KAYISILI FINDIKLI FRANGAPINE TART
200 gr sade un
100 gr soğuk tereyağı(küp kesilmiş)
50g pudra şekeri
1/2 tatlı kaşığı vanilya özütü
1 yumurta sarısı
1-2 çorba kaşığı soğuk su
Dolgusu için:
100 gr tereyağı,oda sıcaklığında bekletilip, yumuşamış
100g pudra şekeri
2 yumurta
140g öğütülmüş fındık
75 gr sade un
1/2 tatlı kaşığı vanila özütü
8-10 adet taze kayısı,dörde bölünmüş
1)Tart hamurunununyapmak için, un, tereyağı ve bir tutam tuzu mutfak robotuna koyun. Karışım ekmek kırıntılarına benzeyene kadar karıştırın. Şekeri ekleyin ve tekrar karıştırın. Vanilya, yumurta ve 1-2 yemek kaşığı buz gibi su ekleyin ve hamur bir araya gelene kadar karıştırın. Hamura yuvarlak şekil verin. Hamuru hafifçe unlanmış bir yüzeye merdane ile açık ve 22 cm’lik bir tart kalıbına koyun. 30 dakika buzdolabında soğutun.
2) Bu arada, iç dolgusunu hazırlayın. Elektrikli bir çırpma teli kullanarak, tereyağını kremsi olana kadar çırpın, sonra şekeri ekleyin ve hafif ve kabarık olana kadar çırpmaya devam edin. Teker teker yumurtaları ekleyin, her eklemeden sonra iyice çırpın, ardından fındık, un ve vanilya’yı karıştırın.
3)Fırını 180C / 160C turbo ayarında ısıtın. Dolguyu tart kabına koyun ve üzerini düzelterek, pürüzsüz hale getirin. Kayısı’ları dolgunun içine düzenli şekilde yerleştirin. Fırında 40-50 dakika pişirin.
4)Tartı ılık veya soğuk olarak servis edin. İsterseniz yanında vanilyalı dondurma ile servis yapabilirsiniz.
APRICOT HAZELNUT FRANGAPINE TART
200 g plain flour
100 g cold butter (diced)
50g icing sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
1-2 tablespoons of cold water
For the filling:
100 g butter, at room temperature and softened
100g icing sugar
2 eggs
140g ground hazelnuts
75 g plain flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
8-10 fresh apricots, quartered
1)Make the tart dough, put the flour, butter and a pinch of salt into the food processor. Stir until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add sugar and mix again. Add vanilla, eggs and 1-2 tablespoons of ice-cold water and mix until the dough comes together. Shape the dough into a ball. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface with a roller and line a 22 cm tart tin. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2) Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Using an electric whisk, whisk butter until pale, then gradually add sugar and continue whisking until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at time, stirring well after each addition, then mix hazelnuts, flour and vanilla.
3) Heat the oven at 180C / 160C fan. Put the filling in the tartshell and smooth over the top. Place apricots regularly into the filling. Bake the tart for 40-50 minutes.
4) Serve the tart warm or cold. If you wish, you can serve along with vanilla ice cream.
