Right, I want all of you to listen, and I want you to listen well.

This is the basics of the doctrine of the Trinity 101.

God is one being consisting of 3 distinct, simultaneous, co-equal, co-eternal persons:

God the Father, God the son, and God the Holy Spirit.

God is not made of parts and He cannot be divided, as God does not consist of parts nor components.

If you do not believe the truths contained in this meme, you do not understand the doctrine of the Trinity!

To deny the personhood of the Holy Spirit is to fall into heresy.

The Holy Spirit is NOT a force that is impersonal. The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity.

Doctrine

2 Timothy 4: 3, 5-7

Any worker of God’s kingdom should know and learn proper biblical doctrine before engaging in “Evangelism”. Even when Paul was in prison and heard the footsteps of the soldiers approaching him he asks Timothy to endure sound doctrine. When Paul made the statement that he had, fought a good fight and kept the faith it meant that Paul had endured sound doctrine as well. Sound Doctrine is the backbone of all preaching and teaching. 

Sound doctrine is teaching God’s word and teaching it with purity and completeness. It should be sound and steady. Preaching a sound doctrine also ensures the preacher is spiritually sound. But it is sad that most modern day Christians do not like to endure sound doctrine. 

2 Peter 2:15-17         Psalm 117:2           Acts 2:42           1 Timothy 4:16  

People are saved through this. 

1 Timothy 4:13         1 Timothy 5:17   These scriptures teaches to honor those who follow proper doctrine. 

2 Timothy 3:16 teaches it is good for people. It is essential for correction, instruction and righteousness. (11 John 9) 

2 Peter 2:17 teaches the majority are not willing to endure sound doctrine. When christians begin to look for thrills, excitement or something sensational a spirit of restlessness, discontent and dissatisfaction enter them and causes them to be unstable. But if we endure true doctrine we will be happy and content. 

Psalm 117:2 states the “Truth of the Lord endureth forever”.
