i have a question ab transformers and im too scared to google it bc of what i think ill find but is there anything in canon that tells you if transformers reproduce??? and like how? do they have some sort of build-a-baby or smth??? sorry i know its late and this is absurd but its been plaguing mind for 4h now and i had to ask

The fandom has an extremely well curated Wikipedia, so if you're up for something more in depth, read through this article or browse through other ones.

Anyway, this is an excuse to ramble about Transformers >:) but I'll give you info on just the medias I've consumed, or know enough of.

The answer more broadly, there are cannon forms of reproduction, not sexual, per say, but the Transformers writers have a. Well. Long and weird relationship with Cybertronians having sex and especially pregnancies (yeah, you heard me right-)

To start off:

1. In one of the really old TF comics, we have a couple formed of a human woman (Cover Girl) and Brawn. They are married and also, they have a child. ...the child is not adopted. I don't if it's stated how they got there, but y'know.

2. In Beast Wars, we get protoforms.

In multiple continuities, they are basically the first stage in a robot's life. Kind of like infants. All they need is a spark (soul) and alt mode code (what they transform into) in order to develope into a fully grown Cybertronian.

The weird thing with this tho, is that you'll have characters such as Cheetor, who have been here from the start, and they'll be treated like the teenager of the group (although he IS the child appeal character), but then you'll see the ones who come along later, such as Silverbolt, who are immediately treated as an adult with full agency. Sigh.

But that's not all on reproduction in this show.

You have Rattrap at some point talk about... Bars on their home planet where waitresses walk around tits out, basically.

There are also some sex jokes, if I remember correctly. The femme fatale character takes a rod to cut it, her boyfriend cringes, and another one calls her emasculating.

For less cannon stuff that still sprung out of here; the official artists who worked on the show made a 3D render of Dinobot (main character) with... Dinobot Jr. Out on full display.

Also, at some point during the show production, someone decided to play a prank on someone else in the studio by submitting a pornographic parody of the episode script they should have originally given. Why does the fandom know this? It was leaked way back in the day before the episode aired.

Anyway, can you imagine being some poor fool thinking you're getting some exciting leaks to read and instead you get smacked with porn of the character who's literally inspired after Hannibal Lecter- also he transformers into a crab.

3. In Transformers Animated, protoforms make another return.

They basically work about the same way as they do in Beast Wars, except this time, we get Sari.

She's a protoform that somehow landed on earth, and her father, a human, touched it, which caused her to imprint on his DNA and become a hybrid.

In this show we also get several instances of objects being hit by the power of a Cybertronian relic, and making them come to life. Now, I don't know if they count as Cybertronians, since they are random ass earth objects, but they have a consciousness. Also, the same relic has been shown to be able to bring back Transformers from the dead. So.

Ok. So. I received this ask forever ago, I'm so sorry for not getting to it. I've gotten busy and I can unfortunately feel my cognitive dysfunction kicking in, so I'll try to just get this done, but it'll be less detailed from now on and kinda disjointed.

So. IDW1. The comics. They are a mess and weird.

Also, I read these years ago and I don't really remember the details.

You have hot spots on the home planet or moon. That create sparks (from the ground). Sparks can also pop out from Cybertronian relics, such as The Matrix.

Titans (HUUUUUUGE Cybertronians. They turn into cities or battle ships) may also carry hotspots that make robo babies.

Sparks harvested from this sort of thing either become cold constructs or forged. I'm not going to go into technicalities, but basically cold constructs are sparks who were taken and placed in a premade body and forged were allowed to develope naturally. If they are having trouble, a blacksmith may help them along by shaping their body. Or so I recall, at least.

I think I remember a mention in the comics about "A turbofox in heat". Turbofoxes are Transformers animals.

IDW1 also... Sports a lot of allusions to pregnancies. And. Pregnancies in general.

