Storyline: Sasha was born into a world of darkness and fear, Despite the harsh circumstances she was out in she managed to drag herself into finding love at a young age especially when she least expected it but unfortunately not all love stories are fairytales, Sasha resented the man who once brought her love in her life just to leave and break her heart while having the audacity to invade her life many years once again and give her conflict of love and war on how she was to overcome the feelings she feared while trying to focus on her job with him being so close and invasive to her.

Sasha was a broken girl since the very age of 16, and it was all his fault, atleast that’s what she wanted it to seem like in her world, what really broke her wash the fact her mother never allowed her to have a regular life due to being constantly associated with the mafia & even becoming one at some point. But what really did it for her was the exact moment she met someone who she swore was the love of her life, his name was Cody, he was the most beautiful person she could have ever laid her eyes on, he made her feel like she was normal, loved, she was aware of who he was, He was known for his family being one of the most well known generational Mafia in Miami so far, They were together for years, Meanwhile Sasha had to get entail on who the new recent drug dealers were the moment she hit 21, one of many were known as Roman Reigns, She had concluded an investigation upon him that Cody didn’t enjoy at first & that is what made him push himself to leave her overall, once he broke things off with her she immediately came to the worst possible conclusion & that was him using her to get information on her mother which was far from being the case. Cody assumed she had been spying on him all this time and conspired against him whilst having an affair with Roman which was not the right idea.

For years she hated him for that very idea in her head, everyone knew it including her mother, Sasha felt as if she could never experience love the same way ever again, She got more serious within the business her mother forced to be apart of but some days all she could think about was Cody, and she had no idea as to why especially now, she would have dreams about him. Nobody could ever replace the love he gave her and made her feel, and she tried, she truly tried to forget him but he was a parasite in her mind, she had done everything she possibly could, Dated women, dated men, slept with women, slept with men, but nothing could rid the though of Cody from her brain, he engraved himself in there and she hated his guts for it.

If Sasha had the opportunity she would probably make his life a living hell for having the audacity to ruin her love life permanently. Sasha stood in front of a mirror in her room adjusting the suit she bought for today’s very important meeting as said in her mothers words. Randy walked in to check on her as she took forever to get ready, Randy was close with both Cody & Sasha’s family but he had an important role within her family’s business, he was in control with her mother meaning he got a say in most things, planned out most of the missions & kept everyone in check, he was a father figure to Sasha as hers walked out on her & her brother Seth. “You’ve been up here for 36 minutes Sasha wrap up whatever you’re doing and get down there. You’re the future face of the family you need to represent us all & show everyone you can run shit.” She stared at him through the mirror & nodded before turning around to actually face him “Fine. Let’s get this over with, I have shit to do.” He nodded and walked out with Sasha into her mother’s office where everyone met, She noticed someone familiar standing infront of the window with pitch black hair which made her quirk up a brow & look over at everyone, one of the girls Athena who ran the drug dealing side of business was known to keep Sasha from killing someone if she was present, what she couldn’t do was calm her down but she often had to hold Sasha back, She & Sasha also had a friends with benefits thing going on with no actual strings attached to the fooling around they did as it was mostly for pure fun, Athena immediately stood up and held onto her forearm which confused Sha, Seth pinched the bridge of his nose as he knew exactly who the man facing the window was. while Barbra Sasha & Seths mother cleared her throat.

“I’m glad everyone could make it, truly, especially you Sasha. Today we have recruited yet another member and even made a deal with his family, but most importantly I wanted to discuss to future of this family we have all created with each other over the years. As it is my duty to address certain things like the future face of the family and Business we run, some of you wondered who would take my place if a mission or deal ever went wrong & one of my two children had to take my place, & I will answer your concerns but first I would like to introduce our new addition of the family.” The man turned around while he fixed his watch that laid on his wrist & Sasha became enraged, he was the same man that ruined everything for her, Cody, It was fucking Cody. Athena & Randy sighed while Cody grinned & started taunting her “What’s the matter Sash’ I thought you would be thrilled to see me.” Seth widened his eyes and she escaped Athena & Randy’s grasp “What the fuck are you doing here!?” Seth ran up and held onto Sasha “Don’t do this, Not no-“ Barbra slammed her hands ontop of her desk and silenced the room “ENOUGH! You’re all acting like a bunch of goddamn fools!”

Sadha sneered at Cody & he just smirked taunting her with his presence. “As I was saying, I have made the decision to make a deal with Cody, I won’t go into details about the deal we have made but he is now apart of our team, our family, and our Business, whether you like it or not, now. Let’s talk about the most impo-“ Sasha shook her head “You must take me for a fucking fool mom, truly, I will not fucking stay in this room any longer than now especially when he is in it and if you expect me to not kill him you’re all a bunch of fucking idiots.” Sasha got in his face glaring “I fucking hate you with every molecule that runs through my goddamn body and if you even get in my way for a second I’m going to kill you & your goddamn family.” Cody hummed “Is that a threat Sasha?” She sneered “It’s whatever you make it to be.” She warned before pushing him away & storming out of the office while Seth sighed “Mom this is not a good idea, you know their past with each other, you know how insane Sasha is & if you really think she won’t do something then you really must be underestimating her.” Randy observed the situation while Athena almost went out there to get Sasha back he stopped her “Let her figure this one out Thena.” She frowned nodding. Seth left the office to chase after his sister but he immediately heard screaming around the house and yelling, he saw that the wallpaper within the hallways were ripped and then started hearing crashing within the kitchen which alerted everyone to leave the office and run to see what all the ruckus was. “I’LL KILL HIM! GET HIM OUT OF THIS GODDAMN HOUSE RIGHT NOW BEFORE I RIP HIS FUCKING HEAD OFF!!”

Everyone ran into the kitchen to see Sasha yelling and shouting over the situation while she broke every single dish she got her hands on. Glass slammed against the walls & floor Until randy & Seth ran past Cody & Athena and picked her up “That’s enough Sasha!” Seth shouted until she kicked herself out of their grasp and held a knife directly against Cody’s throat but her mother’s hand laid against her back “I think that’s quite enough from you Sasha.” For whatever reason the touch of her mother calmed her down somewhat while everyone stood in shock at the kitchen’s mess. “Why don’t you & I take a walk outside and discuss about this hm? Just you and me my sweet.” Sasha glared directly at Cody before moving the knife away from him while he cleared his throat & chuckled before Barbra took the knife out of her hand and laid her palm against her cheek “Why don’t you go outside & wait for me hm? Take a breather.” She nodded meekly & gave Cody one last glare before walking off as she made her way outside. Barbra cleared her throat turning to Cody “Just give her time to adjust, whatever happened with you two is still being treated delicately like an open wound.” He nodded “I’ll give her all the time she’ll need.” He said with slight sarcasm before Barbra walked off as everyone started cleaning up the kitchen.

