*Sees a new immortal character, squints eyes* Okay what kills you?
Like are you the “doesn’t age” kind of immortal or the “heals all injuries” kind or the “invulnerable” kind or the “can only be killed by one specific weapon” kind or the “personification of a force and thus unkillable” kind?

Anyone can see, nothing really matters to me.
I sit on the carpeted stairs that lead from my living-room to the bedroom, posting old poems to Tumblr - likely no one will notice. It’s for the best, they’re mostly hate-fuelled. The neighbour woman from a few doors down calls “Luna, Luna” from the yard outside my door. Her cat has been missing for over a week. I wonder how long I’ve been a house cat now… I don’t go missing anymore. Lucky Luna.
My mind wanders as my post uploads and I’m back at Homerton hospital. Sophie and Grace my nurses frantically wheel my newly acquired wheelchair through the corridor to A&E as my consciousness waxes and wains. My stomach hurts, the rest of me is numb. I feel cold. Their faces are warm but their expressions worried. I feel lachrymose. I know it’s their job… but I don’t really want saving. Not that I have any intention of saving myself - quite the opposite. I close my eyes and pray I won’t wake up. I take a deep breath.
The beckoning for Luna fades from my doorstep. Silence. I look at my phone. Upload complete.

What if... Haru and Eden... ???
haha it'd be a high-maintenance nightmare, but it'd be a lot of fun for both of them until Eden realizes how immature Haru is. Despite his flirty ways and his tendency to find his way into as many beds as possible, Eden is focused and serious when it comes to most aspects of his life. Haru is mainly here for a good time and is quite happy to let other people take care of him.
And... Charlie getting a job travelling with the guys on tour, and handling it like a pro because even Taiji and Haru aren't as high-maintenance as Eden. Everyone is impressed with how unflappable he is, and Charlie shrugs like, "Yeah, I've had lots of practice. You should meet my little brother."

If I can’t draw anything that I have planned, like a story, then I’ll still settle with simply writing it. I have so many things I want to write- I want to start writing complete things for Chaos Continuum, I think that would be fun, among other things, like major things for my OC’s, too.
But, it’s a combination of just occasionally forgetting, not knowing where to start/what do to, and worrying about getting the characters wrong, even if they’re my OC’s, or even getting the regular/canon characters wrong, even if they’re different versions that I’ve planned out for my AU/Continuity.

You ever get so into your writing that you forget what’s happening and suddenly you’ve written several chapters and you gotta reread it all and you’re like damn okay James you didn’t have to do Iris like that.
Or is that just me?

the fact that shakespeare was a playwright is sometimes so funny to me. just the concept of the "greatest writer of the English language" being a random 450-year-old entertainer, a 16th cent pop cultural sensation (thanks in large part to puns & dirty jokes & verbiage & a long-running appeal to commoners). and his work was made to be watched not read, but in the classroom teachers just hand us his scripts and say "that's literature"
just...imagine it's 2450 A.D. and English Lit students are regularly going into 100k debt writing postdoc theses on The Simpsons screenplays. the original animation hasn't even been preserved, it's literally just scripts and the occasional SDH subtitles.txt. they've been republished more times than the Bible

“In the war film, a soldier can hold his buddy—as long as his buddy is dying on the battlefield. In the western, Butch Cassidy can wash the Sundance Kid’s naked flesh—as long as it is wounded. In the boxing film, a trainer can rub the well-developed torso and sinewy back of his protege—as long as it is bruised. In the crime film, a mob lieutenant can embrace his boss like a lover—as long as he is riddled with bullets.
Violence makes the homo-eroticism of many “male” genres invisible; it is a structural mechanism of plausible deniability.”
