It’s a girl! Welcome to the world Tempest Stannish, named for the fierce storm she was born during. Both mother and child rolled lucky numbers, and so they’re recovering quite nicely. It’s doting dad, Richard, who’s fallen head over heels for little Tempest. He can’t seem to look away from her!

She’s up! Margaret’s pregnancy has finally progressed into her third trimester, and its beginning to wear a little thin. She is feeling very ready to welcome her little one into the world- Richard’s even set up a cradle in an alcove of their bedroom.
Still, Margaret’s come to the conclusion that if there’s one upside to being pregnant, it’s Richard’s constant attention. He’s been a doting husband over the course of the last three days several months, and is just bursting to meet his- new slightly overdue- child.

While Richard was away, Margaret gave birth: another girl! This one she decided to name for herself- after all, she’s the one who carried her for nine months. This second medieval baby is named Maggie Stannish.

Happy Birthday Tempest! She’s finally ready for toddlerhood at 18 months. She survived her childhood morality role, and her toddlerhood trait is angelic. I’m thinking we got off on the right foot with her as our firstborn!
Side note- I didn’t realize that I couldn’t age her back once she became a toddler, so Tempest had a very quick infancy. The rest of the babies will be following morbid’s timeline for decades challenges, with the baby stage lasting six sims day. Anyway! Off to toddlerhood she goes.

Tempest has been getting plenty of time with both her parents over the last few days. Richard is finding that he’s loving fatherhood- and his daughter- somehow more than he’d dreamed he could. Oddly enough, Margaret shares the same sentiment.

Spring has sprung! Though the Isle still gets pretty chilly during the nighttime, the daytime is just warm enough for Richard and his namesake to mess around in the well.
