omg what do u mean its been a full year of your amazing art and stickers and manga and.... *sending all the fandom luv can muster*
Thank you so much!!! It was a really busy year for me, but I’m really proud of everything that came of it! I kept the manga running all year, I started my original webcomic, I moved, I sold things online, I read all of One Piece, I got a lot done!
I can’t believe I’m gonna be wrapping the manga up in a couple months, but hopefully once it’s done I can keep making cool content for you guys! (I’ll never stop drawing Taylor. They’ll never take him from me.)

LIAR YOU TOTALLY WATCHED ONE SEQUEL!!! 😉💜

HAHAHAHA, I should clarify that I just mean for super hero-y ones. I mostly watch the first one and rarely watch the second (or anything after...... or remakes, lol), I think the only Marvel one I've seen in recent history is Thor: Ragnarok. Actually, the Spider-man franchise pretty much encapsulates how I interact with Marvel properties: I saw the first trilogy because it was new and exciting at the time, then they remade it too fast and I refused to pay for something I just saw, that was so recent in my memory from the release date I could still remember exact scenes from it (THERE WERE ONLY FIVE YEARS BETWEEN SPIDER-MAN 3 AND THE REBOOT - THAT IS NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR ME TO GIVE A SHIT ABOUT THAT AGAIN. HOW IS THAT ENOUGH TIME FOR ANYONE TO GIVE A SHIT ABOUT THAT AGAIN???), then I watched the first Tom Holland one (fourteen years I can vibe with) and nothing that followed because that's generally when the gimmicks and cameos start in lieu of good story-telling, or they make it dark and gritty because that's the only way to ground this superhuman, right (I assume a random white guy: "Should we fridge a lady? Yeah, we should probably fridge a lady"). The first one generally at least tries to have a soul because they have to introduce the character and make you care about them but many of the ones that follow (the few I've seen from when the MCU was just starting out and I had hope *coughs*Iron Man 2, Thor 2, etc.*coughs*) are just cash grabs that don't try because you already love this character and there they are, right there, so money please!
Meg 2 however..... EPIC, NO NOTES. It knows if I was a shark girl, I was probably a dinosaur girl and it gambled correctly. That's what you're watching this for? Have three sharks and an unnecessary (probably stupid expensive) dinosaur intro that is nearly completely irrelevant to the story but that you will also not want to live without and for an extra special bonus: oblivious husbands and their brilliant daughter. Like. You got me nailed, my dude. Will watch every subsequent sequel, no questions asked.

If Feather had lived (Storm dieing in her place) and remained close to Twany, how do you think her reaction to Leopard slipping back into her old ways be? If she hadn't been kicked out at that point, would she leave for Thunderclan or help Misty?
Bonefall Feathertail has a very solemn way of coming to terms with things. Between them, Stormfur was the cynic. Feathertail is the one who always believes that things work out and will get better.
So I think her realizing this would have been quite similar to Misty. They would have shared a lot of silence, understanding exactly what the other is thinking, and what they must do.
Feathertail would stay and help Misty. I also think she wouldn't be the type to go live in the mountains. She would have stayed in RiverClan and probably become deputy after Mistyfoot kills Leopardstar. Misty can trust Feather utterly and completely. If Feather was exiled, she would come back the moment it was safe.

me: yeah so we haven't had a meeting about it yet, but I asked my coworkers about past interns and why they left; chances are they won't hire me full time at my internship immediately. However, the chances of having it extended are pretty good, and I like what I'm doing, and they're going to be talking about budget in July. Sure my finances are a little tight but--
my sperm donor (only slightly exaggerated): look for a new job immediately and tell them if they won't hire you full time you're leaving. and no, I don't care if you don't find something in your industry and you have to settle for a job that will make you hate being alive even more than you already do. Also I'm going to ignore how long it took you to find this internship to begin with

Are you going to see the Sign in Sydney Brustein’s Window? Going to meet Oscar Isaac after to get an autograph? Maybe a selfie? But you don’t know what to say to him and you’re nervous? Don’t worry. Instead of conversating with him, call me up and hand him the phone bc I wanna talk to him about this Kurt Vonnegut thing

i had my zoom meeting with maestro and the assistant conductor today to talk about the manager job and it all sounds okay to me (i'll feel more comfortable about the whole arrangement once i can come in and shadow the last two rehearsals this semester and get a feel for the job in person) but it's a little funny how frequently maestro kept assuring me that. well if it sounds like too much work or just not something i am capable of or even want to do it's okay no pressure he'll be fine without me it's totally up to me don't sign on if you aren't absolutely one hundred percent okay with it and even if it's too much let me know because we can adjust the duties and help you out it's okay. and also him being like the pay isn't that good i'm going to try to ask for more money to pay you and the assistant conductor and maybe partially fund you if you go on tour with us next summer but it really should be more pay than this i'm sorry anyway here's like seven other ways you can make a little extra cash through related jobs like arranging extra parts for the orchestra and subbing on english horn as needed and maybe i can find some money for you to write program notes also have you considered teaching at the local music school it's a good way to get your foot in the door and make a little extra on the side sorry it's not much i hope it's okay for you

FINALLY found a couple sites where you can get pilot metro replacement nibs (that aren't amazon, because fuck 'em) but on one of the forums i went on during this search there was some guy answering "where can i buy a replacement nib for a pilot metro" with "it's mY understanding that they are cheap pens, just buy another" ... motherfucker. not the assignment. pay attention. if we wanted another pilot metro we would buy another pilot metro. but i don't want another pilot metro. then i would have a pen body with no nib still sitting around. i want an equal number of both pen bodies and nibs. the old nib broke. so i want to replace it. i dont need a new pen body. i have a functional one. of course it's a cheap pen, but it would be wasteful of both money and material to buy an entire new product if i could only buy the part that i need, and not more. good lord
