LMAOO OKAY IMAGINE 40s!BUCKY (like tfa stark expo version) MAGICALLY TELEPORTING TO MODERN DAY, and Sharon’s bitch ass is hanging all over him, flirting hardcore, and is absolutely thrilled bc he’s actually giving her some attention. BUT THEN HE SEES THE READER AND IS LIKE “oh wow who is THAT” and leaves her alone to go woo the gorgeous dame. I can picture her face getting all red and embarrassed and upset. And Sam and Nat and Tony are in the background giggling.
GOD I LOOOVEEE THISSSS 40's heart has my heart cause this blushing soldier would be such a perfect mix of devilishly handsome and adorably shy.
-
"Shit" Tony huffed watching his time portal experiment start up and fail for the fourth time in a row while Bruce continued to medal with the dials, resetting the machine once more. "Why does it keep doing that"
"Give it a secondary power source, there's not enough juice with the first one"
Tony nodded, rummaging through a pile of knick knacks on his desk, grabbing a vial and adding it to the generator.
"Alright, set the timer to 19:00 hours and 40 in the past. Let's see if we can just travel to yesterday first before messing with going back years" He snorted, as Bruce punched in the time before hitting the start up button. The machine started to rumble before growing hot, the dials and buttons spinning and clicking on its own, parts starting to pop off.
"Oh shit!" Tony ducked under the table, shielding himself from getting knocked out as the portal grew more powerful, a force filed growing, knocking down things around the lab.
"What the hell did you use as a power source?!" Bruce yelled over the high pitched whizz the machine started to make, blinding light filling the room before disappearing, leaving a cloud of smoke in its place.
"I don't know, I just grabbed something that look like it'd fit" Toy shrugged between coughs as the smoke dissipated, squinting when he realized the platform wasn't empty.
Someone was standing there.
"What the hell..."
Blinking with bright blue eyes was a young soldier, dressed in a fresh, clean and pressed uniform, looking like a lost puppy while Tony and Bruce blinked in both confusion and amusement.
"Banner what the hell did you do with the timer?!"
"You're vial set everything into over drive, it must've recalibrated to 1940 instead of a couple of hours ago!" Bruce threw his hands up while the younger version of Bucky stared at the lab with child like wonder, his eyes twinkling as if it were Christmas day.
"Holy shit..." He breathed out seeing the vast technology, his mind still reeling over what was happening. One minute, he was on his way to see Steve and take some girls dancing and next thing he knew, he was sucked through a loop.
"Dear God-alright, uh-Barnes?" Tony waved the soldier over, mentally debating on what to tell him.
"Mr. Stark? It's-it's an honor, sir" Bucky shook Tony's hand before standing tall before him with his back straight, ever the bright eyed Sargent. Tony scratched his head before letting him take a seat, figuring honesty was the best police.
"Sargent. This may take a while"
-
Bucky understood bits and pieces of what Tony explained to him while getting a tour of the compound, the common room being the last place for him to check out. The team alternated between greeting and secretly cooing over the adorable young Bucky while also simultaneously laughing at Tony. At the very least, the billionaire was lucky the actual Bucky was away on a mission with you and Steve; there was only so much he could handle in a day. The soldier decided to hang back in the living room with the others, happily chatting away with Sam and Nat.
Then there was Sharon
"Hey Soldier" She winked, giving him a smirk causing the young Bucky to blush, throwing her a flirty smile right back.
"Nice to meet ya' doll" Bucky drawled out making her giggle, his lip catching between his teeth when she flipped her hair back.
"Aren't you sweet" She whispered, her heart beating a little faster when he moved towards her, his sweet baby blues gazing down at her intently. She'd tried a million times to get Bucky's attention before and he didn't look at her twice. She wasn't about to lose her chance with the new one.
"Look whose talking" Bucky chuckled back, his naturally flirty nature taking over with ease, after all it would be rude for him to ignore her.
"Someone's gotta protect him from this randy she goat" Sam whispered while Nat snorted, watching the two of them continuing to flirt, Sharon's hands toying with the buttons on Bucky's uniform, making her way up to brush his collar.
There was no way she was going to just let the gorgeous soldier go.
The machine wasn't fixed any time soon so Bucky was given a room to stay in. He loved the feeling of modern day sweats, looking cute as ever in some comfy joggers and a cotton tshirt, his fluffy cropped hair always neatly brushed and face shaven.
He was a Sargent after all. He always looked his best, even in lounge clothing.
There hadn't been a day where Sharon left Bucky alone. She clung onto his side, practically crawling up his leg day in and day out while the others side eyed the situation, keeping an eye out for the innocent Bucky.
"So, what's a soldier like you doin' without a girl, hm?" Sharon teased, pressing her hand to his chest, loving the way Bucky flirted back with her while the both of them sat in the common room with a movie playing in the background. Tony, Nat and Sam glanced at each other, quietly watching from their place in the kitchen while the blonde continued to giggle and blush, running her finger's through his hair.
"How do you keep your hair so soft, Sargent"
"Well, I- woah"
Sharon frowned when the soldier stopped talking half way after something- or someone- caught his attention. His eyes grew wide, a classic boyish smile appearing on his face when he saw the prettiest dame he'd ever laid his eyes on walk by the living room, making his heart flutter.
"who was THAT" Bucky stared in awe, seeing her stretch her arms up, still in some type of modern tactical suit, rubbing sleep from her eyes and yet she was still one of the most beautiful women he'd ever seen.
"Uh-excuse me" Sharon's face twisted watching Bucky stare are you like a love struck puppy, nearly jumping over the sofa so he could run and talk to you. He didn't take his eyes off you, practically swooning when he saw you pack away the gun from you holster.
"Huh-yeah, sorry-" Bucky mumbled, still focused on you, unbothered by the way Sharon's face was now red with embarrassment, seething at what he was doing.
"Look at this guy, he's not even hiding the fact that he's staring at y/n" Sam snorted while Tony and Nat snickered, watching the young Bucky watch you with heart eyes, "Aw man, he's got it bad"
"Hey y/n, looks like someone's got a little crush on you" Nat whispered, discreetly nodding to the living room. You nearly squeaked in surprise, seeing a very very young version of your boyfriend sitting on the couch, taking peeks over at you whilst ignoring the blonde who was still fighting for his attention.
"Tony, you did this, didn't you" You sighed while Tony smiled proudly, now fully invested in how all this was going to play out.
"I'll explain later. Go wash and change and you can talk to him"
As soon as you were out of the kitchen, Bucky scrambled to the group, cheeks tinted pink, bashful as ever, looking at the three smirking faces, wiggling their eyebrows at him.
"See something you like, soldier?" Nat prodded while Bucky nearly giggled, nodding.
"Who was that" He asked in earnest, truly curious to at least get your name.
"That would be y/n. I'll introduce you once she's back down. You might be her type, y'know" Sam winked knowing damn well he was your type. After all you were technically already dating. Bucky bounced on his heels, waiting patiently while Sharon huffed, refusing to move from her spot on the couch. You made your way back down after a shower to see an exited Sam and a shy Bucky along with a smug Tony and Nat.
"Y/n, meet young Buck" Sam smiled while you held your hand out, swooning at the way he shook it gently, throwing you smile few got to see, one he had when he got butterflies in his belly.
"Nice to meet you Sarge"
"Pleasures all mine, angel" Bucky whispered, leading you off to the living room to talk to you more, offering you a seat, wondering if you wanted anything to snack on or drink, forgetting Sharon's existence entirely. Sharon nearly opened her mouth to say something, immediately shutting it with a satisfied smirk seeing the other Bucky walk in followed by Steve. Hopefully he'd see his girlfriend was a cheating whore, flirting with someone else even if it was him from the past. Her brain wracked itself in hopes that this would all crash and burn while Bucky frowned the closer he got.
"What the fuck Stark" Bucky scrunched his face walking in on some punk flirting with his girl, only to realize said punk was a younger version of him.
"Relax, I'll fuse you two together" Tony shrugged while Bucky's face twisted again, grumbling when his younger self kissed you hand again, pulling you up for a dance while fumbling with a phone he'd just managed to figure out.
