I haven’t run at all since last Sunday at #im703indianwells and it feels weird! Come to think of it, I’ve only been in the pool twice and not on the bikes at all. A break at this time of year is great to devote more time to family, friends, beers and cookies. Also, to heal the nagging hamstring pain from those last few weeks.
