Ok, maybe you already thought of it, but bf of mine shot me with this: the Beast is wearing a cloak because the wind, blowing through tonnels of his body, cause mixture of whistles that annoys the Beast terribly (my personal hc to this: Enoch is aching to catch the Beast in his ribbons somehow and blow him (no pun intended) with his real fanged mouth like a flute)

Your boyfriend is brilliant and you may tell him I said so. You are also brilliant, and I’d love write a fic about that exact thing.

I am however, in stitches, over the similarity this creates between the Beast and SpongeBob.

glad that you've asked, because i got quite a few ideas:

my main projects are a Spongehenge centered AU, and a Dying For Pie AU

from my choice of episodes, it's obvious they're all gonna be a little darker than what this heartwarming show is used to. i'm not too big on wholesome content, haha

but don't worry. i might break the depressing mood by joining the Tumblr culture and creating an Ask for each AU. i also have ideas for shorter stories that will follow SpongeBob's lighthearted silliness.

Sponge Bob behind the scenes is so fucking weird. Stephen Hillenberg was an actual marine biologist, Yummer was a thing, Sponge Bob porn hidden in the files of one of the games, the extras all having unique personalities and names and stories, Red Mist's cameo, the possibility that Spongehenge was originally gonna be the series finale, etcetera.
