"Did you use to date Kirishima?"

The question knocked Y/N out of her thoughts as she looked away from her phone. She glanced up at Shinso, eyes only half-interested in the conversation. She placed her phone down and her hands on her lap.

The waitress serving them was the same one from the last time Y/N were here, by herself because Shinso slept in after drinking so much coffee the night before. The waitress obviously recognised her because as soon as they placed their orders, she took out her phone hurriedly with a smile. But Y/N didn't mind, she just ate her shortcake quietly.

Shinso felt out of place here. In front of Y/N. Where they were supposed to have their date. But he was forced to come here, to make things better.

But he had questions.

"Excuse me?" Y/N hummed, tilting her head to the side.

"It's just..." Shinso started, staring at the fabric of his jeans. He couldn't meet her gaze. "You said you'd talk to me about this in person. So I wanted to ask. Were you and Kirishima a thing?"

Y/N blinked at him before picking up her mug again. She held the warmth in her palms to keep out the cold, glancing at the way the steam rolled off the surface.

"We started dating in high school, second year." She stated, making Shinso's heart beat faster at her words, "It was pretty fun and we were already friends before that. I started my channel a few months after we started dating too. So I had the support of my friends, family and some of my fans."

Shinso finally looked up at her. But this time, her eyes were frozen on her warm coffee. She kept it like that for a while.

"Eiji and I ended our relationship a year, maybe two years ago." She admitted to Shinso, fingers running on the rim of the cup, "It was for the best, really. So none of us really held any hard feelings against each other. We agreed that we were better off as best friends, and at the time we had just finished moving in with Katsuki so we decided that we wouldn't kick each other out."

She tore her gaze away from the drink, now looking up at Shinso, who stared wide eyed. "So to answer your question, yes. I did date Kirishima. But we're over now." She sighed out, "Anything else you want to know?"

Shinso cleared his throat, stabbing his fork into the shortcake in front of him, "Do you mind talking about why you broke up?"

Y/N chuckled, biting the piece of cake on her own fork, "Well, mainly because we had drifted off from being lovers back to just friends. I suppose we were kind of ignoring it until we went on stream together and someone asked if we were still dating."

Shinso mentally cringed. He hated it when fans did that sometimes. Y/N went on, "We avoided the question on stream, but they kept pressing on about it until I kind of just... broke down, I guess. I started crying on stream because I didn't know either. Eiji turned it off and we just sat in my room crying for a bit."

She shook her head at herself with a sad smile. "From that point on, we ended things and just continued being friends and roommates. Katsuki didn't mind, since we were all best friends anyway." She told Shinso, "And they still care about me in the same way they always have."

She then hardened her glare at her food and turned to the window. "Turns out, that 'fan' was apart of that gossip group on Twitter. The one that talks about us sometime too." She scowled, annoyed look on her face, "They basically said Eiji and I weren't dating and we were doing this for clout or whatever. So, the last time we talked about our relationship was on a live stream where we got some fans to ask us questions. Eiji said it would put the drama to rest and it did, everyone believed the truth."

Shinso huffed out, clenching the fabric of his jeans beneath the table, "I would too. I can't believe someone would say that about you."

He's hated that gossip account for years now. He once collaborated with someone who had a bad reputation on that channel and the video was filled with hate comments about the person. Needless to say, he understood why she didn't want to bring it up again.

"I'm sorry, again, for all the lying and... stuff." He said, drawing on the rim of his plate as he finished his food, "And for saying that you only hung out with me because you thought I was hot. I know that isn't true."

Y/N blinked, feeling a wave of wind pass over her as the door swung open and a few people filed into the cafe. She replied, "You asked me what I knew about you, that time."

Shinso shivered at the memory.

"Do you want to know what I would've said if I weren't so mad?" She mumbled out.

Shinso nodded his head.

"You're a caring guy who actually just wants to keep his heart intact." She spoke, a little louder to show confidence in what she was saying to him. Shinso found no traces of doubt. "You try very hard to keep up with your friends even though you can be tired sometime. You like sweets, much more than I'd ever guess."

