5. Three favorite foods: chicken - cooked any way; potatoes -- cooked ANY way; and sushi.

6. Song stuck in my head: My nephew just watched Encanto for the 434th time. So, "We Don't Talk About Bruno" and "Surface Pressure" are battling it out in my head again.

7. Last song listened to: 🎶Columbia, Mi Encanto🎶

8. Last thing I googled: If sweeps was a thing that still exists. If you don't know what that is, you might be Gen Z. 😂

9. Dream trip: There are still parts of England and Ireland I haven't seen. And I still want to sleep in an ice igloo in Iceland or Norway.

10. Anything I really want: Right now? To literally fuck off to bumfuck whatever-corner-of-the-world for like two weeks. And just be by myself. I don't even care if I don't have cable or my phone. Just give me a working internet (so I have access to my Google drive) and some books to read, a few groceries to keep myself fed (I can cook anything I want!), and I'll be a Happy Panda.

First Fic

My very first fic was a story I wrote when I was in 7th grade. It was a horror/mystery story and I was so proud of myself because it was over 100 pages hand written. I thought it was the greatest thing ever and really it probably sucked horribly, but I had so much fun writing it. It was something I was really proud of and wish I still had because I would laugh and smile reading it. Unfortunately I let a friend borrow it to read and when we moved she never gave it back :(

Softest Fic

I honestly don’t know on this one. I have 98 stories on AO3 at this point and I kind of lose track. I’m sure there’s one in there that is like all fluff and romance, but I couldn’t say off hand. If anyone who reads my fics has any ideas, I’m open to suggestion though lol

Fic I’m Most Proud Of:

Like most authors I have a bunch of them, but I’m going to be honest here. There are a few standout fics that for me are my favs in no particular order.

1. End of the Line Now this one is Tony/Bucky and I KNOW that 90% of my followers are not following me for this ship, BUT this story is HUGE one for me not only in length, but because this was me stepping outside of my comfort zone in ways that I haven’t done before. I was blessed to work with an incredible artist when I signed up at the last second for this reverse bang I wrote it for. At the time I signed up, I honestly swore I would never do another reverse bang again and I’m glad I talked myself into it. I don’t talk it up a lot, but this story has love, redemption, romance, sexual chemistry, mystery and more. I went into this story kind of uncertain of what I was in for, but came out so proud of this work. I think it is by far one of the best works I’ve ever done and I cannot say how proud of this I am. I wrote it to challenge myself and prove something to myself and came out falling in love with these two and their journey. Plus I posted a chapter a day for over 60 days here and that’s something that was fun, but I probably won’t ever do again so that’s my once in a lifetime daily post story :)

2. Damaged I started this Scott/Logan story at the beginning of the pandemic and it is an emotional, romantic journey about second chances and finding true love after a life of misery. There are so many feelings to this that I absolutely have loved writing it to the point that there’s so much I want to put into this. This is a story about Scott in a dark place where he’s defeated and feeling like he’s lost and Logan offering him a new hope and a chance for more in ways he never believed possible. This one is a big romance for me and I’ve loved every second of writing it.

3. Better Together: Now this is a series of stories mostly of Scott Summers and Tony Stark that I started writing as a challenge again to myself because it was fun and different. I also ended up writing some Logan/Emma in this and that took me by surprise as well. It is Scott finding love and it’s something that I had a lot of fun with and will remain dear to my heart :)

4. Under Your Spell: A Scott/Logan fic that was just such a fun challenge that it practically wrote itself. It’s an older piece of mine, but it just to this day was one of my favorites to write :) Think Logan, love potion and feelings for Scott. All kinds of fun!

Fic That Shows my progress

I can’t pinpoint what would show my progress, but I imagine anyone checking out Damaged or End of the Line can see how much my writing has evolved through the years. I have old favorites from years ago that still are fun today, but those two stories show my evolution and passion for writing in worlds that evolve past what was just simply there if that makes sense.

Favorite WIP

I’d say Damaged, Better Together and End of the Line (although that’s technically just completed and final post is in 8 days). What I love about each is they tell a story that takes readers places (I hope) in ways that get them thinking.

Loki was the first to speak, with a hint of a smile and an expression of wistful longing in his eyes that made him look like a lonely boy again. “You... You look well.”

Sigyn did not return the compliment. She strode towards him with such determination that Loki braced himself for an attack. Instead, she threw her arms around him and hugged him, as though she would never let go. “Damn you, my prince,” she whispered, tears plain in her voice. “I’ve missed you.”

He reacted as naturally as if she had only been gone a few days, folding his arms around her and holding her so close, they might have been a single person.

1. So... this is kinda awkward for me to answer because I don't actually ship Jimmy/Richard beyond them being friends and work buddies. I'm so sorry if this lets you down. However, I do have a bit of an idea of what could've happened and it kind of piggybacks on to sort of similar discussions/ideas that @runn0ft and @portiaadams have shared before, so I cannot take full credit for all of this.

