Honestly atp? I would gladly love for Carlos to quite that freaking toxic Leclerc cult that Ferrari is becoming. Like wtf are you talking about with "pausing the contract negotiation" while at the same time already preparing to have Leclerc for almost a whole more decade??? Like wth ??? Especially when besides Mclaren Charlos are the best drivers pairing for Ferrari. I'd argue the drivers aren't even remotely close to be the problem!!!
Also wtf is that ungrateful attitude with Carlos when he brought you your last fucking win! Like I freaking hate this. Also The Charles girlies should just admit they want to fuck Leclerc and get over it. Like I'm so fed up with them. Especially if they are the reason why Carlos will have to leave.
Ferrari will mess up big if they part way with Carlos. I'd argue that if they want Leclerc as their next WC, they SHOULD keep Carlos because he will never be a threat to Charles (not my opinion but the gen opinion I disagree with it). While going with another driver aka Alex will back fire greatly. But anyway if Ferrari wants to mess up not my problem I'll continue to support Carlos 🧡

yeah i agree with this. I think Charles and Carlos are a very strong pairing just from the 'they work well together' stand point. That might change if there ever really was a championship on the line, but even if they fight on track they seem to get on well and their own strengths make up for the others weakness.
But yeah. It's pretty clear who is most valued at Ferrari. Charles is THE golden boy for them and he is going to be 100% the priority, and Carlos the 2nd driver. Thats how its going to be with anyone until Charles stops driving for them, plain and simple. But I do agree there is often this attitude that Carlos isn't the one who's 'supposed' to win, and I agree he's been treated poorly after literally being THE ONLY NON RED BULL DRIVER to win against Red Bull. I think theres some salitness among the Chirlies cause of that lmao.
I think Charles suffers from 'he's the next big thing' syndrome, people are absolutely sure he can one day win with Ferrari and be their saviour, the whole 'predestiano' mindset has just really gotten to people. So they see Carlos as a threat to that. Which is why replacing it won't solve the Chirlie problem, they'll just move on to whoever ends up in Carlos' seat next if he does leave.
It does suck. Carlos' achievements can feel so undermined sometimes. Like he isn't worthy of being considered because he's 'Just Carlos Sainz Jr.' when he's proven to be a capable driver who really does deserve to be there. You can argue abuout him being just a nepo baby but I mean. Mick Schumacher couldn't stick around. Your name can only carry you so far, and I think Carlos has proved himself more than enough. It just sucks. I understand your frustration.

Please take into account that some of the things might not be corresponding to the actual episode, but I forget things so bare with me 💀 also I’ll try to make this as short as I can because I talk too much 😭
- The way Guenther and Gene got rid of Mazepin… they were waiting for that 💀
- Mazepin getting called “Mazapan” 😭
- The way Guenther and Gene spoke about Mick was just not it. You can be mad that your driver isn’t performing the way you want him to in a shitty car, but human decency shoukd always come first. Fuck them. Fuck Haas and fuck everyone except Kevin. Fuck Nico just in case.
Episode 2: Mercedes principal Toto Wolff works to combat the team's unexpected struggles, while Lewis Hamilton navigates a bumpy ride in the team's redesigned car.

- Horny telling Toto to change his fucking car? My favorite moment of this whole season.
- Toto really went all psycho on them because they didn’t want to help him 😭 like bro, if everyone else but you was able to somehow fix their proposing issues, that’s your problem only.

- Whenever Charles spoke I felt a pain in my heart. I’m a Max fan and all, but I like Charles and I feel that his team failed him miserably. He deserves better so I hope Ferrari doesn’t fuck him up again. I don’t want him to win but yeah 😭
- I forgot about the Monaco “stay out, stay out”, if I was Charles I would’ve yelled at them. I don’t care.
Episode 4: Crashes and costs mount for Haas as driver Mick Schumacher fights to live up to his father's racing legacy and proves his worth to the team.
- When I tell you I cried almost the whole episode I’m not even joking.
- Y’all know how much I love and adore Mick, and you know that I’ve said that his performance wasn’t the best, but the way the team treated him? That’s fucking disgusting. How do you expect someone to be motivated when all you do is break him down? The fact that Kevin was the only person who believed in him is so sad and tells us all we need to know about Haas as a team.
- Guenther’s comments were just not it. I don’t care if you wanted him out, but no one deserves to be treated this way.
- When Max started talking about him I BAWLED my eyes out, and when they showed baby Max with Michael, tears kept falling and they didn’t stop. Plus he gave me baby fever LMAO.
- Max can’t even leave me alone on an episode that’s not about him.
- When Mick said his last name is a blessing and not a curse like many said? He said fuck you in every single language possible.
- Love Mick. Fuck Haas.

Episode 7: As the Red Bull team pushes to build on its lead against Ferrari, all eyes are on Sergio "Checo" Pérez during a dramatic Monaco Grand Prix.
- Dramatic Monaco Grand Prix? More like Ferrari being Ferrari and fucking up another Grand Prix.
- Checo reacting the same way I did when Seb decided to be funny.
- My theory about Carlos ALWAYS being on the podium whenever something crazy happens was proven right AGAIN.
- Checo saying his family is the most important thing and talking about his wife after cheating on her 💀 + the damage control made with scenes from their wedding, funny af. No one will forget it, but good try Checo.
- Max talking about the pressure of being a Red Bull driver when he’s the pressure 😭
Episode 8: When Pierre Gasly announces he's leaving Alpha Tauri, Yuki Tsunoda faces losing a teammate and a friend.
- Yuki farting next to Pierre at any chance he got 😭
- You know I’m not Pierre’s biggest fan but the way he talked about Yuki made my heart melt. You can see he actually cares about him. After all, he did say he was like a little brother to him.
- Yuki saying that he’s not a rookie anymore and that he’s ready to lead the team 👀 I hope he does though, I’d love to see that and I’d love to see him prove us all wrong.
- Nyck saying he’s going to bring maturity to the sport and me wheezing because I FUCKING FORGOT HE’S ALMOST 30 😭
- Yuki almost crying when Pierre was giving him a motivational talk.
Episode 9: With both championships within reach, Red Bull's team faces incendiary accusations that they've cheated by violating a league-wide spending cap.
- “We didn’t cheat” - Horny.
- “Turns out we exceeded the limit” - Horny, 5 seconds later.
- Toto going one by one trying to stir shit up and the only one who ended up doing something about it was Zak.

