i think it should be completely normal and encouraged to tell people you love them if you love them, and to say when you're in love with them when you are.

Btw sorry if it seems like I went from super low and at the end of my rope to super happy and loving life all the sudden- it's because I did! I've been going through that kind of stuff mentally lately it's a mess. It’s such a foreign concept to me that bad people get to be happy. I know we as people make our own happiness but I don’t understand how people who went out of their way to hurt people get to be happy while the people they hurt have to suffer with what they did to them.

Making people's day is so easy.

I was at the store today, looking for stickers for my journal as I see this gorgeous girl and her friend. They were so pretty and the way they talked to each other - you could just tell they were cool.

And so I went up to them and said "Excuse me you two, I dont want to bother you." And the girl gave me a thumbs up with a smile (something i do quite a lot too / it was so cute ngl). "I just think you guys are very pretty!" Was all I said and immediately her eyes light up, she covered her mouth with her hands and said "Omg thank you!!" I said "Have a nice day!" and left. As I leave I hear her say to her friend "Oh my god our first compliment!!!"

I swear it was the cutest thing ever. I'm kinda sad I didn't ask for her instagram but doesn't matter. They were happy and sooo polite and that's all that matters.

So this is your sign to take chances. To be a little nice, to make people's day!!! Because worst case: they're a little akward. You never know how much someone may have needed it.