Also, I would like to pimp out @portiaadams amazing fics where Richard does live and will continue to do so. Go check them out, Portia has worked so hard on these fics and deserves all the love:

Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow

Hand in Hand to Hell

(this is kind of a disjointed mess because I wrote it fairly quickly and didn't flesh out a lot of things more. It also still involves Angela dying, which I hate and don't want because I love her, but I'm kind of stumped on how to avoid that yet still get where I want to go. So apologies to Angela 😭)

Jimmy stays in Chicago and things start getting really hostile between him and Nucky after a few years. Old wounds etc are reopened + Gillian is pulling the strings behind the scenes as per usual.

Richard is there and working alongside Jimmy, but he's trying to get out of the game because he's through with it all and wants to settle down.

Like canon, Angela is killed because she's caught in the crossfire of Jimmy's mistakes, so Jimmy goes for revenge but fucks up harder than ever so he has to disappear to keep Tommy and Gillian safe.

So he leaves, and Richard, Gillian, and Tommy move back to AC and things move along like what went on the show. Julia comes into the picture and Richard finally sees a real out to all this. Gillian is fucking up by opening the Artemis club and Richard doesn't want Tommy to be around this anymore so he, with Julia, go to court to fight for custody of Tommy (which he is granted because the whole Artemis club etc and maybe Gillian killed someone, I'm not sure).

Richard, Julia, Paul, and Tommy move to Wisconsin where they count cows along the way.

Life goes on and Julia gets pregs. Tommy is a little miffed, but ends up really loving his little brother/sister/???.

Jump to 1931 where Nucky is killed (by someone, possibly Gillian because she deserves that) and Jimmy comes back out of hiding because he knows that the heat on him and repercussions for his family should be gone. Gillian has kept in touch with him sporadically over the years despite him telling her it's too dangerous.

Jimmy comes back to AC to maybe, idk, help Gillian cover her tracks or something. After he does that and knows 100% it's safe, he goes to Wisconsin and enters back into Richard and Tommy's life.

So Jimmy tries to adjust to Wisconsin life while he gets to know his son and he and Richard become friends outside of all the violence from the past.

Maybe one day Jimmy and Richard are on the porch having some whiskey and Jimmy breaks down thanking Richard for raising his son better than he could ever do with all that's happened. And they hug and life goes on.

2. What do you mean 'if Eddie lived?' He lived. 😂

So, this could go either of two ways. One way where he isn't stabbed or one where he is but survives the injuries he's been given. I don't really have a huge difference from other AU's for either scenario, so it's not going to be too exciting. Also, Stan is alive in this because if Eddie lives then Stan lives as well.

(and I'm going to put the rest under a cut so I don't piss off anyone who may be tired by the length of this reply)

I'm going to go in the direction of Eddie not being stabbed and Richie pulling him away just in time after he's released from the dead lights.

Pennywise bites the dust (in a better fashion than what the movie gave us, I think). Everyone exits the sewers and is shellshocked. When they get back to their rooms everyone kind of separates for a bit to clean up and decompress. Lots of alcohol is consumed. They probably get dinner or something later and they just sit and eat and try to come to terms with everything and also try to help lighten the mood. The energy between Richie and Eddie is different now, things have definitely changed between the two but they can't really figure it out (or they have, they just can't admit it quite yet).

The Losers all go back up for the night and to try and get some sleep. Some are staying an extra day while other's are leaving in the morning (one of them being Eddie).

Naturally, Richie can't sleep because he keeps going over what he saw in the dead lights and also going 'holy shit holy shit, holy shit, I love Eddie. I always knew I loved him but oh my fucking god it's real.' So he gets up and ends up knocking on Eddie's room door. Eddie answers, obviously not having slept at all. Richie invites himself in, because Richie. He's acting super fidgety and wired up even by Richie standards, so Eddie keeps pressing him what the fuck is going on. The flood gates open big and wide so Richie recounts to Eddie what he saw and how he's felt most of his life even if they forgot each other for 27 years.

Eddie's still on unstable footing because 1) he's married, even if he's come to the realization that he's very unhappy in it and 2) he's in love with Richie as well.

They kiss and talk and maybe have sex, but if they don't things definitely happen to change it all between them.

Eddie leaves early in the morning, but not without saying goodbye to Richie and the others. They all make promises to keep in touch etc, which they all do.

Richie goes back to LA, Eddie NY. By the end of the first day, there's already well over 200 text messages between the two of them, so they are definitely talking. Eddie needs space to figure stuff out and also deal with his marriage and other things. Richie respects that and tells him he'll wait, blue balling it the whole time like a champ.