A lot of metaphors for pregnancies. Character is in a coma for 9 months. Another one gets a body upgrade and the entire thing is reminiscent of birth- an actual Cybertronian being mpreg with an organic alien------

^btw there was no narrative significance for this last one to happen

And. One of the main writers had... two? fanfics before he started writing cannon works. Telefunken and Eugenesis. Robots giving birth- to be fair, from their chests, from what I've heard. But the entire thing. It's. It's yeah.

IDW2.

Kiddies pop out of the ground. They are given one or two mentors. Mentors help them along to find what they want to transform into and their future jobs.

Earthspark, the Nickelodeon show, has come out pretty recently and I haven't watched it, but I think it has 3 robot kids as main characters! From what I know, they also popped out of the ground, except this time on Earth.

I thiiiiiink they say Cybertronians pop out of The Well Of All Sparks? Which is a hole in their planet. Don't remember it being explored much. In the movie, a bunch of sparks fly out of it by the end, but I think it was a sort of- everybody gets revived! Yay!

The live action movies. Are also. Trippy

The ones directed by Micheal Bay are shit, but I gotta talk about them. You've got robots being sexual and creepy. But you also have sparklings. They pop out of goo eggs- I don't remember if in these movies energon or other relics posses and bring to life - I think they do tho.

However, that's an occurrence in the Bumblebee movie.

Alright so this is going to be a fun post and I totally didn't type it up in notepad so I wouldn't risk losing it via refreshing. Basically this post is just going to be a mess of like. The lore ideas I have for my Saints Row insert. General warning for spoilers if you haven't played the games yet, and also mass confusion because it's fucking wild. Also warnings for death, abuse, human trafficking, prostitution, gangs, violence, drowning, dodgy politicians, kidnappings, missing children, cancer, guns, assults, implied sexual abuse, and probably more stuff like that. Saint's Row kinda is dark like that. So please don't feel like you gotta read this lorepost if that stuff will harm u!!

So my self insert for Saints Row takes the position of the Boss (ie the player character throughout most of the games.). She generally follows the same events as the boss, but her timeline and when events actually occur is different. Also her personality is a little varied but probably closest to the Laura Bailey voice except she knows how to technology a little. The Saints Row timeline is canonically fucked to hell so legally I have to change dates around. And by fucked I mean some events in the 3rd game occur after the Earth is Destroyed bc nobody checked the dates. Also my bosses age is changed so that she's not an adult in SRTT, cos Matt would be 16 then and like. That dodgy.

So instead we have a 12 yr old running around shooting stuff for 4 years beforehand. Great! Alright here we go this is the rough lore I have so far in the worlds worst text post.

"Lee", born Emily Hart, was born and raised in the UK on February 17th, 2000, in North West London. She was mainly raised by her grandparents as her parents were somewhat absent in her life. This went on for a good 12 years, where Lee went to primary school and started secondary; became a cub scout, and generally had a decent upbringing. This all changed when her grandparents both died of cancer suddenly when she was 12. Being left with only her mother and uncle, she felt distant from her family, and soon enough her life was changed forever once again.

"Reports are coming in that a British child has potentially been abducted in Central London earlier this week. It was reported previously that Emily Hart, a twelve year old girl from North West London, had not returned home on Tuesday night. The family feared that she had perhaps run away due to stress in the family over a recent death, and appealed for the public to encourage her to come home. However, the case took a tragic turn when police uncovered CCTV footage that appeared to show someone matching the description of Emily being taken from the streets and loaded into a van. Roadblocks were put in place, but no van matching the description was found. The number plates reportedly came back as stolen, and the CCTV footage was too grainy to see the identities of the kidnappers. The Hart family is appealing for any information about this tragic case to come forward, and police believe if they act quickly enough, they will be able to bring Emily home safely."

