like jedi baseball is really only technically sort of like baseball, if you squint very hard and are also very drunk. the ball is a stunner shot, the bat is your lightsaber, and it's less 'catching to throw out' and more 'deflecting it directly at the runner'.

Jedi soccer has a special pitch with re-inforced walls and ceiling because the last time a ball escaped the pitch it went through three buildings.

Oh my fairy godmother I am so happy you are post about Ever After High!!! Do you have any fanfic or au ideas involving them? Like, what if one character had another destiny or what if they were in the Star Wars universe?! It’s just interesting to think about!

Hey! Glad to see we share another fandom interest!

So, I have this barebones post for what I would have done as a crossover between g1 Monster High and Ever After High.

As for general fanfic ideas I have a few. I shall now list them in varying levels of detail:

1. A Very Charming Groundhog Day Year:

Basically, the Charming siblings time loop back from a bit after Dragon Games but before Epic Winter to the day before the school year started (the day of the Family Ball in the books). While it would be kinda angsty, the best time loop fics are usually crack fics, and this would be no exception (if I ever wrote any of these things).

So Daring, Dexter, and Darling are all initially in states of panic and anxiety. Daring, he was in the middle of a quarter-life crisis and now has to deal with everyone and their fairy godmother thinking he's Apple's Prince Charming.

"Daring Charming, more like Distressed Charming, am I right?"-- Dexter, who should get to exhibit asshole little brother energy more often, as a treat.

Speaking of Dexter, he's panicking cause of all the awful stuff that's going to happen during the school year and also because now he has to go through the nerve-racking ordeal of asking out the girl he likes all over again.

Darling's in hell because everyone and their fairy godmother expect her to be this perfect little damsel, again, which is just- ugh. There are days she wishes she could carry her sword around with her, and they're most days. Also, she never got to talk to Apple about their True Love's CPR, which is just tragic.

The loops go on for a while, some constants in them include: Darling freeing herself and helping little Good-Enough Charming get one of their grandfather's trophies for the scavenger hunt, Dexter and Darling teaming up to kill the changeling and free cousin Charity (sometimes Daring helps but he's content to let his siblings have fun for once), Darling accidentally on purpose flirting with Apple and Apple experiencing several degrees of gay panic, Dexter fumbling asking out Raven for the first time (he's really such a dork, just a funky dude), and the Charming Siblings teaming up to make Milton Grimm's life a living hell.

In one loop they secretly film him playing with his toy unicorns and his action figure of himself and they hijack Blondie's mirrorcast to play it to the entire school.

After several loops a Monster High crossover happens, and so in every loop after that the Charming sibs, who have grown incredibly gremlin-like after experiencing the insanity of the school several dozen times, make sure to drop monster slang when it's just them and Cupid. Like:

Darling: "Wow, Cupid, that top looks clawsome."

Daring: "Totally, it's freaky fierce."

Cupid: "What?!"

Darling: "That top looks nice on you. Anyway, we gotta run."

Dexter: "Yeah, see you later ghoulfriend!"

I have some other half-baked ideas for this one but it'd probably be it's own post.

2. Murdoch Mysteries-ish AU:

This one makes no sense if you've never watched the hit Canadian Detective Show, Murdoch Mysteries. Or maybe it makes some sense, idk. Instead of a modern AU, we have a 1895 detective AU. It's barely an idea, I have no idea if I'd even keep this in the fantasy setting of (an 1895) Ever After or not.

Dexter is the Detective William Murdoch of this AU, the man with no game and beautiful blue eyes who women keep inexplicably falling in love with. He's observant and a little strange but he's also a brilliant detective. One of the major differences though is Dexter is the disowned son of old money parents.

Raven's the Dr. Julia Ogden, the outspoken, independent, and compassionate coroner helping solve cases and being amazing. Her rich, controlling mother doesn't much approve of her life choices but old Mrs. Queen can suck it. Raven and Detective Charming have a clearly mutual attraction but they're both hesitant to act on it cause what's a romance without a good slow-burn.

