Me: wander and Sylvia's platonic love is so beautiful and important
Also me: but what if they kissed?
Frankly, my feelings on this pairing fluctuate a lot. Sometimes, them kissing seems weird and others times in bring me comfort. I'll still mostly draw them as a platonic pair but expect some romantic stuffs from time to time. I'll tag it as "romantic sylander" if you want to mute it.

Mua ei oo
Oo enää
Mut mä nään
Mitä teet
Yksinään
Ja mua ei voi
Potkia maahan ku oon jo sen alla
Mut en oo oikein sielläkään
///
I don't exist
Exist anymore
But I see
What you do
Alone
And I cannot be
Kicked to the ground because I'm already under it
But I am not really there either
Some art inspired by the song ''Murha'' (Murder) by Ruusut for my comic Forgotten. You can read it here.

Staff Pick of the Week
For my staff pick this week, I'm highlighting yet another book that was available for review during the December gathering of the Milwaukee Public Library's Art Book Club on "Technology." This book, simply entitled Light, was the first book I encountered of the 50 or so books available for perusal that day. It is by American inventor Harry Hotchkiss Strong (1887-1956) and was published in Ann Arbor by the Ann Arbor Press in 1942 in a limited edition signed by the author. I was immediately taken by its slightly goofy, mid-century design aesthetic, which I find so attractive, and the fact that its quirky approach to discussing the nature of light bears little explanation about its objective beyond stating that it is intended for non-specialists "who have a natural interest in certain forces of nature and their mysterious influence on life. . . ."
Harry H. Strong himself was clearly fascinated by projected light all of his life. He was a self-educated inventor from Toledo, Ohio, who, beginning with a small electrical repair shop that maintained Toledo movie theater equipment, developed an International corporation that became a leader in lighting systems for the movie and entertainment industries known today as Strong Lighting.
