AU where Ingo doesn’t end up with the Pearl Clan, but rather, with the Ginkgo Guild.
He’s brought into the fold by Volo, who vouches for him. Ginter just kind of shrugs and accepts him- they need all the help they can get, even more so from people who seem fearless around Pokemon. He even seems to have a way with those pesky ghost type Pokemon that can cause them so much trouble, so that’s also a bonus. Not a surprise, seeing as the one Pokemon he has with him is a Chandelure- one that seems to listen to him without fail. He’s a quick study and good at his job- amicable and friendly despite his un-emotional face.
Volo takes an interest in him, of course. That’s only natural. Why wouldn’t he? He’s the one who eventually introduces him two years later to the skyfaller named Akari, and they quickly become on good terms with one another. Akari starts to think of him as an uncle figure- he gives great advice, and he’s always willing to listen to her rant about her bad luck. His Chandelure does make her kind of nervous, since the ghost types of Hisui seem to have it in for her, but it never gives her any trouble, so she eventually relaxes around it.
One day, he warns Akari that Volo seems to be up to something. He’s not entirely sure what- he’s heard she’s helping him gather those plates, and wonders if he has some kind of ulterior motive. They decide that they’ll arrive at the Temple of Sinnoh early, ahead of the meeting time she set with Volo in hopes that they can find a clue. She lets him look at the plates that she’s gathered so far- she has all of them but one- and he smiles when she give them to him.
And then the sky splits open again, and Akari is faced with the horrifying realization that she’s never known the man called Ingo...
...but the vengeful eldritch deity that’s been piloting his body this whole time.

I want to talk about Raoul Silva AKA my favourite Bond villain and one of my favourite villains in all of cinema and why that is;
Silva (or Tiago Rodriguez) is a character I find endlessly fascinating, his charming personality and demeanor lead to him being incredibly likable from the start and how he speaks to Bond in a way that's friendly and honest yet with still a hint of menace is almost hypnotic to watch on screen. Javier Bardem plays this role to perfection and I feel he doesn't get enough credit for this performance, he is both a camp delight and incredibly threatening when he needs to be and I love every second he's on screen.
Tumblr media
His design is also perfect, I don't know how they found a look that screams 'Bond Villain' but this is it, the way his suit is the inverted colour scheme of Bond's is a neat detail and his dyed hair and eyebrows are subtley off putting with how wrong it somehow feels hinting at that he seems well put together there is something off with this man.
The way he acts as the perfect dark reflection to Bond is so interesting to me, sure there have been plenty of characters like that in the film series before Silva i.e Red Grant, Scaramanga and Alec Trevelyan. But none of them are as well utilized as Silva in my opinion with how both he and Bond were betrayed by M and left to die but in Silva's case he went through literal hell whereas Bond just got shot. It's not hard to imagine Bond going rogue on a revenge mission to kill M if he were put through the torture Silva was. Another element to this is how Silva employs Bond's own methods to attack MI6, he attempts to seduce the closest ally to his target, deliberately gets himself captured to infiltrate his target's base to kill them easier and uses their own tech against them. All trademark tactics Bond uses against his villains but turned on him truly making it feel like Silva is three steps ahead of everyone.
Tumblr media
The tragedy of Silva is so well handled, he's someone you can't help but feel bad for while watching Skyfall. All he really wants is revenge on the woman who left him to die, a woman he saw as a maternal figure. Like, yeah I get it and I love how Bond himself seems to understand and respect Silva with moments where it seems like he understands his pain. He's one of the few antagonists Bond has gone up against where it feels like he really respects them and probably doesn't even really want to kill him. And the fact that at the end of the film Silva wins, he gets what he wants and tbh, I'm kind of glad. Not that I hate M but it's just nice that Silva gets some closure after a lifetime of being denied that.

WC Skyfall AU Timeline: From The Skyfall to The Light in the Mist
This is a draft timeline for the Skyfall AU outline. All dates are approximate and subject to change.
Winter 1920 - Skyclan is exiled from the forest after human settlement drives them from their home territory. The remaining clans refuse to aid the homeless clan and Skyclan leaves the forest. Only Birdflight, the mate of Cloudstar of Skyclan, and their kittens remain behind. Skyclan vows to never turn to Starclan again, causing the formation of the Skypaws, which becomes Skyclan's ancestral skies.
Spring 1921 - Skyclan arrives at the gorge. Cloudstar dies soon after, the stress of the events in the forest and the subsequent journey catching up to him. Buzzardstar is named leader.
1938-1940 - The Thunderclan Civil War fought between the Cloudstar and Redstar's descendants within Thunderclan. The result is the death of many warriors and the Thunderclan leader (and Cloudstar descendant), Yarrowstar, and the formation of the Skybloods as a group within Thunderclan.
Summer 1950 - Amberstar of Thunderclan becomes the first true Skyblood leader of Thunderclan. Her descendants (Birdstar, Oakstar, Pinestar, Tigerstar of Shadowclan, and Bramblestar) would lead Thunderclan for the majority of the next several decades.