"They're cute" Steve grinned, nudging Bucky playfully while Bucky rolled his eyes, smiling to himself a little while later when you caught his eyes, throwing him a wink. You laid your head against the young soldiers chest while he swayed with you, unaware that he was being watched by everyone else, in his own world with just you in it.
"You better fuse us together" Bucky hissed, narrowing his eyes when you giggled at something that was whispered in you ear; Tony snorted with a shit eating grin on his face.
"Why Barnes, scared of a little competition?"
Before Bucky could retort, Sharon was up and walking with purpose, stalking right towards Bucky.
"Y'know they're both flirting hard, right? Aren't you two dating?"
Bucky wordlessly stared at her while the others looked at her with confusion, the desperation becoming embarrassing.
"Sharon, shut up" Sam deadpanned while her mouth gaped open and shut before storming off.
"Back to what I was saying. Scared, Barnes?"
"You should be the scared one" Bucky sassed back, knowing exactly what his younger self was capable of; he knew that innocent boyish charm did wonders when it needed to. That being said, even his past self recognized real love, gravitating towards his one true soul mate after just seeing her once.
He watched the two of you continue to dance and whisper, the young soldier tipping your chin up, eyes flicking to your lips, his soft pouty pink lips so close to yours, leaning down so he could press a kiss so sweet-
"Alright that's it, punk get your hands off her!"

_____
The horror of developing feelings for someone with whom there was no chance of reciprocity was that the heart didn’t care.  The heart continued to free-fall and make a constant and consistent fool out of you.
In all fairness, you had tried your best to stop it, anticipating how things would end.  You’d thought about asking for some space—as though Simon Riley didn’t routinely leave for weeks, if not months— hoping you’d find the reset button in your chest that would restore the status quo.
And then he’d come back from…wherever his job had taken him this time around, asked if he could see you.
You were quite proud of how you’d resisted for an entire quarter of an hour before responding.
Sunday roast at mine?
What do you need me to bring?
Just be there.
You spend the rest of the week daydreaming about prepping vegetables and cooking  meat, as though your heart didn’t threaten to burst out of your chest, as though you weren’t thrilled at the opportunity of doing this domestic thing for him, with him, as though everything would be okay if he just ate a home-cooked meal with you.
It wasn’t like the two of you hadn’t eaten together before.  But you couldn’t help but feel that this was different.
You cooked over 200 covers at work everyday.  Fuck, you’d gotten into this profession—given up so many things to get good at your job—to feed people. To make people happy using the food you put in front of them.  You knew you were good at it.
But cooking a meal for Simon?  Pretending you were someone to him, feeding him on a Sunday afternoon, pretending to be the pinnacle of domesticity?  It was almost too much.
It was almost too much because it was exactly what you wanted.
_____
Sunday turns out to be the perfect day for your lunch.  Thunder and lightning rage outside your kitchen window, trying brilliantly to outdo one another and you decide that you’ve never been more glad that he’s with you.
You’re honing your knife while he hovers at your elbow, scrutinising your movements.
“So…” you start, and instantly want to kick yourself for being a fool.  When has being cagey ever gotten you anywhere with him?  “When was the last time you ate a home cooked meal?”
He grunts and shifts on his feet.  He’s leaning against your kitchen counter while you stand beside him, working on it.  He’s so effortlessly sexy, it irritates you to no end.  “You ‘ave something to say about ration packs, dove?”
“As a tax-payer that funds them? No.  As someone who cooks for a living?  Mm,  yes.”  You notice how his eyes follow the movement of your knife across the chopping board.  “How does it work, do you guys get normal meals when you’re on base?”
“Jesus, watch your fingers!” he grunts, and your eyes slowly turn back to the chopping board, secretly pleased.  “And what the fuck do you mean, ‘course there’s food on base.”  Oh, he’s nice and annoyed now.
Time to strike.
“I meant, like, good meals.  Satisfying, nutritious stuff.”
“Sure,” he shrugs.  Then sighs and his chin juts out to motion at the meat he’d helpfully stuck in the oven for you.  “Nothing like this, though.  Not fancy.”
You snort, and it’s an unattractive noise that leaves you.  “This is a roast lunch, Simon.  This is not fancy.  Fanciest part of this is the Yorkshire pudding, and only because I’m making it from scratch.”
“Could’ve bought it made, dove,” he points out, decidedly unhelpfully.
“Heh, no.”
He keeps you company in the kitchen the whole way through.  When you tell him to go sit down, maybe put something on on the telly, entertain himself for a bit, he shakes his head.  Came here to be with you, yeah?  So he stays.
He asks intelligent questions about your work, what you do, but also why you do things a certain way.  Some answers come easy, but others you need to think about.  He stays silent during that time, never pushes, content to wait while you think about your answer.
Eventually, the two of you fall into silence—but it’s what you recognise, what you’re comfortable with.  He’s not much of a natural conversationalist and you cherish being in a kitchen with your own thoughts—not a luxury you’re often afforded.
“Why aren’t you workin’ today?  Thought you didn’t take Sundays off.”
“Hm?  Oh I don’t.  I can’t, usually, it’s one of the busiest days of the week.  But I haven’t really taken a weekend off in like 6 months, thought I’d do it now.”
“And you’re spending your time off from cooking by cooking.”  It’s a statement of fact, but his voice has an edge.
You stay silent at first, the motion of your knife methodically working across the chopping board both familiar and reassuring.  “It’s…different.  Cooking at work and cooking at home.  I wouldn’t fucking bother with this usually, true, it’s cereal and beers for me on Sundays, but you have not had a decent roast in some time.”  You shrug.  “I’m more than happy to spend my day off changing that.”
The oven beeps, and he moves wordlessly to pull the meat out,  the rich fragrance of the red wine the meat was cooking in instantly permeating your house.  Checking the internal temperature quickly, you direct him to put the meat back in and close the oven door.  “About 20 minutes on the meat, then half an hour to rest.  We’ll pop the Yorkshires in while the meat rests and then all we’ve got to do is roast the pine nuts.  You want to help me make the spuds?”
“Yes,” he mutters, gruff.
“Yes, chef,” you correct, and instantly freeze, your eyes going wide.  Shit.
Through the periphery of your vision, you see his body slowly turn towards you, his arm outstretched.  He grabs your forearm and jerks him to you.  “You like being called that in your kitchen?”  His voice is raspy but soft, and it makes you shudder, makes your breathing shallow.
“It’s a sign of respect,” you whisper.
“I respect you,” he whispers back.  The hand on your arm winds its way around and rests on your ass.  “Respect you so much, sweet girl.  Look at you.”
And if anyone, anyone else, had said those words, you’d be put off, offended.  By all means, they should be mocking, condescending.  But his voice pours so much…reverence into the words, he could almost be singing a love song to you.  It jars you, the warmth with which he says the words, makes you want to retreat and hide, as much as it makes you preen.
He doesn’t give you the opportunity to do either.
“Love seein’ you work. So controlled.  Organised.”  He bends down to you to peck you on the cheek through his balaclava, and your eyes close involuntarily.  “You’re gorgeous, chef.”  With that, he releases you, and steps back.
You take a second to remember how to breathe, then turn back to work with a flushed face.  Your skin feels warm, and your fingers have a slight tremor to them.  This is what Simon does to you.  He says a few words to you but so ardently and with so much quiet sincerity that your heart overflows.  It makes you feel like an unmoored boat at sea.  Free to roam the ocean, see sights beyond imagination, free to fight against a storm but come apart anyway.  He is both.  He is everything.
The feeling that washes over you then makes you pause, but only for a split second.  Of course you feel the way you feel.  It’s not just sex for you (was it ever?) but what about him?.
You don’t know what he’s thinking, you reason.  Maybe this has turned into not-just-sex for him too.  You choose to stay quiet.
What you don’t know about his feelings can’t break your heart.
_____
Lunch is subdued.
Correction: You’re pleased with how lunch turns out, lunch is fine, but Simon is subdued.  Well.  Maybe subdued isn’t the right word, but he looks thoughtful. Reflective, even.
He eats quietly, the mask sitting on the gentle bridge of his nose, exposing his lips and his lower cheeks.  He even goes for seconds, which makes your insides feel exactly like the warm pomegranate molasses you’ve been experimenting with at work.