Hopper's the Constable George Crabtree of this AU. Listen, the everyday George matches Hopper's human side, and writer George matches Hopper's frog side. I will not elaborate, because I really cannot. Just feel the vibes, cause the words aren't coming.

I'm not 100% sure who'd be the Inspector Brackenreid. Part of me kinda wants to make it Professor Badwolf, and then I could make Milton Grimm the asshole commissioner. Coach Gingerbreadman is the Inspector of Station 5, the rivals of Station 4.

Daring is heir to the Charming family fortune. Golden boy, everyone loves him, wants more than anything to be able to talk to his little brother in public, but their parents would disown him as well if he stepped out of line.

Apple is one of Raven's housemates at Sisters boarding house, run by Bella and Brutta Sister. She was once courted by Daring, it was at the point where people were expecting an engagement announcement any day. That's when they suddenly broke it off, with no explanation (the explanation is Daring's in love with another girl and Apple's in love with his sister). Snow White and her husband barely agreed to let her move into the boarding house, I honestly have no clue how Apple managed to pull that off but good for her.

Idk, Darling's a vigilante. She's got the same deductive genius as Dexter, she just doesn't have the same ability to join the police force. Inspector Badwolf is tired of his cops being outdone by the mysterious White Knight (yeah, yeah, I made Darling into Victorian-era Batman). Couldn't the White Knight patrol Station 5's territory? (The answer is no, because Darling really wants to catch a glimpse of her twin and also because Sisters Boarding house is in Station 4's territory and sometimes she likes to secretly crash with her girlfriend).

3. The Destiny Cycle AU (AKA: Ever After High but the Rebel Movement is an actual Rebellion AU):

What it says on the tin. Raven discovers the book is fake before Legacy Day. Her and Dexter, who in this AU is believed to be Ashlynn's future Prince Charming because someone made a good post about the potential dynamics that could cause and I love it, set out to uncover what other secrets those in charge are hiding.

Basically, in this AU Ever After is a dystopia where the Royal Families tied the survival of their dynasties' rule to their stories. Like, magically tied them. The Fates themselves have been bound by the magic of the Destiny Cycle. Ever After's Destiny-bound citizens are forced to repeat the same stories as their ancestors, all because Happily Ever After doesn't include a revolt or the institution of democracy. All stories are repeated as a precaution against anyone figuring out what the ancestors of the Royal Families did.

Taking some inspiration from the SDCC Raven Queen doll's letter from her mother, the Evil Queen discovered the truth about the Destiny Cycle, said "not my kid you bastards", and proceeded to try to break the Cycle's bonds. Her taking over other stories and cursing Wonderland was an attempt to stretch the probability bonds of the Destiny Cycle's magic to the breaking point.

Stuff's gonna go down and basically these kids know time is running out until there's a war, cause the only way to avoid being offered up as a lamb to the slaughter is to overthrow the whole system.

God, I really gotta make this into it's own post as well now. But here's a basic rundown of some stuff I'd include:

Dexter and Raven being young and in love and just all the secret romance feels

Snow White knows about the Destiny Cycle, but Apple absolutely does not know.

Apple being born blonde is a sign that the Evil Queen's schemes loosened the grip of the Destiny Cycle, at least for a moment.

Ashlynn, Hunter, Dexter, and Raven as secret rebel leaders.

The backgrounders will have actual roles dammit! (Looking at you Lawrence Bonecrusher III, aka Orc Boy).

An exploration of artificial Destiny Cycle "True Love" vs. real True Love, featuring Apple, Daring, and Darling.

C.A. Cupid, sent by her godly family to infiltrate Ever After and cure it of the Destiny Cycle, because it's interfering in the domains of the gods.

A unique Monster High crossover idea that I will elaborate on in another post.

These children absolutely end up having to kill someone and it scars them forever.

As for different destinies AUs or Star Wars AUs, I haven't really given them much thought.

