I'm watching 14x08 and I know what's gonna happen to Cas but not in detail BUT, I'm at the scene where Cas is making a deal with the Empty with his life for Jack so, when the empty said

"I-I want you to suffer.

I want you to go back to your normal life and forget about this and forget about me and then when you finally give yourself permission to be happy and let the sun shine on your face, that's when I'll come. That's when I'll come to drag you to nothing"