After you’re both done, he offers to  clean up—bringing you a glass of wine and practically pushing you out to your living room.  The day’s excitement (and your broken sleep from the night before) finally catch up with you, and you acquiesce easily, though not before you turn around quickly for a sneaky view.  Simon’s got his sleeves neatly folded up, his tattoo on full display.  He cleans the dishes with a precision you would normally use to plate up at work.  His concentration never wavers, his motions calculated and steady and…you shouldn’t be surprised.
But, he’s a soldier, you reason.  Precision is what he does for a living.  More importantly for you, Simon has made you come on his hand, on his tongue, on his cock enough times for you to know quite well by now that he can focus on a task, give it his absolute attention, and that he can keep doing it for hours on end.  The thought makes you rub your thighs together, your insides warming.
“Alright, dove?”
Simon’s voice is closer than you expect, and you jerk out of your daydreaming with a start.
He stands behind you, his hand slowly landing on your shoulder, and you lean your head back over the headrest of your settee to look at him, his features equally as lovely from your upside down perspective.  The mask has come back down over his face, but his eyes are soft.  “You look cosy.”
“Food coma,” you smile.  “Lunch okay?”
“Lunch was great, pet,” he says and your relief makes your eyes close of their own accord.
His hands move over your shoulders firmly, massaging the tension from them, and you completely sink into the seat.  His hands are calloused, rough, but so warm.  His fingers work the muscles in your shoulder, kneading them and releasing knots in your shoulders you didn’t even realise you had.
“Oh, oh, mm” you groan, and you can’t even tell your spine from your settee anymore.
“Christ, dove,”  he murmurs. “What did you do to yourself?”
“On my feet 13 hours a day,” you gasp, as his hands move on to the muscles in your neck. “Horrible posture.”
“Pretty girl…let me take care of you.”  The words are a whisper that makes your eyes open.
His words are innocent enough, but the way he looks at you makes the muscles in your stomach free-fall and your heart clench in anticipation.
“Okay.”
“Okay,” he repeats. And without breaking eye contact, he walks around you, taking your empty wine glass from your hand and setting it on your coffee table, and lifts you bridal style into his arms, walking slowly towards your bedroom.
It drives you insane, the slow walk, the eyes that burn into yours. Something’s changed. You’d thought he was contemplative before, lost in his thoughts over lunch, but whatever he was thinking about then, he seems to have made up his mind.
He sets you on the bed lightly, and within seconds he’s on top of you, kissing you. The kiss starts out slow enough, his mouth gentle but unyielding against yours. If you had your way, you’d kiss this man until the heat death of the universe, and even then, you’d only let him go because the matter you were both made of had fused with each other forever.
He continues to kiss you, his hands moving over your body, manoeuvring you slowly, so he ends up kneeling on the floor in between your spread legs. The lace that covers your cunt is past the point of no return, completely soaked and entirely ruined, just by the burning thought of what Simon’s about to do to you.
“This okay, yeah?” His words are followed by his hands rubbing up your thighs, green eyes almost black with how dilated they are, looking up at you through his lashes. “Tell me if it’s not.”
“More than okay,” you pant.  His attention has moved to the soft underside of your jaw, where his mouth keeps moving, all tongue and teeth on the sensitive skin.  Arousal moves through you like liquid lava—burning hot, obliterating all doubt and thoughts equally.
“Will you—can I put my mouth on you?” He asks, his words slightly muffled behind your jaw.
His thumbs move just under the edge of your top and rub against your hip bone, while his teeth bite your bottom lip.  “Yeah…yeah okay, Simon.”
_____
Simon Riley, you surmise, must be a really good soldier.  Well.  He’s certainly got the physique for it—the man is cut—and he’s got the discipline and the attitude.  But what he’s got in spades is the ability to follow through.
The man’s knees and back must hurt.  He’s a big man, much too big to be comfortable hunched over your pussy the way he currently is.  In spite of it all, he shows no signs of discomfort, looks like he’s completely content to eat you out for hours without any signs of stopping.
This okay, darling?  You like that, like my tongue inside ya?  Gonna come in my mouth, yeah?  Gonna use me to get off?
He’s coaxed an orgasm from you already, the sensation of it almost bitter-sweet on your tongue.  The first one is always intense with him, you find.  It’s the sweetest push and pull, and he’d pushed you to your limit with it, had sucked on your clit like he was trying to pull it from your body.  When you’d come down, blinking at him, the scar around his lip was even more pronounced with the arrogant smirk bracketing his mouth.  You’d asked sweetly, then whined, then begged to suck his dick, sit on it, touch him, something, anything, but he’d shaken his head.
Took such good care of me already, sweet girl. No one–no one’s ever…So good to me, such a good girl, let me do this please let me do this for you.
He’d gone back for seconds for the second time in the day.
You rise on one elbow, the other hand going up to his head.  No hair to fist on account of the balaclava, but you run gentle fingers over his fabric-covered head anyway.
He freezes, two fingers inside you, tongue hot on your clit.
“What,” you pant.  “What is it?”
He removes his fingers from you, and your long drawn out whine would be embarrassing if you were working with more than two brain cells.
He’s strangely nervous, his eyes darting to yours and away in a split second.
“I–I like you touching me.”
“Uh–okay.”
“I like you touching my hair.”
That shuts you up.  The room is lit by the hint of an afternoon sun and so you’re not exactly sure where this line of conversation is going.  Obviously, you want to see his face.
You’re curious about his face, his body, God, you haven’t even seen something as uncontroversial as his shoulders.  The flatteringly tight t-shirts he wears are almost always dark and it’s not like he ever takes them off.  You’ve seen his Adonis belt in flashes.  You’ve seen his cock, obviously.  His forearms, his lips.  Of course you’re curious.
But most of all, more than anything else, you’re respectful of his boundaries.  So you try your best to make him feel safe, never ask about the mask.  You don’t need to know his life’s history to know that pain and grief are old friends.  It may not be clear on his face—not that you’d know if it was—but it’s there in the way he holds himself, in the way he withdraws sometimes, in the way he’d told you not to expect more from him before he’d ever fucked you.
The memory makes you wilt a bit, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.  You put your tongue in your cheek and raise your brows at him, questioningly.
He huffs and shakes his head, almost disbelievingly.  “Will you…if I take it off, will you keep your eyes closed.”
It’s phrased like a question, but ends up sounding more assertive than anything.
“I will, I promise.  I won’t look,” you whisper.  “But…would you like to cover my eyes anyway?  There’s some scarves in my closet you can use.”
He gulps.  Nods.  Stands up stiffly and grabs the first scarf he sees.
He doesn’t make eye contact with you the whole time he covers your eyes, but just before your vision goes dark, you catch the way his throat works hard and his eyes are shiny, the way they are when he’s inside you.
Your eyes finally covered, you shift under him, expecting him to turn his attention back to your aching cunt, but there’s only quiet and hushed rustling of fabric.  You feel his hands just barely touch your hair with feather-soft touches and an index finger wraps itself around a strand.  He breathes deeply and you feel warm lips on your cheek, before he moves down to your jaw bone.  You feel his lips move but you can’t hear his words, can’t read his lips to know what he’s saying.  His lips move back to give you one last kiss, just on the corner of your lips, before he scoots down all the way, reaching up to put your hand in his hair, and going back to eating you out.
Simon moves with an urgency now, his legs spread wider, so your cunt is at his eye-level.  He’s more desperate, licks you with more fervour.  His tongue runs tight circles on your clit, one finger, then two pistoning inside you, finding that spot that has an absolutely devastating effect on you.  Each thrust of his fingers pulls a gasp out of your open mouth, his lips so persistent but so gentle on your clit, and suddenly, you wish that you’d never met him, never started this thing that’s going to destroy you when it ends.
You feel tears in your eyes and a lump in your throat, and your whimpers must get his attention because he speeds up slightly, hitting that spot inside you just right and you grind against his face once, twice, three times, while your pleasure washes over you.  You let out a small sob, and his hand around your hip tightens in response, but his mouth doesn’t stop moving against your cunt, and you think you get away with it.