I think, in a Star Wars setting (possibly Old Republic?), Raven would be a Jedi padawan descended from a long line of Sith. Instead of Mirror Prison, her mom is dead and her Force Ghost is bound to a giant, mirrorlike piece of kyber crystal. Uh, not 100% sure who her master would be.

Darling would also be a Jedi padawan, and Maid Marian would be her Master. Maid Marian gets into custody battles over this kid with this old Jedi Watchman known only as The White Knight. She'd still have her time-slowing hair flip, in this AU it's just a unique way of activating the Force Slow ability.

Plot revolves in a pre-52 like timeline where Damian got shot by Deathstroke in the spine while on the League. Which led his mother to send him to Barbara Gordon, Bruce had died while fighting the Red Hood.

Option 2 - UNSPOKEN

Ongoing/Multi chapt

Main characters are Damian and Steph

A sort of Reverse Robins AU where an Late 20s!Damian battles his own demons after his parents death. As he sturggles on taking up the cowl, he also runs into Stephanie Brown, a homeless teen mom he decided to open up his house to. Who might be an important piece of the puzzle to solve his father's murder

Option 3 - THE MAIDENS

Ongoing/Multi chapt

Main characters are Komand'r, Talia Al Ghul, Artemis Grace, Sara Lance and Poison Ivy (Aka The Maidens)

A team up with the aforementoned characters. Takes place after the events of shadow war. Talia struggles with her new life as a runaway. An interdimesional time traveller offers her an opportunity of stepping out the demon's shadow.

Option 4 - HER NAME WAS ELLA

One shot

Main characters are Cassandra Cain and Damian Wayne

An exploration of how two victims of similars type of abuse can have completely different takes on what happened to them. And how both can come to an understanding despite that. Using the tale of Cinderella as a jumping off point.

Option 5 - NOSOCOMEPHOBIA

Longshot

Duke Thomas is the protag

Duke finally allows hismelf to admit that he's not ok. His old phobia of hospitals comes creeping in after an incident. An explroation of denial and mental health

Option 6 - A BEAR-TIFUL LIFE

My In-Depth Masterlist!!

Oh my god, it's about time I actually sat down and organized something like this. Hopefully this helps people dive in!

Things I write a whole lot: romance (especially polyamorous romance), gay and trans characters, horror, lab whump, gore, action whump, angst, sickfics, team dynamics, supernatural whump, urban fantasy and lush green post-post-apoc fantasy, also apparently now I do military whump lol Things I don't write: emeto, eye gore

I collaborate a lot too, so you'll see plenty of other people's ocs! Go check them out if you want, I think they're neat.

How to read stuff: I jump around a lot, so don't worry about it. It's generally pretty clear if it's modern or not, and barring my Arknights AU That I Kept Threatening My Friends With where you'll want some knowledge of the actual series/game, you can probably jump in just about anywhere and figure it out as you go!

I think I'll organize this by character! The only limit to characters and worlds colliding is how much I want the characters to interact, so no worries. They'll all be mashed together at some point anyway, if I know myself. All character tags will take you to a list of their drabbles in the order they were written and posted!

Such is the risk of being a messenger serving under Archangel Daniel, but Throl does his best not to dwell on the past. He can't particularly complain either, now that he's married to one of the most notoriously violent demon prince's in the demonic realms. Gabriel is sweet, attentive, and would tear apart any would-be vigilantes who would want to destroy the infamous Traitor. Perhaps Throl was really the winner here.

Tag: The Artist Cisgender man (he/him) A photographer with a taste for intense visuals and a hatred for faking something when the real thing is freely available. He's dedicated to bringing breathtaking photoshoots to stimulate the minds of all his patrons, and for his highest paying contributors...the process videos as well. All his models get something out of it too, as LaChappelle makes sure that every single one gets their prints delivered to their home.

