Actually, when byler happens, I want it to be so fucking emotional. Like no I don't want a simple "oh did you know I have feelings for you?" "Really??? Omg me too bro let's kiss!!!" Kind of thing. I want to see them cry, scream, beg and bleed every single thing they feel for each other. Cause byler? It started in a painful-beautiful kind of way and it has to end like that too. There's NO other way around.

God, the more anyone wants to claim Caleb isn't chaotic and just a sadboi, the more I want to continue to list his chaotic moments.
Fondly reminiscing about the time he incinerated an NPC that no one even knew was there in one hit. Thinking again about how he turned down Ludinus's job offer by straight up admitting to his face that he was next on Caleb's hit list. Kicking my feet giggling over the fact that he and Veth have a legitimate battle strategy that involves him dramatically faking death and it has worked on more than one occasion.
Anyway, I love him.

A BLESSING OR A CURSE TO WOMEN?

i know i haven't spoken about the annihilation of gaza here at all yet, i've been more actively sharing posts and information on my personal accounts on ig/twt/fb etc. however, i'll say this here right now—if you support isr*el or are staying "neutral", i need you to actually go ahead and block me this instant. this is actual genocide, actual ruthless murder of innocent people and children. if you are not firmly on palestine's side, i do not want you on my blog, or to even breathe the same air as me. kindly remove yourself from my space. thank you!

could we agree not to use the “not being able to feel romantic love is a curse and we need to find the cure” trope in fiction? like ever? it feels very dehumanizing

The more I read on, the more I am absolutely baffled about how badly everybody treats Nico. I'm not talking about the narrative kicking him over and over again, the boy didn't get a breather in years. But the Seven? They would be so very dead without him and still? Still he's untrustworthy, creepy and we constantly have to point out how unhealthy he looks. Which is somehow proof of him being even creepier? I mean, they debate to let him die? After all he had done to help them all because of one bad decision he made when he was what, 12? And Jason doesn't understand why he would rather keep to himself than open up about his secret. You have given him absolutely no reason to feel safe around you, quite the opposite.
And then Percy gets offended when Nico doesn't go "oh it's all good, don't worry about a thing!" after he tries to say thank you. (I know he's weird around him for other reasons, not the point)
There is no point for me to get all worked up because of a kids book. Alas, here we are.
