okay well. my partner suggested that nobody was requesting my readings because i was underselling myself. AND I REALISED WELL... god i really am. if i was offered a reading for less than five bucks i wouldn't take it lmfao. i would think it would be terrible quality no matter what reviews i saw. so here i am with a revised version of my commissions post.
the cost: pay what you want minimum aud$75 per question/topic/ask.
the content: with one ask, you get two readings, one each of tarot and oracle. i will not tell you to do anything -- this is not a place for you to be ordered around, and you always retain your agency and autonomy with me. i will offer intuitive information, empathy, kindness and suggestions for better living, mental health and spiritual wellness. i will offer descriptions of for example your current trajectory of your future spouse/lover/partner, your future job, your road to healing. everything i say is an accumulation of my life experiences, understandings of humanity, emotional intelligence, wisdom and gentleness. everything i say is a message from whatever it is you may believe in, or maybe just as simple as something that you need to hear. everything i say is said with pure unconditional love. however, you always retain the capacity to choose what you internalise! if you are not sure about what topic you want to choose, let me know. you will still get a comprehensive reading of what you need to know right now.
the reviews: click here to view my site where you can see examples of past readings and reviews of the quality of my work.
for rules and terms and conditions, tap the read more. hope to see you soon!
the rules:
reblog, like, follow. then comment and tell me about your day or something meaningful to you.
send however much you want, min aud$75, to my ko-fi, but don't forget to tell me your tumblr url in the tip message.
then send a public ask saying you want a reading. you can pick/describe a topic, but allow me to phrase the question for the cards. if you're not sure what you want to ask, leave it to me, and i'll ask the cards what you need to know right now.
optional but after my reading, i'll ask you to leave your feedback on my site.
terms/conditions: i will take most topics, just about anything goes. however if i cannot do your reading i will dm you and we can discuss alternatives. if i can't read for you i will refund you. if you are abusive or rude i will refuse to read for you and refund. if this post takes off please practice patience as i get to you.
thank you so much for reading. please consider my offer! 🍃🦋

The Fulfilling Journey of Being a Reiki Practitioner
Shaina Tranquilino
February 5, 2024
Tumblr media
People are constantly seeking ways to improve their physical and mental well-being. One holistic practice that has gained significant popularity in recent years is reiki. As a reiki practitioner myself, I can confidently say that this path brings immense fulfillment, not just for those we help but also for our own personal growth. In this blog post, let's explore why being a reiki practitioner is so deeply fulfilling.
1. Empowering Others:
As a reiki practitioner, one of the most rewarding aspects is the ability to empower others on their healing journey. Through gentle touch or distance healing, we channel universal life force energy to balance and harmonize the recipient's energetic system. Witnessing clients experience deep relaxation, stress relief, pain reduction, emotional release, and overall well-being is incredibly fulfilling. Knowing that you've played a part in someone's healing process creates an indescribable sense of joy and purpose.
2. Creating Positive Energy Exchanges:
Reiki sessions create powerful energy exchanges between the practitioner and client. During a treatment, both parties immerse themselves in a serene atmosphere where positive intentions permeate the space. This exchange enables profound connections with individuals seeking healing and promotes an environment conducive to fostering trust and compassion. The shared experiences during treatments often result in lasting relationships built on genuine care and understanding.
3. Personal Growth and Self-Healing:
While offering healing to others, reiki practitioners embark on an inner journey of self-discovery and growth. Regularly practicing reiki allows us to become more attuned to our own energy systems, bringing about personal transformation and healing. By working on ourselves, we enhance our abilities as practitioners – becoming clearer channels for divine energy to flow through us effortlessly.
4. Cultivating Mindfulness:
Reiki inherently encourages mindfulness in both practitioners and recipients alike. The practice requires us to be fully present, focusing on the energy flowing through our hands and into the recipient's body. This heightened state of awareness fosters a deep connection with the present moment, enabling practitioners to let go of distractions and worries. The mindfulness cultivated through reiki spills over into all areas of life, leading to increased clarity, peace of mind, and overall well-being.
5. Being Part of a Supportive Community:
The reiki community is a tight-knit group that shares a common passion for healing and spiritual growth. Engaging with fellow practitioners allows for valuable exchanges of knowledge, experiences, and techniques. Participating in workshops, seminars, or reiki circles not only expands our understanding but also provides ongoing support from like-minded individuals who understand the unique journey we are on.
Being a reiki practitioner is truly fulfilling in countless ways. From witnessing the transformative effects it has on others' lives to experiencing personal growth and cultivating mindfulness within ourselves – each aspect contributes to an enriched existence. By embracing this holistic practice, we become catalysts for positive change while simultaneously nurturing our own well-being. If you feel drawn to healing work and have an innate desire to make a difference in people's lives, consider embarking on the fulfilling journey of becoming a reiki practitioner.

