#temple of the Holy Spirit

Some people speak of the Holy Trinity in this manner: God above me, God beside me, and God inside me... In order for everything in the entire cosmos to exist, it has to be continuously held in existence by God. Nothing can exist on its own. All of us are borrowing our existence from God. It is like the light that comes from a lamp that you plug it into a socket. It turns on while it is connected to the source and only when connected to the plug. But if you unplug it, the light will cease.
All of us have this spiritual light inside of us because we are all being held by the Holy Spirit... To be a vessel of the Holy Spirit means that we carry a special presence of God inside of us everywhere we go... There are times that we feel God is distant from us, as if he cannot hear us crying out to him nor feel our pain. But God is never far from us.

I don't recommend the rest of this article because it gets a bit problematic; I just like this specific quote.

Salt or NO Salt
Happy March! Let’s keep MARCHING ON!For years, I have embraced this time of the year for not only a time of Lent (from Ash Wednesday to the Saturday before Easter) and introspection of this “temple of the Holy Spirit” that God gave me (and you). 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says: “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?” It is a…

Is there Abuse in the church?
Yes, but not for us by Jim Gordon It seems when I mention that my wife and I left the organized church, people assume something happened to hurt us or make us mad. Just to be clear on this subject, neither one of us have ever been abused by the church. Neither one of us are mad about some event or some person at church. Unfortunately, abuse does happen in the church system and many people are…

So I recently went to my ancestor's place...it's a temple. I don't know what happened to me I started crying out of nowhere. It was too overwhelming for me, the energies and vibrations were so high there I couldn't handle myself. That's how I knew I still had some work to do on myself if my body couldn't handle such high vibrations. I even fell ill after visiting that much for 2 days ..my trip back home was ruined but thanks to my medical profession I always carry medicines with me. They helped me a lot. I am still recovering. But seriously it was a lot to handle. I still don't have much explanation that I need.

Wisdom’s Root and Off-spring, Jesus the First-born of all New Creatures, [is] existent Bodily in thy self... He is thy Neighbour, as he may be considered Incarnated in another, as well as in Thy self... Thou art Conjugally and Neighbourly to know him where-ever he dwelleth Bodily.

"¿Sabes que tu cuerpo es un templo de Espíritu Santo en tu interior, que has recibido de Dios?
Tú no eres de tu propiedad, pues fuiste comprado por un precio.
Glorifica a Dios en tu cuerpo."

We are not your own (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Both body and spirit must be aligned to His Word. Your body is His temple. As caretakers of His temple, we must not do obey the One who has rights over what belongs to Him. We see many believers acting in a way contrary to His Word when it comes to their bodies, to which Romans 8:9 says: “you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him.” To allow the flesh to speak louder than His Word is an indication the person might not be in Christ, otherwise they would starve the flesh rather than deny what His Word tells us in regards to how to behave in our bodies. Jeremiah 10:23 makes it clear that your life belongs to Him, so how can you go against His wishes when it comes to His temple? You are His clay, to mold however He wishes (Romans 9:21). A created thing doesn’t get to talk back to their Maker (Isaiah 45:9). Those who truly belong to Christ will delight in living according to His Word and bringing glory to His name—in word and deed (Colossians 3:17). Honor the price paid to set you free from sin by bringing glory to God.

As a believer in an incarnational faith in which God entered human embodiment and forever transformed it, I have to believe that there is no room for despising my own body, let alone someone else’s.
