Dior had my favorite style stars at their show. Anya has been a little less seen this year as she hasn't been promoting much. This leather mini dress might've been the best look of the event. It's just so cool with the short sleeves and length. I love that Anya kept her hair and makeup very simple and natural, she really looked amazing.

Spock x reader headcannon:

There are moments where Spock gets super competitive. Board game night is definitely one of those moments! Like, he can definitely have a thing for reader, but he's a little in denial, so all that pent up emotional frustration comes out when he has half the monopoly board and both park place properties.

I think there would be a LOT of sexual tension. I think he would enjoy seeing how exasperated the reader would get once they had no money left to pay the rent every time they landed on his property.

But I also like the idea of the reader being really bad at easier games but really good at harder ones like chess and like wiping him out when he least expects it. He goes to hand them the king piece bc he knows when he’s been beaten and their hands touch a little and the reader just feels this electric shock of desire.

(I really love the show the Queen’s Gambit and I’d love to write a reader like that)

It reminds him of that pensive way she'd looked in the passenger seat when he'd dropped her off at JFK, eyes full of longing and then quiet resignation when neither of them had reached across the gearshift. And then she'd gotten out of the car and never come back.

Benny suddenly realizes he doesn't care about circumspect behavior in public or the two relative strangers in the front seat anymore. He's already made a thirty six hour poker run, dropped three grand and flown more than four thousand miles in order to be right here – the whole fucking world probably knows exactly how he feels, and yet Beth still doesn't seem to.

So he closes those last few inches between them definitively, and the way she whimpers with relief and kisses him back, burying her fingers in his hair and dragging him close – god, this was exactly the welcome he wanted.

This is a common enough issue in real life in regards to discussion of abuse but reading queens gambit discourse is wild because in what universe was beth Harmon not abused? The (show!verse) methuin might not have *physically* abused her, but she was institutionalized, medicalised, put on tranquilizers as a young and deeply traumatized child, taken off them cold turkey, and emotionally neglected and isolated. All of those things are severe forms of child abuse!

While I think Anya looks beautiful, this is a bit underwhelming compared to her usual looks. I think the top half is perfect, but the sheer skirt just isn’t working for me. Anya’s hair is just perfect in that messy top knot. I love her with the blonde hair. I think the color of the dress suits her perfectly, and I love the pattern. The sheer skirt just feels a bit cheap to me.