4 Still Unnamed centaur AU: Alright so Price is the very proud owner of a centaur wildlife reserve which is a place that takes injured centaurs and fixes them up so they can be released again. Ghost, Soap, Gaz, Roach, König, and my OC Flower (pls ask me about him), are all centaurs who cannot be released into the wild due to various reasons and they act as like ambassadors, they even organise events to help raise centaur awareness (everyone especially adores the kids that come with school visits) but Shepard, who is a very high official in the wildlife reserve business, only sees centaurs as beasts and not like the intelligent beings they are. He tries to put Price out of business at every opportunity and is generally an all around dick. Yet nothing seems to work as support for centaur communities continues to blow up due to the team being adorable and in love together, i mean look at Ghost blushing as Soap tries to court him! It's adorable!

6 The Men In The Corner Booth: It's basically an outside view on the lads from the perspective of a gay bar and it's patrons. I love outsider POVs so i decided to make my own. It's mostly about the lads being disgustingly in love with each other while also being absolutely insane. Also features another of my OCs i call Timber. I don't have much yet but i still love it.

7 Wild Wild West: A RDR2 and COD crossover, i also love this one. The lads are a bounty hunter gang who mainly deal with the worst of the worst and are on the search for Graves who betrayed them, they find out Graves is working with these dudes called the Pinkertons and accidentally stumble upon the Van Der Linde Gang getting shot at and decide to intervene. They team up and join the camp as they search for Graves, in the meantime they show the Van Der Linde gang that things could be better mainly by just doing their own thing as they normally do. (AKA everyone does the chores and brings in money instead of relying on one dude to do it, i am a firm believer in letting Arthur rest. Nobody asked for it, but i need to rant about my Star Wars COD crossover too, it's very self indulgent and full of my own headcanons so be warned. It's about Ghost and Soap being Mandalorian bounty hunters who just got married a week ago and still very deep in that honeymoon phase. They make a stop on Coruscant because they're out of the tea Ghost drinks and Ghost without his tea is a nightmare so they go get it even though Coruscant is a sensory nightmare (They are both force sensitive because the Force is very cool and force sensitive Mando's exist damnit) they find his tea, but also find a wee little baby Obi-Wan, freshly traumatized from Bandomeer, hiding in a alley because Obi had a panic attack while searching for his master at the markets. Ghost and Soap's Mandalorian instincts activate, Soap sees Obi is Stewjoni like him and gets even more protective. And well the marriage is really new but it's never too early to adopt right?

Baby Obi gets fed copious amounts of tea and cookies and gets adopted, but requests to get brought back to the Jedi temple because he does really want to be a Jedi and finish his education, Ghost is a bit pouty but they drop him off by the temple with a care package and a few dozen comm numbers to call if he ever gets in trouble or just wants to call his new family. And because Obi-Wan is the greatest danger magnet to have ever lived he will get in a lot of trouble lol.

Ok I felt as if I should explain how I tag my posts here and how I'll tag them from now on.

For trigger warnings, I simply tag #tw [trigger] and sometimes #[trigger] and/or #[trigger] tw. For example: #tw slur, #slur, #slur tw

For fandom posts, when reblogging, I simply tag the acronyms (EXAMPLE: for Sonic The Hedgehog I tag #STH), there may be exceptions then and there (for Jackson's diary for example, I just tag #jacksons diary, and #jd). I tag all webcomics with #webtoon, even if they're not from or on webtoon,

Sam and Dean inherited it and continued in the family legacy.  When the neighboring farm became available after foreclosure, Dean went to the auction to bid on it so they could expand their business, unfortunately, he was outbid. Now, the property is owned by an ex-cop turned dog trainer. Every time Dean drove past the place, he got angry. He wanted that land. Adding insult to injury, one of the dude’s dogs kept escaping and it attached itself to Dean’s little girl. Dean disliked all things that slobbered, including that stupid dog until his daughter went missing.  Castiel used his grandmother’s inheritance to buy the old farmhouse, barns, and acreage. He’d been a K9 cop but resigned after a stray bullet killed his partner and seriously injured his dog. Now, he raised dogs for search and rescue groups. Whiskey, his canine partner, kept escaping and visiting the vineyard next door. The last thing he wanted was a feud with his handsome neighbor. 