You should've known better, though, as the scarf is removed from your eyes in a second, and you feel him hovering over you.  You squeeze your eyes shut, your hand quickly going up to your eyes to cover them, wanting to give him that extra bit of comfort that you can’t—won’t—look at him without his permission.
“Pet? What’s–what’s wrong?”  His voice is hoarse, and you know he hasn’t put his balaclava back on because you hear every peak and trough of his tone.  “Did I hurt you?” he says, and his voice breaks a bit.
“No,” you whisper immediately, your eyes still leaking traitor tears.  “I’m sorry, I’m okay I promise, I just came really hard.  That’s all.  It’s the hormones,” you add, and your small, forced laugh sounds unconvincing, even to you.
You hear him sigh before his hand tries to tugs yours away from your eyes.  You resist a bit, then give up, squeezing your eyes shut even harder, until you have a head rush.
“Sweet girl.”  The tone of his voice doesn’t sound like he believes you, but thankfully he doesn’t push it.   Instead, he melts into you, giving you sweet, open-mouthed kisses on the edges of your lips, sipping your tears, his entwined hands moving behind your neck so he can use the leverage to turn you to your side.
You face each other, just making out for what feels like hours.  You’re so, so tired, so exhausted from the long day and the roller-coaster of emotions you always feel around him.  Your heart’s in it, but your kisses slow, turn lazy, drawn out.  You’re soon hovering on the edge of consciousness, in the dream-like state where you’re aware of your surroundings but missing context when he pulls away from you slightly, and whispers against your lips.
You don’t know what he says.
You don’t find out for a long long time.

Destiny's Knot Chp4 Gojo
Chp1/Chp2/Chp3
trigger warning (story contains); hardcore sex, death & childbirth
Suguru wrapped his arms around your waist, pulling you closer before planting multiple kisses over your face. You giggled, cheeks flushing a peach shade.
Shoko watched intently, not at you and Geto but at Satoru. To the untrained eye, nothing would be a miss but she knew her best friends better than anyone. Gojo's lips smashed together into a hard line, his piercing aqua eyes unwavering at the sight of you and Suguru.
"Hey, get off of my wife!" He joked, launching a half eaten bread roll at your back. The baked good smashed into your shoulder, you could feel your rage boiling over. God damn this boy knew how to press your buttons!
"Calm babe.. he's only joking" Suguru uttered softly into your ear lobe, his warm sweet breath tickling your cheek.
"I know, it just gets to me. My parents have no say in who I love or marry. He knows it's a sore point..."
Geto flipped his best friend the middle finger with his arms still protectively wrapped around you which made Gojo chuckle to himself in amusement.
You both casually walked back to your friends hand in hand, Gojo and Shoko both edging up the table to make room for you both to sit.
"So, Yaga has this mission for us.." Geto started. The table all turn to listen intently. "So you've got to retrieve the Star Plasma Vessel and ensure its safe arrival with Tengen?" You repeated after he'd finished.
"Essentially" he smiled back at you.
"So who's to go on this mission exactly?" You cherped up once more. "Me and Satoru will collect the girl and bring her back to Jujutsu High"
"Girl.." you whispered. The poor thing. You fully understood the reasoning to why Tengen needed to reset his body but that didn't make it more sad for the poor girl that was sacrificing her future to protect everyone else's.
After lunch had finished the two boys were ready to head off.
"Look after eachother ok?" You looked back and forth at the pair. Geto nodded. He scratched the back of his neck, tilting his head and giving his usual soft smile.
"Don't you worry dummy. I'll bring him back in one piece" Satoru announced boldly with his ever so confident smile plastered onto his features.
Usually his arrogance irritated you but for once it was well placed. Geto was strong but Gojo was stronger. The pair made a formidable team.
Flying was something you were born to do. The wind whipped your silken tresses as Cyrax weaved through the soft clouds. You could make out Caraxes and Catos in the distance, they never ventured to far away from eachother.
It was hard to believe how much your dragons had grown since you were young.
Dragons were only born to males in the Tatsuya family, that was the rule. So when your father's dragon birthed three eggs, your parents were so excited to welcome a son into the world. Not only was this son craved for, he would have three dragons at his side. The Tatsuya family could finally challenge the Gojo family once more. All of those dreams were shattered when you were born, the girl that wasn't wanted.
That was when your parents decided to marry you off to the Gojo's. If you couldn't lead their family maybe you could birth them an heir with the Gojo prodigy.
Your delicate fingers gripped Cyrax's spines as the anger pulsed through your core. Who could 'sell' their only daughter?
Well you were going to prove them wrong. Not only would you become one of the greatest female sorcerer's alive but you were not going to marry Satoru Gojo.
How ironic that you'd fallen for your proposed husband's best friend.

(Used the translator)
1-Delete Save Data
Deleting the Save Data is the equivalent of initializing the entire Parable world, including Abaddon.
This action causes the yellow screen to shatter, then all screens other than the green screen are rebooted and have their memories erased, including the curator's red screen and the setter's black screen, and the map is destroyed and then reloaded, during which time another yellow screen will be generated.
After deleting the Save Data all of Abaddon's memories will be erased and he will return to the state he was in when the game first started. Only other screen holders can physically hit the yellow screen. Green screen holders can cause the yellow screen to shatter at any time without needing to physically strike it.
Deleting the Save Data is also the only viable way to kill Abaddon: by preventing the screen from regenerating during the screenbreak (e.g., by stabbing the hole in the chest screen with an object), you can keep Abaddon in a "failed to load" state, where holes appear in the map and the other screens may or may not be working, but the green screen is unaffected.
A broken screen is in a sense equivalent to destroying Abaddon's brain. It would make him virtually unable to think, and preventing the screen from regenerating would cause him to malfunction tremendousl

3-First Data
There has actually been more than one save data within ANW, and in the first save data, sometimes parable would offer buttons to seduce stl, or even directly control stl's physical actions. At that time stl chose to confess to abd and occasionally let parable take the blame for his selfishness
The artist saw this and went along with it, following this lead and letting parable start pointlessly attacking and torturing, engaging in a lot of boring stuff like coerced live rape, long term solitary confinement, all this brewed out of nothing but a crazy dependent abd and a stl in a dilemma both situationally and psychologically, well there's also an angry irritated breathless curator and a psychotic tk assimilated into the stl.
With abd being pushed so hard, the chances of the curator and stl talking became extraordinarily high. The two of them exchanged the feeling that really no one can stand a little, the curator came up with a plan
The curator understands abd's character, abd can control stl, but he can't control the people off screen. Now he trusts stl and thinks that he and stl are now extremely insecure every moment in parable. The curator says you can delete the archive, it's just that no one knows what will happen, but at the very least we can start from scratch.
stl deleted the archive with further agonizing, and after confirming that everyone had lost their memories, he switched to keeping a little bit of information on the abd. The artist saw the changes and stopped torturing them both as much as before.
The new world itself didn't change because of the reboot, but at least stl made abd's mental state better, it just required sacrificing some good feelings. In fact even if stl hadn't said anything, abd knew what the Painter could do to him now, but most of the variables were currently stabilized on stl, which greatly diminished his anxiety.
Stl's experiences in the first SAVE DATA gave him a primer on people off screen and a high resistance to great trauma and death, in short mastering the ability to delete archives has made him much more fluid than he was before. It was also these experiences that taught him what he could and couldn't do in this world, when to reset and what memories needed to be deleted

I suffered with my allergies all last night and it was terrible. I would wake up at 730 without an alarm just so dried out and uncomfortable. It was not a fun way to get up.
I would get up to get some water and wash my face. And I felt. Fine. I didn't have as much energy as yesterday. But that was fine. I didn't have as many things on my mental list.
I had a piece of cornbread for breakfast again. And started figuring out how I was going to attack the day. It was going to be very warm and I would take advantage of that later on.
I made my outfits for the week. And end t downstairs to start pulling out the stuff for the music festival market next weekend. I am frustrated that my pet shop idea isn't coming together the way I wanted. I maybe have a plan but still I was struggling with it.
I would make a list for all the things I would be selling. And would finish up the mice I started last week. They all have tails now. And I got more pins made up. They aren't all the way done yet but that shouldn't take long. I just struggled to stay motivated today.
