So I’ve been seeing a lot of talk about creep Dean recently, but BUT hear me out on creep Sam. Smelling his big brothers shirts or literally any clothing item of deans that he steals, watching Dean fuck random girls on motel beds from cracked bathroom doors because Dean asked him to stay in there out of sight so he could bring said girl back for a quickie.

Staring just long enough for Dean to be able to feel the eyes on him then not looking away when Dean looks at him, just holding the eye contact and staring into deans fucking soul. Peeking in on Dean showering after a hunt or getting uncomfortably handsy when patching up wounds that didn’t need to be looked at the way he was, then Dean never commenting on it cause it’s just Sam being sam and he can do no wrong in his big brothers eyes.

We can imagine his expression, though. Sleeping baby brother is adorable, and that's an understatement.

He leans on the seat, face turned and tilted towards Dean. How many times did he sleep like that, setting to be as near as possible to big brother?

How many times did Dean watch him sleeping, seeing that he was safe? I can just figure out the sweetness of big brother's gaze upon his Sammy, from the tilt of his head turned to watch him.

Just to spice up this sappy moment, big brother will pull a prank on baby brother. Oh, well. That's just in character with Dean Winchester and his no-chick-flick-montents policy.

One of the main things I really love about Supernatural is how it takes a platonic/fraternal relationship and parallels it with romantic relationships over and over again to show that it is just as committed and pure and true a form of love and devotion. The show validates and holds up non-sexual relationships as worthy of ripping the fabric of reality apart for. It says that while you may, personally have problems with your brother, you are still certain that he is the best and most important person in the entire universe and it's vitally important that he remain a part of it. It says that your soulmate may very well be your annoying brother, and that's 100% good and beautiful and here is an epic 15 year long love story to immortalize it.