1958 - Birdstar of Thunderclan and Frondstar of Shadowclan begin leading raids into the town, kidnapping kits in the process. These raids would continue through the reigns of the leaders' successors Oakstar and Houndstar.
1975 - Mapleshade's Vengeance takes place. Darkstar of Riverclan, upset at Oakstar for damning the kittens along with the mother, adds a law to the warrior code: Kittens are to be protected, regardless of their origins or the actions of their kin.
"Mapleshade may have been the one to bring those kittens to the river, but they would not have been there had it not been for your rashness, Oakstar. Kittens are not to be blamed for the actions of their kin."
1984 - Pinestar's Choice begins
1985 - Doestar of Thunderclan ends the raids on the town and establishes friendly, although fragile, relations with the cats of the town.
1986 - Goosefeather's Curse begins [this may be scrapped-- I am not a big fan of this novella or it's implications for future events]
1989 - Yellowfang's Secret and Tallstar's Revenge begin
1991 - Pinestar becomes leader of Thunderclan
1994 - Bluestar's Prophecy and Crookedstar's Promise begin
1996 - Pinestar leaves Thunderclan to become a house-cat, abandoning his family in the process. Leopardfoot, his ex-mate, suggests a new law for the code in her anger: A noble warrior rejects the life of a house-cat and will lay down their life in service of their clan
1997 - Tallstar becomes leader of Windclan and Leopardstar's Honor begins.
Winter 1998 - Blueflame [Bluefur/Bluestar] gives birth to Mistykit, Stonekit, and Mosskit in Thunderclan. Mistykit and Stonekit are given to their father, Oakheart of Riverclan, while Mosskit passes away on the trip to the river. Blueflame is named deputy of Thunderclan.
2000 - Redtail's Debt and Spottedleaf's Heart begin. Crookedstar becomes leader of Riverclan.
2001 - Bluestar becomes leader of Thunderclan.
Spring 2003 - Rusty the Kittypet joins Thunderclan as Firepaw. Windclan is driven from the forest by Brokenstar.
Summer 2003 - Brokenstar is driven out of Shadowclan.
Early Fall 2003 - Fireheart and Graystripe help bring Windclan home after they are driven out by Brokenstar.
2005 - Tigerclaw is exiled from Thunderclan. Fireheart is named deputy of Thunderclan.
2006 - Firestar becomes leader of Thunderclan. The Darkest Hour takes place.
2007 - Firestar's Quest takes place. Skyclan is re-established in the gorge, albeit with very different structure from the Forest Four due to a prolonged time apart. Leafstar is made leader of the newly refounded clan, with Sharpclaw as her deputy and Echosong as her cleric.
2008 - The New Prophecy begins
2009 - the clans arrive at The Lake. Leafpool discovers the Moonpool
2009 - Windclan Civil War takes place after Tallstar's death. Peatstar [Onestar] is named leader of Windclan.
2010 - Leopardstar passes away and Mistystar becomes leader of Riverclan.
2011 - The Three are born to Leafpool of Thunderclan. Her sister, Squirrelflight, adopts the kittens and presents them to the clan as her own. In reality, Lionkit is the son of Leafpool and Mothwing of Riverclan while Jaykit and Hollykit are the kits of Leafpool and Crowfeather of Windclan.
2013 - The Battle of the Eclipse takes place.
Spring 2014 - Hollyleaf reveals the truth of the Three's parentage at a gathering and murders Ashfur before fleeing into the tunnels.
Summer 2014 - The Fourth Apprentice takes place.
Summer 2016 - The Battle of the Dark Forest takes place. Blackstar of Shadowclan dies in the battle and Tawnystar becomes leader of Shadowclan. Firestar of Thunderclan also dies in the battle and Bramblestar becomes leader of Thunderclan.
2018 - The Apprentice's Quest takes place
2019 - Darktail and The Kin arrive at the Lake
Fall 2019 - Tawnystar is killed attempting to drive Darktail away from the lake. Shadowclan is temporarily leaderless.
2020 - Darktail is killed by his estranged father, Peatstar. Harestar becomes leader of Windclan and Goldenstar becomes leader of Shadowclan.
2021 - Lost Stars takes place.
2022 - Ashfur is defeated. A shaken Bramblestar steps down from leadership and Squirrelstar becomes leader of Thunderclan.
-----------
A few notes to make:
Bluefur is now Blueflame
Tigerheart is now Goldenheart (I hated that he was named Tiger to begin with)
Squirrelstar becomes leader several books earlier
The prequels have been shuffled around a little bit in order to better match the cats ages in TPB
Leader deaths have been moved around a lot on the timeline. Some leaders live wayyyyyy too long
I added a large time period between Cloudstar's Journey and Mapleshade's Vengeance. The clans need time to forget that Skyclan existed.
Please let me know if I have made any glaring mistakes in terms of seasons -- I haven't re-read any books recently other than The Prophecies Begin, which I read a few weeks ago. I am mostly relying on my memory of the books, knowledge gained from tumblr, and the wiki.
