Ted Lasso

WHY? I didn't want it to end. Well, sure, it had to end sometime but that wasn't the ending I hoped for. Though before I start complaining, I'd like to say how much I enjoyed watching the series and that it was probably one of the best series I ever watched. Now, let the complaining begin. Some people (my sister) say that Ted should've stayed in Richmond and that he should've married Sassy but there are other people (my father) that thinks Ted made the right decision and if he would've went back, that would've meant that Roy didn't do well at his job as Richmond's chef trainer. So as you see there are many opinions. I however do not care where Ted goes as long as Coach Beard goes with him. I thought very long about it and I came to the conclusion that Ted and Beard are Barty and Evan. They are the Rosekiller couple and you can't argue with me. They are platonic soulmates and as much as I hope for either of them to be happy, I really hoped they would go back to the USA together. Because ROSEKILLER. Another complaint I'd like to file is about the couples. But let's start with the minor problem: Rebecca's relationship. Me and my sister share the opinion that Rebecca should've come together with Sam. They were fucking couple goals. But sure, the Denish guy is also fine, I guess. Let them be happy etc. pp. Now, the major problem: Jamie, Roy and Keeley. I thought very, very long about this and I came to the conclusion that they have absolutely Starflowerchaser or Sunflowerseeker energy, however you may call it. What I want to say, is the following: They are Jegulily. Point made. Keeley is absolutely Lily. Jamie is at first sight James but if you think more about it, he also could be Regulus. The same's with Roy because you first look at him and think 'Yeah, that's definitely Regulus' but then you get to know him and he might be James as far as I'm concerned. But they are Jegulily. And if they are not Jegulily, the are Evan, Barty and Pandora. End of discussion. I think I'm done with complaining about the relationships. In the end, there's nothing I can change about it and the series will still have the same greatness as ever. I just hope that there won't be a next season because as awful as the ending is, it is just perfect for the series. It leaves room for imagination.

In my opinion, the first season was probably the funniest but the third season was more queer and more complicated, more mature and more emotional than the rest.

It was just great, to watch the show and I think I can live with the fact that Jamie, Roy and Keeley didn't end up as I hoped they would.

Okay so I was thinking about the fact that we have cute nicknames for a lot of ships in the marauders fandom.

For Jegulus there is Sunseeker and Starchaser

For Jily there is Sunflower and Flowerpott

for Regulily there is Flowerseeker and Starflower

but I noticed a lack of Jegulily names!

I came up with Starflowerchaser but I didn’t like it that much so I came up with Sunflowerseeker which makes me so happy. I figured you’d like this!!

Thanks for the ask anon :)

I do really like Sunflower as an alternate name for Jily, and Sunflowerseeker is definitely the best way to incorporate that for Jegulily.

You can guarantee that Lily never mentioned her partners' wealth to her family because it literally doesn't matter, they love each other as people and do as much good with the Potter and Black fortunes as they can all without bragging (like decent fucking people)

So when she took them to meet Petunia and Vernon and Vernon started bragging about how comfortable their life was and how wealthy and upper-middle class they were they all looked disgusted because Lily was grossed out at how entitled he was, James wondered if he sounded like that too, and Reg was honestly just reminded of his parents the whole time

Vernon takes that look as them being poorer than him and makes some sly comment about wizards not being dignified enough for wealth and financial understanding

So you've then just got James 'donates 1000 galleons to magical creature rescue centres each month' and Regulus 'could buy the entirety of Europe without making a dent in his gringotts vault' staring at him like '😐ew' but not saying anything

And Lily is equally disgusted at Vernon for being classist and proud of her husbands for not snapping back and turning it into a dick measuring content like she used to think they would