i really enjoy the way young royals explores the theme of legacy and how detrimental it can be to have to live up to a legacy or be obsessed with reputation. (analysis and thoughts under the cut)
i think wilhelm resents the fact that he has to live up to the role of being in the royal family and yet is very afraid of ruining that legacy bc of all the pressure. before he was sent off to hillerska he went to a normal school and wanted normal people around him and was content with erik having to take on the responsibilities of crown prince. and when he does have to assume that role he says he can never be erik, that he’s always had to be compared to him and obviously doesn’t like that. but even before erik passed and he had to take on those duties he was afraid of fucking up the legacy of the crown, when he sees that sign in the hallway that says you are in charge of your own legacy after he holds hands with simon, his anxiety worsens. you can tell it’s been instilled in him for a long time that what is most important is the crown’s reputation rather than his own wants. in the scene where him and simon fight about alexander being caught, he obviously wants simon to stay, but he focuses on how him doing drugs will fuck up his family’s reputation if it gets leaked. as much as he cares for simon, his legacy and his duties are like this oppressive cloud hanging over him.
i do think that wille cares for his family of course but to me it’s different that the sort of loyal unconditional care with simon and his sister/mom. erik and wille had unconditional love, erik understood how difficult being a prince in the public eye was, and wille obviously cared for him deeply and felt like he could to talk to him about issues. his relationship with the queen is much more strained, she wants a tailored, doctored representation of him in the media, he cannot be anxious and bite his nails, she makes all the decisions for him. family is important to wille partially because it has to be bc of how special his family is. he helps his family, he helps august pay his tuition, and then makes a point of disowning august after his betrayal as his new “brother”. but again, because of the royal status and expectations upon the family, that supersedes and colors all of their relationships with each other. it seems to be more a sense of “duty” than unconditional love. especially after erik’s death, wille always has to consider how the crown’s image will be impacted, even though he never wanted to have this responsibility, or even the responsibility of being the “regular” prince under erik. being a family unit that is under constant public scrutiny is going to strain relationships. the queen knows that the anxiety of fucking up his legacy will get to him, and she uses that to get wilhelm to back out of admitting it was him in the video and coming out. wilhelm has to choose between his own happiness and their reputation, is forced to think that denying it’s him in the video is the only way. he loves simon and wanted to live freely, but that pressure of legacy won out.
i don’t know if i think wille necessarily values the crown over his own personal happiness and relationships, like in the way maybe the queen does--i don’t think it comes from a place of “i’m lucky to be prince and owe my duty to the crown, so i do what i have to do to stay that way” (like how the queen said the crown is a privilege not a punishment), but from fear of destroying the legacy and his family. afterall, he still wanted to pursue a secret relationship with simon, i think if he fully valued the crown and uplifting legacy and fulfilling his duties he wouldn’t have tried that. he wouldn’t have made a point to tell simon he loves him. hopefully we get another season because i think with the iconic ending revolution rendition and him looking in the camera, which also parallels the shot of him being forced to apologize/go to hillerska, he is realizing that focusing on legacy is taking away what’s important to him, and he’s going to shake shit up.
august is definitely the most obsessed with legacy, wanting to carry on his father’s business, being persistent on befriending wilhelm and trying to social climb, wanting power and perfection with being prefect, rowing captain etcetera. he is so obsessed with perfection and reputation he gets addicted to drugs, he fucks with simon and makes him get stuff for parties he can’t afford because good parties will make him look better, he manipulates sara multiple times, he mostly wanted felice because of her nobility, he fucking films wilhelm and simon and OUTS him, his own cousin. he hates that wille has everything he wants but isn’t as interested in preserving and more importantly improving the legacy he’s inheriting. meanwhile august’s familial legacy is dwindling, and he holds on to the last bit of assets and names that he can.... v much sick and a weirdo that shows how harmful being obsessed with legacy is
the queen is of course v focused on legacy and it really breaks my heart and makes me angry that she doesn’t care about wilhelm’s happiness more than their reputation, and moreso doesn’t get august in trouble for literally leaking child p*rn of her kid for the sake of appearances?!?!?! like how is he even remotely trustworthy she is wrong for that! like i said earlier the obsession with legacy puts a strain on their mother/son relationship. she doesn’t even really say anything about wille’s sexuality or his relationship, and barely comforts him, mostly goes in with a plan she’s already concocted without him to fix everything.
erik seemed to understand and accept his role as crown prince but obviously had issues with it as well, like when he makes the plan for him and wilhelm to run from the press, or when he tells wilhelm to enjoy himself while there aren’t so many eyes on him that care. erik shows someone who has more unconditional love and empathy but still has to focus on legacy and is much more inclined to continue his legacy, but we do see those glimpses over how even the most “ideal” attitude of preserving legacy causes issues.
felice is expected to live up to her mother’s legacy, of being an equestrian, of being the lucia, but she doesn’t want either of those things. her mother wants her to be thinner and straighten her hair, and find someone of nobility to be with. obviously she does find wilhelm attractive lol but i think the main reason she pursued him and definitely why she pursued august was because she was expected to social climb and have royal kids. felice feels the need to portray a false narrative of herself on social media to uphold a certain image of herself. it’s very fucked up that her mom wants those values instilled in her but i love that felice was putting up boundaries and pushing back against her mother and the narrative she’s supposed to live up to. her giving sara the role of lucia and focusing on supporting her friends more in the latter half of the season shows growth and i’m excited to see where her story goes.
sara is interesting because she seems to want to reject the legacy of her family and being working class and to fit in with the elite of hillerska. sara hates micke, hates that simon contacted him because it’s bringing in this “shameful” and painful part of their past (which i mean is def fair). other than sara’s betrayal in 1.06, i think the scene where she tells her family that she wants to reside at hillerska really exemplifies where she’s at in her relation to legacy/class. after dining at hillerska and living amongst the elite she gets annoyed at eating around the TV, she blames her mother for not leaving micke sooner, she gets angry with simon for caring for her. she wants to lead her own life, be popular and wanted because people want her, not for pity (even though i think simon of course truly cares abt his sister she feels annoyed with his protection and care). felice says early on that she thinks sara doesn’t care what other’s think or having friends, and sara says she still wants friends though. i think sara’s biggest thing is she wants to belong, her and simon moved schools after she was bullied for being autistic so i think that definitely affected her even though she tries to act nonchalant about hillerska at first. we see sara’s longing to fit in in smaller ways at first, like her asking her mom for a better piece of her uniform because hers are “cheap” and already worn out. she gets annoyed at simon for chewing loudly, or her mother sitting casually at the table. as she gets closer to felice and madison and all the other students, the allure of the upper class and their lifestyle draws her in more. so much to the point where she gets very anxious and upset at the idea of her and simon leaving hillerska because he’s having his own crisis and doesn’t consider his pov. so much so that she effectively betrays simon and felice, the people she’s closest to, to make a deal (and make out lol) with august to room there and “be just like him”. personally i think sara’s attraction to august is mostly that allure of the elite and that he seemed to “desire” her when he kissed her because he was being a manipulative dickhead--again that want to fit in and be wanted. and i think there is a really interesting angle of jealousy and competition in female friendships, even if it is really subtle or not intentionally insidious or anything, sara does slowly start to trying to assume all the roles/fashions/mannerisms of felice to live that life she wants. i do think felice and sara’s care for each other is genuine and one of my fave parts of the show, but i think a lot of people who experienced being a teen girl know how we are always pitted against each other even in our subconscious because of how society treats and values women.
simon seems to be the character that is least interested in upholding legacy and tradition or giving a fuck what anyone thinks (as omar said here lmao) and that makes him a really interesting foil to wilhelm. there could be something said about micke fearing that simon is following in his footsteps, but to me that plot more so reveals how the upper class (august) continually exploit the working class for their benefit, and the trappings of generational oppression. the other thing that can be said is simon signing up for private tutoring and rowing, but again i think that serves to further show that he is forced to “play” by the game of the elites because the school/society is corrupt, and also, that simon has further ambitions outside of where he’s at. he wants to get good grades because he wants to explore new places and avenues. to me simon’s biggest motivations are his passions, the things and people he loves--music, his family, wilhelm. he isn’t loyal to others just because he’s expected to be, or uphold a certain image but because he really cares. he doesn’t watch out for sara because that’s his expected role as her brother to do so, but because he cares. he wasn’t interested in knowing wilhelm because he’s a prince like everyone else, he makes it clear he thinks the royal family are privileged and exploitative, but he is interested because he saw the real wilhelm. he’s out and proud even though his elite classmates are more conservative, he doesn’t care about voicing his unpopular opinions, he has no problem walking away from august’s dickhead behavior or calling him out on his shit. simon doesn’t care if people don’t think of him in the best light. (the only exceptions ig are the drugs conflict and the video, though literally anyone would have a problem with that because it’s much deeper that public opinion and has ramifications and is deeply traumatic--but just adding that before someone is like “well actually!”) i also think it’s interesting that most of the songs simon sings has themes of pushing back against the societal norms, and being remembered in history, plus of course the revolution song motif, and how much those songs affect wilhelm, he seems to connect deeply, like he wishes he could do those things but simon is the one who gets to sing them and actually live them.