The Morningstar gang had kidnapped Lee in plain sight in the middle of the day on the busy streets of London. It was practically unheard of for this kind of thing to happen. She was first taken to Belgium, and then over to Mexico via ship. At this point Viola and Kiki took over handling her, and they were both not too comfortable with the idea of handing off a 12 year old to anyone. But there was not much they themselves could do without putting themselves in danger. They handed Lee a couple of hundred bucks, let her go, and told her to run. And run she did. Lee eventually found herself stowing away in a truck with gun shipments bound for the border, which just so happened to be heading to Stilwater.

The truck in question was stopped by the Saints when it reached Stilwater, cos they all wanted some fresh new guns without having to pay. They kind of weren't expecting to find a missing British child in the back of the truck hiding amongst toppled over crates. Lee ended up remaining with the Saints, refusing to even try going home as she felt more of a kinship with them than she ever had her remaining family. She was canonized, did odd jobs here and there in return for a place to sleep and some cash for food, and generally tried to make herself as useful as possible. Johnny started to become like an older brother figure to her. Shit hits the fan and Lee is kidnapped once again and almost drowns in a sunken car as a couple of her friends die in said car. She starts to become unhinged, and long story short, kills the police chief in a Yacht explosion, which leaves her in a coma for a year.

By the time she wakes up, Johnny is on trial for like a lot of murder and about to be sentenced to death. Carlos breaks Lee out of prison, and she breaks Johnny out of court. Lee takes up the position of leader of the saints, despite being like literally 14 ish at this point. Lee recruits some more people, more people die, and the saints end up taking over the company Ultor, which leads them to becoming celebs.

A year after that, the Saints hit Steelport, and start to mess with the Syndicate. Johnny dies in a bank heist gone wrong, and all of the saints funds are drained by Matt Miller under the order of Phillipe Loren. Lee wants revenge for Johnny's death and hunts down Phillipe, messing with some of the Morningstars operations before eventually killing him. She recruits some more people and sets her sights on the Deckers, taking them down after dealing with Matt and beating him in a cyberspace duel. She lets him live and he flees to the UK. With the Deckers out of the way she knows that the Luchadores would be easier to finish off, and sets her sights on them. She humiliates Killbane, defeats the Luchadores and defeats STAG too. At some point she kidnaps Matt's favourite actor because that's a plot point the game has for some reason.

Matt gets hired by MI6, and teams up with the Saints, who are teaming up with them to stop a terror organization lead by the ex STAG leader. Evil dude launches a nuke after falling into molten metal or something and Lee ends up like climbing the nuke to disarm it. Everyone confesses shit to her and I shit you not this is literally what happens in game I'm not making stuff up here. She disarms the nuke, jumps tf off it and crash lands in the White House. (At this point in game the boss becomes the President of the USA but I might change that a little because Lee will legit be 16 which is. Too funny. But if she is then fuck it I mean. It's Trump or her right??? If we're using irl logic.)

It's now 2020 and Matt arrives in the USA to warn Lee that aliens are coming. She doesn't believe him. Aliens come and abduct everyone. I hate this fucking game.

Lee is trapped in a simulation, NOT the 1950s sitcom one I haven't worked out what hers is gonna be yet but it'll Hurt. She escapes, Earths blown up, she saves Matt, they bone, they save everyone else, they kill evil aliens, dating happens, wooooooo.

And that’s basically the like lore lore overview. Generally she follows the flow of the saints games but they occur in wildly different years and much closer together.

SR1- 2012 SR2- 2014 SRTT- 2015 SRIV- 2020

I have yet to work out if GOOH will occur in her timeline, and if so, which ending would be canon. Although with the power of AUS we can do all of them. Also she totally has an Agents of Mayhem AU and Matt is actually present bc hes important. Also many other AUs.