Excerpt: He waited until Sam’s car left the lot and then eased into the traffic heading out of the park. He slowed the Impala as it neared Cas’ driveway. He knew this type of thing was wrong on so many levels, but it didn’t stop him from shutting off his lights and inching down the gravel road. Crowley’s car wasn’t there. Did that mean Cas was at Crowley’s? The porch light was on, but he couldn’t see lights in the house. If he only knew where Crowley lived. God, Winchester, you’ve turned into one of those Criminal Minds stalkers.   He shifted the car into reverse and looked into the rearview mirror. During the fight between Obito and Rin both arguing over Kakashi does he make his presence heard by them demanding that they stop because they’re both stupid or??

Anyways.

Sakumo feels horrible seeing his pup. He feels like he failed him, and wasn't there for him (though there's also the side of it where he was there to help Kakashi grow, but let's go with a route where Sakumo survives and thinks he has lost his son). He hates knowing that his son was alive and was never able to reach out to him. To connect with him, no matter how much he may have wanted to. However, he also feels proud. Proud that Kakashi choice the medical path and excelled at it. Proud that Kakashi continues to wield a Tanto and makes it his own while also being incredably proficient at Jutsu's with hundreds or even thousands of jutsu's under his belt and all five chakra natures (which is an impressive feat given only a select few shinobi manage to learn all five chakra natures. not even Minato, a genius, had all five under his belt)

Sakumo does talk to Edo Tensei Hiruzen. Well, 'Talk' is a nice way of putting it.

He's angry

Upset that he was treated as the villian. the failure, for daring to put his teammates first when Hiruzen too good people and turned them into fooder for a war that none of them agreed to take part in. He's furious that he was shamed for having a heart instead of being a mindless shinobi who put the village above everyhting, including his precious people. He's angry that Hiruzen allowed Danzo to get away with so much (oh boy does he learn a lot of what Danzo did from Yua and later on Kakashi (who gathers intel).

As for Gai's feelings, they are complicated.

He very much has an image of Kakashi in his head that is left unchallenged for years except by people who knew nothing about his rival. He remmembers Kakashi as being arrogant and rude, but talented and determined. So when he meets Kakashi again and see's this man who is kind, offers mercy, chooses his words carefully, Gai's head is spinning. (Cannon Gai got to see the slow progressiong from asshole brat to kind goodhearted adult Kakashi. TMS AU Gai did not get to see this progress, he just gets slapped in the face with the reality that this is how Kakashi is now, and that he loves him just the same (and wholey shit was he not ready for the realization that he loved Kakashi),

Kakashi with the issue of Rin and Obito is... interesting. Kakashi does sort of tell them to stop fighting over a dead man and get over themselves, but they both dismiss him pretty harshly as not knowing what he's talking about and having no place in this conversation. It's not until his mask breaks off and his face is revealed that his words really sink in for Rin and Obito.

And i think this is where Obito would start to faulter on his stance. Like his still fully believes the shinobi system is broken and in desperate need of fixing, but he also has the person he started all of this for right in front of him, and it's his actions that are ultimatly killing Kakashi.

Not the shinobi system (though it has done its damages), but his drive. his dream. his desire to wipe away everyone's pain and place them into a genjutsu dream.

He had wanted to do it partially to preserve Kakashi and save him in a way, but now he's faced with the reality that Kakashi has to DIE for him to achieve this dream and he's not sure he's ok with that.

He doesn't change sides right away (we still need a Kakashi vs Obito fight after Isobu just barely manages to save Kakashi from death in a similar way to how Bee was saved) but he does start to rethink his determination to see this plan through.