mickey gets a promotion in this fic bc it’s what he Deserves so he’s no longer mickey, the scary old army security guard with the tattoos, but mickey, the hot mall security guard with the tattoos lmao enjoy!!!

Mickey’s gotta admit, making the step up from OldArmy security guard to overall mall security guard comes with some perks. Forone thing he doesn’t have to wear that ugly ass uniform with the lilac poloshirt anymore. The pay’s better and whenever he doesn’t feel like interactingwith people he can always spend a few hours in the back office watching thesecurity cameras. Not to mention the vague sense of smug amusement he gets atthe way his new uniform almost makes him look like a cop.
There is one downside though.
He’s acquired some…fans.
He gets it, sort of. The rest of his colleagues arebalding middle-aged men with beer bellies – well, all of them except Sharonwhose tattoos are even more questionable than his and who doesn’t exactly talkto shoppers so much as barks orders at them if they’re in her way – so he getsthat he’s probably the closest thing that qualifies as eye-candy for all theteenage girls with weird security guard fetishes that hang around the mall.
Doesn’t mean they don’t get fuckin’ irritating thoughwhenever they interrupt his lunches with Ian.
Ian, the piece of shit, finds the entire thingfucking hilarious and makes sure to tell Mickey as much every time he catcheshim trying to dodge one of them while he’s trying to take his break.
Honestly, Mickey would retire to the back officeindefinitely if it weren’t for the fact that he’s the only one besides Sharonwho can outrun the little shits that try to steal stuff. So that means heusually gets stuck on patrolling duty, stalking up and down the mall untilsomeone radios him about an issue.
The mall’s been relatively quiet so far today, prettystandard for mid-morning on a weekday. Mickey’s just considering taking adetour past the pretzel cart when Johnny radios him from back office.
“Mick, can you swing by Game Zone? The cashierpressed the panic button, looks like some kids are hassling him.”
Mickey holds in a sigh and unclips his walkie-talkie.“On it,” he says, turning on his heel to go back the way he came.
He’s so not in the mood to deal with teenage assholesthat should be in school trying to disrupt his morning patrol because they feellike stealing a fucking video game. When he arrives at the store he sees threekids, all about fifteen if he had to guess, cornering the cashier while afourth is shoving games into his backpack.
Rolling his eyes, Mickey squares his shoulders andcalls out a sharp, “Hey!”
The three over by the counter all snap their heads inhis direction and the one with the games freezes mid-thievery. Mickey marchesover to him first, grabbing him by the scruff of his t-shirt and snatching thebackpack from him. “I’ll take that,” he sneers, sounding menacing enough thatthe kid relinquishes the bag without a word. Mickey gives him a warning lookbefore glaring at his friends. “I’m gonna give you little shits five seconds toget lost before I’m bringing out the taser. Your choice.”
They don’t need to be told twice, hightailing it thefuck out there. Mickey pulls the kid he’s still got a hold of close and pitcheshis voice low. “I ever find out you or your friends step foot back in thismall, it’ll be the last thing you do. Hear me?”
The kid’s eyes widen in fear and he nods frantically,stumbling a step when Mickey releases him before running for his life.
Mickey watches him go with a faint smirk beforeturning back to the cashier. “You okay, man?”
The cashier stares at him, dumbfounded, before heseems to find his words. “Y-yeah! Yeah, I’m good, thanks! They just caught meoff guard.”
Mickey nods, suppressing a snort. The guy’s skinny asa beanpole, Mickey’s not sure how much good he’d be if he was on guard or not.He makes his way over to the counter then, upending the backpack full of games.“Have fun restocking the shelves, I guess.”
“Thank again, um…Mickey?” the cashier says, squintingat his nametag and holding out a hand. “I’m Robbie.”
Mickey nods and gives the guy a once over. He can’tbe older than twenty-one, probably some college kid just trying to make a fewbucks so he can get wasted at the weekend. Taking pity on him, Mickey shakeshis hand. “Those kids shouldn’t be coming back to bother you.”
“Thanks,” Robbie breathes, opening his mouth like hewants to say more but Mickey’s radio starts going off again.
“I gotta deal with this,” Mickey says, silentlygrateful he doesn’t have to stick around and socialise. “See you around.”

