Fakemon Challenge #2 - CROAKET (Fire/Steel) The Rocket pokemon & BALISTICROAK (Fire/Steel) The Bombing pokemon

Based on the Suriname Toad and the way it carries its tadpoles on holes in its back and Missile Launchers (I have purposefully decided not to show you photos of the Suriname Toad and its babies because they can be quite upsetting, specially if you suffer from trypophobia, so if you want to see the toad in question, look it up under your own risk)

BALISTRICROAK uses CROAKETs as amunition and is able to launch them as missiles. It has the ability "Heat Seeker", with this ability if the oponent has the Burn status, BALISTICROAK moves cant' miss.

Elchen - The Lichen Pokémon - Elchen are quiet and curious Pokémon that love to adventure and explore nearby areas. They're very friendly, and make excellent choices for young trainers.

Cercitus - The Wood Armor Pokémon - Cercitus, donning an armor made of self-carved wood, will battle any Pokémon it deems a threat. When its armor is broken, it will spend days carving a new set before going into battle again.

Megaloria - The Emperor Pokémon - Noble and quick-witted, Megaloria have been at the sides of Faeran nobles for hundreds of years. Their sturdy metal antlers can be slashed and swung like powerful axes, while their pointed feet make for very deadly kicks. If a Megaloria is angry, steer well clear until it has calmed down.

Though Steel type Pokémon have a reputation for resilience and being easy to care for, there's little resources for us Steel type trainers to go around. Do you have any tips you would like to share?

-Give steel types a lot of iron. They need it. Sometimes, it'll just be foods with high iron, and sometimes, it will be literal iron. It depends on the pokemon.

-Steel types can overheat easily, and most don't like the sun. If they don't feel like being in their pokeball in places where you can't avoid the sun, they have sunscreen made specifically for steel types that you can put on them

-Most are heavy. Even the small ones. Aron may look like a skrunkly little guy, but Aron is also 132 lbs

-Most really don't like fire. Unless it's fire from pokemon battling, keep them away from fire

LIVYATITAN (Ice/Steel) I made LIVYATITAN (Livyatan/Titan) after CETITAN's reveal back in August, at the moment I was already sure CETITAN was not going to get another evolution, so I decided to make my own.

LIVYATITAN is based on Moby Dick, the great white whale from Herman Melville's novel of the same name, and its name also draws inspiration from the Livyatitan Mellvilei, the largest predatory whale in history which is also named after Herman Melville.

Pokémon Personality Profiles: #625 Bisharp

After evolving from Pawniard, Bisharp retain their impressive intelligence and battling skill. Just like their pre-evolution, they meticulously maintain their blades and body armor to keep in perfect condition.

However, Bisharp are calmer, stoic creatures that don’t often show emotion. They are also incredibly violent, battle-hungry, power-hungry, and use any underhanded tactic they can think of to win a battle. Their favorite strategy in the wild is to use the groups of Pawniard they command to fight first. Bisharp cut their defeated opponents in half at the waist, then continue reducing them to smaller portions for eating. On occasion, this may be a human who came too close to a hungry Bisharp, which could get it used to seeking even more humans as prey.

If a Bisharp hasn’t been raised by a Trainer for at least some amount of time while it was still a Pawniard, it should only be caught by one who is well-experienced. Trying to tame a Bisharp is no easy task, unless it can be given a Chople Berry that it will gladly keep to reduce damage from a Fighting type move when needed.

Generally, wild Bisharp do not tolerate one another’s presence except in their spring breeding season, so they frequently battle one another for control of Pawniard groups and to merge others into their own. Usually, the losing Bisharp will be driven off and forced to seek another group; or into retirement never to be seen again if its head blade gets chipped, which is seen as dishonorable and causes a Bisharp to become depressed. In some cases, the winning Bisharp may consume the loser instead, and keep a piece of its head blade as a symbolic Leader’s Crest. However, this show of power backfires on many individuals, because Bisharp who have managed to defeat 3 others each holding a Leader’s Crest will be able to evolve into Kingambit and form their own empires with hundreds of other Pawniard and Bisharp.
