Okay, so following the owl house finale, I want to go back to a huge discussion question being the S1 finale “Young Blood, Old Souls” in which Luz is in the human realm and pew-pew fire glyph but oh no! It doesn’t work because she wasn’t on the Boiling Isles and the magic comes from the Titan and yeah.

Then later on, it’s revealed that King is a Titan which is like ‘why couldn’t she use glyphs then? At the YBOS human realm scene? It must be a ret-con!’

Then LATER later, everyone was like ‘oh, it must not work if the blood isn’t exposed’ or something along those lines, since the veins are super strong and stuff. The blood needs to be outside the body of a Titan.

BUT during the finale, it’s shown that King has his own glyph style and stuff, that are seperate from his Papa. So my reasoning, alongside the fact of strong veins, is that Luz used Papa Titan Magic and it doesn’t work. But King was there, so in the Human Realm, it may be possible to do glyphs if they are King-Style Glyphs instead of Papa-Style Glyphs.

The older I get, and the more on fire the world seems to be the more I feel comforted and SEEN by Sir Terry Pratchett and Discworld.

Not because all the books are inherently comfortable so much as because they feel like someone taking you by the hand and saying; “I know. I’m just as angry about this bullshit. But we can hold hands. But the sun still rises. But hope is still important. Hope wears steel toed boots and smiles with pink and bloody teeth and will make you laugh and will make you cry. It’s not okay. But we’re in the shit together, and some day it’s gonna be less shit.”

The back of Discworld novels: wowee terry's whipped another wacky and wild adventure for us this time! there's so many silly shenanigans and witty wordplay in this book that you're sure to have a hilarious time!

Discword novels: a cynical alcoholic navigating and overcoming the pointlessness of his job, a transparent metaphor for racism and gun violence in the police system and in general, an intelligent young girl overcoming the ideas she's been taught by her culture and the media she consumes, just an entire novel made of commentary on war and gender, using talking animals as a way to explore what defines personhood and contrasting stories vs reality, an ex-convict coming to terms with the damage he's caused and fighting monopolies that are trying to do the same thing,

David: Hello. Welcome to backstage at the Domar Warehouse. I just stepped out of rehearsals for a second because I want to say thank you so much for this award. Litvinenko was such a very special project to be part of. It meant so much to all of us who were involved in telling Sasha Litvinenko's story. It wasn't just another job. We were telling the story of an extraordinary man and his extraordinary family. It was an honour to portray him. And it means so much to have it recognized in this way. Marina Litvinenko and Anatoly, her son, were extraordinary human beings to get to know. And to be entrusted with their story is something that I will be forever proud of. So this means a great deal.
