“You’ve got those eyes that drive me crazy and I’ve got eyes to watch you sleep,” really isn’t the kind of lyrics I want in my favourite song

I love how out of the 14 hours of music in my Hannibal playlist every song reminds me of either Hannibal, Will or both in some way or another Except One. That one song is in there because it reminds me of Matthew Brown but more specifically Matthew Brown as written in fanfictions where he kinda becomes one of Wills strays and would do literally anything for him.
Anyways here's the song it's a banger

I know y’all really don’t care about my music taste but just to let you know, the same people who made the song Unhealthy Obsession, The Blake Robinson Synthetic Orchestra, made a cover of Stalkers Tango by AutoHeart

The Blake Robinson Synthetic Orchestra (feat. Gloom Darkheart): An Unhealthy Obsession
An apparently super-famous stalker anthem that everyone knows about is this nice beat with disturbing lyrics about how the person who's following you totally knows you'll say yes if they just keep following you and going through your stuff. Why can't more songs be this romantic? Aren't people in love anymore?
Song Score: 2002/10

Uuugh this song "An Unhealthy Obsession." is so very much Stalker!Natasha coded. Her infatuation with you turned into a full on out unhinged obsession.
You're walking down the street from 7 eleven and you get the sense that someone is watching you. So you look around and see no one; It's definitely Natasha in her car stalking you.
You're in your room and once again you get that feeling as before, so you closed all the curtains in your apartment. But the feeling is still there. You convinced yourself it's all in your head thus you put on your favorite comfort show, Bluey. It worked. But little did you know that your instincts were right cause sure enough there is Natasha smirking in her bedroom masturbating and moaning your name while watching you on her laptop through the many cameras she secretly installed all around in your apartment.
And every morning like clock work Natasha has her laptop open and ready, and there you are doing your morning routine so unaware what's happening. Natasha, oh Natasha is loving every second of it that she can't help but think; "What a dumb baby so clueless. You don't even know what's coming uh? Soon my pup. Fucking soon." all while grinning like the obsessive women she is.
By the way she has a copy of your apartment key.

thinking of homelander being so unconscious about his stalking and obsession with someone, justifying it despite the fact hes gone from stealing small articles of clothing to hairbrushes and family photos - better yet, a reader who is entirely unaware of it, not having spoken to him face to face at all, just an intern at vought who works on the first floor who peaked his interest entirely
- 🌵 anon <3
aaahhhh unrepentant stalker Homelander is my bread and butter! I think all the time about the way he said he was nesting, and how that might manifest in different ways. Imagine him stealing things and very deliberately placing them in his own home.
Your toothbrush right next to his, your hairbrush in his top drawer, your body wash in his shower, your clothes hanging next to his in his closet. Photos of you on his fireplace mantle. Odds and ends you left out that may as well have been gifts to him. It helps him play out this elaborate little house fantasy.
In his mind, not only are you fully aware of his interest in you, but you're pining for him just as badly.
You're not unwitting, you're just enjoying the dance as much as he is. Why else would you put on such cute little shows when you're all alone at your place? Why else would you match your bra and panties at work if not for knowing he could see right through to them? Why else would you wear that perfectly sweet perfume that's not too overwhelming, but just right for his senses?
Everything you do has been for him. It has been since the moment you arrived at Vought.
He's certain of it.