I likely won't do a ton of work on anything past OotS, since that is the last arc I fully read when I was reading the books as a teenager.
A timeline for DotC through to The Skyfall will be posted eventually

HeliosR - Sing in the darkness - Chapter 2 - Part 11
Tumblr media
Translation of Sing in the darkness from ‘Helios Rising Heroes’, a new side arc alongside the current main story arc Like the dawning light.
Tumblr media
Sage: Siiiiiiigh~....
???: Who was that now? Sighing so deeply…..
Sage: Hueh!?
Jay: Hm? A face I haven’t seen before… A fresh newbie from this generation’s rookies?
Tumblr media
Sage: Jay… JAY KIDMAN!!!!!!????
Jay: Ooh, looks like someone already knows who I am. I’m without a doubt Jay Kidman, nice to meet you.
Sage: Oo-o-oo-obviously I’d know that out of all things….!
Sage: To say that you’re the face of Helios at the moment is no exaggeration, you’re everyone’s super hero!!! THAT Jay Kidman!?
Jay: Ahahaha, you sound like the fans I run into when I’m out in town
Jay: I’m delighted, but we’re co-workers, remember? I’d like you to treat me frankly without being too formal about it
Sage: Fuh-frankly……
Sage: In a situation where a celebrity on par with major leaguers and movie stars is in front of me, just how do I act frankly…..
Jay: What’s your name?
Sage: Ah! Sage Skyfall!!!!!!!!
Jay: Sage, hm… A cool name.
Sage: T--thank you so much! For Jay Kidma.. No, for Jay-san to say such a thing is the greatest honor!!!
Jay: Hmm, still rough around the edges…
Jay: Either way, Sage. What was that big sigh for earlier?
Sage: Sigh… sigh…. Did, I do something like that?
Jay: Ahaha, already forgot about it, huh. Then that’s fine. My bad for dragging out what made you feel bad to begin with
Sage: N-no it’s just… My mind went completely blank when you talked to me.
Sage: What had me down in the dumps was, like… I was doing an evaluation meeting on my own actually.
Jay: Evaluation meeting on your own?
Sage: Today was the second LOM since getting admitted… And we lost terribly…
Jay: Ah, I see. Did you fight against a strong team then?
Sage: Hmm… I’d say that’s half-correct. North is, or rather Marion-kun, without a doubt a cut above the rest from the same generation.
Sage: But, the matter of luck plays a huge role in who you go up against, so that’s not the part that I have regrets over
Jay: Ooh. Surprisingly, you are able to analyze calmly.
Jay: So what were you evaluating then?
Sage: …Regarding the team’s capabilities, it should’ve been able to turn into a good fight with Marion-kun.
Sage: Even then it was a complete loss, and the biggest reason for it is my own lack of ability…
Sage: Everyone fought in a way that showed the results of their training, and I was next to them unable to do anything in return.
Jay: Oooh…
Sage: When I tried to lend a hand to my teammate, he said  “I’ll protect myself by my own means” right back…
Sage: The least I’m able to do at the moment, was not needed in the slightest back then
Jay: You know cooperating is important? You get told that time and time again during your daily training, no?
Jay: Whatever the results may be, having acted in a way that involved cooperating with your teammates is a point worthy of praise.
Sage: …Sensei also taught me how I have to prioritize teamwork.
Jay: Sensei?
Sage: Ah, my mentor…Robin Goodweather, I mean. I refer to him as “Sensei”…
Jay: Aah, you’re one of Robin’s rookies, huh.
Sage: You know about Sensei?
Jay: Of course. I acted as a mentor for the 10th generation. While he wasn’t a mentee under my direct guidance, we did spend those three years side by side.
Jay: He always had a friendly smile on him,or rather he was a guy who I couldn’t quite read due to how he was smiling whenever.
Jay: Haha, I see, I see. He became a mentor and is raising his own rookies
Sage: Uwaaah… To think there’s someone that sees Sensei in such light! It’s truly refreshing♪
Jay: Could it be that you're Robin’s favorite student?
Sage: Favorite student?
Jay: I had the chance to talk with Robin not long before the 12th generation got admitted. At that time he told me about a boy he knows who’ll be joining too.
Jay: He was smiling as he always did, but you could see how happy he was.
Jay: It made me think how there’ll be a kid with a lot of promise joining, and I looked forward to it quite a bit myself
Sage: Sensei, did that…?
Sage: Ahaha…. I love being praised by Sensei more than anything, but it’s making me blush a little to hear it like this from other people.
Tumblr media
Jay: Anyone would think of their own student as cute.
Jay: Now with that out of the way…. To get back on track, as someone who only just got admitted, you should properly listen to what your mentor has to say
Jay: In the case Robin said to value teamwork, then you are not in the wrong for having listened to him. Have more confidence in yourself.
Sage: ….!

Let's Create an Astartes Chapter
Our Story So Far:
Legion: Death Guard
Founding: 8th (early M33)
Status: Renegade Loyalists
Codex: Complete Disregard
Psykers: We have an internal dispute about Psykers, to the point we are both dedicated Psykers, and dedicated anti-Psykers. The Librarium and Reclusium are constantly at war, to the point that friendly friendly fire is entirely possible. We are resilient enough to mean that a little bit of friendly fire is healthy and keeps us competitive.
