Quote
"Your soul knows the geography of your destiny. Your soul alone has the map of your future, therefore you can trust this indirect, oblique side of yourself. If you do, it will take you where you need to go, but more important it will teach you a kindness of rhythm in your journey."

Good is what we want to feel because it's how we connect with our higher self. We want to feel good about ourselves because it is what unites us with divine source energy. It is what helps us tap into higher frequencies of the Self.
Therefore, we have to work on what's blocking us to reach that place of believing that we are good by doing inner work, shadow work, inner child work, soul work, psychological work.

in my working-on-myself era. investing-in-myself season. getting out what I put in. healing my mind & my soul. renewing my spirit daily. unlearning & relearning. believing for good fruit. moving my body & taking care of her. self-care. being mindful of what I consume— by mouth, and by spirit. disciplining myself. focusing on my lane. killing off the distractions & the comparisons. creating my own joy. tapping into my inner child & allowing her to be expressed, to heal, & to play. intentional rest & sabbath to reenergize myself for the purposeful work I’m called to do. gracefully walking in my power & my light.

Shard Theory: Introduction (Pt. 1)
Shard theory is a theory I've been working on and developing since beginning my practice with energy work, meditation, and projection a little over three years ago. The underlying ideas for shard theory are as follows: 1) The Self and the soul are not realized through fully internal means, they rely on outsourcing as much as they do insourcing. 2) The soul is living, and like all living things, it expires. Expired souls do not lose their substance or fade to nothingness; much like carcasses of animals feed the forest, dying souls feed a wide ecosystem of both souled and unsouled existences. 3) Much like we can use our spiritual senses- 'claire-senses' as they are coming to be known- to interpret and interact with energy in psychometric ways, our souls can derive meaning from the souls of others, even souls that have passed. 4) A dead soul fragmentalizes. I'm unsure of the logic behind a souls fracturing and I can't predict the shapes it will break into, but it does not remain whole. Pieces of it are transmuted, consumed, and given purpose beyond life. The remains of a dead soul are incomplete, and they will not reform into the structure they previously possessed. There are minor exceptions to this, I'm sure, but I've not seen a case of complete recovery before. 5) Souls, upon birth and conception, use the presence of fragmented souls to catalyze their own growth. They take what is familiar and they use it as food; very similarly to how a plant or animal would. Souls are like stars in that they are clusters of mass that have acquired a sufficient density and composition to take a new form.
I'm going to work on a part two that gets into how these ideas and shard theory tie into incarnation, past lives, soul identity, etc. For now, here's a summary of what shard theory is beyond these ideas. It's the supposition that souls are like bodies that gather around the Self. Souls depend on a sentient 'core', they thrive once sapient, and become increasingly complex once conscious. Sentience is the ability to connect ideas and establish large patterns of thinking. Sapience is the introduction of absurd and emotional thinking. Consciousness is the capacity for self reflection and awareness of the Self, consciousness allows for one to realize how they are different from the things around them and create a nearly impenetrable divide between that which is and is not you. There's more I want to say here but my passion for writing this all out is fading and it's been a few days since I thought it was a good idea, once again, will continue in a part two that will explore the narrative of a human soul's development.

We need to move away from this constant need of coming across as calm, cool and collected. We weren’t built to be calm, cool, and collected. If we were, it wouldn’t feel so fucking exhausting all the time. It would, you know, come naturally to us. You know what comes naturally to human beings though? Being open, being messy, being raw, being unfiltered, having lots of feelings. Why should we have to stifle our true nature? Let’s go after the things we want, let’s love each other brutally and honestly, and not worry about the consequences. Let’s release the feelings inside of us and let them land somewhere special. Otherwise, we might have a lifetime of longing in front of us.

“The alchemical operations were real, only this reality was not physical but psychological. Alchemy represents the projection of a drama both cosmic and spiritual in laboratory terms. The opus magnum had two aims: the rescue of the human soul, and the salvation of the cosmos.”

They say happiness is an inside job, and indeed is it - an inner/soul work.
I don't know what happiness really feels completely. To be honest, I am not sure. But what I can say is that every time I work on healing a part of me that is making me feel hurt or not good about myself, I can feel a wave of happiness washing over me afterward. And then, I find another wounds making me feel not at my best. I know I have to do the inner work and healing again. When that part of healing is done, I will feel another wave of happiness coming at me. The cycle goes on and on like that.
My point is: I think happiness is a process. An inner process. It's not a goal to achieve or to pursue but a process of an inner journey of the self. It's about coming back home to yourself. It's about the unraveling of your soul. The more you uncover what lies in your soul and heart, the more happiness will surface. The more you will want to go within to do that inside job of healing that reveals to you these feelings of happiness.

There’s just some days I feel lost.
I start off thinking I know what I want to do and what i want to accomplish and somewhere along the way, I get turned around and twisted inside out.
I write down all my goals and dreams, determined to make all of them happen.
Then life shows up and decides it has other plans.
I get frustrated to the point of tears and feel like pulling my hair out.
That’s when I have to take a step back and breathe.
Everything can seem so overwhelming when it happens all at once, but I’m learning not to let every detour, stumble and mistake ruin my mood and devastate my days.
I’m stronger than that.
I’ll find that place where my heart is full and my passions are on fire.
I’ve realized that life is a journey and that I can’t judge my progress and growth by the mishaps that slow me down.
All I can do is be better than I was yesterday and work to evolve even more for tomorrow.
Change is never easy, but it’s worth it.
I also know that it’s possible to be a masterpiece and a complete mess at the same time- I think I’ve perfected the concept.
Being me and living my best life is a victory in itself some days, so I’m going to keep charging forth with a positive mindset, a happy heart and a strong spirit.
Everything happens for a reason, and while I may not end up where I intended to go, I’ll always land in the places I’m meant to be.
It’s up to me to see the truths, learn the lessons and embrace the possibilities.
So, instead of being caught up and focusing on what’s gone wrong, I’m going to celebrate what’s right.
Life won’t always go as planned and there will always be those times that make me want to stay in bed and cry in the shower..
But I’m going to keep getting up, being strong and showing up.
Little by little, I’ll get closer to the me that I’ve always wanted to be.
Maybe it won’t be today or tomorrow, but soon, I’ll be able to look at the woman in the mirror with a smile and say..
“You did it, you got there.”
That will be one of the best days of my life..and I’m on my way.

Day 24 ~ A Simple Self-Acceptance Reflection
August 4, 2023
It’s easier to focus on external relationships rather than our internal one.
But just like those relationships the more you put into it, the more you can get out of it.
I am worth the focus and effort on myself.