A few months go by and the divorce is about to be finalized. Eddie and Richie talk every day and are basically dating long distance but neither will put an official label on it. It is what it is and they're both happy with that. It isn't until Richie brings up the subject of maybe moving to NY or maybe Eddie coming out to visit him that things get a little tense. Eddie seems a bit spooked or vague about it so Richie starts to freak out a bit that he's fucked up or pushed Eddie too far. Naturally, he shoves it under the rug and doesn't bring up the subject again wanting Eddie to feel completely at ease with the topic.

However, a little less than a week later there's a knock at his door. Thinking it's just the food delivery guy he practically falls over as he opens the door and it's Eddie standing there scowling at him. Richie is like 'man, how badly did I fuck up and what did I fuck up on?' but then Eddie says, "Hey asshole, I just moved into a short term rental a few minutes away need to give my boyfriend the spare key."

Richie's practically passed out on the floor by now so Eddie just edges his way into his place and puts down the key on the kitchen table. Eddie wanted to surprise Richie by moving out to LA but didn't want to move in with Richie right away (or so he thinks). They still want to take things a little slow, but less than two months later Eddie is fully moved into Richie's and they are living happily and hornily ever after.

The fun thing about the actor playing John Walker is that he's the son of Kurt Russell (aka Ego in Guardians of the Galaxy 2!) and Goldie Hawn. He's a fantastic actor, and I think he's nailing this character so well. It's ridiculous that he's getting death threats. It's unfortunate, and honestly, those fans needs to fuck right off and NOT send hate to him or death threats. He left social media for it. Fans give the rest of us a bad name. I mean, he even said that he loved that the character was so hated because he felt like he was doing a good job playing him.

Omg is he really? I had no idea but I can see Kurt Russell in him, now that you point it out. 

To be able to portray this character so well certainly speaks to his talent; for better or for worse, the audience is supposed to hate him, and he nails it. Unfortunately, it’s like the better job you do, the worse you get harassed by this dumbass fandom. 

I understand having very strong feelings about a character and a story (I mean. *points at my blog like Will Smith in that one image*) but if you find yourself sending literal death threats - death! - to actual human beings over it, it may be time to take a break and get a new hobby until you can come back and play nicely again.

Fic Premise: The Avengers are a rock band. Each musician takes a turn at lead singing & playing different instruments. Steve sings ballads, esp w/Bucky at lead guitar, so much that it's obvious they're singing/playing to each other. Tony is all AC/DC type music. Nat is easily a Debbie Harry type singer & Clint is happy to play back-up & not sing. Thor's on drums. A new solo artist comes out - Thor's younger brother Loki. How will the Avengers react to Loki's instant fame? Who will fall for him?

Sometimes, I myself am surprised about how many different mushrooms I happen to find (often without even leaving my town). And to think, it’s just a small part of all the mushroom species!? It’s quite fascinating.

Memorable scene:

Loki returned the grin, turned up Prince a little more, humming along. He shifted again, resting his left arm over the wheel and brought his right hand up to cover his yawn. Bucky rolled his eyes with a smile at this silly man that he did absolutely love. Feeling it so strong, it felt like he vomit hearts or something, he reached over to link his fingers with Loki’s. Loki’s lips slowly curved and he brought their joint hands to his mouth to press his lips to the back of Bucky’s hand.

“Pull over. Let me drive for awhile.”

Loki started to object, but the words died on his lips when he saw the look on Bucky’s face and he felt the squeeze to his hand. Grinning like a loon, Loki nodded and pulled the car off to the shoulder.

Okay since you asked, I will take a look, which will be a bit easier because...well I just recently organized a few things lol. That being said here we go:

Second Chance (pairing Bucky/Tony, Rating M)  Overwhelmed by his new life, Bucky takes a trip away from Brooklyn to find peace of mind. Instead he encounters the one man he wasn't able to make amends with in a strange new beginning that opens the door to more questions than answers for Bucky on his path to redemption. (This was supposed to be 3 chapters, but it’s becoming a bit more than that. Bucky and Tony want to explore this verse a bit)

Gone Forever (pairing Scott/Logan, Rating E) After the events of The Wolverine, Logan goes on a journey of his own to discover truths about the life he put behind him. An accident, a run in from a face from his past and a misunderstanding lead him closer to the truth he’d been seeking out, but will it be the key to his ending or his happily ever after? (This story has about half of the next chapter penned and should be up soon *fingers crossed*) 

Damaged (pairing Scott/Logan, Rating E)  Logan’s been behaving different lately and no one seems to notice it except for Scott. As Scott finds himself contemplating his colleague’s strange behavior, he finds that the mystery Logan presents turns into an obsession for him. Scott’s convinced something has changed, but when no one else seems to pay attention to Logan’s new habits, Scott takes it upon himself to discover just what has brought about the change in his teammate. Will Scott’s obsession lead to happy endings for these two or more misery down the road as this new world unfolds?  (This story also has the bulk of the next chapter penned and should be up soon *fingers crossed*)