Now, to prevent ourselves from being declared Excommunicate Traitoris, we need to at least pretend to have Codex numbers.
We can have a basic Codex organization, while still making heavy customization to the units themselves. Reminder that Space Wolves are fanatically anti-Codex, and their only real change on the tabletop is unit numbers, and extra chainswords.
I rewrote the Codex to... actually make sense. The companies can fight independently, unit organization is a lot more flexible.
Small units don't have the large groupings, but allow for a much more flexible deployment. With our Death Guard resilience, a 2-5 Astartes in a defensible position can take an army to rout.
Use our resilience to get into melee range. Astartes are normally incredibly resilient as it is, and Death Guard take it to the comical extreme.
Use poison and corrosive ammo from ambush positions.
The Astartes specialization is the decapitation strike. Specializing in Skyfall doubles down on this, and our resilience would make Forlorn Hopes are speciality. This would help to keep the Inquisition off our backs, as we would be too good to give up. Extra points for not getting as... invested in the attack as Blood Angels do.
We are tough. Do we want to be tough AND fast?
The opposite of small unit tactics, lets have bigger units to create a roving wall of death.

@samanthahirr asked about The Sixth Station!
Joke: The sixth station is my contribution to OSHA-violation MI6.
Okay this title has nothing to do with MI6 itself. It came from a little detail in Spirited Away, in which Chihiro get off a train at the sixth station of the line.
This is set in an otherwise normal and canon-ish world, post Skyfall and ignore everything after. The only difference is that MI6’s high level employees’ contracts are all imbued with magic (like in Spirited Away), you sign it and you give away your name until you either retire or dies. Worst of all, while M, Q, and various department heads remember the details of signing; 00 agents completely forget that they have other names at all, their numbers and Six issued names become everything.
That’s why every 007 is James Bond. And when the current Bond remembers/finds out about this, he is very, very unamused.
This is probably going to become one of those ‘Bond goes rogue’ fic, leaning heavily on Six being a not so friendly workplace, plus the consequences of devoting yourself to an awful agency for twenty odd years.
I don’t have a draft (or even a paragraph really) yet, and I’m still thinking about who can rage against the system with Bond. Maybe I can pull Brosnan Bond and former 006 into this? The goldeneye mission being their escape from the magic contract.
Ideas!
(Also, my 20 followers where are you at? Are y’all only here for the reblogs?)

[Touch deprived scum screeches the whole night, then buys a cake.]
So I spent some hours last night making different kinds of distress noises, that I would otherwise be called an attempt on singning, if it wasn't done out of dispair and pent up feelings. I could like to say I'm not as bad at making human sounds as I was, say, a year ago, but I'm not good at it either. On a comfortable lever of mediocrity, where I no longer hate myself 100%.
I wonder if my neighnours heard that...
Some loser trying to pull off 'take me back to eden' and 'skyfall' in the middle of the night... I can't hit the high notes, but sometimes I slip into what I believe to be subharmonics, just perfectly. It's my seacret source of pride, really. I can never prove to anyone, that I can make a sound that registers in the 2. octave on a pitch monitor. I can only do it when I feel extremely at ease. If there is a possibility of withness who is be able to judge me or even just a presence of a recording device, I can't do it.
I stopped at about 6 am, after being unable to control my voice anymore, I wore it out pretty well I think. It felt like the room 'echoed' or 'resinated' long after I shut up, it was really odd feeling, but I was pretty tired too. Good thing I didn't really have to talk to anyone today so I don't have to sound like a sqeaky toy.
I tried to play the guitar for a bit before going out. I'm annoyed that I can't remember any of the songs I used to play, not that I knew many but I spent over a year trying to learn 'lilium' and I can't even remember the bit I did learn. Neither 'Behind blue eyes'. That one I could maybe learn well enough to pull off someday, it's not that hard... but trying to sing at the same time makes it kinda hard, but not god-level hard, in other words, I have faith in myself... If I end up hyper fixating on playing again.
I went to the store. Got some reasonable food and a cake. I've been craving the cake for a few days now. Could be because I'm getting hooked on sugar again... I got wafers too. crunch* I know this isn't good for me, I'll have to cold turkey myself out of this yet again but it's so hard. I guess other un-met emotional needs play an effect too, I've been feeling off l again lately.
I mean, it's been 2 or 3 weeks now since the last time I touched another living creature, there was this little dog called Oscar at the piercing shop, I got to pet him. It made me pretty happy inside. This has gone to a point where I see friendly skin contact as a literal drug. I need my fix about 2 weeks after the previous one, after that it starts to physically hurt.
It feels like having acid in my lungs, small needle stabbing in the heart. The whole body literally aches. It's like being hungry but it doen't matter what you eat, it won't go away. Last thing on your mind is the same as the first one in the morning; just how fucking bad you wish someone would just hold you for a moment. Just long enough for the pain to stop. Then I can be ignored and forgotten and I promise I'll do my best to not bother anyone with my existance for the next few weeks again.