Sasha sat on a stone bench in her designated area of the mansion where she would spend most of her time. Her heel dug into the dirt as she listened to the footsteps of her mother “That was quite the stunt today Barbra, How can I trust you will be the face of this bu-“ she scoffed “Is that all this is to you mom? Business? What happened to you actually caring about your children? Do you understand how fucked that is for you to do as my mother? You saw how he affected me, hurt me, broke my heart and yet you let him invade our fucking family and business for your own benefit?” She questioned as Barbra stood with her hands behind her back “I love you Sasha, I do, but you need to understand business is business, you need to trust me on this young lady.” Sasha scoffed shaking her head “You using my heartbreak to your benefit will never make me trust whatever fucking process this is.”

She shoved past her mother before storming inside the mansion & going up into her room 10 minutes before one of her closest friends walked in, Mariana handled most of the statistics when it came to business, she worked on heavy amounts of research on other well know family’s that were also doing shady shit under the table, But Mariana was a bestfriend to Sasha, she knew how you talk her down from acting on anything else more outrageous today and right now was one of those moments, she placed herself next to Sasha on her bed “You can’t let him get to you like that Sash’ you’re giving him the reaction he wants.” She sighed out while Sasha scoffed “this entire deal is bullshit Mari, it’s not fair.”

She frowned nodding running her hand down Sasha’s back & Sighed “I know, It’s all fucked up in it’s own way but you need to keep yourself together & make sure you don’t let him get to you.” She nodding in agreement while sighing before Mari got up “Just lay back today alright? You’re gonna piss yourself off thinking about him.” She said before leaving Sasha alone in her room, meanwhile Cody sat in one of the lounge rooms with Randy & Seth drinking “She’s acting like a goddamn Child.” Seth sighed shaking his head “You’re both annoying, You shouldn’t have been messing with her like that in the first place.” Cody scoffed setting down his glass “Bullshit she spied on me & my family & was sleeping with Roman, Randy could confirm that shit.” Seth turned to Randy & glared “Are you actually stupid?” Randy stood confused “Well it’s true is it not?” Seth groaned “No you fucking idiot, it’s not even close.” Randy furrowed his eyes “Yes it is? She was literally close with Roman the entire tim-“ Seth shook his head “No you dumbass She wad spying on Roman per moms request because his father is a well known fucking cocaine dealer, She was playing as his best friend & just assumed Cody knew. But then he fucking dumped Sasha so now since then she’s under the impression he was using her to get close to mom” Cody furrowed his brows “Well obviously I didn’t know Seth.” Seth made a fake dramatic face “OHH?? No fuck??!! Obviously you fucking didn’t because you’re just as fucking stupid as my sister.”

Cody glared & flipped him off, Randy scratched his neck & awkwardly cleared his throat “Well I mean it’s too late to fix anything now.” Seth rolled his eyes and tugged at his own hair “I’m going to slam my head through a bunch of glass.” Athena walked in & cleared her throat “Barbra gave us all a mission tonight, It’s in downtown Miami, club space, Randy has to make a drug deal & we all have to be some sort of distraction while Cody takes the buyer of the drugs car, It’s a 911 Turbo Cabriolet, He never paid the car owner his money & we’ve been requested to take it back, Sasha needs to distract one of his men which means You, Cody, aren’t allowed to distract her whatsoever tonight am I understood?” Cody hummed nodding “What drugs am I selling this time Thena?” Randy questioned while she handed him a list “everything on that list is what he’s buying. They’re all packed away and ready in your car.” He nodded and shoved the list in his pocket.

Hours later Sasha was getting ready in Athena’s bedroom, She wore a tight yet extremely short black dress followed with pumps before adjusting her hair, She stared at herself for a moment before adjusting her breasts which made Athena giggle in the background causing Sasha to smile a little before prancing over towards her, “Nervous?” She smiled shaking her head while Athena held her waist “With you wearing that? Of course I am.” Sasha laughed shaking her head while Thena ran her hands down her back and grabbed onto her ass humming which made Sasha sigh out and press a kiss into her neck “You sure we can’t skip out on this one?” Then chuckled shaking her head before lightly smacking her ass “You know we don’t have time to fuck tonight Sasha.” She pouted before Sasha laid Athena on the bed smirking “I’m sure I can get a-lot done in the span of 30 minutes.” Sasha grinned and pushed Athena’s dress up before snatching off her panties “so fucking wet..”

Meanwhile Cody & Seth waited downstairs & heard a loud shriek from upstairs which earned a confused reaction from Cody while Seth sighed “And she says she isn’t lesbian.” Cody looked over at Seth confused “That was Sash?” Seth nodded as he adjusted his button up shirt “It sure was Cody. It sure was.” Moments later Sasha & Athena finally came downstairs but she made eye contact with Cody & grabbed Athena’s jaw kissing her sloppily and patting her ass while he was watching before they walked out the door “Now your just showing off”

Cody mumbled following behind Seth Randy & Mariana followed behind after grabbing what the team would need, everyone soon met up at the nightclub, Music was blaring outside of the club & colorful lights flashed around the building, Sasha got out of her car & met with the rest of the group, She felt Cody burn holes into her through his stare as Randy & Athena went through the entire plan before separating from each-other, Sasha waited at the bar for a little bit as she eyed the man she was ordered to distract, He made direct eye contact with her before she turned her head into Cody’s direction who was looking behind one of the post ups the workers would stand at to guard the belongings of others but luckily one of them walked off, He looked over at Sasha and gave her the nod that signaled her to go & do what she needed to do. Sasha made her way over to the man sitting in the booth “What’s a man like you doing here all by himself?” He smirked sitting up “Who said I was alone Precioso?” He pointed towards his buddy’s direction which was the man buying drugs off of Randy.

She smiled flipping her hair a bit and sitting herself next to him while he wrapped his arm around his waist “So, what’s your drink tonight? You look like you need one.” She smiled politely and shook her head no as she noticed Cody found the keys & made his way towards the parking lot, unfortunately he didn’t like the response Sasha gave him “C’mon just one drink Chica preciosa” Seth noticed this from across the club aswell as Athena “I can’t drink tonight i-“ “So this is what you girls do now these days? You lead men on and can’t even accept a simple drink?” He grabbed her arm which set off alarms for the group as Seth started speaking into his earpiece alerting Cody

“We need you pulling up into the front asap, Sasha’s in a bit of a predicament” Cody sighed as he just unlocked the car “Jesus fucking christ, alright.” He groaned as Sasha was being tugged up “What the fuck? Let me go!” The guy glared and smacked her on the face “Stop being a stuck up bit-“ Randy grabbed the mans shoulder mumbling something in his ear causing him to let go while Seth ushered everyone out of the club, Sasha ran outside & saw Cody in the porsche “Sasha get in the goddamn car.” She shook her head “Fuck you I can drive myself” Cody sighed pinching the bridge of his nose “I don’t have time for this get in the fucking car” Athena drove off in Sasha’s leaving her no other choice but to get in.