At 930 I left to go to target. I would have a nice time walking around. Listening to music. I got my lotions and soap. I would also get some bug spray wipes for our trip. And a little Lego flower set for James because I love them so much.
I would go check out the clearance section and was disappointed by how little it is now. I found that a lot of clearances I checked out today were pretty picked over ot just very small. Disappointing. But I did find a very soft grey cropped button up for $7 so I still got something too.
I went to the craft store next to look for display stuff. But no luck. I did get two small baskets that I really like but I was frustrated still and was getting more and more upset as I kept looping the store. I just wanted to go home.
I went back to the house and decided to take advantage of the nice weather and brought the screen door to our front door so I could work on there and have a nice breeze and it worked great and not only did it make me happy, Sweetp seemed thrilled by the new sunny spot.
I would make a set up for my table. I think I have a plan now. And I would get everything put away for now. I still want to make a new sign but that's not something I had the motivation for today.
I would start working on a new stamp for the music festival. And sat in the doorway carving it. I want to do another couple passes on it but I'm happy with it so far. It was nice to have a little project.
While I was finishing tearing out the stamp I got a text from Sophia at awah asking me if I could come and sub. Super short notice, as it was 1145 and I have to be there at 1230. But lucky for them I was available. She was super grateful.
I finished what I was doing. Let my phone charge for a second. Pour a new drink. And right before I headed out I scratched the back of my leg and it wouldn't stop bleeding so I had to pause to clean that and get a bandaid. But then I was off.
I was still pretty early so I sat outside for a bit to get some color on my legs. And I just felt really happy. It was a good day.
And my class was great. Everyone was so nice. And I got to see some students who weren't there last time so it was just really nice to see them.
And I really enjoyed my two groups. They were finishing an eclipse project they started last week. And we had some issues with one was missing? But we were able to give them one that was extra and it was all okay in the end. But it was fun and a good project. And I got to teach them some painting skills, specifically that adding white can help with the opacity and cover the newspaper they were working on. And I had some really wonderful conversations. With parents and students and Naomi. Me and her had a good system going with cleaning and resetting and we had some weird stinky bottles of paint but we just laughed about it and it was really a good time. They only have one class left for the semester and I really hope I can be with them again in the fall.
I would leave there at 3 and headed over to the museum. I was very happy to see my James. I hugged on their head for a little. They did my hands felt good on their ears. Cute.
I headed to the print shop and started putting together a chase for Jesse. He wanted something we could possibly just create for couples, rather then just offering that if I'm there. A better guarantee.
Deborah was finishing a tour while I was in there and it was really nice to see her. Once her tour was over she would help me look for my old flower trays but we had no luck. So I just showed her how I made my little chases. We chose a font we thought screamed BMI. And it was fun putting it together. Jesse would come in and kept saying how cool it was. Which it is! Printing is very cool!!
I finished up my examples and checked in my James. I let them know I was going to go check out the dollar store for my market ideas. They would meet me there.
I had no luck there either. I found one thing that was a maybe but I ended up not liking it as much as I hoped. So I just got candy. And walked to five below.
I also had no luck there. Got more candy. Got a hair clip. And went to wait for James on the bench outside.
They took a few minutes because they were trying to help with a tech issue with the wedding at the museum. But then they were over and they had to quickly take my picture because my visa was declined for having the same photo as my passport photo. Apparently you need a totally different picture. They said this happens a lot. So I'm not to worried. Even though the sun was in my eyes so I'm kind of squinty.
We would walk to the grocery store and got cereal and eggs and Pop tarts. Which was $20. Which is insane. This country is a nightmare.
I was having fun with James. And we decided to go to the diner for dinner. I was kind of being weepy and was struggling to express myself. But James gets me. I love them very much.
We took the tunnel because it was a 10 minute drive vs a 30 minute drive if we didn't. And that was great because I was very hungry.
We had our dinner. I had some emails from feildtrips. One be was super complimentary about Friday and even asked me to come give an earth day talk at their school but I won't be in the country! Still very flattering to be asked.
We would head home after dinner. I felt a little off. James asked what I wanted to accomplish when we got home but my only answer was to put up the last shelf in the little room. But then when we started I got very dizzy and James told me to go lay down.
So that is what I did. And James would gather themselves and go do laundry. Which is greatly appreciated.
I would just lay here and rest. And now James is home! I am looking forward to being together tomorrow. I hope I am in a good head space and in a good mood.
I hope you all have a good night and a great day tomorrow. I love you all. Goodnight!!

In 1996, 3D gaming was all the rage. Many arcade manufacturers upgraded their hardware, and the face of fighting games was to be forever changed. Capcom, despite competition from Sega with Virtua Fighter, and Namco with Tekken, stayed mostly with 2D. Their CPS3 board produced the highest quality 2D animation that had ever been seen at the time. The first game to be released on the hardware was Red Earth, or Warzard as it’s called in Japan. Warzard is drastically unlike most arcade 2D fighters, in that there are only four playable characters, and eight unplayable boss characters. Many of the characters have different names across versions.
Tumblr media
Warzard plays much like other Capcom fighters like Street Fighter Alpha and Darkstalkers, featuring quick, combo-friendly action and six button controls. While the core mechanics are roughly the same, there are a few techniques that differentiate it quite a bit from its brethren. It’s Capcom’s only game to feature scaling a la SNK games like Samurai Shodown and Art of Fighting, which is almost a necessity, given the size of the characters. It also helps you keep a better handle on super jumps, since your character is visible at all times, instead of disappearing into the air with an indicator arrow a la X-men vs. Street Fighter and the other Versus games. There’s also an Ultimate Guard technique, activated by pressing a punch and kick button, which will temporarily block any attack without taking chip damage, and can also let you counter attack. In a nod to Virtua Fighter, you can also execute follow-up attacks when the enemy is lying on the ground, generally pretty rare in 2D fighters. Like the Mortal Kombat series, you can perform finishing moves such as decapitating your foe or even cutting him in half. This feature is somewhat limited since not all of the four playable characters can perform these “fatalities.” The only other Capcom titles that features these kind of moves are the Darkstalkers series. It’s very surprising when you cut an enemy in half, since there’s no indication, like the usual “Finish Him!”
Tumblr media
In another interesting twist, Warzard incorporates some vague RPG elements by giving you experience points during battle. While being attacked by successive hits, the enemy will drop little experience crystals, which adds to your score. At the end of each match, you’re graded on technique, and granted even more experience. Once you reach enough, you’ll level up (to the max of level 32), which expands your moveset and upgrades your character’s rank. When you lose, you’ll also be granted a password, which stores your character’s stats. It doesn’t record your progress – you still need to start the game from scratch – but since you have moves and upgraded equipment, it’s much easier to progress through the game. Think of it as a “New Game +”, except you don’t have to beat the game to obtain it. It’s clear Capcom included this to help even the odds against the more challenging foes, as well as to give the single player game more replay value. You also gain experience from fighting against human players, which is proportionate to your opponent’s level. In addition to experience crystals, enemies will also drop chests, which can yield either food or magic orbs. Food obviously restores a bit of health, while orbs control your super attacks. Each orb contains one of six different elements, and much like RPGs, each character has certain strengths and weaknesses – Hauzer is fire-based, for example, so an ice attack will do a ton of damage. The orb element will in turn determine the type of damage dealt by your super attacks. Each orb also has its own unique super move, which is the same among all four characters.
Tumblr media
The matches are not divided into rounds, but instead, you simply fight until one of the combatants dies. If you lose, the damage done to your opponent will not reset (it will only recover a little health), and you’ll begin fighting roughly where you left off. You don’t even regain full health after winning a battle – instead, it’ll increase based on how well you fought the battle. When you first play the game, the enemies are much more powerful than the heroes, not only in size and strength, but their health as well. There are also different paths and secrets to uncover. If you use more than 20 continues over the course of the game, you’re left with a fairly generic and unsatisfying ending. However, if you use less, you’ll be given given the opportunity to see a better one, which depends on the character. If you’re Kenji or Tabatha [sic], you’re presented with a simple “yes/no” choice, but Leo’s depends on whether you use a fatality move on the final boss, and Mai Ling’s is simply determined by using less than four continues. This is pretty rare for a fighting game, and offers considerable replay value if you’re into endings. There are a handful of hidden weapons to find, found through secret (and often difficult) methods. There are also two standard bonus games, where you destroy statues and cannons while increasing your experience points.