Day 1- Encounter

It was a Bright and Blustery Day in Jasper, Nevada as a Blue and Red Peterbilt truck was driving into town form the outskirts of desert. To the trained human eye this is your usual heavy-duty Truck completing its rounds. But this Particular Truck is more then meets the eye, as it also happens to be the Alt-mode of the leader of the Autobots; An Alien Race of Technological beings Protecting Earth From the evil forces of another faction: the Decepticons. Things had been Pretty Quiet here ever since the decepticons Went Off the grid about two months ago.. but whenever they Weren't around that usually meant they were planning something big. This bothered Optimus so he often Left the Base for Patrols.He might come off as paranoid to his team but he’d Rather be safe then sorry. He Silently drove threw the streets for a while before he soon stopped at a traffic light. He waited there patiently while letting his thoughts run away with him.. Until something caught the corner of his eye. Across the Street on the Sidewalk stood a little girl with a Wagon, waiting to cross the street. Now this was your typical Little girl;  she had Long black hair, Brown skin, Glasses, Brown eyes, looked about 14, and was wearing Jeans and a kitten Hoodie. A Normal little girl. Nothing to be really interested in right? That’s what you would think. But This particular Little Girl had peaked Optimus’s Interest. Ever since he Started Going on these patrols for the past month he’d Seen this Same little Girl Everyday in the same outfit on this same street with the Same little Wagon. It Happened so many days at the same time that his inner curiosity was focused on finding out who this little girl was. As the walk sign on the crosswalk lit up, He watched as she Quickly Crossed the Street while pulling her little wagon behind her in a Hurry before Returning to a Normal Walking pace Upon Reaching the other side and onto Sidewalk. Gingerly he Began to Tail The Little Girl- But Remembered to Keep a Respectful Distance between her and himself. Humans Tend to Panic If they feel threatened so it's best to Observe From a distance. As he Drove down the road he Took Note of how she Reacted to her Environment. She seemed to Avoid Being Close to any of the other Humans Nearby, and Wouldn't even Look At them as her eyes were planted to the ground. She walked Slightly slower then the usual Speed of movement.. and Sometimes if there was a Large group of people she would Take another Route, and Optimus would surely have to Find a Side-road to Continue his Persuit. Judging by These Reactions this Human seemed to be Shy. After a While He Noticed that they were beginning to leave the city. Where was she Going? After a while she approached an Abandoned Area.. It seemed to be an old Park of some sort.. He watched as she Entered it.

Optimus Transformed into his True Form, a giant,Towering Robo-sapien. He Carefully Treaded Threw The Parks entrance and threw the Trees, Not wanting to loose sight of the little human that Had him so Enraptured. Finally She arrived at her destination, an Old And Worn out Wooden Canopy.

He watched her with Wide Optics as she Pulled out a few Groceries from her wagon and set them on a Park Bench, giving a warm smile as a Little Black Dog Came Rushing From inside the canopy- Barking unusually Loudly. She laughs Playfully as she Rubbed The Excited canines Back as it continues to bark Happily. She Carefully Placed Her Wagon behind the Canopy and Gave a Quiet Yawn Before Taking a worn out Blanket from the wagon and walking Under the Canopy, Before Laying down for a Nap while her Little Dog Ran lays down Next to her.

Optimus was Beside himself! Was this where this little Child went every day? Was this where she Lived?! Where was her Family? Being an Autobot hidden Amongst The Humans, You Notice things others do not. He's been around long enough to see Humans who Live on the streets. But he has Never..EVER.. Seen a Child on the streets.. without their Guardians No Less. He Quietly Approached The Canopy where The little ones Slept Quietly, Getting a good look at the two. Deep down in his Spark he knew that She Was Alone... And he couldn't bare to Leave them here. Glancing around the Area Silently, He gently reached Out to the Little Child and Dog with his Servos. The small Dog's head perked up immediately with a Soft Growl, before she Looked up to Optimus, Causing him freeze. The two were there for a few moments before the dog Got up and wags its tail as it sniffed at his servo, before surprisingly climbing onto it. Perhaps this canine can sense His Pure intention. Either way he Carefully Held the Pup in one Servo before Using his Other to Carefully pick up the Sleeping Child. He Glanced around as he Treaded Carefully threw the park and to the Entrance, Trying his best Not to wake The Little Girl. Once he had Exited the Park and made it to the Main Road, He Transformed and Silently Drove away towards the base.

