Hey!! I'm so sorry to bother you with my questions. I really wanted to ask something.

So whenever I affirm to wake up in the void state, i always end up falling asleep in a deep sleep (which usually doesn't happen to me) and I wake up with a headache instead of waking up in the void state.

Do you know why does this happen? And can you tell me how can I successfully wake up in the void state?

Hello! You don't bother me at all. I love answering questions.

It happened to me too when I tried to wake up with a massive headache. This massive headache is caused by the fact that in the void state, we have to remain aware with only one side of the brain on.

Our brain is just tired. And it wants to let us know. What I do as soon as I notice this headache is drink so much water and close my eyes for at least 10 minutes.

To successfully "wake up in the void," we have to first understand what this phrase means.

This phrase does not mean that you should fall asleep and wake up there; the waking up there is pretty much only for the shiftings, and the void state is more of a reaction to this state by going deeper and deeper in your meditations until it is only your body that falls asleep. Once you are in that state, you can start to affirm, manifest, and do whatever you want.

To successfully be in the void state, your body has to not move for 15-20 minutes, and your only job is to keep your left side awake. We can do this by counting, visualizing, and doing math in our heads. As soon as you feel your body relaxing, do only visualization, and start visualizing your body relaxing more and more, starting with your feet and ending with your hair. Assert that every time you breathe, your body relaxes and that you are closer to the void state with each breath.

To be clear, this is more about deaths for the perception of spiritual plurality. People who died because they were believed to experience spiritual plurality. i.e. possession.

Here's a listicle featuring deaths from exorcisms:

(Trigger warning: Includes mention of deaths and torture of real children.)

I have no way of confirming which if any of the victims are actually plural, let alone endogenic. Some are almost definitely not, like the 6-month-old baby. But they died because they were perceived in some way as having other entities in their body, which contributes to the reason why endogenic systems have largely been in hiding for thousands of years.

Anyone confessing to share their body with other agents would have faced persecution like this and quite possibly death.