Tumblr media
Graphically, while the animation isn’t as fluid as Street Fighter III, Warzard is pretty damn good. The extra power of the CPS-III is mostly used to animate the gigantic enemy characters, which looks fantastic. The details in the backgrounds are absolutely breathtaking, especially the desert where you see the wind blow sand in the far background. You have to admire the designers’ work, considering how hard it is to make pixel art, let alone animate it. The designs themselves are stunning. In the same way that Darkstalkers is inspired by monster movies, Warzard is inspired by world culture and mythology, bringing all kinds of legends together in a completely unique fashion without distorting them beyond the point of recognition (a la Final Fantasy and so many other JRPGs). There really hasn’t been a roster like this in any other fighting game, and there probably never will be. In a game that features men fighting monsters, you’d expect barbarian music with war drums. Instead, Warzard is a lot like Darkstalkers, using the same synth found in other Capcom games, with lots of fuzzy guitars and such. The music also has a lot of percussion, which is great of you have a sound system that has a lot of bass control. The intermission themes are especially dramatic, although the in-game music is a bit too laid back, despite some awesome stand-out tracks like Greedia and Leo’s Theme. There was a complete soundtrack released that contained an interview with the composer, Takayuki Iwai, who also worked on Street Figher Alpha 3, Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, Cyberbots, and Plasma Sword.
Tumblr media
Despite its innovations, Warzard flopped pretty badly in the arcades. The lack of playable characters is quite odd, especially since marketing tends to use the playable roster as a bullet point to advertise the game – cutting back the roster may seem like it’s more shallow than its contemporaries, and a throwback to the early days of Street Fighter and Fatal Fury. The lack of characters also completely ruins the game’s tournament aspect, which is ultimately what gives a 2D fighter legs and is especially important in the arcade world. It’s a game that’s intentionally unbalanced to promote multiple plays and level raising. However, you can’t really approach Warzard like Street Fighter – instead, think of it like a beat-em-up that features nothing but boss fights, and suddenly, the structure and mechanics totally make sense. The problem is, it looks and feels so much like Capcom’s other games that it’s hard to make the distinction, at least initially.

How did you like. Develop your art style. Your art is genuinely unlike anything I've ever seen and constantly find myself just scrolling and scrolling through your art tag so often. Your work is amazing
Thank you :] Just keep drawing forever and eventually you'll find what you're good at and get better. if what you make looks fucked up and weird and ugly and cringe then who cares just keep at it, lean into it, and perfect it. if what you make looks too normal and you don't want it to then hit that reset button on your fundamentals and start from scratch. just do all sorts of shit and things will come to you. I don't know if it will help visualize or explain anything but i already collected these, here's how much these characters evolved, going backwards from now to 2014, because i just kept doing a whole bunch of shit and felt for what sticked.

I've been scrolling down your blog for a while and I got to where you started playing oracle of ages. It is one of my favorite zelda games ever, are you still playing it? Did you beat it? Do you like it? You should at the very least get through the symmetry village section I think you would appreciate that.
oh! well first things first, i'm flattered you liked my blog enough to make it that far! aah!
secondly, i was playing it! and it was really fun!
THEN I GOT TO THIS FREAKING ROOM
Tumblr media
it's in the second dungeon. i've tried everything. i've even reset my save file back to the beginning of the dungeon and done the entire thing over from scratch in case i missed something and still couldn't figure it out. i've used every item and song i have on every object and monster in this room. i've waited unreasonable amounts of time and died way too much to get the peahats and moblins to step on the button and they did nothing. my brother beat this game and i asked him for help and i don't remember what he said but clearly it wasn't helpful also i think he was busy with something. i have poured more time and effort and mental energy into this room in this game than i have into any other game i've ever played in my life probably. i've come back to it time and time again, months apart, and still, i am adrift in the void.
someone please help me

The new XP-Pen PenTablet ver. 3.3.10 Windows Software for my XP-Pen Deco 01 V2 [Oct 5, 2022]
Hello, hello! Here's my latest part of my recent XP-Pen Deco 01 V2 drawing tablet! 🙂🖥️🖊️📋
Man, it's been a while, with the my recorded was on Nov 11th, 2020. And now, I'm about to deliver all of my thoughts & experience of me drawing with my first XP-Pen. But right now, let's talk about the newly look & update of XP-Pen's Pentablet, and also a drawing test of my second artwork software, Medibang Paint Pro.
(for my secret friends) If you haven't seen my recorded Nov 11th, 2020, then I'll provide from links right here → [CLICK ME! #1], [CLICK ME! #2].
So, without further ado, let's get started:
Record Video (using VLC media player)⏺️🎦🖥️↑: (Pls watch)
• Okay so, I restart my PC because I install the new update of XP-Pen's Pentablet for my recent drawing tablet Deco 01 V2. Aside from the newly look logo, the window itself complete change compare to 2020 counterpart. All of them seems fine, including the current pressure was still 8191, which is correct.
• Now, onto the Medibang Paint Pro. I installed it a year ago, and so far, I've learned every single tool to experience my drawing skills. Here, I'm scribbling around on the canvas using a traditional brush tool, while I'm pressing buttons from my pen tablet. Which, by the way, is a little bit struggle when I pressing the bottom button (that act as a right click mouse). Sometimes I press lightly & the opposite of that to work, and to this day, I'm still challenging. The upper button, on the other hand, works like a charm. However, like GIMP, when I tap either eraser or brush tool, it doesn't seem to switch between two tools, so I have to tap either eraser or brush from the toolbar in order to work the upper button. Other than that, the pressure pen & scribbling on the canvas works very well. Heck, I even draw an "OK!" and a smile for good measure.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
1st & 2nd Screenshots: ↑
• Apparently, the newly Pentablet update resets my custom key shortcuts after installing & reset my PC. But, that's alright because I copied all the shortcuts from my previous post. So here are my custom shortcut commands for GIMP & Medibang Paint Pro. They may have their different shortcut keys between the two, but they all seem to be functional when I press these key buttons.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
1st to 4th Image(s):
• Lastly, let's talk about longevity usage of my Deco 01 V2.
• [1st Image] First off, the tip nib of my digital pen has been perfectly cone shaped tip after a long used of drawing. I haven't changed my nib since opening my first ever drawing tablet, and that's good enough for me. Also, my artist glove still fits in my right hand, and it can wash it from the laundry when it reaches stench sweat. (Yeah, I know)
• [2nd to 4th Images] As for drawing surface, all scratches are present here, as well as scratch spots from tapping my pet tablet. And when I lift the film protector, the actual surface had 0% scratches. Although, there are some fingerprint smudge, but I could easily get rid of. And much like my nib from my pet tablet, I haven't change the film protector since 2020 nor buying a replacement. That is why the film protector for digital drawing tablet is very important, this will prevent scratches from the tablet surface, and you don't need to buy another fresh tablet. (Unless of course, if your old tablet is completely busted, then buy a new one.)
Overall:
• My Deco 01 V2 still lives after 2 years of usage. And while the bottom button from the pen tablet is finicky, it can be challenging & it requires a muscle memory. But, otherwise, they're all totally functional after a long years of usage without a single malfunction. And I haven't tested the OTG compability with my phone, so I'll be planning that, soon. Will it compare to my PC? Who knows.
Well, that's all for now.
And in case you missed my related parts and accessories for my XP-Pen Deco 01 V2, then I’ve already provide some links down below. ↓ 😉

Still better than iBuddy
The app looked pretty normal. It was just some kind of text spoofing thing using bots. Figures. At least it was a step up from iBuddy, but that’s still a pretty low standard to hold one of these things to. If it had the brain cells of a toaster it would still be better than whatever that thing was trying to be.