The drive back home was silent & tense and once they arrived back to the mansion Cody yanked her out of the car “What the fu- Get your goddamn hands off of me!” Sasha shouted and shoved Cody off but he didn’t budge “Your a fucking pain in my ass Sasha you know that? I haven’t even been here for a full goddamn day and you already make me want to go fucking insane. Your a goddamn brat & that little stunt you pulled inside before we left wasn’t slick. I know your game & I’m not playing it.” She scoffed finally pushing him away from her “first of all you don’t ever put your hands on me, you lost that problem second of all You won’t speak to me like that because I will not allow it.” Cody sneered at Sasha “I fucking hate you.” She glared back “The feelings mutual.” She walked off clearly pissed off with him later following behind so he could go inside before the night came to an end.

For the next 3 weeks the house would be filled with Cody & Sasha arguing with each other but soon things became messy, Athena & Cody had started sleeping together but she was also a person he often vented to while she put pieces together & realized he still had love for Sasha. His emotions and adoration towards Sasha were confusing but she still knew he loved her still. One night Athena laid in his bed while she sat next to her putting on his clothes as guilt sank in that he was sleeping with one of Sasha’s close friends “This isn’t right.” He mumbled which caught Athenas ears “You realized that just now?” He turned and had a frown displayed on his face

“She drives me crazy Athena, No offense but she’s all I could think about.” She shrugged “None taken, I was waiting for one of you to say something.” He sighed running his hand through his black hair “I hate how she’s all I could think about.” Athena hummed as she put her clothes back on “it’s because she’s someone you’re supposed to be with.” He furrowed his expression & looked up at her “If I was in any committed relationship with Sasha we’d kill each other, I drive her up the fucking wall.” Athena shrugged “So? That’s the interesting part, You both hate each other so much it developed back into love and thats what makes you both resent each other even more, you both hate each other because thats all the two of you think about. You hate one another so much but yet you’d still kill for each other.”

He perked up a bit as he never thought about it that way “I love her Athena.” She hummed nodding “We all know this, You two are just too stupid to notice.” He sighed nodding before getting up “I’m gonna get water.” She hummed in approval as he left the room and made his way down into the kitchen where he was met with Sasha cleaning up the kitchen as a way to keep herself busy due to her not being able to sleep, “Didn’t expect you to be doing dishes at 3 in the morning Sash.” She hummed scrubbing away at dishes while he got himself a drink hating how the silence felt between this “I don’t want whatever this is to be like this forever.” Sasha stopped her movement “What you just expect us to start getting along and act like the world all unicorns and rainbows?” He glared and shut off the water and made her put the sponge down “No, I want us to be fucking civil, act normal.” Sasha frowned and smacked his hands away from her.

“Normal? None of this is normal Cody, I’m stuck in this shit show with you per my mothers orders, You realize your the same person who broke me? I hate you Cody, You ruined my goddamn life my forcing your perfect fucking face and hair and- and everything into my goddamn brain and giving me the love I only know & expect now. You ruined everything for me & I will forever hate you for that reason.” Sasha became choked up and started hitting him in the chest and arms and for awhile he just stood there taking it before grabbing her wrists “That’s enough Sasha!” She teared up but absolutely refused to let him see her cry, Cody let go of her arms & she back up for a minute & shook her head before walking out of the kitchen leaving him alone to his owns thoughts as he was just now realizing living under the same roof as her was almost going to be impossible to handle.

From one to five stars, how would you rate your writing? (No downplaying yourself!)

I’d say a 3.5. I’m proud of my work, but there’s always room to grow and improve.

2. What do you think makes your writing stand out from other works?

I think my writing style focuses a lot on the complexity of the inner emotions the characters feel. I like to take a lot of time fleshing out their inner selves that way when there’s dialogue or they commit a specific act, readers are able to say to themselves “yea, this is very them”. All in all, I like a lot of emotion.

3. Are there any writers that inspire you?

My fellow writers café members inspire me! Everyone has such different styles and ideas, it really makes me want to be more innovative. I don’t really have any specific muses, to be honest–the fanfiction fandom in general makes me want to write and see my ideas developed.

4. What’s the fic you’re most proud of?

“Take Me Into Your Arms, Siren’s Call” and “Dance In The Dark”.

5. Which character(s) do you find easiest to write and which do you find most difficult to write?

Steve Rogers for sure is my easiest. I love that man with my entire being and have dissected him and my interpretation of him so many times. I find Geralt of Rivia a bit difficult to write, hence why there’s no work for him.

6. Who or what do you find yourself writing about most?

There’s not really a who, more like a what–my emotional wounds. Writing is used as a tool for me to not only bring my ideas to life, but use them as vessels to work out these emotions and proverbially close that chapter of my life by turning them into something positive.

7. Tell us about a WIP you’re excited about!

I have a very cute “Spy x Family” meets “The Incredibles” one shot for Miguel O’Hara in the works featuring Filipina!Reader, Gabriella O’Hara, and reader’s daughter hehe

8. First fandom you ever wrote for?

I’m really gonna expose myself here…it was for Black Veil Brides LMAOOOO

9. Any guilty pleasure trope(s)?

GIRL (gender neutral); black cat gf x golden retriever bf, the mean one being soft for the sunshine one, enemies to lovers, reincarnation.

10. A trope you’ll never, ever write for.

Mafia/mob boss. I have one singular wip with that trope and after that, I’m retiring it. Cannot stand it, no offense.

11. Wildest fic you’ve ever written?

Definitely my demon! Lee Bodecker and ghost!Steve Rogers fics. Those were RIDES.

12. Favorite pairing to write for? (platonic or romantic!)

ENEMIES TO LOVERS, BLACK CAT GF x GOLDEN RETRIEVER BF, and THE GRUMPY ONE BEING SOFT FOR THE SUNSHINE ONE. I clearly have a preference.

13. Do you listen to anything while you write?

Either bossanova, classical music, jazz, lo-fi, or a playlist I made specifically for whatever I’m writing.

14. One-shots or multi-chaptered works?

I don’t have a preference tbh. they’re both very impactful, it just depends on the plot in question.