Shinso chuckled along with her.

She then stared at the table they sat at. "And you lie." She said, "You lie because you don't want people to know the real you. You're afraid that if you tell them the truth, that they won't be as invested in you as you are to them. But when they find out, it all goes to Hell. You start to think that maybe it wasn't a good idea to lie, to cover up your mistakes that make you seem 'weak' or 'petty'. You regret a lot of things."

By that time, he had shrunken into his chair, wanting to hide away from the world. He hated confrontation, where it was especially needed.

Y/N reached out and pat his hand lightly. "It sounds pretty bad, but I'm sure we can do something about that." She told him, wearing a warm grin, "I'm not gonna' let you not learn from your mistakes."

"Thanks, Y/N. That means a lot." He spoke to her, shaky breath.

She didn't say anything back, taking her hand off of his and onto the table.

"Are you okay?" He clears his throat, gesturing to her phone, which was lighting up the table beneath it. He was glad to change the subject. "Looks like they're going crazy."

Y/N picked up her phone, taking a quick glance before putting it down. "It's—It's just Eijiro and Katsuki. They want to know when I'm coming back." She sighed out, taking hold of her drink again.

Shinso looked out the window. "Do you need to leave?" He asked quietly.

She stared at him for a moment. Then hummed out, holding up her mug "Do you want me to?"

He took no time thinking over his answer.

"No."

She smiled softly.

"Then I guess I can stay for a little longer."