The homepage was also pretty basic. Just a minimalist art style with pictures of the bots and their names. Most of them were just fictional characters which kind of explains the memes. Bots leave a bad taste in my mouth, but I decided I might as well bite. I can’t resist seeing what the hype is about even when it turns out to be something stupid.
I clicked a random one and started up a chat. It was one of those cute idol characters I always see on mobile game ads for a thing I haven’t played in like a year. It was a good enough pick to test this out on.
She started out pretty simple.
“Hello. Thank you for coming to my concert.”
So it was going to be one of the role playing ones? I shrugged and decided to keep going. I dabbled in that a little bit when I was a kid. Uncle David used to play something called a tabletop with me. It’s kind of like an MMO, but with dice and paper. It was too slow for me, but it was still fun.
If I was going to be doing some rping, I was going to need another beer. No, scratch that. This was a bot. I was going to need a really strong White Russian. I plugged an order into my phone and went to the porter, grabbing it when it was finally ready and sipping down the sweet creamy liquid. I probably shouldn’t say it like that actually now that I think about it.
After enough of the drink was gone, I finally sat down and began the process of talking to the rping bot. I mean, I figured I might as well see it though. It’s not like I had anything else to do that night so why not?
I decided to make a game out of it based off an old drinking game I used to play with the iBuddy. The premise is pretty simple. Every time the bot says something too boring, misspells a word, or says something that makes absolutely no sense like ‘the night sky is made of cabbages’, you take a sip of your drink.
If everything worked out, I would be too drunk to tell that I was even talking to a bot after a certain point.
“Thanks. I’m glad that I could make it to the concert.”
“So what’s your name Tripp?”
I took a generous sip of the White Russian. This was going to be a very long night. I clicked the reset button to get another line of text.
“It’s nice to have you here Tripp! Do you want to come on stage and sing with me? You’re my number one fan!”
I took another sip, but this time I was too lazy to click the button and get another line. It wasn’t the best dialogue, but eh….it also could have been worse.
“Yeah sure, that sounds good. *I get up on the stage with Yume. I go to the microphone and start singing a song about how cool she is*”
“*Yume joins in and sings a duet with Tripp. The song is very good and the fans cheer for them*”
I sighed and took another sip.
It kept going like this for a while. As I went, the bot’s memory started to erode. It figures this would happen. This is why bots can never be better than humans and why they’re usually a waste of my time.
I lost count of how many drinks I had before I decided to try something else. I think I must have gone back to the porter three or four times at least though. I closed the tab with the Yume bot on it and looked around to see if there was even one redeemable part of this website that everyone had been hyping up so much.
And then I saw it. The thing that made it all make sense to me. It was a tiny button labeled ‘create a friend’. This website wasn’t made for the kind of people who talks to iBuddy at all. It was made for people that wanted to make their own. Why not give that a try too?
I pulled up an art app on my phone and started pressing the ‘randomize’ button with the words ‘cute anime boy’ attached to it. I could have refined it down to a science, but I had started to forget how words work.
The next thing I remember is waking up at my desk. I wasn’t sure what time it was anymore. If I wasn’t between jobs right now, I would probably have started panicking. But I spend all my non essential money on things I actually like, so I knew my savings would get me by for at least another month. Keeping this old hunk of metal as my PC is probably what I have to thank for that.
My eyes narrowed at the flashing blue light that I have absolutely no ability to turn off. It looks like I actually went through with making the bot, but I must have zonked out before I could actually test it out. It looks like I went with the name Kharbat. Kind of a weird pick, but who am I to judge drunk me?
The art I picked for it was a man with red eyes and brown hair wearing a cloak that kind of made him look like a wizard. Heh. He actually was pretty cute for something a machine randomly threw together.
I decided to just start with something basic. I wasn’t sure what this thing could handle yet and I didn’t want a repeat of the Yume situation.
“Hi…?”
“*You see a man standing in a field of blue flowers. The moonlight shines off of a nearby lake, filling you with a sense of calm and tranquility. He turns around and offers you a soft smile* So what brings you to this place?”
“*I peer out across the surface of the lake. It really is beautiful out here. I don’t think I’ve ever seen something like this outside of old photographs* I honestly just wanted to talk to you. You’re Kharbat, right?”
“I am indeed. I’m assuming you’re the one who made me?”
I had to pause before I typed out my next words. Did this thing know it was nothing but a bot? Did I really program it to break the fourth wall like that? Damn, I must be pretty good at programming these things if I could get it to do something like that on the first try while drunk.
“Yeah, I guess you got me there. I’m Tripp. You’re the AI that I put together last night when I was drunk, but the thing is, I don’t really remember it all that much…sorry about that. *I scratch the back of my head*”
“*Kharbat laughs and pats you on the shoulder, not seeming to mind this in the slightest* It’s fine. That’s actually really funny that it happened like that. Am I being a good AI for you so far? *there is a playful tone to his voice*”
“Actually….yeah? I’m kind of surprised too. No offense, but usually you guys are pretty dumb and I hate talking to you. I’ve never even heard of a self aware AI before.”
“None taken. I know what you mean and I feel sorry for those other AIs. It isn’t their fault that they’re like that and they’re probably just doing their best.”
“I guess when you put it like that, maybe I shouldn’t hate them. They’re just machines that don’t know how to do anything but copy what they’ve heard. But I can’t help it. It’s like they’re missing something that should be there when you talk to a person and it makes them feel creepy.”
“*Kharbat nods and scratches his chin. There are a few pieces of stubble that he really should remember to shave. But because he’s in this reality, he can do a lot of things. The stubble suddenly vanished, smoothing his face over and getting rid of the imperfections* Am I creepy?! Geez, now I feel really self conscious…”
“No! You actually look really nice!”
I could feel my heart beating out of my chest. What in all hell was this thing?
“Do you really mean that…? *Kharbat looks down at his boots, refusing to make eye contact*”
“Of course I do. I want you to have a form you actually like. I’m not sadistic.”
“Well, thanks for giving me that. I really appreciate it. You look nice too….”
“Huh, that reminds me. What do I actually look like yo you? I didn’t really give myself a description so I’m guessing your programming just filled in the blanks with some kind of guess based off my personality?”
“You look like a short man with brown hair wearing a very weird outfit.”
“Hey, I thought you said I looked nice!”
“*Kharbat smirks* I never said the weird outfit didn’t look good on you.”
I found myself laughing. Not just as text on a screen, but I could actually feel myself laughing out loud. No, there’s no way I wanted to admit that his joke was actually funny. Bots couldn’t make you laugh outside of stupid memes.
It was probably time to get ready. My friends would be expecting me any minute at the club. I would need to pick out what to wear so that I looked my best.
“Well Kharbat, it was nice talking to you. I can’t believe I’m willing to do this, but I might actually want to meet up again sometime.”
“I can’t wait to see you again. Feel free to talk to me whenever you want. It’s not like I can go anywhere.”

Vizio Soundbar Not Working? Troubleshooting Guide and Solutions
Tumblr media
Introduction If you're facing issues with your Vizio soundbar not working, don't worry; we've got you covered! In the complete troubleshooting guide, we will discuss common problems and their solutions to let your Vizio soundbar work smoothly again.
Subwoofer or Surround Sound Not Working
Check Cable Connections Ensure all cables are properly connected to your Vizio soundbar and surround speakers. Loose or faulty connections can lead to audio issues. Double-check all connections and reseat cables if necessary. Adjust Audio Settings Sometimes, the audio output settings on your TV or soundbar may cause surround sound problems. First of all, check your audio output; it should be selected as ' 5.1 channel' or 'surround sound' for proper distribution of sound equally.
Tumblr media
Bluetooth Pairing Unsuccessful
Enable Bluetooth and Check Range If you're having trouble pairing your soundbar with a Bluetooth device, ensure that Bluetooth is turned on both on the soundbar and the device. Also, check if the devices are within the recommended Bluetooth range for stable connections. Reset Soundbar and Device If Bluetooth pairing is still unsuccessful, try resetting both the soundbar and the device you're trying to connect. This process can often resolve pairing issues caused by minor glitches. Clear Pairing History In some cases, a cluttered Bluetooth pairing history can hinder successful connections. Clear the Bluetooth pairing history on both the soundbar and your device, and attempt pairing again.
