Wouldn't it be awful if this was actually foreshadowing Vecna delivering Will a final blow -- has he noticed that everyone is forgetting him? How even his own mother forgot his birthday? Has he noticed how his sister seems to be the perfect child, the perfect sibling, someone who brought his mom together with Hopper (where his dad left because of him), she made their family whole again after he broke it, she makes Mike happy in a way he never can. Someone undeniably better to show how unneeded he is -- and then for Vecna to tell him it's because he is a mistake, and in order to save everyone, he needs to correct that mistake and erase himself and that's the reason for birthdaygate, because of that butterfly effect.

In terms of the butterfly effect, Diana Reid is the best example in criminal minds I can think of for how one choice changes everything. Her choice to endure her pregnancy without meds in order to have Spencer ultimately ended up saving so many lives and effecting so many people. All because she chose to not let her disease stop her from being what she most cared about- a good mom. And she fucking is. She raised him mainly by herself. She made him care about helping other people. She raised a child who got 7 PHD’s and ultimately changed the world with his intellect and desire to help others. He could have become a Sheldon Cooper type, but because of her, he wasn’t.

Goddamn. Diana Reid really fucking did that, and she deserved way more than a dementia diagnosis. Give my girl the respect she is owed.

I forgot to mention it here but my lloyd garmadon x reader mega fic (that’s what I’m calling it now) has surpassed 300k words.

It’s the first book in a trilogy that will probably put me in my grave. It’s only just over halfway done (44/80 chapters) (yes, I am mentally unwell, thanks for asking)

Holy cow, TWO MONTHS passed! How could this happen… but yeah, I’m still pretty much in a simp club and willing to continue developing this story.