After a failed attempt at reuniting Scott and Logan, Emma and Logan find themselves bonding in their grief and loneliness in unexpected ways. What begins as a surprising connection sparks the start of something more between them leading them to question the paths they were previously on. (Still a WIP)

The Key To the Past  (pairing Scott/Logan, Rating E)   Post Days of Future Past Charles Xavier sends his group of teenage mutants out in search of a man who once helped him not so long ago. When the group led by Scott Summers finds their way to the mystery mutant, Scott finds himself wrapped up in a situation he isn’t quite prepared for when his past, present and future all collide. (This story is on hiatus unfortunately)

Mission Return  (pairing Scott/Logan, Rating E)  After the loss of Scott Summers the mutant world hasn’t been the same, but once Captain America enlists Logan’s help in a top secret mission Logan finds out that perhaps all is not lost for the world around him when his mission goes sour and he discovers a man who brings him new hope once again.  (This story is also on hiatus unfortunately)

A Dangerous Game (pairing Scott/Logan, Rating E)  Scott has been focused and determined living another life away from the school after Jean stripped him of his powers. Obsessed with finding a way to reverse what Jean has done to him Scott puts himself in the midst of a dark, dangerous mission that could cost him everything. After Logan finds Scott and the two share a passionate night with one another, it seems that Logan might find a way to interfere with Scott’s well laid out plans in a way that only Logan is capable of.  (This story is on hiatus)

Rage (pairing Scott/Logan, Rating T)  Scott’s nightmares are progressing after he’s been immersed in survivors guilt in grieving Jean. When it’s clear that Scott’s had more than he can take Logan steps in to try to help Scott find a way to deal with the demons of his past. (This story is on hiatus)

A/N: Happy belated birthday! 💚

She was alive in the cosmos, he knew, and contented himself with that knowledge – sustained himself with it – kept it locked in the deepest parts of his soul that not even the Black Order had been able to rip out of him – until the threat of Thanos was dealt with once and for all. Only then, did Loki seek out his wife. 

Where he found her out among the stars, neither of them ever revealed, nor how he convinced her to leave her sanctuary and return with her wayward husband to Midgard. But no one who had known them in the old days was surprised: in the ways of secrets, the lady and her prince were as one. 

The new home he brought his bride to was a far cry from the palace wing that had been theirs to command, and that they had filled with mischief and laughter in brighter times. "Not even a garden patch," Sigyn commented wryly, after Loki had shown her the small house and yard that were their new domain in New Asgard. "Nothing surprises me so much as that. You were always so fond of gardening, just as your mother was."

Loki's face was like stone at the mention of Frigga, but his hands as he pulled Sigyn close were gentle. "You are my garden now," he told her, pressing a kiss to her forehead, saying more with that small gesture than his silver tongue ever could in mere words, though he might take another thousand years to craft and speak them. 

"And you, husband? What are you to me now, beyond yourself? What part is yours to play, in this rough new world?"

"I am your shadow... as I have ever been."

"You were not always so," Sigyn returned, gazing out over the churning seas beyond the back gate of their small demesne. "Only recently has your name brought any darkness into my life. Once you shone as brightly as your brother, though his light was the fire of the sun, and yours the cool, steady touch of the moon."

"You are all the sunlight I need. All the sunlight a shadow can stand." Loki looked down at their twined hands. "You can still leave, if... I will not presume to try and keep you. I know I am not the man I was and... Sigyn, I can bring you nothing in this life now but pain and regret."

"Nothing but shadows?"

He glanced up at her with a frown. She gazed back with an expression that was all at once sad, and exasperated, and fond, and Loki had to close his eyes against the sudden prickle of tears. 

"Just as there is no smoke without flame," said Sigyn, clasping his fingers tightly, "and no light without shadow, there is no garden that will not prosper from a cool patch of shade."

5. Share one of your strengths.

I think I can write emotions well. I’m a very empathetic person so I can get in the characters heads fairly easy so it’s clear what the characters intentions and feelings are.

6. Share one of your weaknesses.

My self-esteem is very poor so when I read other people’s writing then it kills my confidence in my skills and the quality of my work. I don’t read any fics unless it’s by a close friend when I’m working on something for this reason.

15. If you could choose one of your fics to be filmed, which would you choose?

MCU Loki.

First impression: considering I fell asleep when I watched the first Avengers movie when I was 11, I don't think it was a super impressive one

Impression now: I don't really get the hype, but I get why some people would like him

Favorite moment: when he left Oden at the retirement home in Ragnarok and it's being torn down when Thor and Loki get there

Idea for a story: I don't really have one. I'd like to include him one day though

Unpopular opinion: I don't think he's the best villain in the MCU

Favorite relationship: him and Thor's brotherly bond...duh