Mickey doesn’t think much of it when he starts seeingRobbie around the place after that. He just figures it’s one of thosesituations where now that he knows who the guy is he’s able to distinguish himfrom the faceless shoppers Mickey encounters every day.
And Robbie’s an okay guy. Mickey doesn’t mindengaging in a couple of minutes of small talk with him when he passes thestore. He gets that Robbie probably gets bored during his weekday shifts – old peopleand soccer moms aren’t exactly the target demographic for a video game store.
Honestly, he doesn’t think anything of it at all untilIan does.
Mickey is on his way to the food court to meet Ianfor lunch when he hears someone calling his name. He turns around to findRobbie jogging towards him.
“Hey,” he says with a slight frown. “Everything okayat the store?” He was just about to take his fucking break; he doesn’t needthis right now. Ian’s only got half an hour before he needs to get back to theambulance.
“Yeah,” Robbie assures him with a wave of a hand oncehe reaches him. “I just thought you might be on your way to the food court? Younormally take a break around now, right?”
Mickey raises his eyebrows. He hadn’t realised theywere at the point of learning each other’s schedules. “Uh yeah?”
“Cool,” Robbie says, falling into step beside him.“I’m on break now too.”
Mickey doesn’t recall ever seeing Robbie in the foodcourt at this time but then again, Mickey doesn’t tend to pay much attention toanything besides his lunch and Ian when he’s on his break. The walk is short andslightly awkward and Mickey breathes a sigh of relief when he spots Ian waitingfor him at their usual table, both their trays of food already laid out infront of him.
“I’ll catch you later, man,” he says, absently givingRobbie a wave before making a beeline for Ian and dropping into his seat.“Hey,” he greets, bumping his foot against Ian’s under the table. “Thanks forgetting the food.”
“Who was that?” Ian asks, an odd pitch to his voice.
Mickey looks up from his food with a frown. “Who waswho?”
“The guy you came in with,” Ian says, looking weirdlyintense at some spot over Mickey’s shoulder.
“Who? Robbie?” Mickey answers around a mouthful offood. “College kid who works at the video game store downstairs.”
Ian nods, mouth a tight line. “He seems…friendly,” hesays, voice all clipped and seriously, what the fuck is wrong with him?
“I guess?” Mickey shrugs, can’t say he’s ever thoughttoo much about Robbie’s personality before.
Ian nods again and Mickey fixes him with ascrutinising look. It takes him a second but he manages to place the pinched upexpression on Ian’s face. The last time he saw that was around Byron and…
“Holy shit, are you jealous?”
“Wh- no!” Ian sputters, face twisting into a scowlwhen Mickey laughs. “I’m not fucking jealous,” he insists, slumping back in hisseat and crossing his arms. “I just don’t like how he was lookin’ at you.”
“Uh huh,” Mickey says amusedly.
“Shut the fuck up,” Ian grouses, avoiding Mickey’seyes and suddenly appearing very preoccupied with his lunch.
“You realise we’re literally married, right?” Mickeypoints out, trying and failing to keep the amusement out of his voice. “Sometwenty-year-old hipster that can’t even defend himself against a couple ofteenagers isn’t gonna steal me away.”
“I know,”Ian huffs, rolling his eyes before meeting Mickey’s gaze with a pleading look.“Forget it, I was being an idiot.”
“Yeah, you were,” Mickey agrees, reaching across thetable to take Ian’s hand. “In case you missed the memo, I’m in love with you,dumbass.”
And finally, a reluctant smile spreads across Ian’sface as he squeezes Mickey’s hand. “I love you too,” he says and Mickey willnever get tired of hearing that. “Can we enjoy our lunch now?”
Mickey nods and releases Ian’s hand to pick up hisfork. By the time he has to get back to work, he’s all but forgotten the Robbieconversation.

A couple of days later Mickey’s shift is just aboutto end when he gets waylaid by Robbie.
“Hey Mickey,” he says, managing to corner Mickey justbefore he can get to the back offices to grab his shit. “You finishing up forthe day?”
“Yep,” Mickey says, impatient enough that he hopesRobbie will get the memo that he’s in a rush. Ian actually has the day offtoday and Mickey’s 90% sure they have the whole house to themselves and dammit,he wants a few hours alone with his husband.
“You got any plans?” Robbie asks hopefully,barrelling on before Mickey can answer him. “Because, you know, I still haven’tthanked you for helping me out that one time and I was thinking we could maybegrab a beer or-“
Robbie abruptly cuts off at the exact same momentMickey feels an arm settle around his shoulders.
“Hey, Mick,” Ian greets far too enthusiastically. (Mickeyisn’t gonna complain about the cheek kiss though.)
“Hey,” Mickey says, giving Ian an I-know-what-you’re-doinglook. “Get tired of waiting for me?”
“You realise how rare a free house is, right?” Ianasks, raising his eyebrows meaningfully. “We need to take advantage of everysecond we can.”
Mickey lets a slow smirk spread across his face andis just about to let Ian lean in for the kiss when he hears a noise that soundsvaguely like a squeak and remembers Robbie is still standing there.
He looks away from Ian and finds Robbie staringbetween them with wide, bewildered eyes. He’d almost feel bad for the guy ifseeing Ian get needlessly jealous wasn’t so funny.
“Oh I’m so sorry,” Ian announces, all faux-politenessas he turns to Robbie. “I didn’t even introduce myself. I’m Ian,” he says,sticking out his hand. “Mickey’s husband.”
“Husband!” Robbie sputters, voice high-pitched andcracking, and Mickey makes a valiant effort to keep a straight face.
“Yeah, how lucky am I, right?” Ian grins, squeezingMickey’s shoulder where he’s still got his arm around him. And Mickey knowsIan’s only saying this shit for Robbie’s benefit but it still makes him preen alittle.
Robbie seems at a loss for words and Mickey finallytakes a pity on him, deciding to end the one-sided pissing contest.
“We better get going,” he says to Ian, touching hishand to the small of Ian’s back. He has to bite the inside of his cheek when hemeets Ian’s gaze so he doesn’t start laughing. “See you later, Robbie!” hecalls, hearing Robbie’s faint, “See you,” as Ian starts steering them away.
“You enjoyed that way too much,” he mutters to Ian assoon as they’re out of earshot and Ian scoffs.
“Says the guy who used to stand over me like a guarddog when I worked at the club.”
“Those guys were literally trying to shove theirhands down your pants!” Mickey argues, elbowing Ian in the side before lettinghis arm wind round his back again.
“Fine, so we’ve established neither of us likes toshare.”
“No shit,” Mickey snorts.
Ian hums, pulling him to a stop just before theyreach the door to the back offices. “I meant it though,” he murmurs, drawingMickey in close until there’s only a few inches of space between them. “I amlucky.”
Mickey watches him for a minute, feeling his cheeksheat up and attempting to cover it up with a casual. “Fuck yeah, you are.”
Ian only smiles, looking too fond and tooaffectionate and Mickey so isn’t prepared for those eyes right now.
Patting Ian’s arms, he looks up at him with asuggestive raise of his eyebrows. “Now how about you let me get my jacket so wecan go home and I can show you how lucky you are?”
Ian’s smile transforms into something more and hesqueezes Mickey’s hips before releasing him.
Mickey hardly gets two steps away, however, beforeIan’s dragging him back into a kiss. He figures he’s pretty damn lucky too.

☕️ Second Merc seat?
Ok I'll be as unbiased as I can, because of course most of us will just say our favorite drivers. Like yeah of course I wanna see Lewis and Mick in an epic Merc duo, but objectively that's not going to happen any time soon. And since I'm extra bored I'll do a break down for all possibilities and why I think bringing them can be a good idea or not [under the cut because I'm not a bad person]
Valtteri
Let's start with the obvious one. Probably the most controversial driver in terms of which team he is in right now. Personally I'm neither a hater nor much of a fan, so I'm pretty neutral when it comes to him. Prior to this year, I would say that he was actually the best decision Mercedes could've made: a reliable driver, who was really fast in one lap pace, and who didn't make life a living hell for merc like Nico. But now that they don't have the fastest car out there, I don't think Valtteri is the best choice anymore. Maybe is burnout for being treated constantly like the second driver, maybe it's something internal in Valtteri, I don't really know. I just know that there's a real chance that they loose this year's constructors title, and I don't want all the blame placed on him, specially with all the fuck-ups Mercedes have made strategy wise. I feel like for both parties, Valtteri needs to find a team where he can be the first driver again, like his time in Williams which was pretty good.
George
Ah, the other name in everyone's mouth. This is a tough one I guess. Personally I think they should've place him in a midfield car for this year, so they can see how consistent he can actually be. To me, he is a very fast driver (the reason why they call him mr. saturday, although that title should be for charles but whatever), but I don't know how consistent he can be while fighting with other cars for points. There were a few races this and last year where he bottled it all by himself when he was getting to the points, so I'm afraid that one too many rookie mistakes in such a high pressure environment, could cost him his future in f1. But again, I could be wrong and he may do a fantastic job and I'll eat my words. Basically, I'm saying that I'm not that confident as some of you are that he'll do a good job in merc like he has done in Williams.
Esteban
Our last grand prix winner, the rat-boy himself, Esteban Ocon. This one is also tricky, because I see Force India Esteban and Renault/Alpine Esteban differently. The first one was not such a clean driver, but a very fast one. The current Esteban I feel like its more tame and calm, but lacks that raw talent that he showed in his first years (maybe this comes back though, now that he has a win under his belt). For me, this is a risky decision that may work, but it can also turned out to be another Checo.
The outsiders
So... who's left? To me, and yes this is a popular take on tumblr, but Pierre can be a good choice. I think eventually he'll want to get out of the RBR circle, specially since the main seat seems unlikely. I rate him highly, I think he has a lot of experience, and it seems like a good fit for Mercedes environment. There's also the case of Charles and Lando. I believe they are set on making it to WC in their own respective teams, so I don't see any of them changing teams before that happens. Fred Vesti and Theo Pourchaire are too young and inexperienced to get the big seat right away, and I don't see any driver of the current grid taking that spot.
And having said all that... there's a real chance that Merc will not be the seat everyone wants with the regulation. Next year seems really unpredictable, so I would't be that surprised to see them fall down the order, leaving whoever is on this seat with a bad team lmao.