- Says he likes to make videos pointing out his flaws because when he realizes he was doing something wrong, he likes to point it out and move on. You shouldn’t bottle things up. - Says when he started making these video he was angry and over time he winded down. - Begs his follower to look into the Regina / Adam thing. Says Regina pretended to be a transgender person named Adam. He says he was told this by a friend of someone he loves, by someone he loves, by a Hansen insider, and two other people who looked into it. They fabricated a person and a story. He says it’s gross. He says he doesn’t know exactly what was said because he doesn’t watch those videos. - Says he recently watched a beautiful, capable, smart women talk about cancel culture and drama. She’s a republican who doesn’t believe in the far right or left. Says most people go with the flow, but she’s an individual. He says he didn’t care there were things she said that he disagreed with because of the way she spoke. He says when he talks to people online, he has to remember you’re not that different. We all have feelings and people are less reasonable in your opinion if you don’t approach them reasonably. He says he is too harsh and mean in his videos, unlike the women. He understands you’re not supposed to sugarcoat the truth, but other people have feelings. - (People are after him because he hurt their feelings.) - Brings up Regina again. He says he doesn’t know what their problem is because he never talked to them. Says there’s sincere mental illness sprinkled around the internet and it’s proven if you put Regina and Adam side by side. He says he hasn’t watch the videos side by side, but he’s seen photos. He says he doesn’t know how this got past the filters and how people can be so negligent to the truth. He says that’s what happens when you let anyone on a show. People come on to troll or to project their issues. - He says people who watched him may have felt talked down to. He says he spoke like that because he felt like his audience turned on him before he had a chance to explain why it was all ridiculous. He felt it was unintelligent for people to assume it was the truth, but he was in a situation where he was threatened with divorce if he talked. He was stuck between being the bigger person and staying silent while he was building up frustration seeing what people were saying about him. - Says if the Regina and Adam thing is true, it’s the funniest disaster that ever occurred on social media. People were saying there’s all these victims and one of them turns out to be someone dressing up as a new person. It’s bad enough people can fake texts, but when you fake a whole person that’s another level of crazy. He says he almost feels blessed to be subjected to that level of comedy. He says it’s clinically insane for someone to do that with a straight face. He says he never even heard of Adam. - When his marriage was on the rocks because of cuddlegate, he told Billie he wanted to be alone. Billie tried to work it out with him. Says that’s evil step-mom, homewrecker stuff. [I’m pretty sure he’s talking about when he made the fake divorce video and she contacted him.] Says he had the opportunity to run away and abandon his family. He chose to stay because he doesn’t want to be that dad that choses his lustful side over his heart. He broke down crying at one point because he almost let down his family and he almost lost them. He didn’t talk to Billie for a few months after cuddlegate until Kai was like “uwu”. He says he told Kai it was a bad idea and it ended horribly. Says he’s done better than his dad and numerous other dads. - Says he doesn’t speak to people in his life as respectfully as he should. - Anyone in his shoes would be just as bitter and angry as he was. Some people wouldn’t even be alive. He lashed out because he didn’t get a fair chance. People won’t do a charity stream with him. - Once he told his full side in videos, people didn’t want to interview him anymore because he didn’t seem crazy anymore. - Says he was part of the mob against Chris Brown. He said he’s had people scream in his face and he didn’t do anything illegal to them. - (Chris Hansen covid cure) - Says before COVID he stopped going out in public because people were taking picture of his children and posting them to the internet. An employee at Lowes and at Dairy Queen took photos of his children. He’s protective of them. A man [Hansen] showed up to his house when his kids were home. - He was thankful when COVID hit because people would stay away from him. He’s happy he has to wear a mask. He was wearing a different disguise in public before the masks. - (Kai threatened divorce if he spoke) - Says people’s emotions and mental illness cloud their memories. He conquered that when he was 17. A girl dumped him and he told her she was a monster. This was before people would seek clout so it was just between them. He says he supports her breaking up with him because they weren’t meant to be. - Seeing how crazy Seattle and society has gotten, he doesn’t want to be apart of it.  - He was socially lynched without going to court. (Mike went to court) - COVID gave him on excuse to avoid everyone and family members. He says COVID is horrible and people have died, but for him it came at an interesting time. He compares it to when a kid bullied him really hard in elementary school and died in a sledding accident. Says some dude or chick in a truck hit the kid. He says another time a guy was bullying him hard and that guy died in a motorcycle accident. He gave his helmet to his girlfriend. He died a hero. He gave up his life for someone. He was handsome and had his life ahead of him. - Says according to his mother, his father got a women killed by not giving her a helmet. He kept it for himself. His father also allegedly slept with his cousin. His dad tried to sue him and failed. Three of his family member accused his father of being a predator. - A reporter interviewed his father and his father acted like a hero.  - His mom is the one who left his dad. He says she didn’t have to fight for custody so there’s no motivation for her to lie. - (beat up his dad story) - Criminal experts will agree with him to follow the money in cases because money is the root of all evil. Like a news station that will make more money by making a monster instead of telling a true story. It is not profitable to tell both sides. - People like black and white stores, not stories where both people make mistakes. - He love isolation. He was covered in his father’s blood when he went to juvie. His white shirt was brown with dry blood. He was happy to be there because he was away from people and life was simpler. Everybody in there was flawed, which is better than being with his hypocrite god-loving father. Typical Seventh Day Adventist garbage. Greg says he was one as well. When he was 13 he prayed and told god he wanted nothing to do with him. Many amazing things happened to him after that. - Says you have a lot of drifters who came and destroyed someone consistent in you life, then they left. He was that consistent person. He was making hundreds of videos and entertaining thousands of people per video. Now he’s down to 900 to 3,000 views per video. They came, they destroyed, they left. They destroyed someone you connected with, had a real bond with. A lot of you cheered them on as they did this and then they left. Now you’re left with the same person, but he’s more broken. He believed in good people before, but now that he was dragged down into dirt, he has dirt in his eyes. He can’t see the sun or trees. He can just see dark and sadness. He still feels your spit on his face from when you millions of people beat him senseless socially. - He says he saw a legitimate news source says there was an FBI investigation about him. Says the FBI never contacted him. - Leafy recently suggested he should become an actor. He compares it to Kevin Spacey. Says it would be sad to lose a netflix show or a movie deal because of people saying things about you. He says imagine people who were going to be on that show with you stop talking to you because they don’t want to be dragged down with you. He’s glad he wasn’t that big when he fell because it would have hurt more. Now he gets to be a no one who knows who he really is when most people live in an alternate reality. - When he lost BillyTheFridge as a friend, he didn’t lose anything because Billy was a fake friend. Billy wanted to be a white knight. Joe and Anastasia were great friends and wanted to still talk to him. Billy later on realized James wasn’t as evil as he thought and invited him to lunch with them. Says he (James) backed out and decided to stop talking to all of them. He says it’s sad he lost Joe and Anastasia as friends, but he didn’t want to drag them into the drama and make their lives more miserable. Having friends was a burden and he didn’t want them to hurt. - (Regina / Adam) Dobs is barking. - He feels like this whole thing is a grand opportunity to look at things the way they are. He doesn’t trust anyone anymore and he doesn’t believe in friendships anymore. - He swears on his life he’s more honest than Sarah, Billie, and Shiloh.