After a Few minutes of Driving his Comm-link Gave off a Ping as an prettyAnnoyed/Slightly worried Tone Spoke.

It’s not just their interaction that matters, it’s seeing their actions whilst fully aware of their pasts to identify growth/change and how others can see their love even when they are not physically together: it’s in how Josie says ‘my father is a fool, one look at you and he should’ve known how this would end’, it’s in how Bellamy seems to ‘care about her more’ than everyone else he cares about (according to J, who is apparently great at reading people est. ep7). It’s how Russell says to Josie ‘have you become so callous to the feelings of others that you don’t remember what it’s like to lose someone you love?’ when canonically she has only expressed loss with Gabriel. She talks about how G has been trying to kill her for 70 years and says ‘relationships, yknow?’ As if B was gonna be like ‘lol tru’, then she takes a walk down memory lane, saying ‘besties’ before claiming how BC is ‘weird’. You’re right Josie, louder!

It’s weird because in s1, the script says Bellamy was thrown by the intimacy then said that for a moment Clarke wanted to run away with him as she held his face in her hands? platonically?What even?? I know, so glad we got this 131 year old slow burn instead. It’s weird because they flirted and C invited B to get a drink with her but B turned her down, choosing to be the responsible boy that will have his fun when the grounders come... It’s weird because there was a Lexa-Clarke-Bellamy love triangle according to Alycia (Do I even need to go on?)

It’s weird because Clarke jumped on Niylah after putting her hand on top of hers that were on her shoulders, it’s her mating ritual for when she wants to get laid. Observe: she pulled the same shit on Bellamy in the list scene only for him to tell her ‘get some sleep’ (LOL awks - who told her to platonically smush her face on top of their hands that rested on her shoulder for 10+ seconds - maybe B was thrown by the intimacy again bc he was like ‘gtg’ lol) and she ended up in Niylah’s bed the next morning.

It’s weird because Clarke was willing to sacrifice her mother in s3 (Abby was literally hanging when B came in right on time) but gave into Roan’s blackmail with B and Kane in s4 - WELL of course because Kane is her stepdad!!! but...she was willing to let her mum die and that’s exactly what she reminds Roan and the viewers before it becomes canon that Bellamy is THAT pal ™ that is more important than your mother + 50 skykru lives that were dropped from the list just like that even though the whole season Clarke had been all for her people first. Remember when he was about to open the bunker and Clarke fully thought she was saving the human race by locking skykru in but let B open it anyway, crying as she couldn’t even shoot him in the leg or something? Talk about WEAK! Bellamy somehow convinced her to let everyone in?👀 Clexa coalition parallels anyone? No? Ok.

Remember how she looked as she volunteers to go with B to get Raven even tho 5 secs ago, she was ok leaving her and every other friend and human out to die? (Sidenote: ‘I never meant to hurt you’ like CLARKE PLS, you were about let around 600 people die and ur talking about Bellamy? Check urself, he’s pissed too - until he isn’t because Clarke says ‘nothing is okay, no matter what I choose, somebody always dies’ which makes B make light of it (bc he always understands) with ‘not shooting me was the right choice’ leading to it being canon that BC staring at each other causes them to run over someone and crash their very necessary life-saving vehicle... Who tf wrote this???) Throwback to TondC (‘I did it to save Bellamy’ followed ‘what if I sent him in there to die’ which followed ‘you should go, I was being weak’ - the LENgths she was willing to go to progressed with her worry for him that it was truly tragic for the grounder villagers (but tbf Lexa did convince her so Heda is right, they totally couldn’t have created a fire diversion as Clarke suggested) and that worry turned into literal platonic love as, for a moment, it was tragic for everyone outside the bunker too that second times C had to make a similar choice. The narrative really made Clarke say and do those things in that order huh? Wow) Remember how she was ready to let O die and keep B in the bunker, have him hate her to parallel kabby that season? HOW is B still alive? He was all like ‘I’m not gonna be in the bunker’ and Clarke’s like ‘you WILL’ before he even finishes his sentence lol. He did say ‘people die when you’re in charge’ and yet... it’s almost like idk, Clarke never wants to lose him ever.

