you from wherever you are so that you’re out of the way of more danger AND THEN HE TIES HIS BANDANA ROUND HIS HEAD BECAUSE THIS SHIT IS SERIOUS.

J-Jealousy (what do they do if they are jealous?)

Its ridiculously obvious when this swordsman is jealous. He gets super grumpy and tries to intimidate the other person. He’ll stand right behind you and honestly, that’s intimidating enough on its own. But, if the other person doesn’t get the hint he’ll place his hand, ever so casually, on his swords.

K-Kill (would they kill for revenge?)

Ever since joining the Straw Hats, Zoro doesn’t kill others (its not something Luffy wants his nakama to do, so Zoro doesn’t do it). However, that mindset goes straight out the window depending on who he’s taking revenge for (i.e if it’s for his s/o).

Most of the time Zoro just leaves them wishing they were dead. (this seems to be a common thing amongst One Piece characters).

L-Loss (what is their greatest loss?)

I would actually say losing some of his pride. Zoro is a poud man, who refuses to lower his head to anyone. However, after receiving the message from Luffy to train and meet up again in two years, Zoro knew he had to lower his and beg Mihawk for his guidance. It was definitely a hit on his pride, but, honestly… He doesn’t regret that one bit – anything for his captain.

M-Mistake (what is the worst mistake they ever made with you?).

During one of the few big fights you guys have had things got really heated and the fight ended up getting so off topic. Insults and mean words were being thrown out left and right. Zoro got so caught up in it all that he said something that targeted one of your deepest insecurities. He knew he had screwed up so badly when you walked away without even saying anything.

N-Nightmares (how often do they have them? What are they about? How do they deal with it?).

He doesn’t often get nightmares, but when he does they tend to be about Sabaody and when the crew got separated from one another (or really any other incident where he was unable to help properly). After he wakes up, he gets straight out of bed and starts working out – determined to make sure nothing like that ever happens again.

O-Outrage (how and why would they get mad at you?)

Zoro doesn’t get mad at you for much, mainly if you pay any attention to that shitty cook, like seriously, he doesn’t understand why you have to give Sanji any attention when Zoro is literally your boyfriend….

P-Past (what has happened in your relationship that changed the way you saw each other?)

Even though you never found out exactly what happened on Thriller Bark (its something Zoro refuses to tell even you), it made you realize that you need to step up and not rely on Zoro so much because although he may act like it, he’s not actually indestructible.

Q-Quality (what is their most dangerous/toxic quality?).

(SORRY I FEEL LIKE I’M BEING VERY REPETITIVE HERE AH BUT YEAH…) He never allows himself to heal from an injury properly. He always starts training immediately despite Chopper’s best attempts to stop him.

R-Rejection (how would they react to you rejecting their confession (or the other way around)).

If you were to reject his confession, he’d probably try to justify it to himself by saying “yeah actually it’s probably better this way. I don’t need anymore distractions in life.” But, he would definitely be a little down in the dumps about it. He made himself vulnerable for this and it didn’t work the way he wanted.

S-Scars (battle or self-inflicted)

Zoro has many scars. The scar over his left eye was a result of his two years of training with Mihawk, though no one knows the exact cause of it – only that it appeared during those two years. Zoro also has a scar on his chest from his very first encounter with Mihawk. He may also have scars on his ankles from the time he tried to chop of his own legs on Little Garden (I can’t recall if these are actually scars or if they healed completely).

T-Trust (have they ever broken your trust?).

This answer is short and sweet: No. Never. Not even in his wildest of dreams. Loyalty is basically Zoro’s entire character. He would never violate your trust. If he did… well Zoro, wouldn’t be Zoro anymore. (only thing he’s done that comes close is keep you from finding out what really happened to him on Thriller Bark).

U-Urge (how badly do they want to see you after you guys separated?)

Honestly, he is probably one of the few who are able to cope with missing you the longest. He still wants to see you of course – your presence is reassuring, so he definitely prefers when you are around – but he can handle not seeing you for a while by focusing on the task at hand and just remembering that this separation isn’t permanent.

V-Vicious (what do they do when they lash out on you?).

Similar to what I’ve said before, he says some really harsh things. He has always been blunt and straightforward, but when he’s lashing out at you he tends to make things a little more personal.

W-Weak (what makes them feel weak how do they try to avoid it?).

Zoro hates losing. Not because he’s competitive or anything but because losing makes him feel weak. Whenever he loses he feels so far away from his goal. To make up for this he works out. He trains and trains and trains until he can no longer move. He will keep going until he never loses another fight.

X-X-ray (what do they hate and show it most obviously?)

Obviously, he shows his hate of Sanji very frequently. The two pirates are constantly arguing and at one anothers throat.