I spend hours in bed just holding onto my pillow bc it's the closest thing to a hug I can get...

The Prime of His Youth: Book IV: Fire's Master: Ch16: Walk Away
The Prime of His Youth: Book IV: Fire's Master: Ch16: Walk Away
Airachnid flew back to the spaceport. The Battle Sister flying behind her was different but the same, as if the pair were interchangeable. She transformed into a landing, and stood, meekly away from the ships. Eurawind transformed into a landing beside her. "So, you just going to stand here?"
"I honestly do not know what to do." Airachnid neutrally replied.
"Well, lucky for all of us, you don't have a choice." Eurawind firmly replied.
Airachnid turned to her, "You are far less - friendly - than the others."
"Yeah, well, Japheth might think you can be reformed, but I have my doubts." Eurawind replied, and Airachnid gave her a blank look. "Aw, was I the one to tell you?" Eurawind asked patronizingly. "Well, I don't know what he thinks he can turn you into, but that's kind of your only choice, other than drifting in space until your Energon runs out." Eurawind transformed her right hand into a blaster and aimed it at the centre of Airachnid's chest. "If you're so afraid of it, why don't you just let me end it, right here?" Airachnid looked lost, and slowly took steps back away from her. Eurawind reverted her hand, and turned away. "So, you want to live, do you? Just remember, we're giving you a choice, a choice you never gave anyone else. Let's get going." She started walking forward, without looking back. Airachnid stood still, stunned, for a moment, before walking to follow her. She knew, or at least feared, what would happen if she took too long to follow her.
* * *
Japheth watched Airachnid walk towards the Phthia. This would likely be the last one to return. He raised his hand to his right ear, and activated the comm. unit. "June, Dodge, everyone should be on-board. Full role-call, so we can get going."
* * *
Japheth got a comm. call, and opened it, "Everyone is accounted for."
"Thanks, mom." Japheth stated.
A few minutes later he got another, "My Prime." Dodge stated.
"Report." Japheth stated.
"Bumblebee and Raf will be escorting the new Humans to the lab in New Kalis. Knockout is aboard. All other crew are aboard. Our guest is in her hollow."
* * *
Both the Ion and Phthia lifted up from the spaceport and flew up into space.
* * *
Japheth stood on the Ion's bridge, looking at Dodge in the monitor. "Make calculations to reach our destination. The Ion will pick up the Iron Will."
"It really needs a new name." Dust Up stated.
"Yeah, it definitely does not have Japheth Prime vibes." Jumpstream stated.
"And what would?" June asked.
"Siren?!" Japheth loudly called out, and turned to look at her. She had the look she always has when snapped back to reality. She was desperately trying to hide the fact she was not paying attention. "Come here." he warmly said to her. She nervously walked up to him, "What would be a better name for the Iron Will?" he simply asked. At first she seemed confused, and then contemplative.
"I supposed 'His Grace' is out of the question?" she asked, "Skyfall?"
"Hm?" Japheth asked.
"Knockout will love it." Sirenia nervously asked, and he gave her a curious look.
"Are you getting into his, uh, war gaming thing?" Japheth asked.
"Well, I mean, the setting has more lore than lore than Cybertron." Sirenia rebutted.
"I never said I was judging you." Japheth stated.
"You, what?!" Sirenia nervously asked.
"I think it's wonderful." Japheth said with a bright smile, "Feel free to recruit anyone else who is interested."
"Well, we would, um?.." she nervously asked. He gave her a supporting smile, "Oh, um, a space to work on them, and display, and fight?.." she nervously asked.
"Ciel?!" he strongly called out, shocking Sirenia. Arcelia walked up to him. "See to it?" he asked.
"I have the perfect place." Arcelia giddily said. Something suddenly occured to her. "Master?"
"Yes?" he neutrally asked.
"You should speak with Colossus." Arcelia said to him.
"Twins?" Japheth asked.
"I got it." Marrick Parry said from atop the communications console.
Colossus' face appeared on the monitor. "Hello?" he strongly asked.
"Arcelia wanted me to ask about you getting into Knockout's wargame thing."
A shocked and fearfully look momentarily appeared on Colossus' face before she steeled his resolve, "I was able to clear the space without compromising any of our abilities, combat, or otherwise, and I purchased the equipment with my own Energon allowance."
Japheth paused for a moment, "I would have paid for it." Colossus just stared at him, and his concern turned into calm and then finally confusion. "Would you be willing to allow others to use it?"
"Of course." Colossus strongly uttered, "I used it myself to prepare the rig for the medical scanners when Airachnid was... isolated... in space. I was certain you would find them useful."
"It's useful for a thousand non-material reasons." Japheth said, and Colossus gave him a confused look. Japheth simply sighed. Japheth looked around the bridge, "So long as we are holding station, all crew have the right to move between ships, at their own discretion, so long as it does not compromise control of the ship."