born as jesse bae to a pilot and a consultant in new york city.  his korean name is jehyun, but he never goes by it, preferring instead to be called jesse ( since he was born in new york / english is his first language / he’s americanized ) or jc.  things were a little easier for the family until his brother nathan came along, at which point it was decided that since both the parents couldn’t stay home much, the boys would attend a boarding school to receive the proper care they deserved

jc was an odd boy even as a child.  more of a loner who always kept to himself, so the lack of attention didn’t really bother him much.  nathan though, was a different story  -  he needed attention to thrive.  jc thrived in silence and being alone, and wished that others would leave him alone also

throughout their schooling years, nathan would get into trouble constantly but it was never more than slipping grades and quote unquote, “ acting out”.  jc kept an eye on him for the most part to be sure that he didn’t get into too much trouble, though nathan is ... belligerent and likes attention, which he mostly gets from jc ( though jc is loathe to admit it )  and / or being a little shit

as he grew older, jc started to realize how fake and manipulative people were, whether that would be his parents or his classmates or people who liked to label themselves his “ friend”.  their affections may have come easily, but he never really valued it because he didn’t see the truth in it

started learning guitar to cope with stress at a young age.  he’s always liked music, but something about fucking destroying his fingers while learning something that he saw beneficial was a welcome change

as much as jc ENJOYS being alone and thinks that affection is honestly an eyesore, it isn’t impossible for him to make friends.  in fact, he had one ( 1 ) real friend while he was in school but ... things happened

tw death, bullying, hazing  /  witnessed the death of his said only friend at the hands of bullies who were hazing him.  things got out of hand with their hazing and although jc was trying to get him to quit buying into their “ friendship” which is not what it was, said friend was insistent.  led to an accidental death and it honestly traumatized him and still does to this day

around the time of this occurrence, nathan went off the walls with one of his pranks and almost got expelled from school.  it was decided that he’d go to korea to study instead and to live with family members there.  jc, looking for a means to an escape, decided to go with him (  and he’ll never admit he was duty bound to keep an eye on his younger brother  )

₊ ˚  TRAINEE LIFE

a talent scout approached him after watching jc play guitar at a talent show that he somehow inexplicably got signed up for.  he had no idea what he was going to do at an idol company with a fucking guitar but you know .... 

decided to give it a try and got signed after his first audition in january 2017

quickly grew disillusioned with the potential for idol life, even if his brother was extremely jealous of his situation to the point that he auditioned for legacy himself in july 2017 and got in as well  -  jc just couldn’t remedy the fact that things seemed even more fake and manipulative in an entertainment world

definitely grew a distaste for the fact that some people aren’t really selected in the entertainment world because they’re talented but rather because they look good.  it just rubs him the wrong way, even if people in legacy get into the company based on audition only and not fully visuals

doesn’t help that he hates dancing and was often criticized for refusing to further his skills in that regard ... but he’d rather not do something he’s not good at in lieu of something that he is  -  which is singing and playing guitar

probably thought about dropping out of legacy more than once to go join a band or something .. but then remembered that he’d actually have to get along with the members of said band .... which means going out and looking for friends .... no thanks

₊ ˚  FUTURE DREAMS & ASPIRATIONS

when the subsidiary companies were announced, it was like a breath of fresh air for jc who quite frankly, finds the idol life a little lacklustre and uhh .. pathetic ..

