Inspektur Bali Apresiasi Kerjasama Seluruh Stakeholder Wujudkan Tata Kelola Pemerintahan Yang Bersih
BALIPORTALNEWS.COM, DENPASAR - Inspektur Provinsi Bali, I Wayan Sugiada mengapresiasi kerjasama seluruh pemangku kepentingan atau stakeholders terkait komitmennya dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang bersih. Hal ini disampaikan Sugiada saat membuka acara penerimaan Kunjungan Kerja Monitoring Evaluasi Pokja Pencegahan Satgas Saber Pungli bertempat di Ruang Rapat Sabha Adhyasta Madya, Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Bali, Selasa (23/1/2024).
Sugiada menyampaikan kegiatan ini sangat penting dilaksanakan untuk memantau sejauh mana upaya pencegahan pungli yang telah dilakukan oleh masing-masing sektor, baik sektor pariwisata, perhubungan, bea cukai, imigrasi dan karantina serta terobosan atau inovasi apa yang telah dilaksanakan untuk memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan yang telah diberikan selama ini.
“Kerjasama yang telah terjalin ini merupakan kolaborasi dalam upaya melakukan pencegahan pungutan liar misalnya telah disiapkan pelayanan pembelian tiket secara online (e-ticketing) atau booking online sehingga meminimalisir adanya pungli pada objek wisata. Hal ini memerlukan kesadaran berkelanjutan dengan terus meningkatkan pelayanan berbasis online yang mempermudah masyarakat dengan proses cepat,” kata Sugiada pada acara yang dihadiri lebih dari 50 orang dari stakeholder terkait.
Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan Ahli Utama, Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia selaku Koordinator Pokja Pencegahan Satgas Saber Pungli, Nugroho menyambut baik acara ini mengingat Bali merupakan daerah objek wisata dalam proses pemulihan pasca Covid-19, serta Bali masuk dalam zona penguatan pencegahan terhadap pelayanan publik. Pelayanan berbasis online juga meminimalisir pertemuan antar orang untuk mencegah pungli.
Menurutnya, monitoring evaluasi pencegahan pungli ini kuncinya adalah pencegahan bersama baik dari faktor internal dan eksternal. Diperlukan komitmen berkelanjutan seluruh stakeholder untuk bersama memperbaiki kinerja yang telah ada menjadi lebih baik lagi ke depannya.
Hadir dalam kesempatan ini perwakilan Kantor Wilayah KemenkumHAM Bali, Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Bali, Kepala Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Bali, Kepala Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Badung, Kepala Dinas Pariwisata Kota Denpasar, Direktur Pengamanan Objek Vital Polda Bali, Ketua Unit Pemberantasan Pungutan Liar (UPP) Kabupaten Badung, Ketua UPP Kota Denpasar, Pimpinan Otoritas Bandara Ngurah Rai, Plt. Kepala Balai Besar Karantina Hewan Ikan dan Tumbuhan Provinsi Bali, Kepala Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Bandara Ngurah Rai, Kepala Kantor Imigrasi Khusus TPI Ngurah Rai, Kepala Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Benoa, serta koordinator masing-masing Pokja UPP Provinsi Bali.(bpn)