* * *
Airachnid had gained access to the public areas of the ship's network from the formerly dead console in her hollow. She poured through the files. She found a data file of extraordinary size, labled 40K. She opened the file
* * *
The Ion approached the Iron Will beside the Entreprise. "Well, the fun's over." Melinda Myriad stated.
"Did you want to stay in our home system?" Rahab Ziskind asked, "Or did you want to explore long-lost colonies?"
"Like saying I want to do both is so strange." Melinda Myriad replied.
"Unfortunately, we only have one life to live." Rahab Ziskind uttered.
* * *
Miko walked up to the other Wreckers. "Did you see Sierra?" Miko asked.
"Uh?.." Bulkhead asked, "Why do I feel like that's a trick question?"
Miko lifted her left hand and used her right index finger to point to her left ring finger, "She got a ring."
"And why is that interesting?" Wheeljack asked.
"Wait?" Bulkhead asked, "I feel like I should know this? Wasn't it Human sparkmates?"
"Exactly!" Miko exclaimed.
"Not the first Human on Autobot." Moonracer neutrally voiced.
"Autobot on Human." Miko replied.
"What's the difference?" Moonracer asked, and Bulkhead nervously looked anywhere but at them.
"Physics." Miko stated. "It... it works a lot better the other way... Like, I mean, I'm adventurous, and all, but..."
"Miko?!" Bulkhead pleaded.
"Alright, now I'm interested." Wheeljack uttered.
"I think that's enough." Bulkhead replied.
Wheeljack looked him deep in the eyes, seeing his utter sincerity.
"I guess you'll have to try it and find out for yourself." Moonracer chided.
"Being all lovie-dovie..."
"And stable." Bulkhead added.
"And stable, is not exactly my thing." Wheeljack nervously stated. When he focused back on Moonracer, she had an inquisitive look, "Okay, maybe for the last what-the-slag-cycles I've only focused on TEARING - DOWN - THE - MOST - HEINOUS - PEOPLE IMAGINABLE..."
"And taking revenge." Bulkhead stated.
"And taking revenge." Wheeljack.
Miko took a strong strong stance that turned victorious as she remembered scrapping Hardshell.
"And maybe, at this point, I don't know how else to live my life?.." Wheeljack continued.
"Arcee said the same thing." Moonracer neutrally stated.
"And how did she?.." Wheeljack asked, only to be cut off by the sniper.
"Her sparkmate, of course." Moondancer said with a wicked grin.
"Very funny." Wheeljack dismissed.
"You should know me better than that." Moonracer replied. "We both know I..."
"Don't joke." Bulkhead, Wheeljack, and Moonracer all said at the same time.
"I say it straight and true." she continued, "Even if I'm having fun doing it."
"That was fucking fun." Miko said with a smile.
Moonracer looked at her and then back at Bulkhead and Wheeljack, "I love the mouth on her. I learning so many new swears."
Bulkhead nervously looked at Miko. "What?" Miko asked. Bulkhead nervously looked at her left hand, "You don't have to."
"But she wants you to." Wheeljack interjected, and she gave him a deathly glare, "But she wants to pretend she doesn't."
"Maybe if I knew that before we let Terra?.." Bulkhead distantly voiced. He saw a shadow looming over him, and turned to look at Colossus.
"Perhaps I can help?" he asked, "I purchased some manufacturing equipment on Terra."
"Can it have a Predacon with a line through it?" Miko asked.
"And an Insecticon." Bulkhead added.
"Ah, Hardshell?" Colossus' great voice neutrally asked, and Miko developed a wicked, triumphant grin.
"Oh, and Arcee in a Bikini." Miko said with glee.
"I've heard this word before..." he said, as he tried to remember what it meant. He did, and something even stronger came to his mind, "The oil wrestling?" he neutrally asked.
"I am Terra's reigning champion oil wrestler." Miko proudly stated.
"We'll see." Moonracer challenging said to her.
"Alright, let's assume I do want to get in with this sparkmate thing?" Wheeljack asked. "I don't know the first thing about..."
"Socializing." Bulkhead said with a broad smile.
"Very funny." Wheeljack neutrally said to him.
"I thought it was." Moonracer said with a wicked grin.
"My point was, by the Pit, who was I supposed to start with?" Wheeljack asked.
"Japheth's mom?" Moonracer neutrally asked.
"Very funny." Wheeljack said dismissively. "Most of the Femme Humans are on the Ion."
"Gella?" Miko asked.
"She really grinds my gears." Wheeljack uttered, and then turned to walk away, "In all the right ways."

Disney's upcoming movie releases
Disney is releasing many movies in cinemas and on the Disney+ streaming service. Family-friendly prequels and live-action remakes of cherished cartoon masterpieces are also included. The business adjusted its release calendar for future movies from its different studios this week. To view every title coming out in 2019, scroll down!
The Little Mermaid will be remade in live-action by Disney and released in theaters the following year. The movie, which stars Halle Bailey (The Color Purple, Grown-ish), tells the tale of Ariel, a mermaid princess who strikes a bargain with a sea witch to transform into a human so she may experience life on land and fall in love.
