Good News Members,

We understand that due to the small size of our group, it can be hard for some of you to get replies back soon enough to post in time for the activity check. As a result, we’ve decided to change how we do activity checks. From now on, activity checks will be done on Saturdays, and unfollows will be done on Sundays. You will also have 7 days (from Sunday until the activity check on Saturday) to post on your characters. We hope this reduces the stress you all might feel towards the activity check or determining when to post your replies. Thank you for staying with us, and if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to message the main.

AGE GROUP:

This is a mature RP and so there will be smut, alcohol, drugs, violence, and triggering topics discussed and roleplayed. However, we do ask that members tag anything triggering and put it under a read more. You can find our trigger list here. Please also remember to tag smut as NSFW. Because this is a mature RP, we will only allow you to apply if you are over 18 years of age.

Characters must be 16 years of age or higher and faceclaims must be 18+.

Faceclaims who are 25+ can only play characters as young as 25 years old.

Hello to all of our members, both new and old!

We understand that during this whole pandemic, it has thrown a lot of us into much harder situations. We understand that being active might be much harder for you now whether you’re having to work harder in an essential occupation, having to deal with the anxiety that comes with all of this, or anything and everything else that might come as a result of this. We decided to lighten your load just a little by limiting our activity checks to only once a week. From now until we believe things have eased off enough, we will only be doing activity checks on Wednesdays. We hope that everyone is staying safe during these times, and if you have any questions, concerns, or just need to request a hiatus, please let us know.

Hello, our dearest members!

Due to the number of OC’S having a significant number recently, we have decided to close off applications for OC’S starting one week from today. On February 8th, we will no longer accept applications for OC’S until a time where we deem that the canon characters have a high enough number compared to the OC’S. The only OC related characters we will take after February 8th will be the remaining sins and 2 archangels. All other lots won't be accepted until we reopen our doors to new OC’S.

Just to reiterate, you can still apply for OC’S until February 8th, and if you have any questions or concerns about this, you can either send messages to us on the main blog's IMs, contact us on discord, or send questions to our ask box off of anon.

OC CHARACTER APPLICATION:

[OC] Have you ever noticed that ( CHARACTER NAME ) who’s connected to ( CONNECTIONS TO MARVEL/DC CANON CHARACTERS/UNIVERSES IF APPLICABLE*) looks a lot like ( FACE CLAIM )? But ( HE/SHE ) also go/goes by ( ALIAS ). Having the ability to/of ( ONE OR TWO ABILITIES/POWERS ) sure makes them a force to be reckoned with. Rumour has it they are ( AGE IN NUMBERS ) and is working as a ( OCCUPATION ). (ooc; name/alias, pronouns, age, time zone)

*Connections to canon dc/marvel characters and/or universes are NOT required for all OCs. Please check our rules for more information on our rules on OCs in our group if you haven’t already.

Examples of applications for canon, oc, and wanted characters have also been added to the application page. If you play an OC Character already, don’t worry about resending this new application. We admins will edit your applications to fit these new ones ourselves, and if we’re unsure about anything, we’ll message you for confirmation.

CHANGES TO RULES:

ACTIVITY:

You must be equally active on canon and oc characters in order to apply for more characters.

If your character is on the activity check 3 times within 2 months, you will receive a warning. If it happens again, they’ll be unfollowed.

OC’S:

Please don’t make your OC’s related to unplayed canon characters. If someone wants to apply for those canon characters later on, we don’t want to force them into a situation where they have to be related to a character they don’t know about.

Assuming that your OC is accepted, please make an intro post with a short bio of your character. You can use bullet points, paragraphs, or whatever kind of format you’d like as long as it gives the important information about your characters, such as: explanations of powers/abilities and how they got them if applicable, any connections to other characters that you might plot out, important life events or backstory that got your character to where they are now, and whatever other information you might like to include

Please don’t play only OC’s if you’re taking multiple characters. While we are more than welcoming to OCs, we’d like to retain DC and Marvel as our center and don’t want OCs to outnumber our canon characters.

If you’d like to play more OCs, we recommend that they have some sort of connection to the DC and/or Marvel Universes.

OCs will be accepted on a case by case basis.

SHERWOOD FLORIST has been added to our locations. 

Sherwood Florist is a flower shop owned by Dinah Lance. Based on the flower shop Dinah's mother used to own, this Castle-themed store sells all kinds of floral arrangements and other things gardeners might need to grow their own plants. Because studies show that talking and even singing to plants can help them grow, there is a stage in the store where musicians and poets can practice their art. Dinah herself performs a concert on the first and third Friday of every month.

Hours: Monday - Friday: 10:00AM - 7:00PM; Saturday: 11:30AM - 8:30PM; Sunday: CLOSED

If you have a place you would like added to our locations page, please submit a picture you would like to use for your location along with a description and name of the place. You can include the hours that the location is open, but it is not a necessity.

As admins, our duties involve accepting applications, updating pages, doing activity checks, promoting the group, inviting new members to the discord, answering questions, and dealing with any problems the group or any members might experience. As such, we’re looking for applicants who are active, know at least the basics of html coding, have and know how to use photoshop, are good at making edits, and who won’t have issues dealing with drama or performing activity checks. Hello Everyone, Just a friendly little announcement as many of us know Tumblr can sometimes be quite the pain in the butt. Especially when it comes posts showing up in the tags so the admins have decided to ensure everyone’s starter is getting the attention they deserve. We created a blog, that will be used to reblog all-new Open Starters so that all members can see all the starters even if the tag won’t show them.