Platonically of course because their attraction to each other has disappeared since s1... because you see that person and you’re like ‘lol nvm, ur not as hot as I remember 6 years ago when we were giving each other the looks™’ right? So you just watch them make out with their SO twice in canon to drive that point home. Especially when it’s your bff that you talked to everyday for 2199 days according to Flame!Madi who strutted right up to Bellamy, demanded he forgive C (lexa, is that you fighting in Clarke’s corner? 😭) before telling him something she ‘SHOULDN’t’ tell him?? He didn’t respond and C had two choices they were alive or they were dead? (that’s Clarke’s BFF Madi, get your own!) sorry but Madi has never met him in her life but she’s like ‘Clarke’s in trouble’ and suddenly B has been kidnapped by a kid. The rest of spacekru left alone in the forest to figure out their own shit bc B said ‘gtg save my bestie brb’ - NOT EVEN, he straight up left them stranded LMAO. (S6 in a nutshell tbh) Then Clarke in s6 has the audacity to look caught ™ when B casually brings radio calls up as friends would, he says it’s a lil pathetic and Clarke becomes the literal sun and B becomes the moon, shining all the laughs right back at her. Meanwhile, Clarke’s large ass pupils are drinking in all this HAPPINESS - not to reach but was that an example of life being more than just surviving? We actually have time for jokes and banter now? What’s funny is the fact that Jordan knew about the head and the heart convo from s4 because B must’ve told Monty/Harper somewhere between being on the ring and before going into cryo. Since s5 was canon of what happened between returning to earth and going into cryo, logic leads me to believe Bellamy talked to marper about the head and the heart on the ring. It’s funny how Bellamy still got emotional when she’s brought up 6 years after ‘her death’ (Clexa parallels anyone?) and funny how determined he is to honour Clarke’s last words (be the head so their friends survive) only to say ‘I don’t need you anymore’ under psychosis, is that a trauma I see? 👀 soz, did I miss the season Bellamy said he needed Clarke? Only Clarke says the word need (‘I need you’, ‘we need each other, Bellamy’) unless that’s what he meant when he said ‘you got it backwards’ (@ Jaha saying you keep her centered)or when he whispered ‘I’ve got you for that’ or when he shouted ‘I CAN’T lose Clarke... we can’t lose her’. Either way, I love platonic soulmates that need each other.

He was only gonna say ‘may we meet again’ anyway bc for some reason y’all bffs don’t canonically say ‘I love you [bro]’ and maybe B knows it’s because you hate I love yous and don’t say it unless you think it’s goodbye forever.

It’s in how Clarke puts Bellamy at the same level as Madi and cannot face Bellamy in her mind space, despite him being alive, because she thinks that he thinks she’s a monster - she cannot see her platonic pal’s love, I love that trope. It’s in how Clarke says ‘I’m not leaving you’ because her biggest regret was leaving B in the pits (but also the time she left him after MW) and it’s in how Bellamy says ‘I won’t let you die’ after letting her die twice now, I call that growth. So J mocks their weird relationship and B is like ‘lols I know’. He has a girlfriend who lied to him about her past during the 6 uninterrupted years they spent on the ring and he starts an argument with her seemingly out of nowhere (after watching Clarke dance with the doctor) and lying that at the last party he was at, he couldn’t protect his sister when we damn well know that the last party he was at was Jasper’s, does echo not know about Jasper? Did no one (Bellamy) tell her? He didn’t have to say ‘the last party I was at’ he could’ve easily said ‘at the party on Ark’. The way he even said this sounded like he was telling Echo for the first time what happened to his sister... they didn’t talk about the reason he ended up on the ground whilst on the ring huh? When Echo says something reasonable, he snaps that this is about feelings and that he never knows how she feels about anything... sounds like he’s projecting but I’m not going to tell you how to interpret it. Then when Echo opens up about her past, B says ‘you told me you didn’t remember your parents’. I love watching becho development because it’s clear how becho are not as compatible as we would’ve thought. (My headcanon up until s6 for them was that they connected over their similar childhoods and responsibility to their people and share the burden of the sins they’ve committed to live and grow together whilst finding peace in each other)