15. Have you ever daydreamed about side adventures/spin-offs from your fic? Tell us about them!

yES ALL THE TIME. especially for fluff pieces with family dynamics, I always wanna create little side drabbles in the style of “modern family” like they have their very own sitcom.

16. Is there anything you’ve wanted to write, but you’ve been too scared to try?

writing for Geralt of Rivia. The deep lore for The Witcher seems like a lot of ground to cover.

17. What’s the nicest comment you’ve ever received?

I can’t remember anything specific, but my fic “Take Me Into Your Arms, Siren’s Call” received a good amount of super meaningful feedback from Filipino readers that meant a lot to me. They expressed how much it meant for them to be seen, especially in a fantasy-fairy tale like story that incorporated our culture.

Yes, lore building for “Take Me Into Your Arms, Siren’s Call”! I’ve never written anything in the fantasy genre, so that was definitely a challenge. It turned out amazing. I loved writing it and that fic is one that is near and dear to my heart.

19. Tooth-rotting fluff or merciless angst?

I’m a fucking baby and I can only have angst if it’s followed with fluff…..but I do love angst.

20. Do you have any OCs? Tell us about them!

EEEEEE I currently have one OC for a re-write of my series called “Keeping Up With The Starks”. Her name is Camila Santos Stark, a Filipina-American who is the only daughter of Tony Stark. She’s a spoiled heiress but is definitely a no-nonsense woman who you do not want to underestimate. She’s described by others around her as the rational version of Tony–the snark is there, but so are a bunch of other characteristics that Tony doesn’t possess. Steve Rogers is her love interest. He thought she was a spoiled brat, but look who fell in love!

21. If you could enter the universe of any one of your fics, which would it be and why?

Definitely “Take Me Into Your Arms, Siren’s Call” – it’s pure fantasy which sounds amazing. Plus, Namor!

22. Is there anything you wish your audience knew about your writing or writing process?

Eh, there’s nothing really interesting going on behind the scenes–I just write at night with a candle lit.

inspo: plot & conflict

let’s get the general stuff out of the way first

so, this whole mini-series was actually thought of because i watched the “gambler” mv and band version one too many times as i tried to cope w pcd

[i highly recommend the band ver btw. it tempts me to swerve to changkyun every single time, istg]

and then i consequentially topped it off w mafia!aus . . .

truth be told, i wanted to save the hidden baby/secret child trope for future works since i didn’t want to overuse it

[it’s my go-to in my earlier, unpublished works. idk if they’ll ever see the light of day, but they’re def still in my drive somewhere]

i needed a big enough reason for sea to leave a relationship they were otherwise more than happy in — and (un)fortunately, i couldn’t think of any other situation

i figured being responsible for more than their own life should do the trick, so there

a general plot was made, tgt w the root of conflict

a gambler & a danger

ngl, out of all the parts for this mini-series, these two were the only ones that turned out exactly like how i planned them

specifically, the story captured in these two parts were the exact scenes i wanted to tell right from the start

there was no deviation from the original plot/screenplay or whatsoever

it was great

which, now that i think abt it, was prolly why i finished these two relatively quick

since there was no ‘what-if’s to consider

a secret

in contrast, i had a slight difficulty for this part because i had a ‘what-if’ scenario

i had to debate whether hoseok would be traveling alone or not

ngl, i have a tendency to go for the angstier way — but, for this case, the two options had contrasting effects on the story

option one was ultimately made canon

yk, hoseok crosses paths with sea on vacation and basically invites himself to walk around w them lol

but option two . . .

oh boy

did y’all hear abt that one time when hoseok was spotted at the airport w kihyun and changkyun? (it was after wonho became a soloist, so ot7 stans won that day *insert star eyes here*)

but yea, i basically took inspo from that and went— what if?

what if hoseok and then changkyun spotted sea?

then, different from canon, the convo they’d have would be significantly shorter since sea would feel more apprehensive about being in the same place as MX members

neither hoseok nor changkyun would have a chance to get close enough to learn kian’s name or even play w her since sea would of course leave as soon as possible

it’s debatable if sea would even get to think abt asking hoseok and changkyun the favor of not telling the others abt seeing them in their vacation

but, either way, the men’s eyes were still faster than sea since they already caught a glimpse of bebe kian

who, as hoseok canonically puts it, “looks a lot like her father”

now here’s the part that makes me scream— it’s so angsty i personally love it:

what if, as sea turned to leave, they saw someone not too far away who eerily looks like kihyun? looking at them? looking at kian?

[*screams*]

angst level through the roof already ik, but lemme make it worse

sea was written to have a strong resolve, someone who is selfish and selfless at the same time, someone who doesn’t back down easily

so yk what? even if they made eye contact w that person who eerily resembled kihyun, they would pretend they weren’t spooked

they would still leave . . . bc they already made their choice

as for the reason why i didn’t go with that route, even if it was literally the angstiest of the two aka my type lol

personally, i felt like option two would waste all of sea’s efforts to get away

i mean— sure, they would still reunite w kihyun eventually [bc yes, no matter what sea does, they’re still meant to end up w him]

but at least w option one, they had more time to enjoy their freedom — and w that extra time, they were able to have no regrets abt ruining an eight-year long of otherwise perfectly fine relationship

plus, if they saw each other then, sea would still be able to get away since it’d take kihyun a while to recover from his shock

but once he processed everything? he will try to find them. no amount of SVT’s countermeasures and precautions would be able to stop him. he will find sea and kian within two months — three months, tops.

however, as touched on in ‘a compass,’ that was exactly what sea didn’t want. bc they’d eventually end up hating him for real

overall, as much as i love angst, i didn’t want the series to get too messy once the domino effect hits, that was why i ultimately made option one canon

inspo: yoo kian

originally, i planned kian to be a boy

[just bc bb boys are my default for hidden baby!aus for some reason??? yea idk, either]

but then, yk how for some ppl you just see what gender of children “suit” them the best? like, minhyuk’s def a girl dad??

