- Try to challenge yourself and use a heavier weight for this move!
- Keep shoulders back and down, and knees in line with toes
- When lowering the weight for the deadlift, make sure to again keep shoulders back and contract the abs. Squeeze the glutes at the top of the move for an extra bonus!
- 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: use lighter or no weights, or do not drop as low in the squat and deadlift