His leg injury might flare up again after doing something to it, and maybe would need physio or even an operation
He does something heroic like saving someone from being hit by a car or something and brushes off praise saying he's not really a hero
He was fucking kidnapped!!

He becomes uneasy around the Taylors because they remind him of Keanu, maybe he has an outburst and that unease get exposed to them and so they get mad, tiff gets mad, whit gets mad, it's a mess, etc. etc. (this ones not that likely, Callum's way too forgiving to blame Keanu's family, but it is ee so nothing's out with the realm of possibility skfnsnsns)
Whitney's maybe kidnapping by Leo's mum does a number on him and brings back bad memories, and Ben gives him support/comfort
His dad was abusive
Phil/Ben does something that reminds Callum of his dad and he has a breakdown/panic attack and has a conversation w/ Ben about it, and they bond over having shitty dads again but this time more deeply
He and Ben discuss having kids and Callum is uneasy about it because he's afraid of being a bad dad like his own
Callum jokingly/offhandedly mentions something terrible about his childhood to Ben, Jay, and Lola that he doesnt realise is terrible, prompting a discussion
^all three would hopefully result in therapy of some kind lmao

Collins was a much different scenario: he had just watched Klaus slaughter a bunch of people in a very inhuman way, and understandably was a tiny bit disturbed by it. But even a far more benign scenario in which Klaus confesses what he is to someone he considers a friend and comrade-in-arms is never going to be low-key. It's very difficult for humans to accept being confronted by the monstrous, especially in the guise of their friend. We see this even in far more 'normal' situations in which a friend or family member is accused of a horrific crime. Either you can't bring yourself to believe it, no matter the abundance of evidence, or you're horrified. There is sometimes instantaneous denial; but never instantaneous acceptance. No matter how open-minded one is, if his comrade-in-arms suddenly tells him, "So, cool story, I'm actually a thousand year old cannibal and all my siblings are in caskets for rejecting me. You're gonna' keep being my friend, right????", he's hardly likely to initiate the Secret Bro Handshake. And I think anything less than total and immediate acceptance would trigger that unstable pissbaby.
Klaus is obviously tormented by and obsessive of the notion of loyalty; and for him loyalty is absolute. Both Klaus and his victims are being punished for Esther's rejection of him. He never got over that. He had to remake the idea of what it is to be family. He formed out of that godawful slurry of magic and bloodlust the perverted definition of love as blind tolerance. For him every rejection is his mother's rejection, and they are punished with equal violence.

Top five favourite EE characters at the moment?
ahhh this is so hard!! I’ve been so impressed with ee recently, I’ve found myself captivated by sls for characters i would never usually like, so picking my top five is definitely difficult. however!!
(im judging this purely on ee s2 as im gonna assume that’s what you mean ‘at the moment’)
1. Callum Highway
Im sorry hes my all time second favourite, and especially in ee s2 he’s had so much screentime it’s amazing!! I really do feel like he’s going to get to properly shine over the next few weeks as the current sls play out, and I do love angst so lemme have it!! I honestly just think that his current situation is so interesting, and it’s so unpredictable, which is definitely rare for ee, or for soaps in general really.
2. Frankie Lewis
Sure, she’s not had the most screentime since the return, but im so so excited to see more of her character! I feel like ee have the opportunity to make a really interesting character out of her, and from what ive heard of her upcoming sl, i really think we have some stuff to look forward to. I just hope we get more of hers and Ben’s friendship!! I can see them gelling really well because they seem to have very similar personalities, i just really hope we get that at some point.
(it was at this point i had a brain fart and forgot every ee character to ever exist lmao)
3. Kheerat Panesar
fuck, his scenes of late, especially last week, broke my heart. he’s such a good actor, and i’m glad we’re seeing more to him than just his family? It’s really nice how we’ve seen his character develop recently, and im really excited for things to come as we’ve definitely got some interesting sls coming up.
4. Ben Mitchell
okay he’s not had many scenes since the return but what he has had has been g o l d. of course, im pissed about the abandonment of the deafness sl but we wont blame that on ben. the scenes of him in custody were probably some of my favourites because they felt so much like proper ben, that was just really fun to watch. I’m also really excited to see how things pan out with him and callum and how he reacts when he finds out.
5. Karen Taylor
again, we’ve not seen a huge amount of her, but she’s always been up there with one of my favourite characters and it’s going to be so great to get to see how her character develops with the sl to come. Some of her most recent scenes properly broke my heart, and i feel like we’re really getting to see her potential now, which is awesome.
Honourable mentions - Mick/Linda Carter, Sharon Watts (i hate her but like some of the stuff with her and ian recently has been pretty funny), Martin (idk what his last name is but he do be looking fine of late)

WILLIAM FLYNN HALLIWELL
— wow so here we go. I remember very specifically. So my mom got the special Hulu to use the free trial and then cancel it so I watched the first two episodes of Deadly Class on it, then that night I watched the third episode when it aired after I watched The Magicians. I checked gif packs and yep I knew I wanted to do Benjamin Wadsworth. He, as my main, replaced by original version of Peyton Halliwell who I’d been struggling with forevers at that time. So originally I was thinking Henry Jr, but he’d been taken at the time. I’d also been obsessed with this fanfiction series (still am TBH it’s so fucking funny). This is the fic that made me say, I wanna do a damaged child taken in by a semi-adult. The semi-adult in the fic had been a teenager, so I thought of Mick who was playing Wyatt Halliwell and contacted her. ( Also a sidenote bc hilariously, the song came on. RWBY v6 had recently ended and the ending song NEVERMORE (which Will’s lyrics and title are from) started playing literally right now so thats funny ). Anyhow Mick was like SURE, and tbh the original connection idea was just through magic school but then it EVOLVED, I’m legit thinking thru the transcript of our conversation rn it’s wild??? Mick helped me choose darklighter-demon so this is fucking awesome ( go Mick!!! ) I LEGIT SENT THIS FROM THE FANFIC
“Hey, uh. Wyatt? I… I kind of failed my test today.”Wyatt grabbed the bottle of tequila that he insisted they didn’t own and poured it into his coffee. “I know, Will. I was there.” He sighed. Will slid the test across the table towards him and offered a wry smile. “My teacher said our parent or guardian needed to sign it if we failed.” He told him and Wyatt stared at him for a good two minutes before taking a long sip of the alcoholic coffee. He picked up the test and Will felt a stab of guilt for making the man look so goddamn tired. Maybe he should try a bit harder… Wyatt grabbed a pen and dramatically signed the test that he had graded earlier. “Get out of my face you evil, evil child.”