So I’ve been opening a bit more of my struggles and things I’m not completely on my ass, but I feel on my ass. Someone said to me they thought I was rich and no. I manage my necessities to live like how I live. Idk why maybe because of beauty. You know something I alway get is your so pretty. You’re so pretty. You’re so pretty. Well this pretty face also comes with a beating heart, pumping blood and a working brain. I go through life things as well and sometimes my beauty I guess is my curse. My sex appeal, my dark sensual energy. I have a love hate relationship with because in a way I can get what I want, but also it can get me in a lot of trouble. Trouble I would like to avoid. It’s like the enjoying the sweetness of eating your favorite ice cream and then the guilt of damn wait this is dairy. And I’m sorry your pie has been killing the gelato game as of late. Just the whole pizza game. Favorite food places. I can come here after smoking my blunt. Get a pizza, dairy free cheese sticks and gelato(I like to eat. When I eat I eat) being a lil black dude on the streets is a lil difficult especially when your a lil fem like me. What I learned is it can easily morph you into something your not and that’s the most terrifying thing. Let’s be real everyone succumbs to the pressure sometimes.I’m aware of qualities now that can get me what I need however I’m also aware of what do you deem of me to be beautiful what if I tell you I don’t feel like life is that way. The truth is I manage. I do what I gotta do and sometimes it’s a very scary, risky, and lonely way of life. Who can love a street bitch? You know? Why would you want to love a street bitch? And do you know what comes with my lifestyle of being a street bitch. Not even something I feel like I chose but something that was thrusted upon me by circumstance.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Sitting in the holding cell for a bit really did help me come to peace with things. The only thing I wish the system would do better is helping the inmates and the people being held take better car of themselves. That’s the solution I feel. If ppl are able to know their options, their resources, the chances they are getting sometimes I feel you’ll realize how situations are not that bad. Just how the man was honest with me in the fact that he needed some change and that he was an alcoholic he was gonna get a drink. Soo…I did give it to him because I understand what it’s like not having what YOU individually need. And I ain’t gonna lie I could use myself a drink right about now myself. Everyone have different needs and just like one of my need is to make sure I hit that gym and I will get a 3 hour workout in everytime.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I will prioritize myself 1st and I learned there’s nothing wrong with that at all. I use to feel so guilty because I’ll see so many choose to go down a path of suffering that doesn’t allow them to grow behind their self imposed stature of limitations. Everything you speak spells the worlds that dictates the direction inn which your life will go but it’s all about choice. Yes I enjoy to drink and smoke and be irresponsible, but I also enjoy to be healthy, strong, aware, and understanding so I can get through whatever life hurdles are thrown your way. And you can tackle them with common sense. When you’re just wandering like me you see the space of self discovery, growth, change, and the same opportunities that makes your life very rich. You just need a plan and follow suit and don’t be afraid of the storms that may come your way.

[07.12.23] ✧
hi loves 🤍
so more of a sappy post today, ft me post-sob after (no i hate this word's connotations but indeed i was) praying.
I don’t pray often, if ever - which is also very strange considering I am a spiritual person. But I have been taking a lot of inspiration from works and art focusing on spiritual health and wellness and think it’s just as important as physical and mental wellness. ☀️
So, I tried to pray.
And I chose an ancestor prayer, and I found a 432Hz meditation audio, and I spoke aloud to the ones I wanted to speak to.
It was an extremely emotional process for me, which tells me I had been holding in a lot. A lot of grief I hadn’t fully processed and a lot of lose ends I never got to tie up.
I think spirituality can look different for everyone. Some people find spirituality in religion, and some don’t. It can also range from believing in God(s) to believing that there is something beyond us that we cannot fully understand, but that we can find ways to tap into and find fullness from.
It’s also worth recognizing that “spirituality” carries so many connotations from it, from Karen in her lululemons ready for her Thursday morning yoga, also Karen with her crystals and costar, or Headspace 10-minute morning meditation - to the very real history and implications of religious trauma, colonialism, capitalism, appropriation of Black and indigenous spiritual ideologies and practices, and the church. I believe all of this - including your ethics, your values, your goals, and your own ancestral line - should stay central when you decide how to go about your practice.
I personally find a lot of my spirituality coming from my relationship with the environment and my gardening practices, my grandma and her teachings, practices of traditional medicine that saved my life, my dreams, yoga, and meditation. I am working to be more open to energy sources and understanding my energy, astrology and menstruation, breathwork, vagus nerve stimulation, body and intuition awareness, witchcraft, and humility in knowing that I cannot comprehend existence.
