One thing I was never able to get over with certain isekai is how the mc is always introducing these world changing concepts and inventions to the savage dumb ancient people. I hate using this term, but it's this specific colonizer mindset where the mc is God's gift to society opening the minds of the sheeple to a better life. It's rarely the mc learning about the world around them and realizing that maybe their idea may be wrong and always about how everyone else is wrong and mc is only right.