Hi I have some silly TWST oc x Pokemon stuff I threw together a few days ago

So here’s the deal (I will make a potion that will turn you GAY got that? GA— /ref)

Every oc has a team of six Pokémon, can be from any generation, and each oc is allowed ONE legendary, mythical or ultra-beast (I didn’t end up needing this for the most part, but it is a rule I gave myself! I didn’t want to make their teams SUPER overpowered, but some of them would fit rlly well with those high status Pokemon so I allowed one per team)

All Pokemon in the team have to be around the same level, or at least close in level, so they function like gym leaders, elite four members, or champions do. They can’t pull a fast one on you by having mostly lvl 20 Pokemon and then pulling out a lvl 100 Pokemon. They also have to have REALISTIC teams.

Other than that, I gave myself free reign to do whatever with their teams.

Most of Comet's Pokemon evolve via love and companionship, or are strongly tied to their trainers via love. Hatterene and Gardevoir, for example, are both extremely empathetic Pokemon. Gardevior's Pokedex entry suggests it will create a small black hole in order to protect its trainer, while Hatterene is incredibly sensitive to emotion and may lash out if the emotions around it are too strong.

Floette is famous for being the cause of war in Pokemon X and Y, while also being a little flower fairy (which has the same energy as Comet just being a sweet little space nerd but also being PRINCESS OF HELL in some AUs), while Meloetta is famous for its music that brings peace around it (correlated to her unique magic).

Lunatone is the odd one out here, but it's because Lunatone is a Hoenn Pokemon (my fav region) and a space-themed Pokemon.

Most of her Pokémon have at least one healing most, and otherwise mostly have damaging moves. Comet is a healer, so that much makes sense, but she uses a lot of damaging move rather than setup due to her impulsivity and habit of reacting emotionally, rather than logically.

And since that was what they seemed convinced he was doing all along, they didn't deserve a warning that it would now be true.

Although it would be nice if his fellow Avengers understood that he wasn't simply doing things to be an asshole. It would be great, just once, if they would look past the mental walls that he put up. If they'd see beyond the smiling mask that he put on, day in, day out.

Because the truth of the matter is that Tony Stark is falling apart, struggling to carry on living in a world that is intent on breaking him down. He is scared and has been through enough to make anybody crumble, so yes he might be a bit odd, but at least he is surviving, ok?

I liked @hello-oing45 ‘s fantasy au and had some of the same character role so just it’s their au for the most part I just gave Andy a different role and Oscar one!!

There are 4 kingdoms(I’m not naming them.) In this world magic is outlawed. The biggest kingdom is ruled by Andy’s family, he was to take over when he got married. 

There was a war between Elves and humans a long time ago

Elves are the only ones that know how to use magic and taught certain humans how to use it

The relationship between humans and Elves is very strained 

But now most Elves live in a kingdom far off and few humans know how to use magic

(Oscar & Andy story hehe)

Andy and Oscar spend most of their time together as kids, eventually Oscar would start training with the royal guards

He was eventually head of the royal guards and Andy’s personal guard, he always made sure Andy never did anything stupid as he kept his feeling for him hidden(oooh hehe)

One night Andy’s parents announced that Andy would be getting married in front of all the kingdom’s high nobility 

Andy not knowing about any of this ran out to the castle garden, Oscar ran after him

Andy was upset as he sat on the steps, Oscar sat next to him and asked him what was wrong

Andy confessed he also had feelings for Oscar, Oscar leaned in and kissed Andy(very important story stuff.) They probably went off and did gay stuff, very gay stuff.

Andy’s parents soon found out abt all the cuddling and kissing they did(very scary stuff guys.) They were furious and were going to kill Oscar under treason

Andy put on big boy pants and told his parents off

That night Oscar packed what he could and was preparing to leave, before he left he asked Andy to come with him(So romantic guys) Andy agreed instantly and they ran off

Andy and Oscar are on the run from guards that are looking for them

At some point they run into Michael and they rest of the dunder mifflin team

Oscar is an Elf and a very skilled swordsmen. He has a very nice sword and yeah

Andy doesn’t have much experience fighting and all that jazz 

He like learning magic from Toby and Pam