I can’t go into someone’s DM to help me so this’ll come from memory. I know I wanted to do Brenton, and for a bit I was considering doing him as our then-Davina’s brother connection. But I ended up not doing it bc I had muse for someone else and I was at character limit at the time (crazy right??) anyhow so…. okay tbh I have no idea how my want for Brenton translated into him becoming Henrik Mikaelson bc he does not look like a Mikaelson. I know it def had to do with Titans s2 coming out and a huge influx of muse for Brenton. I think I wanted to do a canon which was where Henrik fit in but honestly I don’t remember and now I’m bothered by it lmao. I know I played Freya thrice before doing Henrik so maybe it was a want for a Mikaelson? I really really don’t know what the fuck happened there. But yes, and his backstory of being brought back in s2 of TO came from another rp I was in where I played Henrik with Robbie Kay and even thou it didn’t end up clicking right bc of the fc, I always fucking loved my initial idea of him having come back way back then. I think my want for him to work with kids and be a caretaker came from Dick and Rachel in Titans tbh skndkngf bc I loved that softness and I was thinking he could have a soft relationship with Hope too, I rmemeber thinking to myself I’d use their huggle gifs for them eventually lmfao. But yes honestly my memory is shit and dusty and while I rmemeber how other huge changes and plots came to be for him, his creation is a molted memory. TBH I’m really surprised no one’s ever yelled at me for how non-Mikaelson he looks/is.

So, let’s pre-requisite this by reminding everyone I’ve played Peyton Halliwell twice before with a number of three FCs, maybe more that I’m forgetting too tbh. The ones I remember are Lili Reinhart, Ginny Gardner and Taylor Hickson. So what happened here was. Um. Okay tbh I don’t remember too much. My ultimate memory is in the form of me mentioning Natalia Dyer to Sam and him being like I FUCKING LOVE HER DO IT and honestly thats how that happened lmfao. Her personality stemmed from Natalia’s ton of guns gifs and I still haven’t actually done her intro RIP. But yeah, this is finally the Peyton I got right bc everyone actually likes her kdnkgngkng I think. But yes. There’s her origin story, Sam loving Natalia Dyer.

Barbara Gordan and Jane Levy. Babs is still fairly new, so I remember enough. I was in/still am in a Batfamily phase. So I was following the Titans tag and they showed a picture of Brenton and Jane in a movie together bc she’s the perfect Barbara Gordan and I just loved her Fc for the firs time, bc in the past I’d seen her and never felt anything. So I found out she had a good number of gif packs and they’re so pretty??? But I was so hesitant bc I didn’t have an idea for her and I didn’t wanna go in half cocked. So I had a gif of her in my drafts for weeks with the name Mar’i or Zoe beside it bc I couldnt think of ANYTHING. but then I was finally like, fuck it. and I wrote her intro somehow?? I rmemeber sitting there so usnure for such a while but then it started rolling and Victoria’s connection just fit. I wanted to name her Babs bc i fucking love the nickname Babs it’s so cute. I almost changed her name but Ace was a warrior for hte name Barbara so thus she became Barabara Friedh. Friedh, is a surname from the video game Lost Odyssey which I liked and yeee.
JACK KLINE
Okay so here’s the thing. Jack Kline is a soft soft sweet boy who has struggles with three dads and a major guilt complex. I loved him from his first episode. I was hesitant for a second tbh, bc I was like Maybe I shouldn’t. Cause it’d suck to take him on and drop him, or be really bad at him (jury’s still out on that one) but like. I have not felt such muse for a proper canon character in a hell of a long time. So I browsed through his edit tag and i just said, Okay so this is happening. I even ended up making a whole entire gif pack of him in one day yesterday bc resources r a Bich. But yes like. I love Jack a lot as a character. I feel like he made me enjoy Supernatural again bc I found his plotline so compelling and him to be such a good and earnest character who’s just trying so hard and that spoke to me.

