My research has been around autoimmunity in COVID-19. I've been highlighting this point since early 2020. The scientific community I think is gradually starting to understand the implications of autoimmune responses around severe COVID-19 and anything related to the spike protein [such as spike protein generated by the body, programmed by mRNA gene therapy 'covid shots', subsequently and repeatedly triggered by inflammatory infection]
I'm going to be highlighting a few questions so it's important at the outset that I am clearly stating to you that this is just me thinking.
I will be covering the article that has recently been talking about the Wuhan land lab and the funding for it.
I'll also be talking about the structure of SARS Cov-2, and I'll be looking as well at a paper in 2021 about toxin-like peptides in the plasma and urine.
These bits of thinking are way ahead of everybody else. So it may seem very strange, but you just have to work with me to understand why from a clinical perspective I'm interested in this.
I'm not fascinated with the politics, the politics are for someone else! I'm interested in the clinical relevance and how it affects patients in a day-to-day basis.

Wuhan institute of virology broke rules with experiments that increase viral activity more than tenfold says the health department.
It seems that the US has acknowledged that they were funding this lab and that they think that the Wuhan institute of virology were increasing the viral activity, and they are in insinuating that this was beyond what it is that they were aware.

What is important is to consider the possibility if this is intentional, now this is important!
This has some serious implications and that is what I am interested in.
It's foolish to assume without investigating.
How can one work out what's happening with patients if you don't fully understand what's going on with the spike proteins of the virus.

And so it's an important paper, and it's highlighting critically, this is the bit that I wanted to show you, the layout of the proteins, the non-structural proteins that it makes as well as the structural accessory proteins, and it's comparing the different viruses; SARS Co-V-2, SARS Co-V, MERS and another coronavirus, and looking at the proteins that they make from that RNA sequence. - so that's the standard perspective.
The question is - is it possible that this same sequence, especially this sequence if it is in another organism, say for instance a bacterium, would it make the same spike proteins or would it cut it up using different proteases to make completely different proteins.

[I think it important to remember the threat of war has been looming for some time, well before the current 'hype', with regard to both Russia and China. Abstract
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and COVID-19 infection has led to worsened outcomes for patients with cancer. SARS-CoV-2 spike protein mediates host cell infection and cell-cell fusion that causes stabilization of tumor suppressor p53 protein. In-silico analysis previously suggested that SARS-CoV-2 spike interacts with p53 directly but this putative interaction has not been demonstrated in cells. We examined the interaction between SARS-CoV-2 spike, p53 and MDM2 (E3 ligase, which mediates p53 degradation) in cancer cells using an immunoprecipitation assay. We observed that SARS-CoV-2 spike protein interrupts p53-MDM2 protein interaction but did not detect SARS-CoV-2 spike bound with p53 protein in the cancer cells. We further observed that SARS-CoV-2 spike suppresses p53 transcriptional activity in cancer cells including after nutlin exposure of wild-type p53-, spike S2-expressing tumor cells and inhibits chemotherapy-induced p53 gene activation of p21(WAF1), TRAIL Death Receptor DR5 and MDM2. The suppressive effect of SARS-CoV-2 spike on p53-dependent gene activation provides a potential molecular mechanism by which SARS-CoV-2 infection may impact tumorigenesis, tumor progression and chemotherapy sensitivity. In fact, cisplatin-treated tumor cells expressing spike S2 were found to have increased cell viability as compared to control cells. Further observations on gamma-H2AX expression in spike S2-expressing cells treated with cisplatin may indicate altered DNA damage sensing in the DNA damage response pathway. The preliminary observations reported here warrant further studies to unravel the impact of SARS-CoV-2 and its various encoded proteins including spike on pathways of tumorigenesis and response to cancer therapeutics.