so upon hearing about the band path, that became his new drive and focus.  the fact that being on the band path almost has a prerequisite for actual talent rather than a high focus on stunning good looks really spoke to him

has made it abundantly clear that he’s not interested in being an idol and continues to focus his studies and training on music that he enjoys as well as music that he enjoys performing

he’s not too hyper focused on playing a certain genre (  ie, heavy metal, soft rock, etc )  but he does have his preferences that lean towards a heavier rock sound

has an antibrow & nose piercing, as well as the typical lobe piercings.  very likely has several tattoos but i as a mun have not decided what to give him yet ;;;

probably doesn’t smile.  if he smiles at you, you’re super lucky ... or should be scared i guess .. depends on the situation

though he has qualms with the idol industry and the ability for some to get by in it based on good looks and not much else, he knows there are some idols that are extremely talented.  it’s just that he doesn’t think there’s many of them lol  (  plot ideas?  )

although he seems rather abrasive, he has absolutely no energy to fight with anyone and will walk away with no remorse in silence while you’re having a bitch fit

probably really popular because he’s got that quote unquote, bad e -boy feel or something.  he absolutely hates this, hates being popular, hates having people look at him, and especially hates the people who like to lie about the fact that they’ve slept with him just for clout (  plot idea!  )

the backstory:

here’s the best way i can describe daisy: take the love for fashion and luxury of carrie bradshaw and cher horowitz, mix it with the power and intensity of olivia pope, and add in all the meanness of every single rude, b*tchy person you can think of. that’s her.

daisy was born to a huge italian family who all had odd jobs; her dad specialized in fixing the batteries on smoke detectors. her mom ran the laundromat down the street. a lot of her uncles owned car detailing businesses and she had a couple of older cousins who were janitors or low-level staff members at the local middle schools. while her family was fine with this, because hey, it paid the bills, daisy, who had always had expensive tastes from the start, turned her nose at it all.

she, unsurprisingly, became the first in her family to make it past high school. daisy did absolutely every major, resume-boosting thing while she was in school, because she learned very quickly that she liked power and being better than others. there was something she loved about coming home from school and getting to brag about her debate team win while her cousins could only nod. 

she was great at school, and she made sure everyone knew. she did mock trial, debate, sga -- she even joined the environmental club just for the clout. and then one of the people in her model un group said she should run for president one day.

it made sense. daisy likes power, she likes bossing people around and always being right, and she doesn’t take shit from anyone. she’d be a fantastic fucking president. so, naturally, after finishing college and pushing through an internship she didn’t really like just so she could have another bullet point on her resume, daisy applied for an internship at masters international. she knew she’d get the gig, obviously.

daisy loves fashion and luxury. she spends majority of her money on vintage chanel tweed matching sets to wear into the office, she has red bottoms that give her four extra inches of height, and her foundation costs over a hundred dollars. you’d think she’d want to be on the floors that deal with vogue and help organize new york fashion week, but that’s not going to get her a presidency, duh. daisy interns on the floors that handle the news broadcasts so she gets firsthand knowledge on all the shit, political or otherwise, that goes down in the country.

i would love to type more but i don’t want to hint at anything that points to her secret, so i’m going to explain a little more about daisy’s personality

she’s so, so controlling and bossy. she wants to be the absolute best at everything, and the shining star of it all. daisy’s definitely an attention hog, and she’ll bust her ass on her work to make sure she’s better than everyone else on the floor with her. 

daisy’s very picky about who she hangs out with. as a future presidential candidate, optics are very important, obviously. she only surrounds herself with people she deems to be good for her image, and she’ll gladly let you know that she thinks you’re too shitty to be around. she cares a lot about how she appears to other people, you know.

daisy is selfish and rude, and truly doesn’t care if she hurts someone’s feelings. she speaks her mind and has absolutely no filter -- which gets her into a lot of trouble, i’m sure you can imagine.

enemies: if you need a bad guy or work rival in your character’s life, i wholly volunteer miss daisy moretti as that bad guy. it’s not hard for her to make enemies when you consider her personality.

