achievements of the day: woke up, still alive, took morning meds, ate breakfast, brushed teeth x2, allowed myself to rest, used an ice pack when i needed to, ate dinner and an ice cream bar, took night meds, flossed

#) #of course my ability to eat gets better when it is incredibly difficult for me to eat smh #i just let myself doze around because i didn't take concerta today since i had breakfast with potentially deactivating ingredients #and i just. didn't bother to wait an hour #so i just kinda went full cat and went #daily achievements #remembered to floss tonight but ow ow #jaw's still outta place it's so annoying #i thought it went back in for a bit but i was eating dinner so i couldn't let it sit and rest to see if it would fully sit in place #therapy tomorrow with a wonky jaw :okay dozing around day" #my eyes are So Tired #i have been getting a closer connection to my subconscious again so hey that's something #stupid jaw. stupid jaw :/