The bus hummed quietly underneath your bunk as it continued down the dark, windy road. You huffed loudly, projecting your frustrations into the confined space. You weren’t frustrated at the situation - anything but, in fact - rather, at the difficulty of falling asleep. It had been like that ever since you’d joined the tour a couple weeks back.
Maybe the bus was to blame. The road had too many twists and turns for the large vehicle to handle, and the rain battered off it as though someone was throwing pebbles. Or maybe you were still focussed on your parents; the empty house they’d woken up to, the goodbye note you’d left on the kitchen counter.
Despite the worries that leaving them caused, you knew it was the right thing to do. And Vince left too, in a fashion. He gave them some warning at least, and a record deal to keep him going in terms of money. You didn’t give or have either of those things; you left because you were pushed, not because you were pulled.
For once Vince was the considerate older brother, when you told him you wanted to leave home he offered to help. Said you could ride with the band until you landed some place you wanted to stay. It was the least he could do, according to himself anyway.
You sighed again, pushing the duvet down to the bottom of the bunk and into a crumpled heap. You had decided to get a drink, maybe it would help you sleep. At this point, anything was worth a try.
The curtain separating the bunks was thin, so tip-toeing to the living room area was probably the best option. You didn’t want to wake anyone. Don’t get yourself wrong, the guys were nice and all. Just, it still felt somewhat uncomfortable when you were alone with them without Vince.
He had made the mistake of introducing you to the guys post-show. In other words, when everyone was drunk and high off their asses.
Tommy made a couple of passes at you that night, saying he’d fuck you if you weren’t Vince’s sister. Something about fucking you would be like doing it with Vince anyway. You guessed it was the chick hairstyle he’d been sporting the past few months.
Mick never really spoke to you - he kept very much to himself. He talks more to you now, making sure you’ve had a semi-decent breakfast on the road and asking if you have to pee every time the bus stops. It wasn’t the best conversation, but it was something. Occasionally you’d poke fun at your brother together. Okay, that was more than occasionally.
Nikki slipped you smack that night - successfully, of course. Not that you wouldn't have asked around for some anyway. You two were eerily similar; same hair colour, humour, taste in drugs etc. Maybe the last one was nothing to brag about, but it was a similarity nonetheless.
The floor was cold as your bare feet made their way across it. You kept your head down as you entered the room to make sure you didn't step on any discarded clothes or empty bottles. The bus was a constant mess. Just like Vince’s bedroom used to be back home.
“Can’t sleep?” you heard a voice question. It was followed by a dark chuckle as you visibly jumped from it’s unexpectedness. After all, you did think you were the only one awake.
You looked up to see Nikki sitting at the wooden dining table glancing back at you with a faint smile. There were papers sprawled all over the space - some ripped, or scrunched into balls.
You took the seat opposite him, nodding in response to his question. He chewed the lid of his pen and placed his other hand on top of a bottle of Jack.
“Want some?” He asked, “old people use it as a nightcap.”
You laughed and nodded again before resting your head in your hands. Nikki reached round the side of him where the glasses were kept, grabbing one and filling it for you. Of course, he poured one for himself too. The man was nothing without his drink. Apparently.
He screwed the lid back on the bottle and motioned for you to take a glass. You did as he said, taking a large gulp and grimacing at the taste. Not your favourite to say the least.
“So, why can’t you sleep?”
Nikki tended to ask a lot of questions; was quite interested when it came to other people’s lives. But God help you if you asked him anything personal. The ball would be on the roof before you could even toss it. He was somewhat of a mystery man.
“Could ask you the same question,” you tried, taking another sip of your drink.
“You could, but I asked first.”
He had a way of getting things out of you; he was the first one - other than Vince, obviously - that you had explained your situation to. He was nice about it, too. Surprised you a little, considering he could come off as somewhat apathetic at times.
“Just,” you struggled to find the right words, “it’s lonely.”
Nikki looked up at you puzzled. Maybe a little hurt, too. The two of you had had the occasional movie moment in the past few weeks you’d spent together. With that, it meant that you would make eyes at each other from across the room, or simply let one take a bite of the other’s food. Little things nobody else noticed, or so you hoped.
“I mean, you and the guys are great, but, I miss my girl friends. And my boyfriend.”
You looked down at the glass in hand and swirled the dark liquid. It wasn’t strictly him you missed, rather, it was the affection he gave. And the sex, oh god, the sex.
Vince didn’t like seeing you sleep around, and considering you were technically on his tour, you went along with his rules for the most part. Obviously you still gave the occasional blowjob in grubby club toilets, or maybe you’d get fingered behind the venue. But it wasn’t anything like you got up to back home - it was a sorry excuse if you were being honest.
Nikki coughed slightly before speaking up, “you uh, you have a boyfriend?”
You knew what he was getting at, considering you had never mentioned one before. Though, it hadn’t really come up in conversation. He knew if he asked you if you had a boyfriend, it would make it obvious that he liked you. And Nikki Sixx doesn’t do obvious. Not with relationships anyway; pretty sure the only people he’s said ‘I love you’ to was your brother, Tommy and Mick.
But you know a hopeless romantic when you see one. Rather, when you meet one. And it wasn’t just because you knew he liked you - anyone could tell that from a mile off. Apart from Vince, who liked to pretend he didn’t notice anything between the two of you.
No, you could see it in the way Nikki treated the women he slept with. It was different from how your brother would - oh, Vince sure treated girls like shit for someone who would punch a guy for treating you the same. Mick was the complete opposite; he didn’t have a girlfriend and rarely slept with random women either, not even the nice ones. And Tommy, well Tommy was a hopeless romantic too. Except it was so easy to tell - poor guy wore his heart on his sleeve.
“I did. Or, well, I do? I don’t know really. We never explicitly broke up but then again we never explicitly asked each other out in the first place. It was always weird between us - but we had a good run.”
The older boy listened to you ramble, not interrupting even once. It was almost out of character.
“Well, it’s not like you’re going to see him any time soon,” Nikki spoke in a low voice. Whisper-like; flirtatious.
He stood up from opposite you, making you budge up so he could sit beside you in the booth-like diner seat. You turned to face him, the two of you now inches away from each other. Although, he seemed timid - nervous, almost. His words came out in quite the contradictory fashion, however.
“My advice would be to fuck him out of your system, you know. Maybe I could even help you?” Nikki suggested smugly.
You knew it was unlikely for anything real to happen between you and Nikki. He was a complicated man, and everyone had warned you not to get too close. As if you could.
But alas, you weren’t looking for a relationship anyway. So maybe Nikki’s offer was the best way to go about things for now. You had enjoyed the game of teasing the two of you had played over the past few weeks though, so you continued such.
“I don’t know, he was pretty special to me...” you lifted your arms off the table and wrapped them around Nikki’s neck to play with the strands of hair that fell down onto his back.
“Maybe it would take a few tries,” You said, matching Nikki’s earlier low and seductive tone.
His lips turned up into a sly smile, humming in response and leaning in to rest your forehead’s together. Your breathing hitched, your mind almost wiped of all but this sweet moment.
Almost.
The two of you had your eyes closed now, both ghosting over each other’s lips yet neither confident enough to make the first move. But then he couldn’t take it any longer; the lust, the wait, the hunger - it was all too much.
Nikki leaned in, pressing his lips to yours faintly, testing the waters. You kissed back immediately, hands moving from around his neck to either side of his face. He moaned slightly in response and did the same, deepening the kiss as he went.
Eventually, he pulled back for air. You whimpered. He didn’t deprive you of touch for long, mouth now attaching itself to your neck. You threw your head back, almost completely entranced in the moment.
Almost.
You couldn’t ignore it any longer, Vince’s words swimming around your head.
“Nikki...” you dragged his name out, hoping to make him stop. However, it came out as more of a moan and hence didn’t work in your favour.
Your hands roamed his body, tilting your head down and beginning to undo the buttons of his red shirt. It was part of the inner conflict; you knew you shouldn’t be doing this - Vince would surely kill you...and Nikki, but it felt so good. So fucking good.
“Nikki what about Vince?” You spoke breathlessly, helping the older boy slide his shirt off his tanned shoulders.
He only chuckled in response, stopping his work on your neck and beginning to play with the hem of your oversized t-shirt. It was all you were wearing, and common sense had kicked in enough to push his hands down when he tried to lift it above your head.
Nikki whined, now realising that you had wanted a real answer to your question as opposed to a grunt.
“It’ll be fine, doll. It’ll all be fine, I promise.” He smiled at you, panting and pupils blown, still sporting an undeniably coquettish expression.
And that was all it took. Your green eyes darted towards the bunks - thankful that Nikki had the bigger room at the back of the bus. He followed your stare and stood up from his seat at the booth, sticking his hand out for you. You took it firmly, butterflies swarming in your stomach at the gesture. In a good way, of course.
He led you to the back of the bus, the two of you making sure to be as quiet as possible. Which was pretty hard for Nikki when you groped him through his leather trousers. Originally it was for a laugh, though you couldn’t help but enjoy the reaction it got out of him.
The door opened. The door closed. It was a split second before Nikki had pushed you on to the bed, you lifting your t-shirt up to expose yourself. All naked, except a pair of black lacy underwear. Though they were soon to disappear, too.
Nikki reattached himself to your neck as you worked on unlacing the crotch of his trousers - which was proving to be a somewhat difficult task. You eventually managed to slip them halfway down his legs, contently watching his every move as he stood up to discard them completely.
He stood at the side of the bed and stared at you hungrily before you put your palm on his chest to entice him back to bed. You liked it when he looked down at you like that, the proud grin on his face as he knew he had eventually gotten his way with you.
And oh god, were you glad about that.

