funfact tendou and makoto tachibana from free! have the same german voice actor and because i watched both of these shows in german my first reaction was turning to my sister like "holy shit is that makoto"

he's so fun to me, i never have a bad time watching tendou do anything. i'm reading the manga rn and his commentary throughout the karasuno vs nekoma match is my favorite thing in the world

I've only been when I was little! I remember being disappointed my friends chickened out, but I also don't get scared super easily. Now that I'm older, I stay away from haunted houses and scare-based events, because I have an incredibly strong fight reflex. The actors are just doing their jobs and I don't want to hurt them in the ehat of the moment. It's just a safety thing!

couple: I'm gonna say Damon and Elena again!!! especially in light of Solo (which I love), Han is someone who has a very good, open heart but life kicked him around until he gave into cynicism, but all it takes for him to be pulled back to the light is to meet this girl who doesn't take his shit and takes charge and bosses him around and is constantly, persistently choosing hope

AU: I think it would be really fun for both of them to kind of know each other before they know each other! I want Han to be generally aware of Leia because she's infamous for being beautiful and unattainable and mean, and I want Leia to be kind of a nerd about everyone who attempts the Kessel Run

hm. not sure— i’ve never done this before and i’d happily try it. one of my great shortcomings is a near-total lack of creativity, and i wonder if working with someone who had more flair for ideas wouldn’t just be like… idyllic. but by that same token it’s not something i can see myself ever suggesting lol (“omg i love your ideas can i leech off of them? and take partial credit?”)

What, has she forgotten about some kind long-term game of Punch Buggy they’ve been playing, but with Counterterrorism? Tara looks wildly smug.

“What favor?”

“Oh yeah, right, sure— so only you get to pick up signs and clues and spikes on the thermometer?”

“What— you’re talking about— Jordan?”

“No, I think that weird little half-bashful, half-electric eye contact thing you guys had going on was extremely professional and distant,” Tara deadpans. “Jeez. And you said I was obvious.”

“Come on.”

“Don’t make me try to make that a joke. You won’t like it.”

“I— oh, seriously, Tara.” There isn’t, actually, a joke sparkling in her eyes. It’s a warm but quite serious curiosity, with an opportunistic edge. She rallies; her ears are hot with rising mortification, but they’re hidden by her hair. Plausible deniability, Prentiss. She’s got bigger problems than reading new magnetism into old friendship. “We aren’t a thing. That wasn’t anything.”

Who/what was your last dream about: bold of you to assume I remember my dreams. But ok the last one I remember was from a couple months ago where I was going on this FIFTH date with Katie McGrath and I was nervous because as we were talking I made the doofus decision to be noble and confess since it felt like this was "going somewhere" I had this tumblr blog that wasn't solely focused on her career but had more than its fair share of me being a ginormous fanboy about her and specific characters she had done and me being a supercorp shipper. And she was very nice and thanked me for being honest and said she needed to think about it. And after she left I promptly called @i-am-robie to weep about how I messed up right before I woke up.

I'd say that's probably about the normal way my dreams go - fairly normal with like one element of WTF happening.

Do you wanna get married: I'd like to find someone to be married to yeah. Like it's not so much a life goal that I date to get married like I know some people do but it definitely was a point of contention in my last relationship. I'm not really in a rush though.

How many books did you read this year?

22 completed this year! Sadly did not finish Dracula Daily as life got busy for several months, but enjoyed it as a bystander via dashboard osmosis

4. Did you discover any new authors that you love this year?

This was the year I finally got around to The Locked Tomb series, so Tamsyn Muir, since I started Gideon the Ninth after someone referenced a scene from it that was intriguingly bewildering out of context lol

11. What was your favorite book that has been out for a while, but you just now read?

The Smart by Sarah Bakewell about Margaret Caroline Rudd, who was basically an 18th century con artist/forgerer (among other things), was fascinating, one of the funniest things I read this year were the letters/newspaper editorials about her that genuinely came across as old-timey call out posts