Jonah Hauer-King plays Prince Eric in the movie, while Melissa McCarthy, who starred in Bridesmaids, plays Ursula. Oscar winner Javier Bardem plays King Triton, Daveed Diggs plays Sebastian in Hamilton, Jacob Tremblay plays Flounder in Room, and Awkwafina, the breakthrough star of Crazy Rich Asians, plays Scuttle.
Based on the adored animation classic, Aladdin will soon be a live-action film. Guy Ritchie is the director, Mena Massoud plays Aladdin, and Naomi Scott plays Jasmine. In this rough retelling of the Arabian Nights, Aladdin encounters Princess Jasmine and discovers a magic lamp (Naomi Scott). He only fully sees his value once she unintentionally releases a giant genie.
Both fresh recordings of the songs and a fantastic score by eight-time Academy Award winner Alan Menken are featured in the movie. It also has many DVD extras, such as an entertaining interactive 3D tour inside the Genie's lamp and a virtual trip on a magic carpet.
Disney transports you deep into the African wilderness with The Lion King, their 32nd animated film. It relates to the tale of Simba, a brave little cub who will grow up to rule the jungle. One of the all-time top-grossing animated movies is this one. It has music by Elton John and Hans Zimmer and a cast of believable animal characters.
The Lion King, directed by Jon Favreau, stars Donald Glover, Seth Rogen, Chiwetel Ejiofor, James Earl Jones, and Beyonce Knowles-Carter as the voice actors. The successful animated feature Finding Nemo was followed up with Finding Dory. In a quest to find her family, she reunites everyone's favorite forgetful blue tang, Dory (voiced by Ellen DeGeneres).
Andrew Stanton, who co-wrote and directed the first, is in charge of this. Thomas Newman, a composer for movies including Skyfall, The Help, and WALL-E, also contributed music to the movie. This tale of a fish in and out of water is full of emotional weight and recognizable characters, even though the plot doesn't attempt to rival Finding Nemo in terms of brains. Disney Pixar is a resounding winner.
Captain Jack, a down-on-his-luck character, senses the winds of misfortune blowing his way in Disney's newest swashbuckling adventure forcefully. He must now travel a dangerous sea in search of the fabled Trident of Poseidon, assisted by a clever and attractive astronomer and a headstrong young man in the British navy. As the swashbuckling anti-hero Jack Sparrow, Johnny Depp makes a comeback. His new castmates include Captain Barbossa, played by Geoffrey Rush, and the villainous Captain Salazar, played by Javier Bardem.
The first trailer for Star Wars: Episode IX, the ninth and final movie in the Skywalker saga, has been made available by Disney. The movie recounts the Resistance's struggle against the Galactic Empire and the malevolent First Order under the command of Kylo Ren (Adam Driver). Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Anthony Daniels, Domhnall Gleeson, Billy Dee Williams, and Naomi Ackie, a debutant, appear in the movie. J.J. Abrams, who also authored the script, is directing it.
One of the most well-liked attractions in Disney history is The Haunted Mansion. It is a classic and has been around for over 50 years. In 2023, a movie adaptation of the attraction is scheduled to debut, starring LaKeith Stanfield, Rosario Dawson, Tiffany Haddish, Owen Wilson, Jared Leto, and Jamie Lee Curtis, among others.
The narrative centers on Gabbie (Dawson), a single mother who moves into a mansion in New Orleans and learns about the building's extensive history of hauntings. She asks a priest, a historian, and tour guides to help exorcise her house.

samanthahirr's 007 Fest 2022 Masterpost
Tumblr media
My first ever Fest was a whirlwind! I was blown away by how much new content there was to enjoy, plus all the challenges and activities! Big credit to the Team Civilian co-captains @a-forger-and-a-point-man and @freddiechase for keeping the team organized and motivated.
Fest motivated me to comment a lot more than ever before (I really started using that Tumblr notes feature!) and to collaborate on a few projects, and I’m so grateful for the conversations I had with members of all the different Teams. The MI6-Cafe Discord Sprint channel was particularly helpful for cranking out nearly 28,000 words this month, which I couldn’t have done without the cheer leading and spirit of friendly competition from my fellow Fest participants!
And while I didn’t have time to post everything I planned (I created 3 cocktail recipes to represent various 007 characters), I’m super proud of just how much I did accomplish this month.
Here’s my report on my Fest creations and engagement for 2022:
FANFICS
Off the Books - Chapter 9 “Target Practice” (6,271 words) In which James gives Q an impromptu shooting lesson at the MI6 range and gets a little handsy and heated…
Touch It, Stroke It, and Undress It [7/7] Written exclusively for Fest, this PWP celebration of rare-pair smut also doubles as a celebration of friendship (with benefits). Featuring an aromantic Q who has casual sex with multiple double-0 agents, and a James Bond who is in love with Q’s gadgets and determined to earn the title of Q’s Favorite Agent. Each chapter stands on its own, but the fic also traces the growing friendship between Bond & Q. And it is intensely porny! Click through for a full list of kinks.