But another thing he hates is people getting in the way of his dream. He agreed to join Luffy so long as he didn’t get in the way of his dream – and if luffy were to get in the way Zoro made him promise to commit seppuku (although whether or not I think Zoro would actually make him do that anymore is a different thing that I could go on about for a while so imma stop there…).

Y-Yearn (what is one thing that they want but can’t have?)

Zoro wants to be the world’s greatest/strongest swordsman. It’s not currently a title he can have, however, day-by-day he is getting just that much closer.

Z-Zero (what do they do/say in your dying moments?)

I don’t think a lot is said or done by Zoro in your final moments. He probably whispers a few thank you’s and I’m sorry’s. He won’t mourn properly until he’s completely alone.

ok so this is completely self-indulgent because i finally got a new computer and can properly play league again ahfjkhfjh. a quick rundown for anyone who hasn’t played the game:

the objective is to destroy the nexus in the enemy team’s base, which can be reached through three different lanes.

top lane: brawlers and fighters mid lane: assassins and mages bot lane: one marksman and one support jungle: neutral camps 

some other terms cs: creep score, number of minions killed in lane kda: kill, death, assist ratio gank: going into another lane to flank the enemy

mark: “nice job bro”

the reliable jungler. or at least, he tries to be. 

will constantly come help you if you're getting beat up in lane. laughs when his ganks fail but will hype you up when it works.

always lets you get the kill and apologizes profusely if he accidentally steals it.

forgets that dragons exist “oh wait dude, dragon was up?? FUCK WAIT THAT WAS ELDER”

he'd play rammus, nunu and zac, literally all the wholesome, funny characters. memorizes their voice lines and repeats them while he clears his camps. 

would quite literally die for willump. if he dies and hears nunu say “no! don’t leave me, willump!” he’ll go on a muderous rampage when he respawns. 

renjun: "GET ME OUT."

the mage midlaner who’s hardstuck in silver and can’t get out.

the ranked matchup algorithm hates him and puts him with an entire team of trolls.

at first he refused to play the game, but somehow got addicted overnight. hates the game.

preaches against the objectification of sexy female characters and bonks evelynn to horny jail whenever he sees her. 

a farming and skillshot GOD. perfect cs even under tower, lands everything and people think he’s scripting. 

plays mage assassins like ahri and leblanc, artillery mages like lux and xerath.

refuses to spend money on the game and relies on skin shards. 

mass reports everyone he doesn’t like. you didn’t say gg to him? reported

the wholesome top laner who beats people up and then friend requests them at the end of the game.

looks tough, has a deep username, so people are scared of him. in reality he’s just having fun

has the most wholesome emotes. 

while everyone’s casually laning, he’ll already be in the enemy base at 20 minutes, 1v5ing and singlehandedly ending the game.

sends cute faces in all chat as if he doesn’t have a perfect kda and can beat your ass to the moon. 

probably plays sett, malphite (oh god), gwen, renekton... probably has the patience for nasus too. 

never fucking pings before he teleports but it somehow works out. 

haechan: *aggressively pings enemy missing*

TOXIC ASSASSIN MAIN CHANGE MY MIND.

he’s good, has good mechanics, but usually ends up getting way too cocky after two kills, constantly dies while diving the enemy.

spams pings on people and emotes whenever he gets a kill.

plays teemo just to be a little shit.

istg he’d play zed, yasuo, yone, katarina, all the assassins. “you need skill to play yasuo.” proceeds to go 0/20/1

streams his games on twitch and accidentally sends the link in all chat so the enemy can stream snipe him.

either he carries or he’s useless.

takes special game modes just as seriously for some reason ?? buddy calm down it’s just super mario party

he can play every role pretty decently, and gets experimental with his champion picks. like he’ll take a mage into the jungle and somehow get away with it, or play a support against a brawler and beat them up ??

just laughs at everyone’s pain and doesn’t really care about his rank.

secretly owns thirty smurf accounts. 

has the dumbest ideas like selling all his items and buying 6 mana crystals.

will somehow get the entire team to partake in said dumb idea; in other words, jisung’s worst nightmare.

dances in lane while his team is fighting. “GUYS LOOK AT ME.” “chenle DO SOMETHING.” 

again, he plays e v e r y t h i n g

also streams on twitch and makes a whole army to bring donghyuck down.

jisung: "my entire team is dead and they think it's my fault."

the stressed support main.

he’s good at the game but can’t possibly save his entire dumbass team from certain death.

ends up having to fight tooth and bone on his own while the rest of his team is dead. 

always calling the shots but no one listens to him so he just talks to himself instead, “guys, stop splitting up- oh and they’re all dead. k i’m gonna go over here.”

plays engage tanks like nautilus, leona and blitzcrank. engages the wrong enemy and gets yelled at. 

refuses to play ranked with anyone. not even renjun. n o  o n e. trust no one. 

ends up playing tft, the autochess of league. because at least it’s every man for himself. somehow climbs to diamond.