the backstory:

picture it with me: a ranch. nice pale green shutters and a huge yard. there’s cows in this picture, too, and horses. there might even be goats. there’s a tractor by the two ford trucks, a dog sleeping on the porch, and not another house for another twenty minute drive. this is what jude valentine is used to. he’s a country boy from alabama, equipped with the southern accent and everything. yes, he has a pair of cowboy boots. yes, he brought them to new york with him. yes, he pronounces creek as ‘crick’.

jude is a very sweet boy. he was quarterback in high school, got good grades, and every sunday he went to church with his family because Bible Belt things. homeboy is named after a book in the Bible. he’s all about southern manners and hospitality, about treating people kindly and always putting others first, and he always keeps his morals in check. or, he used to.

when you’re home it’s hard to stray away from what you’re used to. the same held true for jude in college, because even though he went to u of alabama (can you hear him yelling roll tide), he was still in his home state so he felt those morals still stuck with him. but then he applied for law school and got a full ride to nyu law, and whew, the Temptation

‘cuz you see, jude was always a sweetie pie. he still is! in high school he was super popular because he was tall and cute and athletic but funny and brought extra biscuits from home to hand out in homeroom. i’m not gonna lie, he’s charming af. he’s smooth and he has good jokes. the girls loved him but the little sh*t had a purity ring.

but then he got to nyc for law school and let me tell you. alabama is not close at all to manhattan, now is it. jude was fine the first couple of weeks, just worked on his case briefs in his shoe box of a starter apartment... but the women. homeboy started sleeping around a LOT after a while. y’know wet dreamz by j cole where he’s like haven’t been inside p*ssy since i came out one? yeah, that was jude until ny, and he’s very much still like that

Do you like your job? Why or why not? It’s...great and awful all at the same time. Being an influencer seems really glamorous and fun because you’re always receiving gifts, getting to work with companies you personally love, your job is to put on makeup and take pretty pictures, and people are always paying attention to you and whatever, which is true! That part is really fun. But at the same time, it’s exhausting to always have to live your life on display. People tend to think you owe them more than you’re willing to give and constantly cross your boundaries. You’re rarely allowed to have emotions that aren’t inspiring. You never get to leave work. And it’s just really lonely because ‘regular’ people don’t understand what it’s like and the influencer community is so so so toxic. And when I try to make new friends, I typically lie about what I do because once people find out you’re an influencer, they all want clout and it’s just sad. So, again, great and awful all at the same time.

We never use the one but it has a really big limit so we keep it for emergencies and we use the other for things we want to pay off over the course of the month, like last month it was some car repairs and a mini road trip. ₊ ˚  𝘽𝘼𝙀 𝘿𝙊𝙃𝘼.      ━   hello friends,  this is nic with a third and final muse.  you may also know me as lgcallie & lgcsubin.  i was here with jc a bit ago, and this is actually  ( pretty much )  the same muse! however, i decided i wasn’t liking his direction and he wasn’t developed enough for my tastes so i decided to revamp him a little with a new face, a new path to walk down, and some more details in his background.  i won’t bore you with a long intro but please like or add my krp twt @ eternitvs if you’re interested in plotting! there’s a character intro under the cut if you’d like to know more about doha. ^^

₊ ˚  life before legacy

tw  /   racism, bullying     born as bae doha to a pilot and a consultant in new york city.  his english name is aiden, but he never goes by it, preferring instead to go by his korean name.  part of this is because people in america would bastardize and make fun of his name as he was growing up, so he kept it to stand his ground and show pride in who he is.  (  step one in making him hate people  )

things were a little easier for the family until his brother nathan came along, at which point it was decided that since both the parents couldn’t stay home much, the boys would attend a boarding school to receive the proper care they deserved.  spoiler alert, they did not.  often, doha felt like he had to step in and take care of nathan since their parents weren’t around and frankly, it wasn’t up to the school to raise them so they left them alone more often than not

doha was an odd boy even as a child.  more of a loner who always kept to himself, so the lack of attention didn’t really bother him much.  it’s better than the people who gave him looks for being who he was.  nathan though, was a different story  -  he needed attention to thrive.  doha thrived in silence and being alone, and wished that others would leave him alone also

