Three Hearts Polish has very quickly become one of my all time favourite indie brands. The polishes do not miss. Every collection has me enthralled. Chloe is Holo Royalty as far as I'm concerned. What I love about this polish is the unique metallic flakies alongside the holo. And also? It was almost a one coater. For a colour this light.
