#personal whining #the good news is we've checked everything and can't find a hardware issue #the bad news is that it means the issue is probably the computer rebooting to re-establish an internet connection #and that means ultimately the problem is with comcast #which means it will never ever be fixed and i will just have to live with it #sigh