Tumblr media
Chapter 1 - Q/James Bond (1,662 words) Chapter 2 - Q/James Bond (2,303 words) Chapter 3 - Q/OFC (1,843 words) Chapter 4 - Q/Alec Trevelyan (2,311 words) Chapter 5 - Crucial Conversations (2,675 words) Chapter 6 - Q/James Bond, Q/OFC (5,120 words) Chapter 7 - Q/James Bond/Alec Trevelyan, Q & James Bond (5,558 words)
PODFICS
USS Skyfall It was a blast contributing my voice to the role of Moneypenny in this massive podfic collaboration project organized and edited by @spiritofcamelot. Pop on your headphones for an exciting retelling of Skyfall, set in a Star Trek AU starring all your favorite MI6 characters as the crew of the intrepid USS Skyfall!
Trapped! A delightful story of cats and tea and 00Q, and also my first-ever solo podfic! This podfic was created in collaboration with Team Villain member @melynen for Scavenger Hunt item #95: “Take your Civilian to work.” Recording on my own was a big deal for me; I wouldn’t have done it without Fest and a lovely partner to motivate me to aim so high!

Zoroark Emmet going to Hisui to get his brother with amnesia who conveniently forgot the whole reveal. He gets introduced to Ingo’s honorary niece and is shocked to see that shes a Zorua possessing a body. This giving him some hope because a niece you met a year or so ago might be different then the brother you’ve been raised with all your life but Ingo knows what she is and doesn’t seem bothered at all by it.
anon this is so soft... Ingo befriending the other skyfaller, but she always keeps a certain amount of distance from him. He doesn't understand why at first, until he sees her desperately protect herself from a wild Alpha with a move that's 100% Bitter Malice. She's ready to run the second the Alpha is dealt with, but he just speaks to her calmly and eventually she comes to trust him. He's already so friendly with the Zorua, so she admits the truth to him eventually and he takes it in stride.
It even sounds a bit familiar... perhaps he knew someone like her, back in his own time.
(Akari bonking Emmet on the head like dude. tell him. it'll be fine.)

Who is your favourite James Bond and why is it Timothy Dalton? (I shot in the dark, he feels like you might like him? I don't know. I'm terrible at reading people)
Hahahahahahahahahaahahah it is Timothy Dalton!!!!!
Alright, here are my quick James Bond thoughts:
Sean Connery - believable in the context of time period, both the good and the bad parts of him as a character.
George Lazenby - awww… On Her Majesty’s Secret Service isn’t as bad as it’s made out to be but … yeah
Roger Moore - absolutely hilarious, although… too hilarious. Highlight for me is his genuinely friendly rapport with Moneypenny
Timothy Dalton - dark and broody and gritty way before Daniel Craig made it a thing. Perfectly dark and handsome 🙂, believable as an agent and as a person who has been scarred by his experiences. Best line is “I’m so glad I insisted you take the cello” after using a rare Stradivarius to dodge bullets, though Licence to Kill is the best overall.
Pierce Brosnan - was the first one I’ve seen but as an adult I like him the least
Daniel Craig - I did not like him at first, but as years passed, adore him in Casino Royale and Skyfall

I recently started formulating a plot for a fanfiction (Actually 2) since I was so darn excited about people using Red in Legends Arceus stuff.
I decided I'd use some characters from different games- throw in more Skyfallers to make it fun.. the problem comes in when I was trying to decide who to throw in and was like "what if that rival girl from the Scarlet and Violet trailer was in it??"
Now I'm attached to the idea-
But we know NOTHING about gen 9. I want these characters in this set of fics so bad that I'm literally just going to build them on headcanons and be done. I do not know why I'm so attached already, but its too late. I hope these fics don't age poorly.
Arceus help me
That sounds like such a fun fic idea!! We don’t know anything about Gen 9 yet, but from what I see, Nemona (the girl) seems more like a friendly rival/ helper in the game than anything (maybe she is an older classmate at your school?)
But we don’t know yet! And that is the fun part! Personally, I really like reading fics that delve into characters before they’re fully fleshed out, and some things differ or deviate from information shown later on.
It dates the fics in a specific way that reminds me of how fun it was to guess on a piece of media back in the days before it was fully out. I just love it!! And sometimes I like fan interpretations more than the canon info!
So I’d say go for it, and have fun with it!! I’m sure whatever you write will be great, regardless of if it matches up with info revealed later on or not!

Okay, I am wondering. It was Spectre, right?
If Q "doesn't like flying" (as stated in Skyfall*), then how did he get that fast from London to Sölden (the Hoffler Klinik) to drag Bonds arse back to London?
Is is really, as many fics suggest, because Q is legitimately scared of flying (which may or may not be trauma-related?) (Ooohh, angst opportunity!)
Or is it more out of a concern for environmental friendliness/CO2 foot-print/whatever?
*) hang about, hang about, hang about ... what should I bet on this having been in the script ONLY because they couldn't have James Bond asking his new Quartermaster, of all people, to help him shave? In that particular sensual manner, too?