yea . . . same logic for kihyun. although his interactions w kylo are v uwu, i still see him as a girl dad. perhaps not as strong as my vision for minhyuk, but it’s still there

as for her name, sea never planned to completely erase kihyun in her life

they wanted to raise her away from him and out of his radar, yes, but they still wanted kian to have a piece of him wherever they go

hence sea let kian carry his surname and even share a syllable of her name w him

and they were only confident abt doing that bc, again, kihyun didn’t know abt bebe kian — he can’t track both of them using someone he didn’t even know existed

ik the spelling of her name can be considered masculine, but i merely romanized how her name would be written in hangul (키안/기안), so i see no point in giving her the feminine spelling of it

oh! i almost forgot: kian wasn’t actually the first name i thought of for sea and kihyun’s kid

i already forgot what the first name was, but the name kian was thought of after i remembered abt sian from tros lol

inspo: mafia codes

i wanted everyone to have a mafia codename of sorts

the members w stage names were easy, also those w alternate names (as in hyungwon’s case) since i just used those

but for those who have their real names as their stage names, i had to be creative

jooheon became ‘honey,’ after his current stage name that i keep forgetting [srly, i always forget that he goes by joohoney now T_T]

minhyuk became ‘gorae,’ which is korean for whale, his favorite animal

the only one i rlly had trouble w was kihyun’s code name

i personally associate him w hamsters, but i couldn’t thing of anything that could make ‘hamster’ as a code name intimidating, so i had to look for inspiration somewhere else

somehow, in my quest, i stumbled upon the fact that ‘yoo’ — kihyun’s last name — can be spelled as ‘ryu’ in the past

hence his code name ‘ryuki’

as for SVT members . . . there’s a reason why not all of them appeared in the series lol

i mean— besides the fact that it’s a MX-centered fic, most of them go by their real names on stage

and i rlly don’t have the energy to give everyone a creative code name lol

still, i came up with some just in case i ran out of members who have stage names

thus ‘player’ for wonwoo, after the carmen sandiego character and also the fact that he’s a gamer

‘moon’ for junhui, after his korean surname (문)

and two more back-ups i didn’t get to use: ‘ghost’ for seungkwan, solely bc his last name is boo [sometimes i think i’m funny] && ‘polar’ for hansol vernon, after his current emoji representative

though imma be honest

i have no idea who ‘labri’ is

when i first thought of the code name, it rooted from the word ‘lovely.’ when i tried to write it in hangul, it became ‘랍리’ or ‘labli’/‘labri’/‘lablee’/‘rabri’/— you get the idea

but with that, two members come to mind personally: jeonghan and mingyu

if ‘labri’ is jeonghan, it could also be the case that ‘labri’ came from ‘libra’ aka his zodiac sign, with a couple letters switched

however, if ‘labri’ is mingyu, it could also be the case that ‘labri’ came from ‘labrador’

so yea, idk who he is

a favor

despite being angsty, this part was a lil difficult to write ngl

i literally had to rewrite the entire thing three times before i finally had something i was satisfied w

i knew what i wanted to write, specifically what scenes i wanted to show, it was just a matter of how i should tell it

MX’s introduction to kian was originally captured in great detail as in move-for-move

but then . . . idk what was actually wrong w it, but it just seemed wrong for some reason???

i still saved that draft somewhere bc those scenes were so cute to me, but yea . . . i ultimately rewrote it

[sometimes i just don’t get how my brain works, sigh]

funnily enough, the scene that convinced me to even write this part in the first place didn’t even make the cut

like ‘a secret,’ this part also had a ‘what if’ — one that also had a contrasting effect to the story

the second idea was what i made canon

yk— wonho volunteered for the alliance but ryuki ended up the one getting engaged after MX pieced kian’s parentage tgt

but in the initial idea . . .

honey was chosen for the alliance

i didn’t work out how he was picked, but i did work out that he was v reluctant abt it — as in he wasn’t totally on board w it, but still agreed anw bc it was for MX’s future

sea wasn’t SVT’s pick for the marriage in this version tho

instead, honey was set to marry periwinkle aka perrie — someone who wasn’t part of SVT’s core, but a high-ranking member nonetheless

their dynamic was supposed to be like enemies-to-lovers, since both of them weren’t really fond of the idea

perrie was supposed to be rlly close w sea tho: partly bc the former was one of their “guards” until they left the country

which led to sea attending the wedding as a show of support

i mean— sure, for this ver, sea is still avoiding ryuki as much as they can, but with the alliance between SVT-MX pretty much complete, they're a bit more lax abt it than in canon

also bc of the logic that MX didn't find them to begin w before they crossed paths again, so the threat "make sure we never find you" in ‘a gamble’ is still in sea's favor

now here's the scene that convinced me to write this part in the first place but didn't even make the cut:

as it happened in canon, labri still mistakingly hands kian to the MX members before hurriedly leaving

and that event is still the reason why MX members will be able to piece together kian's parentage

although, for this ver, kian will resemble sea more than ryuki

[honestly idk how kian ended up looking like ryuki more in canon when i’ve been dead-set that she should look like her mapa more right from the beginning T_T]

[hoseok’s comment in ‘a secret’ was only supposed to be a signal like “i know who the father is”]

they will still be able to figure it out tho based on her features and other “coincidences”

unlike in canon tho, the one who will pick her up from MX’s house is sea

think “you fcking did WHAT? labri, you’re fcking DEAD. don’t fcking go near my daughter, i’m mad at you. i’ll pick her up myself”

yea, sea’s furious at labri oki

[like, so v much so that they literally signed up to go to the lion’s den unaccompanied without much thought]

and understandably so, since hello?? this whole thing was abt keeping kian & kihyun apart???

not to worry, though

surprisingly enough, had they met this way, they would’ve been pretty civil . . . and calm

i didn’t work out the logistics, but kihyun supposedly harbor no ill feelings for sea in this ver

it’s like . . . after piecing kian’s parentage, he just figures out what exactly happened and just . . . understood

so, yea

for this ver, “the talk” that happened in ‘a compass’ is a lot quieter and calmer

like it literally takes place while the other members painstakingly gather everything that belongs to kian that had been scattered around the house lol

and as a sort of soft epilogue, sea and ryuki would meet again in honey and periwinkle’s wedding reception

where it would be alluded that they would be a couple again in the future

and then [*hits the slate*] CUT

ngl i rlly looked forward to writing the reunion in this ver since it was the reason this part exist in the first place

but

as i progressed writing the opening scenes for this particular part, i realized it didn’t seem realistic that ryuki would just let sea off the hook that easily

sure, this is fiction and all, but i figured kihyun at least deserves some time to show sea that the trauma they caused wasn’t okay

cuz yk . . . we can’t just invalidate ppl’s feelings like that

so yeah

that’s why canon is the way it is

a journey & a compass

frankly, these two parts wouldn’t’ve existed if not for the anons that asked abt them

cuz i fully intended to just end the story in ‘a favor’

partly bc i knew if i extended the story beyond that, i would have no choice but to actually address kihyun’s trauma

not that there was smth wrong w doing that, it’s just . . . i didn’t want to mess it up

even if it’s fictional, that trauma is heavy yk

i think i messed it up anw but yk it is what it is ig

ngl there was only supposed to be one part after ‘a favor’

but, while i was writing ‘a journey,’ i noticed that there would be a shift in the tone?— the color?— idk how to phrase it— of the story

so i decided that it would be best to split the supplementary part into two

one focusing on the “pretending”

and the other on the “closure”

as i mentioned on one of my replies to an anon, the keyword for the last set of supplemental parts was ‘wedding’

yea, i technically could’ve just went straight to ‘a compass’ without having to write ‘a journey,’ that’s true

but there were some information in ‘a journey’ that i needed to mention

don’t ask what it was bc i can’t recall now lol

but yea that’s why there was ‘a journey’ before ‘a compass’ :D

inspo: significant others

sea actually had a name in the first draft of ‘a gamble’ bc i originally didn’t plan on sharing the story here

and every time a story is exclusively for me, i tend to create ocs since that’s what i did before my tumblr writer era