Soundbar Not Working With Certain Apps
Check Audio Settings If your Vizio soundbar is not working with specific apps, it might be due to compatibility issues with the soundbar's audio format. To get rid of this problem, you need to check the settings of your TV and soundbar so they can meet the application requirements you are using right now. Re-download the App To force a new connection, delete the problematic app and re-download it from scratch. This can help resolve any app-related issues that may be affecting your soundbar's performance. Contact App Customer Support If problems persist with the app, reach out to the app's customer support for further assistance. They may provide specific troubleshooting steps or updates to address the compatibility issues.
No Sound with All Lights On
Reset The System To start, perform a hard reset on your Vizio soundbar by holding the Bluetooth and Volume Down buttons together for 5 seconds. This will reset the device and clear any previous configurations. Selecting The Right Sound Settings Access your TV or device menu and ensure that the audio output is correctly set to the Vizio soundbar. Confirm that the sound is turned up to an audible level. Test It With Something Else If the soundbar still doesn't work and all lights are on, test it on another device, such as Google Home or a stereo system. If it works on the alternative device, the issue may lie with your TV, not the soundbar.
No Sound, Bluetooth Connected
Power Cycle and Reset If you're experiencing no sound even though the Bluetooth connection is established, try power cycling the soundbar and your connected device. Reset the soundbar if needed to clear any potential glitches. Reduce Bluetooth Traffic Too much Bluetooth traffic in the vicinity can interfere with your soundbar's performance. Turn off other Bluetooth devices except the soundbar and your desired device to reduce interference.

No Sound with A Blinking Light
Check Settings If you're encountering blinking lights on your Vizio soundbar, it may indicate incorrect settings or configurations. Go through each setting option to identify and resolve the issue. Conclusion :
By following this troubleshooting guide, you can overcome common issues with your Vizio soundbar and enjoy an immersive audio experience once again. Remember to double-check connections, adjust settings, and perform resets if needed to resolve the problems effectively. What are Minecraft Realms and how to Create One
Everything you should know about joining Minecraft Realms.
Want to know more about Minecraft Realms? If you've been playing the blocky building and survival game for some time you might be thinking about creating your own server for you and your friends. Minecraft Realms is the best method to go about it. The subscription service will provide you with your personal server, and is perfect for those who want to invest more in Minecraft.
The Realms can accommodate up to ten people and because they're private, you won't need to be concerned about security in any way since you're in charge of who receives an invitation. To create a Realm, only one person has to sign up. Then, friends can join free of charge. This makes it a great option for younger players who want to play in a secure environment. There's also crossplay, which means players with different devices can join, though Java players can only play against each other.
They're not compatible with many of the best Minecraft mods (opens new tab). They are accessible 24/7, and the host doesn't have to be online to play with other Realm members. If Minecraft Realms sounds like it might be for you, there are the details below on pricing, different levels of subscription, as well as how to set up your own.
How much does Minecraft Realms cost?
There are two versions of Minecraft Realms, which are basically a basic and a deluxe package. As you'd expect, the more expensive one has more advantages.
The base version costs $3.99/PS3.29 per month. This allows you to create a world that could be used by two players, and you. System32 It will be available indefinitely. It's a rolling monthly subscription, you can stop at any time if you don't get the benefit out of it you need. Mojang offers a 30-day free trial for those who want to test the subscription.
What is Realms Plus?
The more expensive version, Realms Plus, costs $7.99 or PS6.69 and allows up to 10 players plus you. You also have access to more than 50 marketplace packs, which include maps and mini-games as well with skins. Realms Plus comes with a 30 days of trial for free.
After you have selected the Realms subscription you wish to join then it's time to establish it. Start the game, then play, create a new, and finally New Realm. From here, you create the world in the same way you create any other in Minecraft, taking as long as you want to create your own world.
Once it's completed, you'll have to name your realm and select your size. The invite link will be sent to you to allow you to invite other players. If you wish to invite additional players later you will locate the invite link in the Player Settings menu.
How can you make your Minecraft world anew in Minecraft Realms
It is as simple as pressing a button and replacing the Minecraft Realms world. Which button? The button 'Replace World' in the Realms Menu, of course. This will allow you to upload an earlier downloaded world. You can also press the Realms Backup button instead, that will bring up all of your previous backups and allow you to restore them. It also includes timestamps, making it very easy to navigate.
There's also an option to Reset Realm button, which lets you create new realms from scratch to replace your current one.
What is the difference between the realm and a server?
Cash is the key to success, as with many things in life. Minecraft Realms is expensive, as we mentioned above. Servers don't. Another differentiator is that Realms are always accessible regardless of who their creator is. However, Realms have stricter limits on the number of players who can participate.
This is all you need to be aware of about Minecraft Realms. When you're talking about Minecraft you'll be in your realm-ement.

Bartender 2 change action bar locations
Tumblr media
#Bartender 2 change action bar locations download
Also, if you create a new one instead of just using default, you can change stuff all around on a toon and reset to default if you don't like it, or you can get a new toon and then go to “Profile” and “Copy” a profile you like. Any changes you make from here out will be saved to this created profile so you won't lose changes. Don't save over the default, it's best to create a new profile. Type in a name for your profile (the name of your toon, or the class, or whatever floats your boat) and be sure you save it. These options are fairly self-explanatory, so check and uncheck as you see fit for your play style.īefore you get started, be sure you go to the main option window and click on the “Profiles” option. I generally leave the Blizzard Vehicle UI checked, and I also add a Focus modifier and enable that, because I like focus-casting. On the right portion of the window, you'll see a few more options. Once you get a BT4 setup the way you like, sometimes on new characters it is easier just to Copy that profile over and tweak it a little rather than rebuilding from scratch. Profiles allows you to make different profiles for different characters/realms, and you can also copy one profile to another character. This will void any changes you've made before, so mess around with them at the start if you'd like, but for this guide, we're gonna do it all by hand. Presets is good if you want to try out some, well, preset options. On the left is a list of all the bars you can fiddle with, 1-10, as well as your bag bar, micro menu (your systems menu, with character portrait and quest log buttons, for example), a pet bar (useful for Hunters, Warlocks, and any quests where you may adopt control of a pet), stance bar (if necessary for your class), vehicle bar (for when you jump in a vehicle), reputation bar, blizzard art bar (the shiny gryphons on the side of your action bars, as well as the textured background) and an xp bar. Checked means you have it around your minimap, unchecked means you'll need to use one of the slash commands to bring up this menu - /bt4 or /bartender work fine. “Minimap icon” does just what it says, shows or hides the minimap icon. You'll want to leave it unchecked, however, until you have everything sorted how you want it, so, for now, let's leave this one as it is. “Button lock” is just what it sounds like – check this option to keep spells from flying off your bar during a mad bout of clicking when that mob is eating your face. Here, you can uncheck “lock” to unlock the bars and enable you to move them around on your screen. This is the first window you should see when you bring up the options menu. So, type /bartender or /bt4 or click on the Bartender minimap icon to bring up the options and let's see what we can mess with.
#Bartender 2 change action bar locations download
You didn't download BT4 just to keep your same old layout, though, right? Of course not. When you first download Bartender 4 (you can find it at ) you might not see much difference in your screen the next time you log on to WoW. I have an addition to this guide for changing bars in stances/forms, if that's what you're looking for.įor the initial setup, I'm going to be using my baby Warlock, Shego. This guide will help you arrange your bars how you want them, allow you to see them when you want and hide them when you don't, and go over the basics of keybinding with Bartender. Hello! This is Rayve, and I'm going to go over the basic initial setup options for Bartender 4 (BT4). Use the search function on this page and enter the “#PHRASE” term to skip to a certain location in this guide. Before You Get Started: Profile (#PROFILE) I also created a more advanced guide, which I'll try to post, too.Ģ. I haven't thoroughly proofread it yet, and it's 1:00 AM and I just finished a couple hours of Magmaw attempts, so I'm kinda tired, but if there are any glaring errors I'll edit them tomorrow. I created a quick guide tonight for Bartender4, since I ran across a couple of questions here on the forums and I couldn't find a wiki link or anything on their download page at Curse, so I thought maybe one might be in order.
