Super Cub Season 1

Super Cub is like a warm blanket in autumn, very cozy. It follows our main character, who goes from living alone with no family or friends and then everything changing for the better the moment she decides to buy her super cub motorcycle. This is a cute show of cute girls and their bikes. There’s not much else to it. And for that I can’t give it more than 3.5/5. Still a good anime and if you’re into motorbikes or cute girl does cute stuff, you’ll enjoy this anime.

For the penultimate year of my personal and far from definitive tour through a certain stretch of anime, I decided to try one more double feature. Eighty-Six had been impressive, and in certain ways reassuring and a relief that a recent “mecha anime” (or just about, given the piloted “ground-level one-person combat machines on legs” aren’t “humanoid” or even “bipedal”) hadn’t wound up under a suffocating cloud of disdain. At the same time, Super Cub had been very pleasant (and just a bit of a commercial for Honda motor vehicles), so the thought of acknowledging what breadth anime does offer was tempting...

Crunchyroll announced on Thursday that it will begin streaming English dubs for the Super Cub and Blue Reflection Ray anime on June 7.

The company will stream all 12 episodes of the television anime of Tone Koken's Super Cub novels with an English dub. The dub cast includes:

Jackie Lastra as Koguma

Dawn M. Bennett as Reiko

Jason Charles Miller as Shino

Skyler Davenport as Shii

Geoff Bisente is the ADR Director, recording engineer, editor, and mixer. Jennifer Losi is in charge of production and casting. Eddie Correa Jr. is the mix assistant.

The anime premiered in April 2021. Funimation streamed the anime as it aired in Japan.

Crunchyroll will stream all 24 episodes of Blue Reflection Ray, the television anime sequel of Gust's Blue Reflection (Blue Reflection - Maboroshi ni Mau Shōjo no Ken) role-playing game, with an English dub. The English cast includes:

Brandon Peters is in charge of ADR prep.

The anime premiered in April 2021, and aired for two cours. Funimation streamed the anime as it aired in Japan.