(This is just a snippet of how I see BC and I have no reason to be biased towards it. In fact, during s2-3 I actively made myself ship Clexa more than I shipped BC because I wanted that win for lgbt rep - yes, my mind is that extra that even without social media influence on my binge viewing experience, I felt that Clexa deserved E V E R Y T H I N G so believe me when I say I didn’t want this blarke life 🙃)

Everyone is agreed that they have an awesome non-sexual soulmate love? Yes? I admit, they COULD be platonic, depending on your definition of sexuality. Platonic is defined as ‘love or friendship that is affectionate/intimate but not sexual’.

If Clarke died next ep, bellarke will be remembered as platonic by those that believe sexual acts are what make a relationship romantic and remembered as romantic by those that infer sexual chemistry/feelings/thoughts in certain bellarke scenes.

Imo, it’s not logical to believe sexuality is only physical: it goes against basic common sense in that people would only be considered straight/gay/bi etc. at the point of their first sexual encounter and dating relationships would be platonic until the first sexual act within it.

Personally, I think romantic relationships arise with intention: the shared understanding of what you are offering each other (sexual acts included) and how you prioritise your person over all other humans.

It’s not crude to appreciate the intricacy of physical attraction or understand the implications of it driving the need to be as intimate as possible with someone. And the problem with bellarke is that there IS sexual chemistry and attraction. It’s established in season 1 and it’s made headlines - not that you should care- but both types of people (that would now consider bellarke platonic and those that wouldn’t) probably picked up on it because this aspect of their relationship was planned and written into the story. Longing and pining to just BE with someone is the pinnacle of romance and not only is it canon that bellarke look at each other with humongous pupils, it is also canon (through writing, direction and music) that bellarke prioritise each other, are extremely vulnerable to each other, always want to be ‘together’ do things ‘together’ no matter what. So I’m failing to understand why people don’t want to look at all the evidence and draw the clear conclusion: Bellarke tick every box for a romantic relationship except sexual acts and I think it’s a disservice to not recognise the reality of them as the epic love story that they are. Let’s not even mention the possibility that the reason they haven’t ticked that box is because they have given themselves over to their people in selfless duty or continued trauma from lost lovers.

I’m gonna conclude by saying I ship Clexa and Bellarke but with what’s going on in the story rn, bellarke are it for me. I’d say endgame but it could all change if there’s narrative to suggest otherwise. What I see happening by the end of the series is lexa being back (in what capacity idk) and either Clexa or Bellarke being party to the ‘I will love you forever but I will learn to love someone else so that we can chersish the relationship we have for what it is, not what it has been or what it could be, and be happy together forever’ while the other is canon endgame. Or maybe be by the series finale we’ll get endgame polygamy? - Now that’s edgy af! But those are best case scenarios lol.

Realistically, atleast one of BC are gonna die, Lexa will be brought back as Alycia but not into the real world (unless we get plot that finally exposes the mental space realm??? That sounds fucking dope tbh - they’ve been teasing alternate realities this whole damn show and what is more sci-fi than that? It would also incorporate the flame and Jason loves the flame and Clexa love the flame so??? Anyone wanna hire me as a writer?) and there’s endless possibilities really so I’m conflicted between hoping that Book 2 is less about tragedy/survival and more about happiness/life and knowing that hope for the 100 is offbrand and too much of a reach, with the evidence that we have but the writers could easily get us all there, man.
