#tonight my anxiety was so high bc some creepy old man was staring at me at the gas station when i was leaving rehearsal #and like my parents weren’t in the living room when i got home which they usually are so like my anxiety was like #they’re fucking dead in their bedroom and once you open your bedroom door again you’re next #and then i went to the bathroom despite this and came back and my anxiety was like okay the killers under your bed now #like. dog can you be reasonable please #literally sitting in my bed not daring to reach for my phone charger bc of Fear #shit like this happens all the time tho like i have a recurrent fear that whenever i get in my car late at night #there’s someone either in the backseat or trunk and they’ll fucking kill me #even when i know there’s no way that’s possible #but it gets so bad i can’t properly breathe and i refuse to look in my mirror in case someone pops up #like. everytime i think oh my anxiety’s not that bad something like this happens and i’m like. never mind #liz rambles #anxiety tw

fit of horrible sobbing so full of mucus i had to emergency strip and use my sleep shirt as a gigantic hanky. i do not feel better and have a pit in my stomach that won't leave but at least i am dealing with grief in real time for once instead of locking it away for several years however it does feel like the vault busted open and now im dealing w like. all of it at once. so that's cool

#sometimes you move 2k miles to be closer to aging family but there isn't enough time in the world #and sometimes you're 25 and still blame your dad for physically removing you from your mom's unconditionally supportive family #i look at my brothers and my dad and then i look at my mom's family and i just get so sad #if we hadn't moved i could have been around these people all the time. I could have had more hugs from grandpa #just like. the cruelest thing imaginable for him to have dementia. I just want my family to be okay and it sucks. 11pm. goodnight #also sorry. belongs in a journal but also my shirt got so wet it did snap me out of it a bit bc it was so gross it was almost funny #my whole plan was to go to bed early tonight since i was up at 5 and im so fucking tired but instead i thought abt my grandpa's hugs #and here we are #i dunno. things could get better i don't want to give up on finding good care for him. but reading up on the type doesn't give me much hope #just a shitty fucking way to spend your last years. unimaginably painful and disorientating. im so mad at the world

Realizing I've been cranky because of a blood moon on the rise is making me so embarrassed like, WHY do I turn into a whiny and sad mess of toast every month and then FORGET that's why I get moody. Hiding in a hole for a week.

I just get grumpy when I feel like I haven't been developing as much as I want #But then I have to remember I went two years without doing any major art and still struggle to get back on the path because work sucks #but I'm getting there! #ameeras.got.mail #martin tag #idk what the something else is yet it comes naturally #i need to finish the movie tonight so that gives me a few more days #if i watched the show it wouldve been a week of watchmen At Least but i watched the first episode and was uncomfortable with the politics #of it (new mutuals so to clarify not in a 'why is there so many black people' wasy as im certsin some freaks felt. i was mostly uncomfy #with how the role of the police regarding the conversation of antiblack racism in the us just was not looked at at all)#like i read somewhere that the head showwriter was a donator to kamila harris' campaign. he had never heard of the tusla massacre until a #few months before the show was created and overall from the first ep i just felt the politics were confused #like it wanted to say White Supremacy Bad but also look at these cops brutalise these people and these people are white supremacists so how #does that make u feel. do u feel sorry for the white supremacist???#also i think the masked cops thing makes no sense the more i think about the source material. watchmen 1985: we dont want vigilantes #because theres no one to hold them accountable. watchmen 2019: you cant see a cops face #ALSO the way the (albeit the first episode so granted i expect it to develop the politics further) locked guns thing was presented was weird #to me. like in conversations regarding police brutality to turn around and show a black man get shot through the chest because he didnt hav #access to his firearm and a white supremacist got him???? its just WEIRD #anyway sorry if you can forgive my changing interests and my dislike of the show (based off of one episode only) i can close me eyes to uroc #😑