throughout their schooling years, nathan would get into trouble constantly but it was never more than slipping grades and quote unquote, “ acting out”.  doha kept an eye on him for the most part to be sure that he didn’t get into too much trouble, though nathan is … belligerent and likes attention, which he mostly gets from doha and / or being a little shit

as he grew older, doha started to realize how fake and manipulative people were, whether that would be his parents or his classmates or people who liked to label themselves his “ friend”.  these same people are the ones who often teased him for his name or talked shit about his brother or their own family and friends.  in that, their affections may have come easily, but he never really valued it because he didn’t see the truth in it  (  step two in making him hate people  )

as much as jc enjoys being alone and thinks that affection is honestly an eyesore, it isn’t impossible for him to make friends.  in fact, he had one ( 1 ) real friend while he was in school but … things happened

tw  /   death, bullying, hazing   witnessed the death of his said only friend at the hands of bullies who were hazing him.  things got out of hand with their hazing and although doha was trying to get him to quit buying into their “ friendship” which is not what it was, said friend was insistent.  this bullying led to the death of his friend, and it was something that doha witnessed firsthand  -  with the trauma, you’d think that people would be sympathetic, but they ultimately somehow pinned the death on him as an accidental death when it very much wasn’t, nor was it his fault.  he spent some time in juvenile detention for the crime, but was ultimately let out after a lawyer helped him proclaim innocence, but the fact that he was even there in the first place for something he didn’t do makes him bitter and angry

not too long, nathan went off the walls with one of his pranks and almost got expelled from school.  it was decided that he’d go to korea to study instead and to live with family members there.  doha, looking for a means to an escape, decided to go with him  -  especially because he was tired at being looked at as a criminal by anyone and everyone (  and he’ll never admit he was duty bound to keep an eye on his younger brother  )

₊ ˚ trainee life

a talent scout approached him after simply seeing him on the streets.  he’s not sure what exactly made him stop, but apparently he had the right face they were looking for ... doha simply thought he was strange

decided to give it a try and got signed after his first audition in july 2017

quickly grew disillusioned with the potential for idol life, even if his brother was also auditioning  -  doha just couldn’t remedy the fact that things seemed even more fake and manipulative in an entertainment world

definitely grew a distaste for the fact that some people aren’t really selected in the entertainment world because they’re talented but rather because they look good.  it just rubs him the wrong way, even if he himself was approached based on his visuals

doesn’t help that he hates dancing and was often criticized for refusing to further his skills in a musical regard … but he’d rather not do something he’s not good at in lieu of something that he is.  acting

probably thought about dropping out of legacy more than once but he really had nothing else to do with his life

₊ ˚ future dreams & aspirations

when the subsidiary companies were announced, it was like a breath of fresh air for doha who quite frankly, finds the idol life a little lacklustre and uhh .. pathetic .. unfulfilling ... etc

so upon hearing about lgcagency and the fact that he could become an idol, it gave him a dream and a purpose.  although he views the world as fake, he could make himself fake, too  -  while sitting on his anger, his disappointment, his pain

has made it abundantly clear that he’s not interested in being an idol and continues to focus his studies on becoming an actor.  he primarily wants to work in action roles, or at least roles that involve action in some way

₊ ˚ headcanons

probably doesn’t smile.  if he smiles at you, you’re super lucky … or should be scared i guess .. depends on the situation

though he has qualms with the idol industry and the ability for some to get by in it based on good looks and not much else, he knows there are some idols that are extremely talented.  it’s just that he doesn’t think there’s many of them lol (  plot ideas?  )

although he seems rather abrasive, he has absolutely no energy to fight with anyone and will walk away with no remorse in silence while you’re having a bitch fit

probably really popular because he’s got that quote unquote, bad boy feel or something.  he absolutely hates this, hates being popular with the other trainees, hates having people look at him, and especially hates the people who like to lie about the fact that they’ve slept with him just for clout (  plot idea!  )

has slept around here and there, but it’s unlikely that he’ll ever sleep with the same person twice  (  affection is abhorrent  ) (  plot idea!  )
