Another Bestiaryposting entry based on The Maniculums description of the Kraegrat.

This one had no description apart from the kraegrats' relationship to its balls. For the first time in this challenge, I suspect I know what it is, because I've only heard of this behavior in medieval descriptions of a specific animal. I tried to go into it with an open mind regardless.

The description as "gentle" made me think the kraegrat lives in groups. Assuming the hunters of the description are human, I imagined it to be at least the size of a small dog, how else could they see the testicles from afar? Thinking of a hunt, I immediately pictured the unicorn hunt tapestries at the MET, which heavily inspired this illustration.

I'd also like to state for the record that when I started this challenge, I was not expecting to draw a field of severed testicles, but here we are. It was more fun than I expected.