[yes, that’s why my mcmxcvii & mcu stuff are x oc . . . those universes were built years ago]

but anw

sea’s name was choi gaeul

they were supposed to share their last name with their cousin seungcheol

wait actually let me elaborate

they were named as such first

with their first name being from chu gaeul of boys over flowers [aka half of one of my first ships as a kid uwu]

&& then when the time came to pick a relative who share the same surname, seungcheol became an obvious choice

ergo, SVT was ultimately inserted in the story

ergo, the codename ‘autumn’ later on became out of question since that’s what gaeul meant

ngl had i published the story w an oc, bb kian’s full name would’ve easily been choi kian

which strangely would’ve changed the story in ‘a favor’ & onwards now that i think abt it

huh

anw sea’s occupation is an architect

why? solely bc of a small fact mentioned in ‘a journey’: so i can say that they thought seungcheol would simply ask them to design a blueprint for SVT’s house as a favor

that’s v shallow ik, but i always try to be as vague and as general as possible in my x reader fics

so when i do specify some things, they’re more likely than not thought of last min and had to be made bc i had no other choice

that includes the name drops for minhyuk’s and changkyun’s respective partners, actually — since i couldn’t just refer to them as their other half every single time

they’re more than just that yk

i came up with minhyuk’s partner’s name first — nari — bc they were supposed to be mentioned by name in ‘a favor,’ right in the beginning when it was discussed that them & minhyuk were already married by then

for extra measure, i also planned out some things abt nari & their relationship w minhyuk just in case i needed them

like how nari’s works in a flower shop & somehow met minhyuk there one day, allowing for their love story to start [yea, they got the florist-mafia trope. it’s cute]

&& also how nari is actually pregnant during ‘a favor’ & onwards

them seeking advice from sea abt giving birth & parenthood was actually my back up plan for the story flow lol

actually, that also includes them offering to babysit kian for “experience” [one of my drafts actually had a scene where ryuki & sea had a fight abt this lol]

funnily enough, the name nari was thought of bc i remembered abt the narra tree

it was rlly random, but that basically gave my name search a direction — name starting w n, meaning possibly related to plants

&& tada~ nari means ‘lily’ — or so google says

i didn’t bother thinking of a surname for nari though, or hayeon too, for that matter

in fact, changkyun’s partner has less info planned out compared to nari

most likely bc i didn’t intend them to play a huge role in the series or appear at all

but alright, here’s everything i came up w abt changkyun’s partner

their name hayeon was from one of the former kids in tros [i just think it’s a beautiful-cute name, nothing else]

they’re a doctor, speciality unknown — most likely smth related to surgery tho

mostly bc the trope that i thought for them two involves kyun getting wounded && hayeon fixing him up

i did consider that hayeon was prolly the first person to know abt sea’s pregnancy

and, for some reason, sea was alright w them knowing

specifically, for wtv reason, sea knew hayeon would keep that knowledge a secret from MX

i didn’t rlly flesh out the ‘why,’ exactly, but it was def hinted in ‘a compass’

smth abt what happened to hayeon will fs prompt MX to tighten their security/surveillance around sea when they find out that they’re pregnant

ngl what ‘happened’ may or may not have involved hayeon getting kidnapped . . .

and let’s just say hayeon believes that it’s better to stay away from any mafia than to accept some sort of protection from them

based on their experience, yk the mafia protection basically failing them, they have the right to feel that way

so yeah: sea knowing that particular belief of theirs def played a part on why sea would feel safe sharing their secret w them

&& also why hayeon was intentionally ‘absent’ in the series compared to nari whose scenes just got cut: they were staying as far away from all the mafia shenanigans as much as possible

which, really, wasn’t difficult for them to do given that they’re a doctor & everything

since we’re on the topic, i might as well mention this

hayeon & changkyun’s on-&-off relationship was def influenced by their kidnapping

i won’t go to details bc i didn’t actually flesh it out

but, as i see it rn, their story def has so much angst in it that i can’t even guarantee a ‘happy ending’ for them if i ever write it

So... I know that nobody here follows me for haikyuu, but I have to know: has anyone ever done a BokuAka spy x family au? Art or fics, both are fine? I did a quick search on tumblr and ao3 and came up empty, which is positively devastating.

Loid and Akaashi are the same character (at least up to ep 4, I don't read the manga). Overthinker, cool headed, analytical to a fault, makes up several possible scenarios in his head and plans accordingly at the drop of a hat, will punch you from space if you breathe wrong next to someone he cares about. Plus back in my day (circa 2017) mafia!Akaashi was a huge trope. And while Bokuto doesn't have much in common with Lor, there are merits to the crossover here too:

1. the idea of him having one (1) good suit that he uses on the job is hilarious to me bc we all know he'd wear owl-themed stuff in his civilian life. Akaashi takes one look at his wardrobe and thinks the stars had aligned that day for him to meet Bokuto at a tailor of all places

2. instead of telling him to use his boobs to catch a date, a coworker jokes about using his big guns, making Bokuto worry he got sniffed out before realizing that he does, indeed, have impressive biceps

Please, I'm begging you, let's make this crossover a thing

Vincenzo – I watched the first episode yesterday and going to continue.

One Piece – it's a weekly tradition with my brother. We are watching it and complaining about peacing. The story is so engaging. And the animation has gotten really good recently.

SPY X FAMILY – every Saturday. Read manga first, and it was awesome. Love the found family trope. Besides, the Forgers are hilarious trying to be a normal family.

Crash Landing On You - I stopped on episode 5 almost two years ago. Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin managed to get married. I need to finish it.

Leverage (Korean version) – I'm watching it occasionally. I prefer the US version, but Korean is not bad. Currently on episode 11.

Bridgerton – started watching from season 2 because adore the enemies to lovers trope. Now I have to watch season 1.

Book of Fish – watched two first minutes and needed to stop because I had to do a task for Uni. Need to go back to it. Sol Kyunggu waits for me.

