This is not some kind of down-low sponsorship/endorsement post; I just like to make a point of applauding when someone really makes an effort in a niche undertaking where they’re probably breaking even on costs but obviously have a passion for what they do and it’s a quality outcome.
In this case, I initially bought this Wassail spice blend for convenience, alone but was impressed with a notably good blend and thoughtfully planned texture and delivery for preparation.
I know they do historical tea blends and medicinal teas but I didn’t give extra thought to their festive drink blends. This one was a single bowl bendy pouch (I got about twice the servings out of it but don’t think it would be too strong for the suggested number) but I think they have bigger tins of it available. They’re really good. They’ve got their hands on some good cinnamon 🤣.
