another thing we don’t talk about enough: when we first see poe he hasn’t gotten the scar on his cheek yet and as the films progress we get to watch it heal and fade and i so fucking appreciate how much attention was put into this little detail and i think it only adds to his character. it’s just another mark the war left on him, a constant reminder of what he went through))))):