Escape from Mogadishu – Similar to the Book of Fish. Watched the first 7 minutes, and life called me. As well need to go back for it. Because of Koo Kyo Hwan.

hii mera!!! i hope ur doing well!! ive been advancing in the story and maybe you're right TT im still not a fan of azul but i like him a bit more now that im nearing the end of book 3!! i can't wait to find out his backstory!!

question though, if you don't mind responding, what are your thoughts on these odd dreams MC gets on a regular basis? ++ i wonder if they'll end up being important, because i can't shake that feeling away but they might also be nods to the original stories...

aaalso that thing you said about azul once makes me think about an actual mafia boss!azul with his two Leech henchmen... imagine how scary that'd be (;ŏ﹏ŏ)

ahhhh i have plenty of little ideas line that but i can never seem to find the inspiration for like, plots or long scenarios TT its really a shame

also;; im not very good when it comes to using my words, or being nice so i hope it won't be too cringe but i really enjoy sending in all these asks ;; on top of being a super good writer you're really nice and i always look forward to your posts ,,

(still that riddle thing hurt really bad TT unrequited love is both one of my favorites and one of the tropes i hate the most because it hits me so hard i cry easily when that trope is involved ;;)

The recurring dreams (and the mirror itself) are definitely important. I think they serve as homages to the original stories that inspired twst, but there is also something deeper and story-related with every dream the MC experiences. There’s also something else that happens, but I won’t say anything due to spoilers!

Yes yes!! There’s a mafia boss!Azul x hitman/spy!reader concept that is sitting in my drafts and aaaa!! >_< I want to write it because I like the tension that sprouts from undercover missions going horribly wrong. I think what's most terrifying is that the trio has mastered both land and sea, so there really isn't anywhere to escape to. They can exist in both environments without any issue.

Never Be The Same- Mafia!Natasha Romanoff x Reader

Prompt: Mafia Boss au but y/n kidnaps the mafia boss

AN: I saw this prompt from a tiktok where someone asked "your favorite trope but reverse" so I did it.

It wasn't often that you got anonymous letters sent to you by someone looking for your "services". You had left the spy life years ago with a little help from the Witness Protection Program in order to pursue a much quieter life doing...well currently you were just working as a florist. Before that you cleaned headstones at the towns local graveyard, which was scarily a lot bigger than the town you were in. You had quit that job when you got the first anonymous letter on the steps of the shed where you kept your tools. The thought of someone knowing where you worked, hell, who you were, especially when they shouldn't spooked you more than working in the graveyard around sunset.

The request wasn't for anything serious. A simple adult-napping job of some woman. The stranger who left the note definitely specified that they wanted the target alive. It would have been an easy job with some extra cash to put in your pocket, but instead you jumped ship and quit that day and moved to another apartment complex. You even went so far as to get a P.O. Box instead of using the complex's mail. The threat wasn't that big to get the government involved in relocating you again.

You almost you wish you could go back in time to the early morning before you received the letter by some covered stranger. Your skin turned white when you saw the simple little envelope with your old agent code name; Viper.

Sneaky and deadly, you always knew the perfect moment to strike. Whoever this person was had to have also been an old agent from the same organization you worked for. That was the only way you could explain away the anxiety that boiled in the pit of your stomach. Once was an instance, but twice is a hobby, you decide you'll at least think about taking the job. Opening the envelope, your heart started to pound quickly inside its cage. You can't believe you were about to put yourself in this position after leaving it for so long.

The letter read:

Dear Viper;

It has been many years since the last time I've seen your face, the first time I thought you were a ghost. Certainly after seeing your face again, I knew for sure my mind wasn't fooling me. It is with a heavy heart that I ask for your help. Unfortunately a family member of mine had found themselves in trouble with a mafia member. Unable to keep their end of whatever bargain, the mob killed him. I need you to find the person who did this to my brother and bring them to me completely unharmed. I want them conscious, I want my face to be the last ting they see before I get revenge for a member of my family ceasing to live among those that loved them.

The target's name is Natasha Romanoff. At the bottom I've left a burner number and an address if you do decide to take my offer this time, the payment will be handsomely.

Natasha Romanoff? Sounds mafia enough to you. Gods, what a messed up situation to get into. Would it really be enough to possibly have to change your identity again? What if this person was important to this group and they decided to come after you? You sat in silence thinking for a long time if any of this was really worth it. There was a tiny voice that peeped up in the back of your mind. You had been kinda bored lately, this could be the spice you need to add back an old pep in your step.

It was decided. You'll get to work searching for this person in the morning. Wow, that took so much persuasion.

You got started early the next day. Definitely not due to not being able to sleep in the first place. Oh no. Thanks to the nerves building up over putting yourself in a shitty position. Luckily for you though, this Natasha woman wasn't hard to find at all. The mafia she was affiliated with, operated in the city near the town you lived in. They also apparently seemed to operate most of their business out of a simple pet shop. This has to be the inner workings of a screen writer, you thought to yourself.

Your nerves began to get the best of you on your walk back home. It seemed like everyone's eyes were suddenly on you, like they knew exactly what you were up to. You picked up your speed and released a breath you didn't realize you were holding when you saw the steps to your apartment complex. You quickly ran inside up to your floor and slammed the door behind you. Gosh your nerves were starting to annoy you. How did you ever make it as a top agent is beyond you thinking of the position you were currently in. All feelings aside, you pressured n to pack for the trip you'll soon be taking to the city. It was going to be another long night.

Your trip to the city was surprisingly smooth. Light traffic. Sun was out. If not for this little mission, if you could call it that, the day would have been perfect to do some sight seeing. You found the "pet shop" just as easy as well. You set up camp on the side of the street in front of the building to see if your target would possibly show up today. You were really hoping this didn't turn into a multi-day stake out. just wanting to get all of this over as quickly as possible so you can go back into hiding again.

It took about 7 hours, well into the late afternoon, before you spotted her walk in. Surprisingly, she was alone. Perfect, time to move in. You got out of your car and casually walked around the side of the business to see if there happened to be a door. The alleyway of the building was dark enough that anyone on the street wouldn't be able to see in. The sound of a creaky metal door could be heard just around the corner. You guess the back will have to do. As you got closer to the sound, you saw the woman in the back of the building talking with a man. You couldn't make out a single word they were saying. Their conversation wasn't important though, only getting her to Otter was.

Your heart began to race as the moment to make your move came closer. This is what you had trained for your whole life. The stealth and ability to make a move without anyone around you knowing until it was too late. Your eyes trained on the red-head in the back of the building. You gave a silent prayer to whoever was listening that the person she was with, would leave her alone for just one second. That's all you needed; one second.