Arrow S7 Ep1 Thoughts
I haven’t watched Arrow in a long time, but watching the recap and uhhh Ricardo Diaz or whatever was the most annoying fucking bitch… the biggest reason I’m watching Arrow is because of the Elseworld’s crossover (since I stopped on the episode for The Flash) and also because the show is ending and I’d hate to not finish it after putting in six seasons so far so let’s fucking goooooooooo
- See, this is the problem I have with many shows. They use the same annoying villain for more than a season and honestly I just want the pain to fucking end. Why do you think they only have villains for a season, and then they defeat them and are never seen again? Because otherwise it gets repetitive and boring. Also low-key forgot that William was Oliver’s son. Oh… that was a nightmare Oliver was having um… well everything still applies.
- Ruelle’s songs are always amazing for badasses I love it and her!
- “Watch it, Arrow” bitch are you really going to try and fight him he’s THE ARROW. You’ve seen him fight. Stop being a little bitch. Also, wouldn’t they have to put Oliver in solitary confinement considering he’s a hero (or at least, a big target for the other inmates)?? And what does that security guard have against Oliver like—

- How to tell that someone is cosplaying as the Arrow other than Oliver being in jail: they unnecessarily shot this guy in the hand, and then made a spectacle out of him by posing him on the tire of a police car at the precinct.

- OLIVER’S EYES WATERING UP MY FUCKING HEART!!! Also, I give him shit sometimes but he’s so fucking strong? Physically, yes, but I mean mentally as well. How? However, she SEEMS okay and was pretty cool from what I just witnessed so maybe I’ll give her another shot.
- RENE MY BABY BOIIIII!!! He’s teaching self defense to teenagers and his daughter PLEASE I LOVE THIS?!?!? I love his relationship with his daughter (and the idea of them fighting crime together when they’re able to again) but high key wasn’t she very, very young last season or am I tripping?

I am itching to post a comment for the recent update, but I’m also in the middle of finals and would not be happy if I didn’t give this week’s update the comment it deserves. To think it took all day to send this out alone! So instead, I’m hitting both of you up with a couple questions and headcanons requests. (Apologies in advance cause there’s quite a few of them 😅)
1. I’ve been wondering for a while now since we’ve seen them interact with other Arrowverse characters in their social media, but do the Legends still maintain contact with Snart? He’s the only one that’s literally a city away and contacting someone you’re used to seeing face to face constantly isn’t always easy.. How’s he doing over in Central City?
2. Do y’all have any headcanons for the OG Legends? How did they become the Legends? Or tell us about one of their OG misadventures (that may or may not have resulted in detention). 😉
3. Since y’all also mentioned that Ali is now running with the Soph Squad™, I was wondering if you have any headcanons about them? I just want to hear some cute stuff for them (especially cause Lil’ Sharpe is a fucking fav. Did they adopt her like how Sara merged the friend groups? Did they playfully tease Ali after learning her middle name like finding any and every way to play “Jenny from the Block” every hour on the hour (totally haven’t done that >.>).

and RIGHT HEADCANONS AND STUFF.
1. snart. mick definitely keeps in touch with him, and he’s pretty good friends w barry so wally hears abt stuff through barry. sara tags him in memes every once in a while and texts him abt stuff, occasionally they tag each other in #tbt posts, but they don’t maintain That much contact really, but they catch up if they ever get a chance
2. i feel like you wanted something nice and fluffy for this but we ended up just going on angst spirals about freshman year sara instead lmao. in our minds, the legends group isn’t Quite the legends group until late in their freshman year. sara grew up being best friends with laurel, tommy, oliver and thea and they were pretty tight knit for most of her life. it wasn’t until middle school (or rather, sara’s eighth grade) that suddenly the older three were at a different school and both thea and sara kinda looked to expand their friend group (and it’s around this time that sara met and started dating nyssa). in freshman year, sara’s going through a bit of a hard time finding herself. she’s in this super low spot of trying to be both like laurel and not like laurel at the same time, and it hits her super hard how much her mother just Doesn’t care and her outlet ends up being acting out a lot.
she becomes pretty tight with mick and snart and they get into a lot of trouble together for a while during the year. ray, amaya and jax are the three who manage to worm their way into sara’s life and become friends with her and slowly ease her away from that self destructive behaviour, esp ray and amaya - ray with getting through to her understanding what it’s like to have that constant comparison to a sibling, and amaya by being one of the first female friends that sara has had in a while and who she refreshingly needs to find her own since of femininity and style and stuff that isn’t in some way trying to emulate or be opposite to laurel at all
sara drags mick and snart with her away from that whole troublemaking thing and at the same time, ray starts dating kendra (who sara knew through nyssa) and amaya becomes quite close with nate, so them + jax are the original legends.
it’s very early sophomore year that snart moves away (he comes back to visit a few times and he and sara hook up one time after nyssa leaves). kendra starts to drift a bit after nyssa leaves as well, and has her own group of friends even though she and ray are still dating. zari moves to star city right after christmas break and ray and jax are assigned her ‘buddies’ to show her around and she sits with the legends those first few days at lunch. she and amaya click almost immediately, and she likes nate even though he’s a bit annoying and ray is sweet if not a little overwhelming and jax and mick seem pretty chill. but she and sara butt heads so quickly, and a lot of that is bc sara isn’t in a good place at all after nyssa leaving and zari reminds her so much of herself that she’s starting to think all these things about the legends replacing her somehow, and it’s not until ray picks up on that and quietly takes her aside and promises that it’s nothing like that, that zari just needs friends the way they all did last year, sara eases up a bit. (zari tries out for the soccer team soon after though, and it’s there that she and sara realise how well they work together and how good friends they could be if they just tried)
ray and kendra break up early junior year, but they’d been distant for a while anyway. kendra still remains pretty good friends w the legends tho. nate and amaya also break up junior year but it’s an amicable break up and obvs they both stay in the legends.
as for how they became legends - i don’t think neither me or rachel are particularly inventive when it comes to pranks and creative adventures and misdemeanours, so if you (or anyone else) has any ideas for various mischievous things the legends got up to to earn their name, pls send them our way!!
3. they are the fucking cutest okay. thea and ali have been friendly and all since middle school and they’re on the same lacrosse team and ali always thought their group seemed cool, but it’s not until she’s trying to find a new table to sit at (pointedly avoiding looking at her old friends) that thea waves as though they’re Best Friends and points at a free seat beside roy. we have thea, roy, curtis, rené, sin and probs a few other OC’s as their friend group. it’s a big group but everyone has kinda smaller mini groups within it and that group ^ w those names is the group that ali gets adopted into. it’s kinda weird for ali bc she hasn’t had a lot of guy friends before, but she immediately loves it. curtis teaches her how to play video games and she schools rené big time in basketball and when she realises sin is gay, she explains why she left her old group after their homophobic comments abt ava and sin immediately grins and goes “i like you.” roy and thea become ali’s best friends out of the group though, always inviting her to stuff and making points to get to know her and funnily enough, ali never quite feels like a third wheel (i mean, she does sometimes), but it just feels natural. she joins the school archery club bc thea encourages her to, she goes round to the queen house all the time to study and it’s cool bc the queens are friendly with the sharpes bc they’re in the same social circle and thea gets having parents who are Like That and ali realises that she’s never felt more comfortable with a group of friends in her life
(there are so many more headcanons abt the third thing but the post is so long & so we’re gonna save those for another time heh)