(Somehow this all feels like it keeps coming back to #horsepinko because now I am thinking of quantum tunneling again. Peep my last post lol.)
Anyway, I am going to list some books, resources, and ideas below that may inspire you if you might also want to look more into your spiritual wellness or just explore what that might be for you.
• Book: The Web of Meaning, Jeremy Lent
• Book: The Body Keeps the Score, Bessel Van Der Kolk
• Book: The Four Agreements, Don Miguel Ruiz
• Podcast: "Where does your spirituality come from? Learning how to support our indigenous healers" ft Asha Frost, by Spiritual Shit
• Podcast: "Inner Work: A Spiritual Growth Podcast," Josephine Hardman
• Podcast: "Indigo and Liberating Black Spirituality with Queen Quet" - Black History Year by PushBlack
• Podcast: "White Spiritual Women: We are all racist," Hunting for Purpose Podcast (also see Layla F. Saad on this topic)
• Chakra audios (YouTube and Spotify great sources) also theta waves
Please drop a few sources (or your favorites!) if you have any 🤍
Wishing you some solace in this and good luck on your journey. x

Ho'oponopono: The Ancient Hawaiian Healing Practice for Inner Harmony
Shaina Tranquilino
November 3, 2023
Tumblr media
In today's fast-paced world, it is easy to get caught up in the chaos and stress of our daily lives. We often find ourselves overwhelmed by negative emotions, past traumas, and relationships that need healing. However, amidst this turmoil, an ancient Hawaiian practice called Ho'oponopono offers us a powerful method to restore balance and harmony within ourselves and our relationships. What is Ho'oponopono? Ho'oponopono (pronounced HO-oh-pono-pono) is a traditional Hawaiian practice that means "to make right" or "to rectify an error." It is deeply rooted in the belief that everything in the universe is interconnected and that we are responsible for our own experiences – not only individually but also collectively. At its core, Ho'oponopono aims to heal and cleanse any disharmony within oneself while promoting forgiveness, reconciliation, and restoration of relationships with others. How does it work? According to the teachings of Ho'oponopono, everything we experience originates from within ourselves. By taking responsibility for our thoughts, actions, and reactions towards events and people around us, we can begin to heal from deep-seated wounds. This practice shifts the focus away from blaming others or external circumstances and directs it inwardly towards self-reflection. The Four Key Phrases of Ho'oponopono: 1. I'm sorry (Kala) Admitting mistakes or acknowledging one's contribution to a problem is crucial in initiating the process of healing through Ho'oponopono. Saying "I'm sorry" doesn't necessarily mean you have done something wrong; rather, it signifies your willingness to take responsibility for creating harmony. 2. Please forgive me (Makala) Asking for forgiveness demonstrates humility and vulnerability. By recognizing our own shortcomings and seeking forgiveness, we open the door for healing and transformation. 3. Thank you (Mahalo) Expressing gratitude is a powerful tool in Ho'oponopono as it helps us shift our focus from negativity to appreciation. Gratitude allows us to find blessings even in challenging situations, fostering inner peace and harmony. 4. I love you (Aloha) Love is the ultimate healer in Ho'oponopono. By sincerely offering love to ourselves and others involved in a conflict or challenge, we release negative energy and invite compassion, empathy, and understanding into our lives. How to Practice Ho'oponopono: 1. Find a quiet space: Set aside some time where you can be alone without distractions. 2. Reflect on the issue: Identify an area of your life that needs healing or a relationship that requires reconciliation. 3. Repeat the four key phrases: While focusing on the issue at hand, repeat each phrase – "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you" – either silently or out loud. Allow yourself to feel the emotions associated with these words. 4. Visualize healing: Imagine the situation being transformed into one of perfect harmony and wellbeing. See all parties involved releasing any negative feelings and embracing forgiveness. 5. Repeat regularly: Make Ho'oponopono a regular practice, allowing it to become an integral part of your daily routine. Regularly revisiting this process will strengthen your ability to heal deep-seated wounds and maintain healthy relationships. Ho'oponopono offers us a profound opportunity for personal growth, emotional healing, and restoration of relationships within ourselves and with others. By taking responsibility for our experiences through humble acknowledgment, sincere apologies, gratitude, and heartfelt love, we can foster inner harmony while creating positive ripples in the world around us. Remember that change takes time; practicing Ho'oponopono consistently will gradually transform your mindset, allowing you to embrace forgiveness, compassion, and love more readily. Embrace the power of Ho'oponopono and discover its transformative potential within yourself and in the relationships that matter most to you.