Suddenly, it was as if all of the puzzle pieces fell into place. He left to go back inside. Time slowed down in an instant. You immediately released a breath through your mouth and moved in. You could see every single moment, all of the steps you took right up to behind her. Watching her turn around carefully but never hearing you step up behind her. At the very last second when she had finally caught sight, one hand reached but to grab her arm and pin it behind her back while the other reached around her head with a chloroform rag to incapacitate her.

The hard part was done. The red-haired woman fell limp in your arms, so you maneuvered her into a bridal position to easily carry her to your car. Time was of the essence. Someone would be coming to look for her soon. Swiftly and quietly, you walked back through the alley and reached your car. Knowing you had some time before she woke up, you could stop later to tie her hands and legs once you were farther away from the city. You placed her down in the back seat before getting in the front and driving away. You let out the most dramatic exhale and looked for the letter Otter had given you of his number and location.

Yes, I'm headed to the location now.

You drove on for another half an hour before you reached the location. It was an old abandoned warehouse settled 20 minutes in the opposite direction from the city. The sun was completely settled at this point making the surroundings very dark. The sky had an almost purple glow from the towns nearby lights. Getting out, you circled the car to the back passenger door to remove the woman and bring her inside. She was still passed out from the chloroform only stirring slightly as you picked her up.

Maybe it was the exhaustion catching up to you, but you don't remember her being this heavy. Trudging the knocked out woman inside, you found a small chair and placed her down. Your timing was sort of off and thought better to tie down her hands and legs now before checking her pockets for any weapons or forms of identification. The woman's head lulled from left to right while you searched. You found a knife on her belt holster, a small revolver tucked in the back of her pants, a wallet, and a set of keys but not car keys. Her eyes started to flutter while you fingered through the wallet. Nothing important, a drivers license, a couple of business cards from the "pet store", and a what looked like a family photo. The people in the photo looked familiar to you, very familiar.

"What are you doing with that?" The woman mumbled in your direction. You looked her in the eye not saying anything. The woman was gorgeous with the single light shining down on her causing an angelic glow upon the crown of her head. Her red tresses seemed to almost burn in your presence. You looked away from her and continued to inspect the photo she kept in her wallet.

"Who are these people with you?"

Her head lulled once more, "Why do you want to know?"

"Answering a question with a question won't help you. What is your affiliation with the mafia?"

"I'm their fucking boss."

In that instance your eyes widened. Of course, that's why the men in the photo looked familiar to you. She was the fucking heir to one of the top mafia rings in the country. This idiot, Otter, wanted you to bring in the living heir and current head hancho for what she did to a simple family member that got caught up in the wrong group. The sweat was beginning to pour now that you realized you were absolutely fucked.

Before you could say anything else, Otter, the man of the hour, busted trough the doors.

"Viper! I knew I could count on you!"

"What the fuck man?! You really had me capture the fucking mafia BOSS?! We're both going to be fucked if you don't explain everything right now, Otter." You were sweating rivers at this point. Utterly frustrated and hot in the warehouse. The red-head was slowly coming to 100% but her eyes still couldn't fully focus.

"Calm down Viper. Your work is done with me. I'll cover everything up and you can go back to your quiet life."

"Over?! If you don't give me a very good reason to leave her here in your possession, I'm taking her with me." you were shouting at this point. The red-head was now staring at the both of you dumbfounded at the whole situation everyone was in.

"She killed my brother!" You swore you could see steam coming off of his head. "She killed him and left him to rot!"

"Your brother was nothing but scum who tried to steal weapons from me to sell for himself." She had responded this time. Otter quickly pulled out a gun from his pocket and aimed it at the woman.

"He would never have done anything to harm his family or himself!"

She didn't falter her glare one single bit, even with a weapon pointed at her head. "He'd be living a healthy fulfilling life had he not crossed me."

He cocked the gun this time. "Shut up you stupid bitch!"

A smirk played on her lips, she was enjoying getting a rise out of him. Like she knew something the both of you didn't know. Like she knew no matter her outcome someone would always be out there searching for both of you for the rest of your lives until you got caught, or god forbid, kill yourselves to keep from being caught. Your nerves were spiking again, you couldn't let Otter kill Natasha Romanoff.

You sucked a quick gasp. Otter didn't notice but Natasha did. You had her gun.

Natasha's eyes darted back and forth between you and Otter. He was getting upset at the fact that her attention wasn't solely on him. The arm that was holding the gun stopped its falter and held up straight to Natasha's face. "Look at me! I want my face to be the last thing you see when I kill you, you stu-"

BANG

Natasha jumped. She had seen the whole thing take place but didn't really expect you to do it. She could see the tremble in in your hands as they stayed in the same spot. Your eyes were wide, lip quivering, you couldn't believe what you had done and now you had a new problem to cover up. Natasha had a look of empathy in her eyes. You didn't want to be in this position from the get go and it had only gotten worse for you.

"Hey, look at me..." Natasha spoke up softly to break your trance. She had leaned her body towards you in a manner to reach out. "You can put the gun down, its going to be okay now." Your eyes darted down to the gun and back up to Natasha's green eyes. Still shaking you slowly lowered the gun to the ground before you walked over to her cautiously. Tears were falling down your face, the weight of the situation was hitting you. If you had never agreed to Otter's request, you would be cozied up in your bed, awaiting another new day.

Your fingers found Natasha's bound wrists. her skin was surprisingly cool to the touch. She stared at your face the whole time you unwrapped her from the chair. The fresh tears leaving clear trails down your slightly dirtied cheeks. The slight glow of your e/c eyes under the florescent lights of the warehouse. You knelt down in front of her to then remove the binding on her ankles. Something within her compelled her to reach out to you. Without even realizing it, the red-heads palm was already resting on your head. She reveled in the silky smooth feel of your h/c locks. The slight dampness from the sweat that had overcome your skin. She could feel the softness of your fingers slowly circling around her last ankle when your sad eyes looked up to hers.

"How did you manage to capture me without anyone seeing you?" Her hand slipped down to your cheek. "In all of my years, I have not once not heard someone creep up behind me the way you did."

The steady stream of tears grew heavier, your quiet life was about to be destroyed by your own need for a change. She would certainly have your feet for getting a one up on her.

"It was my job. I was known for being so light on my toes, no one could hear me coming." your voice wavered, but the words got out.

"Well I could use someone like you by my side." Natasha held out her hand to you as she got up on her feet. Not really having her ground, she nearly fell when you caught her by the waist. The two of you held your breath as you both stared deeply into each others eyes. You could swear if you inhaled, her scent would be enough to drive you mad. "My guys will cover all of this up for you."

You sat and thought about everything she said. The would would probably prove more exciting than working at a flower shop and probably be more fruitful. You smiled at her. You could feel her warm breath near your lips.
