Hahaha *laughs through tears* oh Anon I feel ya.... Here's my thots

1) Taking Nick Down - Yes, they got him on the fraud and money laundering and yay he's in jail. BUT it felt so.... rushed? Also Rio barely had anything to do with it. It seemed like the season was fleshing out for Rio to get his revenge. But ultimately it was the SS and Beth who took Nick down. And only in like... 2 scenes?

2) Nick as family. What was the point? We never discovered the actual relation between him and Rio. The brother/cousin humor just fell flat for me. Also how does a councilman have so much power over a DA? To get a secret service case thrown out?

3) Annie. Oh Annie. Now in the first episode Annie asked for her prints to be on the gun. Okay. Knew that would come back around. But what would have made her arrest so much more tragic is if she was really getting her life together. She got her GED. Great! Only to turn around and date... Homeless Kevin? Show Annie becoming an EMT or starting a real career. Why does her plot always revolve around a man?

4. Mick. Michael. Miguel. No way in hell he's been working for Nick this whole time. I'm so frustrated that I won't even go into that. Maybe in another post. He's been Rio's man through and through since the Pilot.

5. Brio. Don't come for me. Y'all know I ship Brio hardcore. Just look at all my absolutely vile fanfics. But that resolution/ending between them did not feel earned. Him calling her "boss." Why? None of their past history has been resolved. The shooting? Nope. The hitman? Nada. Getting him arrested? Zilch. There was never any closure on these plot points. So for him to be all hunky dory happy sitting on the bench with Beth? The vibes are off.

6. Side characters. Why in the ever living fuck did the show focus on people we literally do not give a shit about? I just learned Vance's name last episode. And his wife and kid? Hobo Kevin? They took up so much screen time i am baffled.

I'm going in order from the first to most recent.

1. Tommy and Kimberly from Power Rangers

Okay yeah Kimberly was the valley girl who could be stuck up and annoying. But she was a good person overall. Not to mention when Tommy's fine ass came on to the scene that we all started rooting for them. The movie only added to their appeal. They were just a sweet cute couple. I hated when Katherine came on to the scene thirsting after Tommy. I personally stan that Kim always got back together with Tommy.

2. Inuyasha and Kagome but then it shifted to Kagame and Sesshomaru

Okay bare with me. I was initially into these two being together. Kagome taming Inuyasha and those two eventually falling in love. But Kikyo ruined that shit for me. Inuyasha couldn't get over that hoe (even tho she was dead and brought back to life). Kagame deserved better. And I hate the way the series ended with Kagome choosing to stay in the feudal era with him.

Anyway I started shipping Kagame and Sesshomaru (Inuyasha's evil big brother). That was a fandom move for me. It was never canon. But it would be the ultimate payback. Inuyasha not seeing Kagome for who she is. So she moves on and her Sesshomaru get together. Isnt it the ultimate ship. Good girl and evil bad guy who has sex appeal get together? Sesshomaru taking Kagome from Inuyasha and making her his queen with ultimate power.

Sesshomaru looks way better then Inuyasha too. Plus he is a full Demon while Inuyasha is only half demon.

3. Morgan and Garcia from Criminal Minds

Let's face it. How often do we see the hot popular guy flirt with the nerdy girl. But it worked. Garcia was the technical analyst for the FBI. Morgan was the supervisory special agent for the FBI. These two on surface look like an odd match. But Garcia had no shame when it came to flirting with Morgan and he flirted right back. This bloomed into a beautiful deep friendship with an intimate bonds. Garcia was Morgan's 'baby girl'. And they always went to each other when for emotional support. I just wish they actually hooked up for real. But there is fanfic.

5. Beth and Rio Good Girls

I saved the best for last. Okay first we have our suburban housewife who husband cheated on her multiple times and lost all their money so they are gonna loose the house. Then you have Detroit's kingpin whom you wouldnt have known was a dangerous crime Lord from looking at him but he is. Put these two together and you have Brio (ship name). Beth and her friends rob one of his stores that he is laundering money through, is how they met. Of course he and his boys show up to collect or kill. But that was in the beginning. These two are the worst and so toxic but in a sexy way. Their relationship is a push pull. People judge Beth as a meekly housewife but she is showing that she has fangs. Her relationship with Rio has become a push and pull for power. Their on screen chemistry will destroy ovaries. They have a love hate relationship. And yes they have fucked. But shit is so complicated. This man is dangerous. Beth has shot him 3 times too but he survived. Shit is about to fet real.
