snack wise walkers crisps peak. any maynards basset sweets, jaffa cakes, french fancies. uk cadbury wins (irish is even better), jammie dodgers. go stereotypically scottish and try irn bru and in terms of being quintessentially uk you have to try a chippy/chip shop at least once it’s required. also greggs because greggs

This issue’s cover feature on professional desktop publishing happened to note the best systems for power users remained the “Mac clones“ fast passing from the scene. While I do recall certain members of the majority platform group were thoroughly smug about it (and have recollections of a computer magazine illustrating the “Here’s to the crazy ones...” commercial narration with images of cult leaders and other notable lunatics), Andrew Gore’s editorial just might have begun to been affected by the “Reality Distortion Field.” In the “MacUser section” (which included a “PowerBookUser” section still looking forward to the Common Hardware Reference Platform making “clone PowerBooks” available at last), Andy Ihnatko’s column fulminated about Steve Jobs’s harsh decisions at the beginning of his overlordship, then managed to close with the suggestion Jobs was doing this to draw ire on himself so that his eventual selection for Apple CEO would look good by comparison. At the back of the magazine, David Pogue enthused about the fit-and-polish touches of Mac OS 8 and concluded “the gang at Apple Computer does its best work when its collective back is against the wall.”

What kind of pet I think each of the Ashes to Ashes gang would have, if they had one:

Alex:

She seems a cat person for sure. I can see her having a very cuddly cat. But I can also see her thinking anything like a cat or a dog was too high maintenance for her lifestyle, and having something simpler and more relaxing like a tank of fish.

Gene:

I think he wouldn't voluntarily get a pet, but if some old lady or something gave him an animal and asked him to look after it when she can't anymore he wouldn't have the heart to refuse, so in my head if he ends up with a pet it's some absolutely ridiculous tiny lapdog with about two braincells who he keeps a secret as long as possible and pretends to hate whenever anyone finds out about it, but who he secretly spoils rotten.

Ray:

Ray is the king of overcompensating, he'd definitely get some large scary dog that he thinks makes him look tough and manly. (He's secretly terrified of it as well and within a week is frantically phoning up colleagues and begging them to help.)

Chris:

I'm getting strong mouse or hamster vibes for sure. I don't even need to elaborate. This man has a tiny pet and is gentle as hell with it.

Shaz:

Definitely has some kind of unconventional pet with a bad reputation, a rat or a snake, or possibly a tarantula. When people find out about it and freak out she gets offended and defensive and launches into a ted talk about how misunderstood this animal is and how it actually makes for a delightful pet. (Chris is defensive of it as well in her honour, but secretly scared of it. But he's being so brave about it)

Viv:

I can vividly picture him lovingly stoking a rabbit. I think he finds it very relaxing.

SuperMac:

This man keeps pigeons. He has pigeon breeder vibes if ever I saw them. No I won't elaborate.

Kiibouma (Kiibo x Oma or Kokichi) so this is basically anime now, it's called Danganronpa 3 if i am correct, i didn't watch but i know there's like killing people, yep, i know, that's something. So why i started shipping this, K1-B0 or basically Kiibo who is a robot made of Iidabashi, even he is a robot, he a human no matter and want to know more about been human. Kokichi Oma, he is a Supermace Leader (if i am right-) who always lie and so basically we don't wich he is telling truth or lie. ANYWAY, he is AAAALWAAAYS telling Kiibo if robot's have a dick (i am sorry that i am saying that but it's true :"D) and Kiibo saying to stop it because it's robophobial, I don't know why but i think they look cute because like damn, i reading fanfics of them and i love it like, Kokichi have feelings for Kiibo and just can't tell it bc he don't know if Kiibo will believe it. Kiibo basically will be shy to say Kokichi and all of this robophobial he anyways will cared for him.

Tanzen (Tanjiro x Zenitsu) yes, it's anime again, SO LET'S START'S. So the anime called Demon Slayer, where Hashiras killing demon's, so, Tanjiro is a boy who have his back almost big box for his sister Nezuko, she turned into a demon after they're family died of a demon. Zenitsu basically he is always crying (BUT I LOVE HIM SO MUCH I WANT HUG HIM😭😭😭) and scared of demon's, but when he falls asleep he like lunatic who easily killing demon and don't remembering. I started shipping them bc they look SOO close together, like, Zenitsu always calling Tanjiro and standing with him closely and Tanjiro of course happy with him and sometimes have really REALLY enjoying with him.

Obagiyuu (Obanai x Giyuu), they are from Demon Slayer too, so, Obanai is a Hashira who wearing his bangers on his face, he have different eyes one is like gold, and one is like a sea. Tomioka is a Hashira too, his haori have two different sides, one is red from his older sister before she died to save Giyuu and almost on her wedding, the other have some patterns where have green and yellow colour, it's from his Best Friend who died too to save Giyuu, after that, Tomioka always standing alone and always think he not a real water Hashira (i am gonna cry sorry but it's so sad) and he standing alone because don't want interfere with others. So why i shipping them, sure Obanai hate Giyuu, but what if Iguro started hang out with him and will realize that he not that bad and just feel really sad when Sanemi saying that he this he better than everyone or Obanai who hate him, so then Obanai will started protect Giyuu from annoying Shinobu (ok maybe she was just trying to be friends with Giyuu) and insult from Sanemi. All Hashiras will be shock that Iguro Obanai is protecting from Sanemi and Shinobu, Kagaya will be happy see that Obanai and Giyuu are now having fun wich other. Obanai will show Giyuu face why he wearing banged, but Tomioka will be not scared, he could say "Your face so beautiful with those scars." Obanai will blush a little but smile at him, sometimes he getting fighting with Sanemi bc of Tomioka who did not do anything. Yeah i think they will be adorable together :)

Sammy x Volt, it's a kid's show too! Called Miniforce X, i started shipping them bc they fighting like a marriage couple, they're really help each other and will rescued themselves, Volt annoying Sammy for which he receives dissatisfied look of Sammy. I always want see fanfics of them but no one shipping them, at leat on Tik Tok have this awesome ship's! I think Volt would start have feelings for Sammy wich he will run away from him not to see his red face. Sammy will start to suspect of this and will try to get information from Volt, but of course he would hear like "Pfft, i am mot even hidden something from you." Wich means it's related to him something but he still woll think. I think after like 3 week Sammy will finally realized that Volt have crush on him, Sammy will fall of ded blush on his face. And maybe if villain will fight with miniforce, Sammy will save Volt from falling and will catch him in bride style and will start tease "be careful my beautiful sunshine." Of course Volt would be blush and saying to Sammy to stop teasing around while they fighting villain

Ok so that's all! I a little bit more but i will do it next time, my like 2 pm of night now and i need sleep right now :")
